I have more then 15 years using woodland shoes & slippers, at today i went to t nager branch shop due to my sandals stitching come out, one year back also the same issue happened at the time they taken and rectified

Now the same issue happened but his not willing to taken due to unnecessary reason t nager shop details gstin 33aaffa1530l1zu

I need your support and rectified

I am a customer of Woodland since 1998. Now on 05.02.2019 I purchased two ladies SandesIs from S203, Kollam Invoice No 201932S203C00254 and another Gents Shoe from S098 showroom Beach road Kollam, Kerala. Invoice 201932S098C00388(I like This showroom very much. and the staff of there are very good and polite.) But the product purchased (Gents Shoe S098-Invoice 201932S098C00388 / 5/8/2019 damaged next day itself. The sole get damaged on the next day itself!

For the past 20 years I didn't have any experience from Woodland. I did not expect this from you. Why this happened? Are you become money minded? Why don't you concentrate on the products value? The manger of Showroom replaced shoe without any queries. But How this happened Sir?

I would like to inform you that the product quality issue am faced after purchasing, am purchased the product (Fwr men shoe g40777y15, khaki, 44) from your authorized woodland store witch is situated at kochin, obron mall dated 19 dec 18, during this period of
4 months the sole become damaged twice, already repaired once in the month of feb 19 and the same issue happened again. As per the dealer the shoe was repaired in woodland factory itself.

I request you to replace the produce with new one since am not sure
About the repairing quality and how long it will works, also i don't have that much of time for waiting since your repairing period is almost one month.

Am a regular customer of woodland products since last 10 years.

Request you to kindly do the needful at the earliest.

I purchased one pair of black shoes from your store on[protected] which started tearing from the stitching after few days use, so i contacted the showroom 09-02-19 for the defects in the shoes. I was told that they can get it repaired from the company and i would be called once it's done.
I didn't received any call from the showroom until i lodged the complaint with the consumer forum. I collected my shoes on 18th april 2019. Now again after one use it started tearing from the stitching. Since it is the manufacturing defect or the design is defective so i request you to get it replaced by new shoes of the same design or some other design or get my money refunded

I have purchased woodland shoes with model 4092 at aero club panjagutta hyderabad. Purchased these shoes around 2 years ago and i don't have exact date with me as i don't have bill with me.

Issue is now sole is getting cut and damaged with proper usage. When i went to store for repair, store manager said paid resoling should be done as the sole is getting damaged. The reason he gave is shoes should be used regularly otherwise sole will be damaged. I don't understand the trusted brand like woodland is giving silly reasons for the poor quality. This is my 3rd pair of shoes from woodland since 2005 and previously didn't see these issue.

Please look into this issue and do unpaid resoling of the shoes as it is the quality issue of product.

I purchased woodland shoe from belgaum karnataka after purchased shoes after some days i noticed that shoes sol is came out so i went to shop they said we will fix this and give after fixing they give but again same problem 😡 now it's 3 time

I was visit your janakpuri outlet for buy lady sandle but i didn't find latest stuff there after that mr. Deepak suggest me for go out subhash place outlet i visit there and buy one lady sandle with in 2 days your product damage i make complaint about that jankpuri oulltlet as per conversation with mr. Deepak 2/04/19 he said they gonna send product for replacement and give me one week time he said after one week we get new sandle after one week when i call your janakpuri outlet some one pick the call and said need more time now today again i call him for status again he said they need more time as per he get feedback from karolbag thru mr sachin/ ms. Komal as per conversation with deepak janakpuri outlet he provide me contact number i try to contact on that number ms komal pic the call she gonna making fool and provide me another number she said this is wrong number and she don't have manner how to treat guest she called me yar you can contact another number she provide me customer care number i just want to know that why you hiring that kind of person who don't have manner and it's gonna to late when i submitted my product on your janakpuri outlet they commitment with me with in one week we get solution but still i didn't get any solution last 15 year i was believe on woodland but this time experience not good if i didn't get any response today gonna make complaint

I had bought woodland shoes from aundh showroom, pune (India) a few months back. Within a weeks time, the shoelace use to get cut & i had to purchase new ones. I did this twice & complained the owner of this. He assured that nothing was wrong & he had no such complaints in the past. However, he did some jugglery with the buckles & nothing worked out. Later i change the buckes to normal circular & bought no tie shoelaces. Now the has problem with innersole. The inner sole is not cut as per dimensions & there is a slight gap which hurts my last finger. I cannot wear this anymore & need replacement of this shoe or refund. The price was inr 3995/- this was my 5th woodland shoe & never faced any problems in the past. I used these shoes for several years. With the current buy i am really not satisfied. Please look into it.

On 22march 2019 i had bought a shoes from aero club mathura, krishna nagar showroom. Address - #216/795 opp. Jal nigam, krishna nagar mathura. Shoes bill copy is attached. When i used these shoes in just 9 days pasting of sole is separated and sole torn off. I visited wood land showroom, staff told me that shoes i bought were from old stock and said that they didn’t have other same article and have to wait for 15-20 days for getting them repaired. Photos of shoes, bill are attached. I can’t wait that long, please help

The shoe (Art no. Gc1120111y15, colour - denim) i purchased from the store in my city is very much uncomfortable and not of a good quality as expected. The shoe that i have used before were very much comfortable and good to use but this one is highly painful when used. I have used it hardly 2 times and the lace has started tearing apart. I request you to please take it back and refund my money or replace it.

I bought the woodland shoes from[protected]. Only in 2 days its lather cut in the place of laces. This is my first experience with woodland and i purchase this shoes in 4995 rs. Now today i went in woodland showroom for replacement than i know the process for replacement within 20 to 30 days. There is no immediate resolution have a store employee. If any customer who have only one pair shoes which is buy to brand than how can they manage. Here now i have only one option to buy the new shoes again just waiting to get my shoes in 20 days.

On 16 feb 2019 i had bought a shoes from sikar woodland store (Station road sikar mahanagar complex opp sbi bank) shoes amount was 4695 inr, bill copy is attached. When i put the shoes and walk away about 1 km the both shoes not comfortable and biting my heel and foot ulcers. I visited two times wood land showroom, staff took my shoes for repair same complaint copy is attached and few days later returned my shoes but same problem still exist now woodland showroom staff saying we can't do anything and they refused to solve problem. I want to replace my shoes, please resolve the problem.

I bought a shoe on 9/03/2019, @ 2000 from ernakulam mg road shope opposite to abad plaza, kerala, with in days the sole of the same cracking just like power, full damage happened to the sole. My office is very close to my residence only 2 mts walkable and am going office by car only inside office i used this. A doubt i have normally all woods material have a logo on sole, but for this i can't see the same. Unfortunately i lost the bill. Its just one year passed & the sole of both the shoes have slit. Given the shoes back to m/s aero club, wood land store - s204, shivamogga.
The person in charge says they will charge rs.600 for the same. I have hardly used this, might be 2 months in whole year.
The sole should not have such issues & it is only manufacturing defect.
Please get this serviced free of cost.

with due respect to submit that I have purchased two jackets one women and one men on 30.1.2019 from the WoodLand outlet at Sangrur, Punjab, India. On wearing me jacket JC-308 Navy blue, the jacket just for two or three times the color of jacket was spotted black from various places.Then I visited the store to file the complaint on 12.02.2019 they told me to get the jacket easy washed then it will be ok. Then i get the jacket washed but the same could not solve the problem. Then I visited the store again on 15.02.2019 and they told to visit with original bill (I shown them scanned copy of bill as the original record was with them also). and the refused to verify. On 17.02.2019 I again visited them with original bill then they told it is out of warranty and ticked on the complaint slip. I also mentioned about my visit of 12.02.2019 on the Repair slip. I contacted the time and again and on 16.03.2019 they told me that the jacket got repaired and I can collect the same. It is worth to mention here that an artcle of three thousand Rupees has been mentioned as poor quality on repair slip.
While I went for collection the same problem was still there. They told me to take it as it is and use for a week or two and then again file repair complaint, , which I refused to accept as the article was not in condition to accept.
My bill for purchase of same and repair slip is enclosed herewith for your ready reference. Kindly do the needful to replace the article on priority basis. In case the product is not repaired/replaced I have no other option then going for legal remedies or taking up the case to consumer forum.
Hoping for an early action please.

I have purchased from dombivli (East) woodland store w161 m/s aeroclub shop no.2&3 aryawarat building, front of agarwal hall, manpada road on 13 th of january 2019. Shoes got folding while walking at the top. The defect was not realized initially due to black color of the shoes and its fold. Also, i have not used the shoes for 15 - 20 days due to shoe bite. But due to the defect there is an identifiable crack now. There are fibers coming out from the crack and shoes is getting damaged day by day which is not at all acceptable. Since warranty of one year given by the company itself, we are suppose to be getting replacement of the same. But the sales representative refuse to replace and repair it. We have already returned the shoes in the shop and have been asked to place a complaint for the same. We have being paying a huge cost of rupees 2148/- for believing only in the quality of the product of woodland but i am really very disappointed. So sending photographs of the defects.

The shoes get damaged with in 2 days, on 25 feb 2019. The thread is come out from the shoes, i need replace for that shoes,
I also purchased wood land shoe previous year that was also damaged after one month. So i went showroom and rise a complaint, the sales manager agreed to repair the shoes, after 2 weeks they gave me that shoes but the repaired is not looks good, it affects the style of the shoes and also the damaged mark comes outside from that shoes. I totally disappointed at that time. But i loves woodland this time also i got same bad experience from woodland shoe. So this time i need replacement for that damaged shoes. Otherwise i will file a complaint consumer court. Please replace my shoes immediately.

I (Shibani Mitra) am writing this letter to complain about the nursing quality provided by Woodlands Multispeciality Hospital, Kolkata .
I admitted my husband, Mr. Malay Mitra, to the hospital on Jan 19th, 2019 due to an acute infection of the lungs. He was discharged on February 2nd, 2019.I had paid Rs 7lakhs approximately for his treatment.
When I brought my husband home, I noticed my husband had suffered severe bed sores (attached images) and burnt areas in the feet. We were not informed about this at any point of time. After we brought my husband back on Feb 9th, 2019, I immediately called up the nurse in-charge.
I have already submitted letter of grievance to the Superintendent and the CEO of Woodlands Multispeciality Hospital. No action has been taken till date.
I hope you will look into the matter and take necessary action. I believe you will do justice to me. Please let me know the further steps which are necessary from my end or feel free to contact me in case you need any more information.
