I recently bought an expensive pair of sandals on 16th october, 2019 : 09-12 pm, bill no : 201933s113c04272. I regret to inform you that i have received a defective product (Fwr men sndal gd 1033111y15, khaki, 41) from your authorized showroom at aero club woodland store - phoenix mall, chennai.

After purchasing i was practically wearing them from next day of purchase and i came to know that the product is defective piece. And i complained through email to woodland customer care (Threads are attached below).

However i did not receive any reply from their end immediately then i directly went to showroom on 18th-oct-2019 where i purchased. The interesting thing is that the showroom manager told me that they will repair and service the pair of brand new sandal which has manufacturer defect (Attached below). They denied my replace request and took my sandals by saying i used for a day and they registered complained (Attached below) as i'm giving for service and repairing it, instead of replacing with new one.

    Hello,
    I purchase a couple of formal shoes from woodland store on 21th september. It was not even 20 days from the date of purchase that i notice the shoes are start tearing apart from the front in which i only wear them for 10 days and my day to day activity didn't involve anything which can cause the tear of the shoe from the front. I reach out to the woodland store on 12th october and the guy keep on making excuses so that it won't get replaced and he keep telling me story about how shoes usually tear apart in his experience and then he offered me for pasting with some gum and polish to hide the tearing

    I am using only 4 month in this shoes, but suddenly shoes lower porsan are damage,
    I did complain in shoes owner, but shoes owner no any response,

    last month he told me company told no exchange.
    pls resolve my problem.
    Purchase of woodland shoes from bank more show room, Dhanbad. Used 5-6 times but sole of one leg shoe get damaged. Need contact No. for getting replace the damaged one

      I bought a pair of shoes through woodlands website and the shoes were defective. I had returned the shoes in the woodland showroom at vellore on 25.09.19. The store manager assured me that the amount will be credited to my wallet and i had to place an another order since the same shoes were not available.

      Till now, i did not receive the amount in my wallet. I had raised this issue repeatedly to the customer care but to no avail. It is becoming stressful to me everyday to find whether it is credited or not. I must say that woodlands' customer service is the worst and it does not have any redressal mechanism in place for customers.

      The return and replacement policy of woodlands is too complicated and it makes anyone feel utterly disappointed.

      Please respond duly to my grievances and redress it as early as possible. I will raise the complaint in the "national consumer helpline" under the ministry of consumer affairs, food and public distribution if it is not resolved.

      Please do not be callous. Pay attention to your consumers' grievances.

        Dear Sir,

        I ordered for a shoe on[protected] & I received the product on 17/08/2019 & the same was returned on 22/08/2019.

        Model No:FGC[protected]B020 (OGC1211112 TAN44)
        Order number:OR[protected].

        When I asked regarding the refund it was told that the refund will be credited to the wallet as credits which can be used for future purchases. From then on I have been following with the customer care team via phone call and email regarding the refund amount which has to be credited to the wallet, but there is proper response and wallet balance still shows zero where I am not able to make a new purchase.

        They give all stupid reasons for the balance to get reflected in the wallet. For eg: email id registered is showing as .c instead of .com, so u try logging using .c, check the tick box near use my credits payments option the balance will reflect.

        I kindly request you to help me in this issue to get the refund.

          I am a old customer of woodland and being using the woodland shoes and other goods for more then 5 years and I really didn't expect this behavior from the guy from woodland.
          Hope you can help me sorting out this issue.

                  I purchased a shoes (bill attached) on 2nd May 2019 which was damaged somehow within 3 months.
                  I went to woodland store where I purchased it and ask them for the concern they took the shoes and told me this will take 20 to 30 days I said no issue just send it.
                  Today I got the call from the store and they were saying only 75% of your shoes will be reimbursed and you can take another pair of that much amount. I asked them only 3 months I used the shoe and barely maximum time 15-20 days I used it. If this would be my mistake I shall definitely accept that but when this is manufacturing defect why should I bare of that. I also asked show me some mails or anything where the reason of the 25% deduction should be mentioned but they denied it and saying there is no such mail given by company.
                  After this what I got the reply is shocking please go through that

                    My new woodland shoes soles cracked and become very much uneasy for properly wearing woodland shoes. Kindly look into that infact i only used the shoes properly for 15 days what is this happening with these shoes.
                    I am unable to understand that is this the original product which i purchased from the woodland showroom.

                      Dear sir i have purchased a wood land shoe nearly two years back. This was my fifth shoe in 8 years of my shoe wear experience. What i found that this shoe got completely damaged which i was not expecting from a company like woodland. It heart me a lot because it was one my marriage gift. So please do something in this regard to gain faith. From that day of damage i am hesitating to purchase any wood land shoe.

                        Ive purchased woodland shoes @dilsukh nagar (Next to rajadhani theater). Hyderabad store in 2018 with in 1 n half year show sole got damaged. At the time of purchase shop keeper assured, service will be provided life long. But when i truned up to shop, they said no service for shoe soles (Only few selected type of shoes having replacment). What kind of worst service wood land providing to customers.

                              Bought woodland shoes for rs 2217 after discount on 3rd august for my father. On the first day he wore it, the sole came out.
                              After being such a reputed brand, i did not expect this at all. If these type are brands provide us with such bad products how am i suppose to trust.
                              Very dissapointed.
                              And nobody receives my call on woodland customer care. Seems fake.
                              I want my refund back! This type of quality was not expected, as my dad wears woodland shoes only.

                                Hello!
                                I purchased ls 2727117 ladies footwear mfg-oct/2018 (Purchased around 23rd june 2019).
                                I am dissatisfied with my purchase and in a state of mental agony, since the day i wore them for the first time. I got severe show bites by wearing them and walking just for 10 minutes. That was my exam day and it was raining, i was injured due to shoe bites but still i have to walk because i was in no position to go back and change my shoes. I reached late in the exam hall and had to suffer mental torture because of that and could not write my exam properly. Currently i'm not in the city from where i purchased them and cannot return them.
                                I want you to look into the problem and provide a solution.

                                  Purchased woodland shoes gc 0232106y15 model on 16/7/2018 worth 3895 rs. Now it's making noise when i walk at the sole level. I complained to the shoe store but they are not helping on this. The shoe is not damaged but still it's makes noise. Am dissatisfied with the service they are providing. Please help on this regards.

                                    महोदय मैने Wood Land का जूता Sapna Shoes नाम की दूकान प्रयागराज से (2800 रूपये) 13/7/2019 को खरीदा परन्तु उस जूते को पहनने पर एडी मे रगड रहा है इसका प्रमाण मेरे मोजे ( Jockey) को देख कर लगाया जा सकता है व जूता देख कर भी जिसके कारण मुझे काफी दिक्कतो का सामना करना पडा ।

                                      I am physically handicap by left leg. My left leg is short and small than that of right leg. I need different size of shoes for left leg and right leg.in size left leg number is 6 and right leg is 8.

                                        I purchased a shoue rom kottayam woodland showroom (kerala) and i found that the product is directive, when i reach the showroom they told that the issue is due to manufacturing difect and i got replacement, again the same issue reported after 30 days and the told that this will be repaired due to it is repairable

                                        Purchased a sleeper in month of May after the date 20th May. got torn within month. Attaching the pic.
                                        I am waiting since long, even filled the complain through the shop i purchased the sleeper. I mentioned clearly to shopkeeper, its a case of bad quality, after paying decent amount for a sleeper, and that too for a renowned brand, it not expected to get torn within three month. And it happened for both the pair. I got call from shop after some day that they have pasted the same pair, i refused to accept that and asked for exchange, but since long i have not heard any thing regarding my complain.
                                        Please let me know, what is the SLA of a complain we made here.
