I had purchased a pair of sandals from your woodland stores located at aero club, brough rd, primisises no:195, erode-638001, tamil nadu, india on 11th of may 2018. The receipt number of the purchase is [protected]c00437 (Pwr men sandal go, [protected], camel, 43, hsn code:64039990, price:2796.00).

While i purchased the sandal, the store manager gave me a warranty of 1 year. Then i purchased a sandal (Model mentioned above). After 10 days i referred somebody. When i visited the store room on march 1, 2019, the manager told us that "free services are provided only for a term of 3 months from buying, if it exceeds the time limit then you will have to pay for the service", but this was said by a different manager. When i bought the sandals there was a different manager who told me that the free service lasted for 1 year. When i asked him once again, he told that

"the manager who was spawning last might have told you wrong about the free service period for the cause of selling the sandals"

And he refused my plea. Then i was fed up and asked him whether we could make a complaint to the higher officials. He replied in a discouraged manner as

"you can complain and i will not be facing any problem indeed" and he walked away.

Being a top branded company, this sort of act brings me a discomfort and displeasure in preferring these brands. Please take action on them or else refund me my money.

Note: i was referred by my friend who was satisfied with your service and i referred 3 people without knowing about it completely and i am really disappointed because of this incident.

    Hi seller, thank you for the quick delivery and good quality product.
    The footwear i ordered & received is 44, is over size for my foots. It is loose and not comfortable for me. The half shoe iam using of wdl is 43 and is too tight thats why i ordered size 44. I think 43 is my confortable size.
    So l like to return and exchange the product into size 43. Pls do favorable by concern me as i madly like with wdl.

      On 4th of march by 5pm to 6pm i purchase shoe from your woodland store.
      Even i have sales person that the shoe is alright? Koi problem tho nai aagega?
      He told me that sir do sal shoe kahi nai aayega in these words he gave me assurance. But, when i reached ambala at my causine home i saw that the shoe is leaving the soul and when i check the bill i found some stamps over the bill
      I was very dispointed now i have reached my home to jalandhar city and my sending you the picture of the pair of shoe. Take it deeply into notice as am very old and good customer of shoe.

        I have purchased two pairs of long shoes from karnal woodland outlet model no. 2660117. These shoes produce an awkward ‘chu chu’ sound while walking on marble floor... Also its comfortable level is zero as my heels pain a lot after putting it on even for an hour.. Where the hell is your brand name or quality working? After spending ₹ 8.5 thousand this is the embarrassment your customer is facing in public and privately...

        Please resolve the issue and call me with the solution asap...

        Hi, my name is R K SHARMA I bought woodland shoes on[protected] and in less then 2 weeksmy shoe laces got ripped as it was made of low quality I bought it for 3998rs so now I want help.i just want to get it repaired fast, i literally always buy stuff from woodland even bought jacket on the same day.Kindly resolve this as soon as possible

          I have purchased a brand new woodland shoes but ever since i have buyed those shoes an irritating sounds comes when i walk on marble floor. I buyed woodland because of its reputation but due to this sound i feel humiliated. Can you please suggest any solution to remove this irritating sound. Hope for positive response.

            I am dr. Sudhakar kasinathan neurosurgeon by profession i went to woodlands show room at t. Nagar chennai tamilnadu state india on 29.12.2018 and bought a dark brown woodlands shoe but unfortunately i sustained a shoe bite on the first day of wearing the shoe so i wanted replacement but the showroom people said they have to verify it then only they can sort it out it happened on 9.01.2019 in between i called 2 to 3 times they said the product is not ready and they will inform me. But today when i called up they are saying that they informed me on 16.02.2019 but it is not so and the store manager and other person are using unparliamentary words and demeaning to their profession because of this i have undergone extreme mental stress and agony kindly take action on those people and rectify the problem. I am being a customer of woodlands right from teenage for the past 25 years and this kind of situation have never happened in my life

                  I'm writing this letter to bring you into notice of your products condition after barely using it for 2-3weeks. I brought this shoe from woodlands in umbal tower opposite to training school on 6th august 2018 and kept it as a spare, as my old shoe (Also from woodlands which is 2years old) which is perfectly okey. But 5weeks before i decided to use my new shoe and after wearing it for 2weeks, shoe's sole came apart and i took it back to the retail outlet and after sending it back to delhi i got it back a few days back but again the problem still continues. I am loyal user of woodland and having hard core believe in the quality of your product this is the first time this is happening to me. Please do the needful to replace or repair my shoes. I'm attaching a copy of the original receipt and and the condition of the shoes..

                    On last saturday i had bought a shoe for me from agra showroom. While purchasing i had tried the right leg shoe which was comfortable and i was in hurry so i had not tried the left leg shoe. When i put the pair of shoe i realized that the left shoe is scratching or biting my heel which resulted the foot ulcers. Next day i went to shop for exchange but they refused to do the same. Even they have not respond to me after that they told me that i have to leave my shoe for ten days and they will try to get it repaired. I am very much disappointed that such a huge brand showrooms are giving this type of service to their customers.

                      I have purchased the shoe on 29th jan 2019 and i found defect in sole within a week and and i went to the showroom the same day to find a solution for it and he told me it's just a small crack and if it get increases i will send it to the company i requested him several times that the probability of increasing damage is really high and he didn't give any value for my word and declined my request i beg you to please find a solution for this problem

                          I bought an expensive pair of woodland shoe on 28th dec’18 costing me rs. 7500,
                          Dealer name - woodland store, 17a/40, w. E. A, main ajmal khan road, karol bagh, new delhi 110005,

                          I have used the shoes for about 10-15 days only and i came to notice that the sole is getting toured in both pair.
                          I purchased the brand considering the quality and the good will of the company.
                          When i visited to the store, the manager has denied to replace the same. Kindly make necessary arrangements for replacing the shoes as early as possible.
                          Presently shoes are with the dealer only for last 10 days,

                            As per mail drop to you I received OR-1325547 in damage condition. You are drop the to visit store. Next day I visited to store but sales executive denied for replacement. After that I didn't follow up. Today I received the call from Woodland mentioned number.[protected]. I forgot to ask her nameof that lady.Lady told me that you visited the store & change the shoe. If any concerns talk to on given number. After reaching there as per previously again he denied for that. I called one that I have received the call. The person told me that we didn't do that. Unable to replace shoe.

                            Why you are spoiling the name of Woodland ( Aero Group)??. I using this brand from last decade. Last two month I purchased below orders from Woodland & you are wasting my time & also spoiling your brand name.

                            If you that that I am lying; then give the case to your vigilance or fraud this to investigate it.
                            i. I order OR-1321681 on 16 Dec-18. ii.Received this order on 21- Dec. As cross check with your courier partner.
                            iii. Drop mail to you first mail on 21- Dec same day with photos.
                            iv. Visited store next day. They denied for change.

                                Hi, i am avinash ptasun. I was purchase woodland shoes in rs 2990/- from new delhi laxminagar in december 2017. Afterthat i have wear this shoes only 2-3 weeks. But both of shoes' sole gets crack and damage. I can't believe that such a worst quality shoes are made by woodland. The sole quality of the shoe very poor. It should get it replaced. Otherwise i have never suggest anyone to purchase the shoes.

                                  I have ordered sweater online on woodland app on 25 dec 2018 with order no or-1330003.
                                  I have return order on woodland store in gip mall in first week of january 2019 but still money is not credited to my account and neither to able to contact any executives a d they are not reverting back to my queries.

                                  This is my first and last worst experience with woodland.

                                  Kindly look into it and revert my money to my account.

                                    DTDC delivery person has taken the parcel back without calling me, i went to the corresponding office and collected it personally after some enquiry. I am surprised that woodland doesnt check with the customer for delivery or any delivery message sent before updating it as delivered.

                                      I had visited your show room couple of times but no proper response they asked me to come evening, tomorrow etc and the behavior of the stop was very rude today.

                                      Coming to the issue the product is defective and I have attached images of it.

                                      I believe in woodland for better customer service.

                                      Front joint has not been fitted properly and hencd the leather is coming up.

                                        Delivered on 22 december 2018, i was excited on using these supposedly "rough and tough" shoes outdoors in the hills o[censored]ttarakhand.
                                        One small hike of almost a km, and the tongue of the shoe is damaged.

                                        Unsatisfied with woodland for the first time (Have bought jackets in the past).

                                        The warranty mentioned by the seller is 3 months.
                                        Kindly provide timely redressal of the issue. (Images attached)

                                        Woodland customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I went to Woodland showroom Sapna Sangeeta Road Indore.I purchased two jackets from there but the staff from woodland working there was too rude. They said they don't have to do anything weather their product gets sold or not.Please assure to have good people from the staff
