    Dear sir/mam,

    I bought the woodland shoes from[protected]. Only in 2 days its lather cut in the place of laces. This is my first experience with woodland and i purchase this shoes in 4995 rs. Now today i went in woodland showroom for replacement than i know the process for replacement within 20 to 30 days. There is no immediate resolution have a store employee. If any customer who have only one pair shoes which is buy to brand than how can they manage. Here now i have only one option to buy the new shoes again just waiting to get my shoes in 20 days.

      On 16 feb 2019 i had bought a shoes from sikar woodland store (Station road sikar mahanagar complex opp sbi bank) shoes amount was 4695 inr, bill copy is attached. When i put the shoes and walk away about 1 km the both shoes not comfortable and biting my heel and foot ulcers. I visited two times wood land showroom, staff took my shoes for repair same complaint copy is attached and few days later returned my shoes but same problem still exist now woodland showroom staff saying we can't do anything and they refused to solve problem. I want to replace my shoes, please resolve the problem.

          I bought a shoe on 9/03/2019, @ 2000 from ernakulam mg road shope opposite to abad plaza, kerala, with in days the sole of the same cracking just like power, full damage happened to the sole. My office is very close to my residence only 2 mts walkable and am going office by car only inside office i used this. A doubt i have normally all woods material have a logo on sole, but for this i can't see the same. Unfortunately i lost the bill.             Its just one year passed & the sole of both the shoes have slit. Given the shoes back to m/s aero club, wood land store - s204, shivamogga.
            The person in charge says they will charge rs.600 for the same. I have hardly used this, might be 2 months in whole year.
            The sole should not have such issues & it is only manufacturing defect.
            Please get this serviced free of cost.

              Sir/Madam
              with due respect to submit that I have purchased two jackets one women and one men on 30.1.2019 from the WoodLand outlet at Sangrur, Punjab, India. On wearing me jacket JC-308 Navy blue,  the jacket just for two or three times the color of jacket was spotted black from various places.Then I visited the store to file the complaint on 12.02.2019 they told me to get the jacket easy washed then it will be ok. Then i get the jacket washed but the same could not solve the problem. Then I visited the store again on 15.02.2019 and they told to visit with original bill (I shown them scanned copy of bill as the original record was with them also). and the refused to verify. On 17.02.2019 I again visited them with original bill then they told it is out of warranty and ticked on the complaint slip. I also mentioned about my visit of 12.02.2019 on the Repair slip. I contacted the time and again and on 16.03.2019 they told me that the jacket got repaired and I can collect the same. It is worth to mention here that an artcle of three thousand Rupees has been mentioned as poor quality on repair slip.
              While I went for collection the same problem was still there. They told me to take it as it is and use for a week or two and then again file repair complaint, , which I refused to accept as the article was not in condition to accept.Â
              My bill for purchase of same and repair slip is enclosed herewith for your ready reference. Kindly do the needful to replace the article on priority basis. In case the product is not repaired/replaced I have no other option then going for legal remedies or taking up the case to consumer forum.
              Hoping for an early action please.

                I have purchased from dombivli (East) woodland store w161 m/s aeroclub shop no.2&3 aryawarat building, front of agarwal hall, manpada road on 13 th of january 2019. Shoes got folding while walking at the top. The defect was not realized initially due to black color of the shoes and its fold. Also, i have not used the shoes for 15 - 20 days due to shoe bite. But due to the defect there is an identifiable crack now. There are fibers coming out from the crack and shoes is getting damaged day by day which is not at all acceptable. Since warranty of one year given by the company itself, we are suppose to be getting replacement of the same. But the sales representative refuse to replace and repair it. We have already returned the shoes in the shop and have been asked to place a complaint for the same. We have being paying a huge cost of rupees 2148/- for believing only in the quality of the product of woodland but i am really very disappointed. So sending photographs of the defects.

                  The shoes get damaged with in 2 days, on 25 feb 2019. The thread is come out from the shoes, i need replace for that shoes,
                  I also purchased wood land shoe previous year that was also damaged after one month. So i went showroom and rise a complaint, the sales manager agreed to repair the shoes, after 2 weeks they gave me that shoes but the repaired is not looks good, it affects the style of the shoes and also the damaged mark comes outside from that shoes. I totally disappointed at that time. But i loves woodland this time also i got same bad experience from woodland shoe. So this time i need replacement for that damaged shoes. Otherwise i will file a complaint consumer court. Please replace my shoes immediately.

                  Thank for your responding, I regularly purchase woodland products. I'm a loyal customer. So please process the replacement of the shoes I don't want to repair the shoes. I need replacement because the shoes got damaged within 1 week after from the purchased date. If you not Replace the shoe provide me refund.

                    I (Shibani Mitra) am writing this letter to complain about the nursing quality provided by Woodlands Multispeciality Hospital, Kolkata .
                    I admitted my husband, Mr. Malay Mitra, to the hospital on Jan 19th, 2019 due to an acute infection of the lungs. He was discharged on February 2nd, 2019.I had paid Rs 7lakhs approximately for his treatment.
                    When I brought my husband home, I noticed my husband had suffered severe bed sores (attached images) and burnt areas in the feet. We were not informed about this at any point of time. After we brought my husband back on Feb 9th, 2019, I immediately called up the nurse in-charge.
                    I have already submitted letter of grievance to the Superintendent and the CEO of Woodlands Multispeciality Hospital. No action has been taken till date.
                    I hope you will look into the matter and take necessary action. I believe you will do justice to me. Please let me know the further steps which are necessary from my end or feel free to contact me in case you need any more information.

                      I had purchased a pair of sandals from your woodland stores located at aero club, brough rd, primisises no:195, erode-638001, tamil nadu, india on 11th of may 2018. The receipt number of the purchase is [protected]c00437 (Pwr men sandal go, [protected], camel, 43, hsn code:64039990, price:2796.00).

                      While i purchased the sandal, the store manager gave me a warranty of 1 year. Then i purchased a sandal (Model mentioned above). After 10 days i referred somebody. When i visited the store room on march 1, 2019, the manager told us that "free services are provided only for a term of 3 months from buying, if it exceeds the time limit then you will have to pay for the service", but this was said by a different manager. When i bought the sandals there was a different manager who told me that the free service lasted for 1 year. When i asked him once again, he told that

                      "the manager who was spawning last might have told you wrong about the free service period for the cause of selling the sandals"

                      And he refused my plea. Then i was fed up and asked him whether we could make a complaint to the higher officials. He replied in a discouraged manner as

                      "you can complain and i will not be facing any problem indeed" and he walked away.

                      Being a top branded company, this sort of act brings me a discomfort and displeasure in preferring these brands. Please take action on them or else refund me my money.

                      Note: i was referred by my friend who was satisfied with your service and i referred 3 people without knowing about it completely and i am really disappointed because of this incident.

                        The footwear i ordered & received is 44, is over size for my foots. It is loose and not comfortable for me. The half shoe iam using of wdl is 43 and is too tight thats why i ordered size 44. I think 43 is my confortable size.
                        So l like to return and exchange the product into size 43. Pls do favorable by concern me as i madly like with wdl.

                          On 4th of march by 5pm to 6pm i purchase shoe from your woodland store.
                          Even i have sales person that the shoe is alright? Koi problem tho nai aagega?
                          He told me that sir do sal shoe kahi nai aayega in these words he gave me assurance. But, when i reached ambala at my causine home i saw that the shoe is leaving the soul and when i check the bill i found some stamps over the bill
                          I was very dispointed now i have reached my home to jalandhar city and my sending you the picture of the pair of shoe. Take it deeply into notice as am very old and good customer of shoe.

Also its comfortable level is zero as my heels pain a lot after putting it on even for an hour.. Where the hell is your brand name or quality working? After spending ₹ 8.5 thousand this is the embarrassment your customer is facing in public and privately...

                                I am dr. Sudhakar kasinathan neurosurgeon by profession i went to woodlands show room at t. Nagar chennai tamilnadu state india on 29.12.2018 and bought a dark brown woodlands shoe but unfortunately i sustained a shoe bite on the first day of wearing the shoe so i wanted replacement but the showroom people said they have to verify it then only they can sort it out it happened on 9.01.2019 in between i called 2 to 3 times they said the product is not ready and they will inform me. But today when i called up they are saying that they informed me on 16.02.2019 but it is not so and the store manager and other person are using unparliamentary words and demeaning to their profession because of this i have undergone extreme mental stress and agony kindly take action on those people and rectify the problem. I am being a customer of woodlands right from teenage for the past 25 years and this kind of situation have never happened in my life

                                      I'm writing this letter to bring you into notice of your products condition after barely using it for 2-3weeks. I brought this shoe from woodlands in umbal tower opposite to training school on 6th august 2018 and kept it as a spare, as my old shoe (Also from woodlands which is 2years old) which is perfectly okey. But 5weeks before i decided to use my new shoe and after wearing it for 2weeks, shoe's sole came apart and i took it back to the retail outlet and after sending it back to delhi i got it back a few days back but again the problem still continues. I am loyal user of woodland and having hard core believe in the quality of your product this is the first time this is happening to me. Please do the needful to replace or repair my shoes. I'm attaching a copy of the original receipt and and the condition of the shoes..

                                        On last saturday i had bought a shoe for me from agra showroom. While purchasing i had tried the right leg shoe which was comfortable and i was in hurry so i had not tried the left leg shoe. When i put the pair of shoe i realized that the left shoe is scratching or biting my heel which resulted the foot ulcers. Next day i went to shop for exchange but they refused to do the same. Even they have not respond to me after that they told me that i have to leave my shoe for ten days and they will try to get it repaired. I am very much disappointed that such a huge brand showrooms are giving this type of service to their customers.

                                        My question is that when i went to showroom on next why they refused to do the exchange. During purchase they said to me that shoe warranty will be for 3 months on fresh arrivals and i came to next day but they refused to do exchange my shoe.
                                        Woodland customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Not comfortable to suit... defective item..want to exchange
