While buying the product, i had been given a false commitment of it being an all-season wear by the sales person in woodland authorised franchise (Inorbit mall, vashi) due to which i had wore the sandals in rainy season, which resulted the sole getting detached.

When i revisited the woodland store (Inorbit mall, vashi) the attendant confirmed that it is not all season wear for which he repaired the pair by pasting the sole in month of august. That clearly means you guys give big big promise just to sell the product and once it is sold it is the customer who is facing all the cosequences. However, during end of november the sole was detached once again. And this is the second time i have been to the outlet for repair and i may have to visit the outlet again because i have lost the trust of the product and the brand which woodland stands for.

After writing so many mails to mr harkirat singh and customer care, then also the team not responding on the customer satisfaction...

Guys do not purchase woodland goods because they are not giving the good service and satisfaction to their customers

As i had purchased woodland shoes - camel colour from your authorized dealer - aero club, karol bagh, before 1 year back, but after 1 year shoes shining gone and its look like very dirty then again i had visited at same store for purchasing a new woodland jacket, payment receipt attached, that time i ask the sales manager over there for my shoes shining, then that sales man give me suggestion:- for re - colour in black instead of camel colour.

I agreed for same, i had given my shoes on dt. 14.12.2018 (Article no - cc1098111) repair slip no - 311and they ask me to take delivery on dt. 20.12.2018, but on dt. 21.12.2018 when i visit for delivery then totally i shocked to see my shoes, above part they re-colour and the soul part they leave and shoelaces, soul and shoelaces colour is same brown colour. When i ask for the same from present staff they told me this is the only will give and they said this to me in very harsh language, when i shout on same they they ask me to come after 1 week will colour the soul and if i want laces then i have to pay more amount

For re-colour they ask me to give rs.200/-

My concern:- if customer is purchasing some goods from brand then that customer is expacting some good respect from the brand staff, but this is my first and very bad experience with woodland

I am paying such amount for my shoes refurb and i will get such thirdclass refurb from brand store, i can not expect this from woodland.

Hope you will get my concern and understand the customers query and hope you will give best result for same.

Two years back, but unfortunately pasting of my shoes get detached compeletely. I went to store on dec 1, 2018 regarding the concern and they made a slip regarding pasting problem but after compelete one monthon dec31, 2018, when i go my shoes are in same worst condition, shop manager dont even try to inform me regarding same. Moreover the conduct of staff is very bad
According to me woodland quality and assurance service is now are quiet scepticable

I had to visit one of the hill station and believing the quality of product from woodland, i had purchased a jacket from woodland store in pacific mall delhi on 22nd dec'18. I was really surprised to see that while i was in the hill station my jacket was completely wet from inside after wearing for 10-15 minutes.

I was not expecting such a poor quality product from woodland after spending around 3k rupees. Please help me with a better quality product.

I purchased a woodland jacket from woodland store at rajput road dehradun on 28th december 2018. The next day on wearing the jacket i found that it had defect i. E. Various holes on its arms and on the back. I immediately which is within 24 hours of my purchase took the product for exchange and they straight away denied to make any exchange as per them the holes were made by me on purpose. They mean i purchased a jacket of almost 7000 and then damaged it on purpose and then took the pain to visit the store again. Kindly take necessary steps as your staff is very rigid and rude in the particular mentioned store. I mean i should have checked the product very precisely but i took the liberty of the brand name as i was in a renouned store and was not street shopping. Also attaching the bill. I had purchased 3 jackets out of which the jacket in s. No. 2 is defective.
Kindly help me at the earliest.

I m police inspector in up police and posted at district banda as a incharge crime branch. I had purchased a jacket rs. 8495/- rupees from woodland showroom rave moti mall kanpur up on 11.12.2018. And timing was 09:30 pm. Goods no. Mens jackets jc306. But at that day company sent a mail to all retailers that every goods of woodland is sell out on 40% discount. I ordered shoes on 21 december 2018.. Now all it shows is that the product is shipped.. N the courier name is india post.. But there is no tracking id.. How can i see the progress.. How can i track my product.. I already paid for it.. Will my product arrive or it is just a scam website you have made my order id is or-1325634... I called the phone number on the website. Recently I have observed that the sole is coming out from the leather as pasting start deteriorating.
The photographs are attached here with for your reference.

This kind of quality issue is never expected from M/S woodland.Then what is difference between the other manufacturer with you? I think this kind quality issue only the eye opener for any kind of industry to re look in the process and quality for potential improvement.

My sincere request you to suggest me what should I do?

I am partha patnaik bought a woodland tan casual boot from online shoping site (Snapdeal) that time its looks was very good and i was happy to be have such boot but after using, its soul ditached from boot within some days only in 1month. So i am very upset for this due to boot got damaged within few days only.

Shoe purchased at commercial street, bangalore on 16/12/2018 size 45 not available and was told will be delivered in three days. The shoe was delivered on 22/12/2018. But the size was 44. The manager told me to go to other branches and select any shoe and exchange the same. I tried in indiranagar, my road, and marathalli branch. The manager in marathahalli branch misbehaved with me threw the bill and asked his assistant to exchange and give. I would like to come in person to marathahalli branch any day any time if any senior person in coming there to explain them in detail the behavior and sequence of events. As the words used by him cannot be explained in the open forum. I would request you to take stern action against the manager and i demand an apology from the manager. Ref no of the marathahalli bill no is [protected]c07257 dr 23/12/2018 the commercial street bill dated 16/12/2018 was retained by the manager. I once again say i am ready to waste my time and come to marathahalli branch any time you call me as woodlands respect is at stake due to one irresponsible manager.

Hi team,

Recently, i purchased mens jacket jc 316 from mgf metropolls mall, gurgaon. I saw their is discount going on up to 50% on goods.

When, i ask with shopkeeper, he told me that their is no discount on that goods. Then, i made the full payment and purchased the good from their shop.

In same day after some time, we went to another woodland shop is nearby location. When we go there, we see the same jacket with same code are on 40% discount on final price.

I got shocked and felt like i got cheated, how the shopkeeper will do such things with us. How on same day the price of good will be different on same time in woodland showroom. As we know it will be same price everywhere.

When i asked with shopkeeper to refund my money. He told me that he can not refund the money.

Really, i thought that, this is woodland brand which we know. I feel very disappointment and unhappy with woodland service. I purchased many goods but i never face such situations.

So, i want to take serious action over shopkeeper how they can cheat with any customer and please refund my money.

Shoes size are by mistake is large i have return of woodland store deposit on 7 december2018, but his not action, the shoes are on these time woodland store sonipat. I feel utmost sorry and disappointed due to the last purchase i made with woodland.
I have bought a WOODLAND Sandals from jabong.com website and i have been using it for one week inside my office (rarely walk inside my office). The plastic loop of my sandals got broken during a casual walk inside my office.

I have been using exactly the same model Woodland sandals for more than two years. I strongly doubt the genuineness of the product i received, that it is a fake one or copy of woodland (the broken loops are entirely different in new one- that too it is very delicate kind when compared to the old one which i have been using it for more than two years).

I stepped into my nearby woodland showroom at Pala, Kottayam, Kerala, India, but they told, they cannot help me as my purchase was made through online.

I have contacted jabong call centre and they insisted me to send mail with photographs and invoice of purchase to them.

I did not expect this from a popular brand like woodland. Please take this case of genuineness a serious one and solve the issue.

I need to get a new product for the damaged one immediately. Please give a speedy solution for my problem.

Complain is still pending, concern person not give satisfy answer.

I hope you resolve my complaint on urgent basis.

I bought woodland shoe something around 6 months back from jm road woodland showroom. Its making so much noise while walking on any type of floor which attracts peoples attention.
