I have purchased the shoe on 29th jan 2019 and i found defect in sole within a week and and i went to the showroom the same day to find a solution for it and he told me it's just a small crack and if it get increases i will send it to the company i requested him several times that the probability of increasing damage is really high and he didn't give any value for my word and declined my request i beg you to please find a solution for this problem

      I bought an expensive pair of woodland shoe on 28th dec’18 costing me rs. 7500,
      Dealer name - woodland store, 17a/40, w. E. A, main ajmal khan road, karol bagh, new delhi 110005,

      I have used the shoes for about 10-15 days only and i came to notice that the sole is getting toured in both pair.
      I purchased the brand considering the quality and the good will of the company.
      When i visited to the store, the manager has denied to replace the same. Kindly make necessary arrangements for replacing the shoes as early as possible.
      Presently shoes are with the dealer only for last 10 days,
      Invoice copy, dealer receipt of defective shoe and damaged shoe photos are attached for your ready reference,

        Dear Woodland Team,

        As per mail drop to you I received OR-1325547 in damage condition. You are drop the to visit store. Next day I visited to store but sales executive denied for replacement. After that I didn't follow up. Today I received the call from Woodland mentioned number.[protected]. I forgot to ask her nameof that lady.Lady told me that you visited the store & change the shoe. If any concerns talk to on given number. After reaching there as per previously again he denied for that. I called one that I have received the call. The person told me that we didn't do that. Unable to replace shoe.

        Why you are spoiling the name of Woodland ( Aero Group)??. I using this brand from last decade. Last two month I purchased below orders from Woodland & you are wasting my time & also spoiling your brand name.

        If you that that I am lying; then give the case to your vigilance or fraud this to investigate it.
        i. I order OR-1321681 on 16 Dec-18. ii.Received this order on 21- Dec. As cross check with your courier partner.
        iii. Drop mail to you first mail on 21- Dec same day with photos.
        iv. Visited store next day. They denied for change.

        I ordered below ordered from you in last two months. Why you are spoiling your brand name.

I am the regular customer of woodland from last 10 years and i had never this type of problem in shoes before. I am annoying with your this article aa well as brand also.             Hi, i am avinash ptasun. I was purchase woodland shoes in rs 2990/- from new delhi laxminagar in december 2017. Afterthat i have wear this shoes only 2-3 weeks. But both of shoes' sole gets crack and damage. I can't believe that such a worst quality shoes are made by woodland. The sole quality of the shoe very poor. It should get it replaced. Otherwise i have never suggest anyone to purchase the shoes.

              I have ordered sweater online on woodland app on 25 dec 2018 with order no or-1330003.
              I have return order on woodland store in gip mall in first week of january 2019 but still money is not credited to my account and neither to able to contact any executives a d they are not reverting back to my queries.

              This is my first and last worst experience with woodland.

              Kindly look into it and revert my money to my account.

                DTDC delivery person has taken the parcel back without calling me, i went to the corresponding office and collected it personally after some enquiry. I am surprised that woodland doesnt check with the customer for delivery or any delivery message sent before updating it as delivered.

                    Delivered on 22 december 2018, i was excited on using these supposedly "rough and tough" shoes outdoors in the hills o[censored]ttarakhand.
                    One small hike of almost a km, and the tongue of the shoe is damaged.

                    Unsatisfied with woodland for the first time (Have bought jackets in the past).

                    The warranty mentioned by the seller is 3 months.
                    Kindly provide timely redressal of the issue. (Images attached)

                      While buying the product, i had been given a false commitment of it being an all-season wear by the sales person in woodland authorised franchise (Inorbit mall, vashi) due to which i had wore the sandals in rainy season, which resulted the sole getting detached.

                      When i revisited the woodland store (Inorbit mall, vashi) the attendant confirmed that it is not all season wear for which he repaired the pair by pasting the sole in month of august. That clearly means you guys give big big promise just to sell the product and once it is sold it is the customer who is facing all the cosequences. However, during end of november the sole was detached once again. And this is the second time i have been to the outlet for repair and i may have to visit the outlet again because i have lost the trust of the product and the brand which woodland stands for.

                          After writing so many mails to mr harkirat singh and customer care, then also the team not responding on the customer satisfaction...

                          Guys do not purchase woodland goods because they are not giving the good service and satisfaction to their customers

                          As i had purchased woodland shoes - camel colour from your authorized dealer - aero club, karol bagh, before 1 year back, but after 1 year shoes shining gone and its look like very dirty then again i had visited at same store for purchasing a new woodland jacket, payment receipt attached, that time i ask the sales manager over there for my shoes shining, then that sales man give me suggestion:- for re - colour in black instead of camel colour.

                          I agreed for same, i had given my shoes on dt. 14.12.2018 (Article no - cc1098111) repair slip no - 311and they ask me to take delivery on dt. 20.12.2018, but on dt. 21.12.2018 when i visit for delivery then totally i shocked to see my shoes, above part they re-colour and the soul part they leave and shoelaces, soul and shoelaces colour is same brown colour. When i ask for the same from present staff they told me this is the only will give and they said this to me in very harsh language, when i shout on same they they ask me to come after 1 week will colour the soul and if i want laces then i have to pay more amount

                          For re-colour they ask me to give rs.200/-

                          My concern:- if customer is purchasing some goods from brand then that customer is expacting some good respect from the brand staff, but this is my first and very bad experience with woodland

                          I am paying such amount for my shoes refurb and i will get such thirdclass refurb from brand store, i can not expect this from woodland.

                          Hope you will get my concern and understand the customers query and hope you will give best result for same.

                              I had to visit one of the hill station and believing the quality of product from woodland, i had purchased a jacket from woodland store in pacific mall delhi on 22nd dec'18. I was really surprised to see that while i was in the hill station my jacket was completely wet from inside after wearing for 10-15 minutes.

                              I was not expecting such a poor quality product from woodland after spending around 3k rupees. Please help me with a better quality product.

                                I purchased a woodland jacket from woodland store at rajput road dehradun on 28th december 2018. The next day on wearing the jacket i found that it had defect i. E. Various holes on its arms and on the back. I immediately which is within 24 hours of my purchase took the product for exchange and they straight away denied to make any exchange as per them the holes were made by me on purpose. They mean i purchased a jacket of almost 7000 and then damaged it on purpose and then took the pain to visit the store again. Kindly take necessary steps as your staff is very rigid and rude in the particular mentioned store. I mean i should have checked the product very precisely but i took the liberty of the brand name as i was in a renouned store and was not street shopping. Also attaching the bill. I had purchased 3 jackets out of which the jacket in s. No. 2 is defective.

I had purchased a jacket rs. 8495/- rupees from woodland showroom rave moti mall kanpur up on 11.12.2018. And timing was 09:30 pm. Goods no. Mens jackets jc306. But at that day company sent a mail to all retailers that every goods of woodland is sell out on 40% discount. The question is that why 40 % excess money is taken from me?                                         This kind of quality issue is never expected from M/S woodland.Then what is difference between the other manufacturer with you? I think this kind quality issue only the eye opener for any kind of industry to re look in the process and quality for potential improvement.
