for a long time, We are using woodland product as a loyal customer.
But on dated 02.11.2018, i had purchased one shoe pair from your authorized showroom(M/s Aero Club, Shop. 4, Old Delhi Road, Prem Nagar, Ambala City).
Details of Product as below:-

Type:- New Arrival, Article No. GC-1120111, Size :- 42, Colour:- Black,
MRP :- 3995/-, Date of Purchase :- 02.11.2018
But i used this article, they showing some faded in color.
After that i deposited these article on same showroom address on Dated 17/11/2018.
But Issue not resolved after many o[censored]s follow-up and also misbehave by store manager.
Complain is still pending, concern person not give satisfy answer.
I hope you resolve my complaint on urgent basis.
