I am partha patnaik bought a woodland tan casual boot from online shoping site (Snapdeal) that time its looks was very good and i was happy to be have such boot but after using, its soul ditached from boot within some days only in 1month. So i am very upset for this due to boot got damaged within few days only.
So team i am requesting you to do something so that i will be obligated.

Shoe purchased at commercial street, bangalore on 16/12/2018 size 45 not available and was told will be delivered in three days. The shoe was delivered on 22/12/2018. But the size was 44. The manager told me to go to other branches and select any shoe and exchange the same. I tried in indiranagar, my road, and marathalli branch. The manager in marathahalli branch misbehaved with me threw the bill and asked his assistant to exchange and give. I would like to come in person to marathahalli branch any day any time if any senior person in coming there to explain them in detail the behavior and sequence of events. As the words used by him cannot be explained in the open forum. I would request you to take stern action against the manager and i demand an apology from the manager. Ref no of the marathahalli bill no is [protected]c07257 dr 23/12/2018 the commercial street bill dated 16/12/2018 was retained by the manager. I once again say i am ready to waste my time and come to marathahalli branch any time you call me as woodlands respect is at stake due to one irresponsible manager.

I m police inspector in up police and posted at district banda as a incharge crime branch. I had purchased a jacket rs. 8495/- rupees from woodland showroom rave moti mall kanpur up on 11.12.2018. And timing was 09:30 pm. Goods no. Mens jackets jc306. But at that day company sent a mail to all retailers that every goods of woodland is sell out on 40% discount. The question is that why 40 % excess money is taken from me? Pls return 40% excess money which was paid my me and take a necessary action against him.

Hi team,

Recently, i purchased mens jacket jc 316 from mgf metropolls mall, gurgaon. I saw their is discount going on up to 50% on goods.

When, i ask with shopkeeper, he told me that their is no discount on that goods. Then, i made the full payment and purchased the good from their shop.

In same day after some time, we went to another woodland shop is nearby location. When we go there, we see the same jacket with same code are on 40% discount on final price.

I got shocked and felt like i got cheated, how the shopkeeper will do such things with us. How on same day the price of good will be different on same time in woodland showroom. As we know it will be same price everywhere.

When i asked with shopkeeper to refund my money. He told me that he can not refund the money.

Really, i thought that, this is woodland brand which we know. I feel very disappointment and unhappy with woodland service. I purchased many goods but i never face such situations.

So, i want to take serious action over shopkeeper how they can cheat with any customer and please refund my money.

Shoes size are by mistake is large i have return of woodland store deposit on 7 december2018, but his not action, the shoes are on these time woodland store sonipat. This is not a good service i have daily going his also daily promise date on tomorrow or other date so please take action

I feel utmost sorry and disappointed due to the last purchase i made with woodland.
I have bought a WOODLAND Sandals from jabong.com website and i have been using it for one week inside my office (rarely walk inside my office). The plastic loop of my sandals got broken during a casual walk inside my office.

I have been using exactly the same model Woodland sandals for more than two years. I strongly doubt the genuineness of the product i received, that it is a fake one or copy of woodland (the broken loops are entirely different in new one- that too it is very delicate kind when compared to the old one which i have been using it for more than two years).

I stepped into my nearby woodland showroom at Pala, Kottayam, Kerala, India, but they told, they cannot help me as my purchase was made through online.

I have contacted jabong call centre and they insisted me to send mail with photographs and invoice of purchase to them.

I did not expect this from a popular brand like woodland. Please take this case of genuineness a serious one and solve the issue.

I need to get a new product for the damaged one immediately. Please give a speedy solution for my problem.

But on dated 02.11.2018, i had purchased one shoe pair from your authorized showroom(M/s Aero Club, Shop. 4, Old Delhi Road, Prem Nagar, Ambala City).

But Issue not resolved after many o[censored]s follow-up and also misbehave by store manager.

Complain is still pending, concern person not give satisfy answer.

I hope you resolve my complaint on urgent basis.

I bought woodland shoe something around 6 months back from jm road woodland showroom. Its making so much noise while walking on any type of floor which attracts peoples attention. I have purchased a woodland shoe from woodland store at maitri park chembur .it is a nut buck shoe dark blue colour after using it for approximately 4-5 months the upper layer of the shoe started fading its colour and it has marks on it and also the upper layer of shoe the nutbuck leather skin has is coming out.
woodland is such a branded company. looking at the brand i had purchased a expensive shoes for myself because branded shoes gives good durabality but if this is the case is happening with the branded shoes then who will buy from such a branded company. i am very much disappointed with the shoes i got it. it really hurted my emotions. now i really feel that people should not buy from such expensive shoes. they should go for an local brand and use it for 3-4 months and throw it out.
I had purchased around 4000 rupees. Now I want an replacement for the shoe or my money back.
Please do the needful.

I purchased from exclusive company showroom at bitten market, bhopal, a blue color ladies purse item code no bg2055120, 12/15, m011 made of velvet leather which developed 2 big white spots on the top just after 2 time use. Handed the purse to the seller for service but the purse received after was completely spoiled and was having marks of brush all over the purse as if the surface of purse was brushed very hard by inexperienced staff. The purse submitted by me was having a brand new look except the two spots since was used only for 2 times but the product received after service looks very old and completely spoiled. This was not expected from renowned company as im a very old customer of woodland and my husband has not used any other company's shoes since last 12 years. Kindly arrange for fresh service for my product.

Before 6 months i bought woodland shoes MO7 572108Y1540 284 on 9th APRIL 2018 from Badlapur. All of its shoe lace hooks are getting broken as of they are of plastic and making me unable to use the # i bought of so much cost what have give me like 10 times more no of shoes if i go for local brand, which makes me sure that woodland not providing a good quality.

Shoe is broken. If this brand is providing this type of fake product those damaged in few months they not a single reason to choose this brand anymore.
I just to repair this shoe or replacement whatever else.

Dear team, i am one of regular woodland's customer since 2009. I starred my purchase in year 2009 from madurai branch, later continuos shopping from chennai branch.
I have moved to hosur in past 2 years and my latest collection was gs4011 which i bought from woodland, hosur branch.
I reside in dubai and am here on 20 days vacation. I gave my sandals for maintmace on 4th nov 2018 and was promised to return back within 10 to 15 days, unfortunately till today i didn't receive back my sandals and no proper response also.
This is 1st time am really upset with woodland service and am really not sure if i ll come back again if this persists.
Anyways, am leaving abroad today and i shall not be able to use this pair until i come back.
Kindly look in to this asap and clear the issue with high priority.

I recently bought woodland shoe within 4 months of time i can see the soul which got cracked and colour of the soul changed i bought his shoe from r. S. Puram coimbatore woodland store i am looking for repairment for this soul.
They told like 1 year waranty but i didnt get any warranty on this so i[censored] cannot solve this i can escalate to higher. I have seen one of the worst service in my life

I have purchased the woodland shoes from woodland showroom, karad, dis satara, maharashtra.in jan 2017 and i have used it for only 5 days after that i have keep it in the box. But after some time the rats are damaged this shoe pair. So i want to repair it. Only the soft cushion and edges of the shoes has been damaged. Is it possible to repair it? I will pay the repairing charges for that. Please let me know if this repairy is possible or it can be done in the service center.

No response from woodland regarding my shoe response.
He/she told me someone pickup my shoes from home address but no one come my home.
Please give me solution.
Also send on woodland care but nothing response.
Cheap and poor quality product from woodland and also customer support is very poor and worst i never recommended any one

I've already given two times my product for repairing.
In two days the vamps and the sole again damaged.
In Guntur showroom they are not giving good services.
Is that a way they are behaving to the customer.

It's been third time and I'm not getting satisfactory result.

We bought a pair of shoes from a woodland outlet at zirakpur city (Chaura bazaar main sco no 2209, khata no. 59/68, vpo bishangarh, zirakpur) bearing bill no. Fwr men shoe rogc 1337113 assr, 43 dtd 11.112018. However, when we checked the article after bringing it at home; we found that the colour of the shoes was not matching with each other.
We took the pair back to the store very next day but they explained that they didn't had the same model having same colours and refused to refund the money as well.

I am highly disappointed with the response i got at your store.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest as i bought these pair of shoes to gift.
A quick response in this matter shall be highly appreciated.

I had purchased a men shoe from 'aero club, orion mall, panvel, mumbai ' on 23rd september 2018. This shoe has stitching issues hence i went to this store to complain about the issues on 6th november 2018. I met floor manager mr. Divakar suresh mane (Employee id ac01d0214) there and tried to explain the issues. However this manager was started talking with me very rudely and has used abusive language. He has advised me to burn the stitches to repaire the shoe. He was not ready to listen to anything.

Please let me know what is the woodland's policy to take care of consumer issues. I want replacement of my shoe urgently. Please confirm what is the appropriate way to get replacement of the product.
