No response from woodland regarding my shoe response.
He/she told me someone pickup my shoes from home address but no one come my home.
Please give me solution.
Also send on woodland care but nothing response.
Cheap and poor quality product from woodland and also customer support is very poor and worst i never recommended any one
No buy any product from woodland.

I've already given two times my product for repairing.
In two days the vamps and the sole again damaged.
In Guntur showroom they are not giving good services.
Is that a way they are behaving to the customer.
It's Really unexpected..
It's been third time and I'm not getting satisfactory result.
If this continuing like this I would like to get my refund money of my product.
I thought woodland is a very good company and very good at giving services.
It was really unexpected from company like this.

We bought a pair of shoes from a woodland outlet at zirakpur city (Chaura bazaar main sco no 2209, khata no. 59/68, vpo bishangarh, zirakpur) bearing bill no. Fwr men shoe rogc 1337113 assr, 43 dtd 11.112018. However, when we checked the article after bringing it at home; we found that the colour of the shoes was not matching with each other.
We took the pair back to the store very next day but they explained that they didn't had the same model having same colours and refused to refund the money as well.

I am highly disappointed with the response i got at your store.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest as i bought these pair of shoes to gift.
A quick response in this matter shall be highly appreciated.

I had purchased a men shoe from 'aero club, orion mall, panvel, mumbai ' on 23rd september 2018. This shoe has stitching issues hence i went to this store to complain about the issues on 6th november 2018. I met floor manager mr. Divakar suresh mane (Employee id ac01d0214) there and tried to explain the issues. However this manager was started talking with me very rudely and has used abusive language. He has advised me to burn the stitches to repaire the shoe. He was not ready to listen to anything.

Please let me know what is the woodland's policy to take care of consumer issues. I want replacement of my shoe urgently. Please confirm what is the appropriate way to get replacement of the product.

I recently bought woodland shoes gc2336116 on august/26/2018. And now its not even being 2 months completed and start showing how woodland cheats its customers these days. All of its shoe lace hooks are getting broken as of they are of plastic and making me unable to use the # i bought of so much cost what have give me like 10 times more no of shoes if i go for local brand, which makes me sure now its time to say woodland goodbye.

The show room staff said ' do whatever we cannot address your concern and cannot repair/replace the shoe.
Why m go to store again n again,
When i sent to you my shoe's picture then why u told me decision maker is experts when the decision maker has to do everything then what are you doing for woodland care

I have ordered or-1284719 on 26th oct from woodlandworldwide.com site with full amount paid in advance and not received any updates on my order so far. This is yet to be despatched. When ever calling customer care they are not responding properly. There is no option to cancel the order or any refund provision. While placing the order they are commiting like to deliver it in 2-7 days and no redponse from there end. Customer care not responding via email. While calling commiting with false promis which they are not fullfilling.

Can you please help me to track my order and deliver it to me or get my money back?

The show room staff said ' do whatever we cannot address your concern and cannot repair/replace the shoe, we only repair stitching and pasting but your shoe's leather break we cant do anything for this.
cheap and poor quality brand don't go this brand.
cash counter person talk like rudely miss behavior.

i ordered this shoe from official woodland website on 7th september 2018, delivered in time.But after one month o[censored]se the leather stiching is started to break.Now i couldnt use it because of this defect. So kindly replace or solve the defects.

Above mention product of yours is smells very bad whenever i use it, its cost very high i spend inr 3695 for good quality and comfort but very bad experience about the same.
While i use an ordinary product smell didn't comes.
So please replace this and give me a better one.

I am shocked a repotted brand like woodland has this type of waste product.
Please do needful.

I bought Woodland Shoes from Reliance footprints few months back,

Problem is that while I am wearing those shoes I am suffering from high Leg Pain,

I don't know what I have to do,

I purchased khaki leather shoes from aero club (Woodland store) shop no. G-9 to g13 kessal mall, sector 17, kurukshetra, haryana on 13 jan 2018. But after wearing it about three months, the sole of both the shoe got cracked which is beyond my expectation. The shoes were used only in the office. As i am doing job in himachal (My native place in kurukshetra) it is not possible for me to go to kurukshetra for this purpose. I went on 12th oct. 2018 to kurukshetra and met to manager of showroom on 13th oct. 2018. He agreed to repair the shoes but he cleverly told me that the warranty is for 3 months only. However, on persuasion, the shoes were taken for repairs. But he was asking for rs 600 as repair cost. But i said i will not pay this money to you. Then they said you can complained regarding this. I purchased woodland shoes from paytm dated 01/10/2017, in one year sole material of this shoes is totally damage and it is not in condition i use this shoes. I only wear the shoes in office time and during rainy season i dont use this shoes. I wear ony 8 month and in this short time this shoes is totally damage. What should i do. Is this product life 8 month?? Plz suggest me

I have purchased a pair of woodland fwr men boot gb 1487114 (Black) on 13th aug 2018. But after 10 days using the sole was detaching and after that on 17th sept 2018 i returned it to the same store as it was under warranty period. But till today neither i have received my shoe nor a call. They even ignored my email complain also, which i have given in their mail id [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com. The name of the purchased shop was: aero club, (Woodland store), triveni commercial complex, guwahati, assam.

My last complaint was submitted on 18th september and it has been 20 days without any conclusion on the issue with my jacket. Please conform when and how will this issue be resolved.

Last email dated ; 18th september:

I, shilpi kohli and i bought a black wind jacket with down feather a year ago from your dwarka sector 7 store. This jacket is a very expensive jacket and i know it had down feather.

My problem is i cannot wear this jacket with anything since the down feather transfers its feather to every clothing i wear. It transfers to anyone who is standing next to me. I understand some down feather would shed but something to this extent is unbelievable. I cannot stand next to anyone nor can i wear this on anything except white clothes. I am attaching pictures of the black top i wore and the after effect of wearing this jacket.

I have got the jacket drycleaned but in vain.

It is such an expensive jacket and i would like this issue to be resolved, either get the down feather issue sorted or give me a replacement for the same.

It is such a shame that the woodland outlet at dwarka were not able to resolve this issue for 6 months and now i am stuck with a jacket which is of no use for me and is very expensive.

Let me know your response asap.

My sandals got damaged. I asked in showroom to recover but they said they can't do. How can i recover my sandals from damage. I bought it last year. Now it was only a year sandals but see how it got damaged. I can't believe this to happen from woodland.. Worst product from woodland. Now i'm nomore interested in buying this.. And finally i want to recover or exchange my sandals from woodland

I hope they can understand my problem and rectify soon

Sir iam using the wood land shoes about 9 months, purchasing from beema agencies, nagercoil. The particlulars are enclosed with this mail. Now i couldnt use it because of the out sole is just broken up. So kindly replace or solve the defects

I had brought this shoe about 40-45days back. Now a small area of it has peeled off.. I can't understand how such a pricey thing gets damaged in so less time.. Price - 3000.. A brown-olive colored one... I got it near aug 15.. From a woodland store cuttack.. What should i do?? Shall i get replacement or what... Woodland.. Is famous for its durability... And such things weren't expected..
