I bought shoes form flipkart from tech connect retail pvt ltd, bilaspur. But now my shoes starts damaging. It bought in october 2017. Shoes details attached bill Cost of rs. 2246. 00.
I bought this shoes at this high cost but they start damaging. It starts cutting from bottom. Soule is starts cutting.
Too bad product.
I want my money back anyhow.

I given my pair of shoes to WOODLAND service partner as on[protected] to AEROCLUB WOODLAND SHOES at No : 49/28, T nagar, Pondy bazar, Chennai Branch, Pin: 600017. And the complaint is sole damage( broken both side) o, still the service co- coordinators saying 2 days to get shoe, they repeating same from the last month, i need the clarification for the same, when i receive the same.

Im vishwas, very disappoint about woodland service. I had visited jasola outlet in delhi near kalindi kunj. I had a very bad experience with your representative they don't even know how to talk to there customers. They all very uneducated person, very ill behave, bad manner people. I had visit to buy shoes and belt i always suggest you to not to buy any thing to these fool person.

I have bought one pair of shoe on dated 29.06.2018 from go sttep, m/s jaypee retails, sharma chhak, talcher, odisha - 759100. After 10 days of wearing that shoe, lace has torn out & then i contacted to the shop for repairing & they did that and assured me for not repeating that fault. But again after few days, the same lace torn it out & this time the shop keeper refused to change my problem. So, my complain is that please tell me how will i wear this shoe. Please take some remedial measures and change my shoe with a new one.

Dear sir, i was purchased woodland shoes from one o[censored]r vender at kanpur, but i found very poor quality. One drop of water change the color of shoe and give permanent mark on that. When i complain to ur vender he gave ur polish but not give any effect.
Very very gad response from vender, he told that woodland provide the same quality for shoes.
Kindly resolve the issue asap.

I purchased a woodland shoes at 29-july-2018, from Gammon India Mall in front of Nanke patrol pump Bhopal (MP).

Issue is that both shoes size is lil different. I am facing issue my Right side shoes is ok but Left size shoes lil short. My left, my foot toe get Bend when i put the shoes, please change the shoes... Or Replace with UK-7, size, current Size is UK-6, that is harmful for me and shoes not comfortable... I am woodland's genuine customer since 2000, please resolve the issue change the shoes...

I am regular customer of wood land shoes and i have used the brand from last 25 years. Recently i have purchased a shoe from top shooz,. Sector vi a market bhilai durg district chhattisgarh around 3 months back and now i found its sole has completely torn out from one corner. May i humbly request you to replace the product at the earliest.

Kindly advice me how i should go head for sorting out my problem...

I went to the store of woodland on the 1st of August 2018 and chosen one pair of shoes which i needed for the purpose of jogging and little bit of exercise. The shoes were actually in the category of sneakers and the salesman of Woodland store in city mall Vipul Khand -4, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow told me that my choice is right because the cost of shoes were 4405 so he made me to buy the sneakers for the purpose of sports and the very next morning when i worn the shoes and did only a 5-10 minutes exercise my ankle got fractured due to the very nature of the shoes which the salesman of woodland agreed as well as guaranteed for the very purpose and the next day when i went back to the store to complaint about the shoes, the in-charge of the store said that he can't do anything and denied all my words and said do whatever you want to do and dealt with me very rudely.
I just want refund of my money and if can please compensate for my losses. I am attaching the bill of my purchase.
I want this model should be checked for its manufacturing defects so that no one else get hurt by these shoes as it is a very reputed brand

I purchase woodland chappals on 09/06/2018 from saravana selvaratinam super market madurai, within 40 days it will be damaged, how can i replace new one form that showroom, i feel hard to know that will damaged quicky, am regulaly use woodland chappals and sandals, but this one is damaged quickly, replace my product as soon as possible contact number [protected]

I have purchased my woodland casual for men from flipkart.com dated 10/02/2018. Now i came to know that this shoes is duplicate when sool is broken. Then i have talked to flipkart customer care. They told that you can only change the product within a month. Now i can't help. Now i want to check that this shoes is made by woodland or not. Suggests me how to check and where could check.

On dated 30/06/2016 I purchased 3 No's. Item code invoice no.201805N[protected] from Aero club Rani Talab Jind State code Haryana o6 on 50% discount with the assurance that short size item will be replaced. On Dt 1/07/2018 I visited one no. Item for replacement one no. Item being defective & shortsize.The manager assured to replace the same within 2-days and kept the item. I visited a no. of time but all in vain. On dated 18/07/2018 I again visited but manager advice to select another item but he give 40% discount.When I want to know the reason he started shouting and misbehaved. He also kept the item and not replace. I am regular customer of woodland bearing mob no. [protected] & [protected] and really hearted by your Manager. However the other staff is very cooperative and polite. So get replaced my item with proper size promptly & take necessary action against deliquent manager to maintain the decorum of showroom as well as moral of customer.Othewise I will abide to take up the matter with consumer form. Hope for better result.

Very Worst service from this showroom.. I have given my shoe for service, it took two and half months to return my shoe back also only after I have asked for the status they have replied the service is done. While returning my shoe, I saw the shoe lace was damaged, when I asked about it they are not giving responsible answers. They are telling, it might have happened during service buy a new one. After a long conversation they are telling, we will give new lace but they don't have the stock of the lace that matches my shoe color. Very worst service...

I have ordered a woodland wallet on 30th June 2018 and made payment through debit card but due to some reason I have cancelled my order but I didn't get a refund from sanpdeal till now but according to policy they are supposed to provide me refund within 4 to 8 days

Hi, i would like to say that i purchased loafer from woodland store, Cosmos Mall siliguri and after purchasing this product my product got damaged within 3 months... i am a regular customer of woodland but after this i cant prefer anyone to buy woodland as this is the worst experience i got after so much investment... it is damaged within 3 months which i didnt expect from woodland... i called the store as i am out of that state ...he said me to meet in nearby store but there also i didnt get any satisfacion... now either u replace my shoe or repair it...because i have done huge investment on this shoe...

I had purchased a pair of casual shoes from woodlands store at elements mall, bangalore on 2nd feb '18. Right on day 1 itself, i experienced severe cuts on my ankle just after a small walk. I registered a compalint against it at the store where i purchased it. They have assured to solve my problem and after a wait of 3 weeks they returned me my shoes the way it is, saying that they have fixed the problem by softening it. I could see no difference in it as the problem still persisted. It is hurting me badly. Thus, i returned it to the store once again. After a wait of 4 weeks i got the my shoes in the same way i gave them. Please help me out with this issue and fix the problem as soon as possible.
Even after paying high price to it i am unable to use it. Hoping for a satisfactory response from your team

Aforementioned shoe has manufacturing defect that is,
The texture and the pattern of
The leather is defective and both the shoes are looking very different from each other which is making it very uncomfortable to wear.

Though this had been taken to woodland store, the finishing has not been changed but instead the woodland service centre has just polished the shoe and has sent it back which made the shoe look even worst.
I have not used this
Shoe for even a single day after purchasing and i didn’t expect this kind of negligent and irrelative response from a reputed company as woodland.

This was communicated to woodland and have found no proper response from them. They say that shoe can’t be replaced with new one though the shoe is still under warranty.

I had bought woodland shoes worth rs three thousand only (3000 rs). The shoes had the warranty of 3 months and its color faded within three months so i took it back to the store while the warranty was still valid they gave it back after four weeks so at that warranty became void and the repairing they have done is not good and will fade away soon and its not up to the standard promised by woodland company. Their customer support is also not responding to properly to my calls.

I also have a complaint regarding the invoice produced by the stores, the ink they use fades away after some time and in case someone wants to lodge complaints or any further use, the consumer can't read it clearly and easily.

So please look in the above matter as soon as possible and make sure the proper repairing of shoes and also advise them to use ink which lasts longer on the receipt.
