I ratan lal singh, purchased a shoes vide invoice no. [protected] dt 04 jan 2018 and delivered on 08 jan 2018. When i opened the packet i found that shoes are from different pair.in present condition the shoes are not usable at all. I made a complain on the same day. But it was on your purchase enquiry site. I got today your complaint site and again making same complain. Please arrange to pick up the defective shoes and replace with good one or refund my money st the earliest.

I have received damage piece of winter jacket from city mall store lucknow. When i did complain with store manager he misbehaved with me n said... We are not able to resolve your an issue... Go n whatever you want... His behavior was too rude. Plz kindly inform me what is the best option regarding my problem... I will highly obliged for for suggestions... Thanks

Hi i am aakash sharma a regular customer of your from the past few year. I went to your store in mall of india noida and find that the manager is rude and was atrocious in behaviour. I asked him that one of pair of shoe bought from your store is a little loose and i need something to get it filled to which he replied that he will arrange it in 25 days. I requested him to arrange a little early to which he started arguing and making nv derogatory remarks. Sorry to say but the staff is unprofessional and not helpful at all. He even said that do whatever you want to my name is sumit tyagi and nobody can do anything to me. It is pathetic i will never buy from woodland ever and will write a blog on facebook and twitter about the services you guys give us in return on purchase made from you.

I have bought the woodlands slipper model art-gd-1382114 before 11 months. From the time i brought there are lot of stretching issuess. I gave it for service couple of times. Now my strap stretches came of (Picture attached). Woodlands service is saying it is not covered under warren. It is very clear the strap is no cut by any external factor due to week leather it came of. I want my slippers to be repaired. Please do the needful. Thanks in advance.

I had purchased a pair of woodland shoes 2 years back from a mall in gurgaon. They were only for special occasions therefore were used only 2-3 time only. From inside and outside it is as good as new but sole side material is chipping off.. It's in really bad condition both sole and upper is separated. It looks like shelf life of material is finished. The sole material of the shoes is too bad.
Request you to register complaint. Repair/ replace the shoes. Pictures are attached.

I m very upset with quality of woodland which has drooped below any level. We bought the same pair of sandals 3 years ago and the inner sole was covered with leather. It was very good product. Now they cover it with cheap material which is worn out in 3 months. It looks like leather but in the process of wearing you realize that the sole is covered with material. After couple of months you can throw it to the garbage.

It's look got awkward before one month of purchasing. It has stitching design which is also like to be look different... I am not feeling comfort with this present look. I will be happy if i get the option to change this... As this would be my first bad impression, and i am sure not to be disappointed.

This is to intimate that i own woodland shoes gc-0580108 brown. I am a resident of sector 9, rohini, delhi (Pin code 110085)

The shoe laces are due to be replaced for more than 3 months and i have tried almost every woodland shop almost every shop in rohini and adjoining area, pitampura, paschim vihar etc. But have been unable to get the shoe laces.

I am getting the same answer from every shop that the shoe laces for this shoe are in short supply for more than 3-4 months for the reasons, they don't know and the orders have been placed by all these dealers umpteen times but no supply received till date.

Please tell me when will i get the laces replaced as the shoes are of no use without the laces replaced..

I bought winter jacket from woodland store patna. They sold it promicing that it will keep warm but jacket i bought is not keeping me warm, and they are not ready for exchange or refund when i visited their store again rather they insulted and humiliated me. They don't care about customers satisfaction they are just money suckers.

When i've purchased one pair of woodland shoes from your authorised showroom at - yagnik road rajkot.. Believe me quality of your shoes was so poor that its stitches are removed spontaneously even though i've worn it for hardly 2/3 times... This is ridiculous... 1. Do you really feels thanks or just for the sake of protocol you are bound to do this?
2. What kind of service is woodland india providing to its customer now-a-days? If its the same which i am getting then the condition is really thinkable..!!

Now coming to my issue, it has been more than a month now, since i updated my issue to the online care & more than a month via offline turn-abouts.
I am really not able to understand whose fault is this? I have submitted all bills, went via a proper channel, followed correct procedure to claim warranty, patiently waited for corrected product.

Still the issue is same.
The right side of shoe of the pair is degraded and lining has been developed over it while the other shoe of same pair is wonderfully ok. ​​​​​​

Yesterday, after waiting for more than a month when i went to collect my shoes, the exact same pair of shoe which i submitted for defect were again returned to me claiming to be repaired. Does woodland has started assuming that the customers are fool that they cannot even make out about simple polishing of product?

The sandals i bought are of cost rs. 2495 and they got damaged pretty early as the sole started ripping off. Now do i have any chance if replacing or getting them repaired as it is still under warranty. I am giving the purchase and invoice details below. Please resolve it or let me know if i can get them repaired some how. But it is unfair to sell a branded product for a high price with such quality.

Product purchased on 19 jan 2017 worth ruppes 2900.
For utilisation in/during event only.
In the month of mar-apr it started rupturing from the bottom of the sole.
Towhich complaint raised via twitter and a response to repair was received.
Submit at store and received, which has a problem with the new sole.. That is broader from inside.
Again in month of nov. It started loosening the pasting to which report at twitter and ask me to submit at store.. And as the store is under renovation mode therefore it has been delayed.. For repairing more then 15 days..

The worst product in leather-boots, i have received/experienced at this time even unnecessary delay has nothing connection in service..

I have purchased woodland shoes from fate shoes dombivli east on 8-oct-2017.

Art# gc 1098111w13, color: olive green.

After using for approximately a month we found a several holes in shoes and sole is detached for one shoe (Please find the attached images set1).
We have reported same to store, they have kept it for a week and sticked non woodland sole to shoes and returned today.
Please find the attachment post fix (Set 2).

We are not happy with this sloppy work, we expected replacement or fix with original woodland material.

Please address the issue and take necessary action.

I bought a woodland shoe model no 1781115black40 on 24/10/2017 from the saharanpur woodland store bill no:s201709no35001251. On 20/11/2017, shoe damaged especially in soul it completely tear off. I contacted to customer care for service but they inform that soul can't be replace for this model. The price of this shoe is about 3995/-. Even for local shoe make's soul can last for 2 to 3 years. So that how i believe in woodland for next purchase. Please take care my compliant and do needful at your earliest.
