Hi,

The sandals i bought are of cost rs. 2495 and they got damaged pretty early as the sole started ripping off. Now do i have any chance if replacing or getting them repaired as it is still under warranty. I am giving the purchase and invoice details below. Please resolve it or let me know if i can get them repaired some how. But it is unfair to sell a branded product for a high price with such quality.

    Product purchased on 19 jan 2017 worth ruppes 2900.
    For utilisation in/during event only.
    In the month of mar-apr it started rupturing from the bottom of the sole.
    Towhich complaint raised via twitter and a response to repair was received.
    Submit at store and received, which has a problem with the new sole.. That is broader from inside.
    Again in month of nov. It started loosening the pasting to which report at twitter and ask me to submit at store.. And as the store is under renovation mode therefore it has been delayed.. For repairing more then 15 days..

    The worst product in leather-boots, i have received/experienced at this time even unnecessary delay has nothing connection in service..

    The repair slip which was provided by the store has almost taken a long month.

    After notifying by your side to the Organisation, They had not tried to contact me.Even not intimated me for any further repair as well in connection for the same.
    Note-A notice period of 14 Days is although enough to act sincerely but their reluctant, irrespective behaviour is somehow mismanaging the property belongs to other..May also attract the provisions of I.P.C-409., 420 .

      Dear sir/madam,

      I have purchased woodland shoes from fate shoes dombivli east on 8-oct-2017.

      Art# gc 1098111w13, color: olive green.

      After using for approximately a month we found a several holes in shoes and sole is detached for one shoe (Please find the attached images set1).
      We have reported same to store, they have kept it for a week and sticked non woodland sole to shoes and returned today.
      Please find the attachment post fix (Set 2).

      We are not happy with this sloppy work, we expected replacement or fix with original woodland material.

      Please address the issue and take necessary action.

        Sir,
        I bought a woodland shoe model no 1781115black40 on 24/10/2017 from the saharanpur woodland store bill no:s201709no35001251. On 20/11/2017, shoe damaged especially in soul it completely tear off. I contacted to customer care for service but they inform that soul can't be replace for this model. The price of this shoe is about 3995/-. Even for local shoe make's soul can last for 2 to 3 years. So that how i believe in woodland for next purchase. Please take care my compliant and do needful at your earliest.

              I have purchased a black shoe 9 no. For rs.2120 from woodland retail shop m/s aero club (Woodland) no.38 (Lko-4) shop no. 34-a, chandralok colony near kapoorthala, aliganj, lucknow vide bill no. 201709...01389 dated 18.09.2017. The said shoe was very tight on upper portion. I have lodged a complaint to the said shop and deposited my shoe to them on 20.09.2017. He gave a receipt for this bearing no. H/22 dated 20.09.2012. Today 0n 01.12.2017 the shoe has been delivered to me. I tried it at the shop and tender my dissatisfaction to them and returned the said shoe to the shop. The misbehaved with me. I have written my complaint on the complaint register.
              It is, therefore, requested to look into the matter and my amount of rs.2120/- may be returned me at the earliest.

                I have brought woodland sandles 31st of August the quality was worst and I have never seen such type in woodland before. The upper layer was gone within 45 days o[censored]sing. This is really very shameful to Woodland brand.people around be started asking is this a duplicate product.this is really ashame to your customers

                  I have brought one shoe: khaki leather sneaker shoe from woodland show room from bhubaneswar in 2016. But after wearing it about three months, the sole of the shoe got cracked of both the shoes it is beyond my expectation.. It was used only in the office. Now it kept idle. Since the leather portion looks new i want to refix sole.

                    I purchased mountain shoe from woodlands shoe shop at bengaluru during jan 2012. I was using for trekking purpose only, so it was used only occasionally. While i climbed a hillock in jul 2017, the shoe sole came out on the way. Immediately i packed and safely brought to woodlands shoe shop in palayamkottai to do the needful services. They took nearly 4 months and returned the shoe without its sole presently. I am shocked by this irresposible service with woodlands. Kindly rectify the loss incurred by us.

                      I was purchased woodland shoe from airoli sectot 10 navi mumbai dt 3rd march 2017. But both shoes sole broken. I show to airoli store manager on 8th october 2017 and he was sent to for repair to woodlands office. But today they are returned me without repair and said we don't have sole.

                      Kindly suggest me what can i do now..?? Because i spent rs 3150. I am regular customer of woodland

                        As i am an old customer of woodland want to notify you about your recent product which i bought 3 mar 2017. I bought the thermal jacket for my denmark trip. This is my 5th woodland jacket but i never faced this kind of situation. I carry my bag-pack after wearing this jacket and the moment i walk the jacket is scratched completely in that part which is a contact of below part of my bag pack. It looks weird now from the backside of my jacket. I have used the woodland jacket with my bag pack many times and it worked great. This time woodland disappointed me as woodland is famous for its quality product across the globe. This time i have very bad experience with woodland. Please let me know if you can exchange this or repair my jacket. I attached my original receipt and jacket current defected area. When the replaced shoe came the shopkeeper is demanding for extra money saying the discount value has got changed.                                 I received very rude service from woodland outlet at dilshad garden, new delhi.

                                I bought a pair of woodland boots from woodland outlet at dlf mall, saket couple of weeks ago (Oct 15, 2017). At the time of purchase i was told to get a complimentary shoe polish from any woodland outlet against my registered phone number, as the polish was unavailable at that outlet then (As i understood later, points were added to my mobile, which i could utilize at any woodland out). I found the seller polite.

                                Later (Oct 26, 2017), i went to woodland outlet at dilshad garden, new delhi. I was wearing the boots i had purchased. I reached out to the shop counter and told them this exactly - "i purchased these shoes (Pointing to shoes i was wearing) a couple of weeks back from woodland outlet at saket mall. I was told that i can get a shoe polish against my mobile number from any woodland outlet." the guy near the counter suddenly got defensive, and made it look like i was asking for a polish for free. He refuses me outrightly, and tells me 'we do never offer any shoe polish with shoe purchase'. Asks me, 'did you have any claim on the polish? It is not possible that you're getting a shoe polish free of cost. Let me talk to the person who told you about it'. I was not carrying the contact number of previous seller, and asked them to contact themselves and verify. Instead, they gave me the contact of some third person, who supposedly 'takes care of all the sales in saket area'. I didn't know any better, didn't know how that would help, still called that number, which was never picked. I told them nobody is picking the phone, and started to leave, telling them i'd sort it out with the saket outlet. On my way out, i was asked by another guy at the counter "aapne kuch kareeda tha kya?" (Did you buy anything?, referring to my visit to the saket outlet). I found it amusing as to how much eagerly my request was received.

                                I later (Same day) called the saket outlet to verify what i had been told. He listened to my case (Over phone) with more attention that i got with face to face interaction at dilshad garden earlier. He told me that i had been given some points against my phone number which i could reuse at any wooland outlet.

                                He told me it's not possible that somebody could refuse my claim. A telephonic conference took place. I once again got to hear the voice of the person i met at dilshad garden outlet. He said that i never told him about my phone number. He said i walked in the outlet asking for free polish. I narrated the whole incident as it happened over phone. He refused that it happened. I asked him to re-confirm if that is what he was actually saying. And he effectively confirmed that i was lying. I felt there was no point arguing with someone like that.

                                I was later called by the saket outlet seller apologizing for the inconvenience and re-confirming that i would be able to reuse the points. The person i met at the dilshad garden store was supposedly a regional manager, mr. Anil das, as i was later told.

                                That i did not receive the polish is not the issue here. It would not be as costly that it can't be bought by itself (More so for someone who can afford your shoes).

                                But my time is very valuable to me. And how i view your company should be very valuable to you. I could have written the whole thing off as a human misunderstanding. But somehow, the whole incident left a bitter aftertaste. Please take care that the people you emply treat your customers well. I am not sure if these shoes would be the last i buy from woodland, but there is one outlet i am definitely never visiting again!

                                  Three months ago i bought a black formal shoes at mysore kuvempunagar factory outlet showroom. Article is shoe gc1166112, black, 39.
                                  Article has some sole pasting problem so on[protected] i visited your show room to give shoe for repair services. Firstly your showroom employees are not ready to recieve the article on that day because of some government holiday. After arguing with them they received it.

                                    I had purchased article number: ls1792115 from trivendrum, diamond hill, vellayambalam, kerala, india on 20th august 2017. Due to colour fade, pasting and lase damage issues i had submit the article to the respective showroom on 11th october 2017 (Within two months of purchase). The product is currently under warranty. After 15 days, when i called them, the manager told that product is not repairable and it has to be replaced. At the time of purchase the product was under discount. Now they are asking me to pay the additional amount for the same piece since the new piece is currently not under the discount. Within 2 months of the purchase, product have started troubling me and now the response of your respective woodland showroom is highly disappointed. I never expected this kind of response from such a prestigious brand. You are requested to see to the issue and take necessary steps immediately.

                                      Respected sir/ma'am

                                      1. Please refer repair slip no. 38 (Copy attached as jpeg image).
                                      2. I purchased above mentioned pair of shoes on 12 jun 2017. After only two wearing, it developed wrinkles all over its front toe. And hence, i returned the shoes for the needful at your end. However, my complaint was returned with a remark - "damaged due to wear and tear".
                                      3. I am a loyal customer of woodland ever since my college days i. E since 1997, almost two decades now! I remember using woodland shoes even on the barren mountains of kargil and over hard rock ice of siachen glacier (When i was posted there a decade ago), but, woodland never disappointed me. I still proudly use woodland almost ever day due to its brand quality and ruggedness!
                                      4. May i request you to kindly look into the matter once again please and help me retain faith in woodland. Looking forward to a favorable response.
                                      5. I have written to woodland thrice, they just refused to honour my honest claim. This is not expected from great brand like woodland. Please restore our faith in this brand.

                                      This happened within 12 days of purchase of shoes!
                                      Till date the shoes are lying with the dealer where I purchased the above shoe from!

                                        I had purchased woodland shoe in may 2017 & with in short period observed one hole on top of right shoe. I had started mail communication to woodland & they instructed to deposit shoe in any woodland retail counter & has deposited on 10 sep at ambedakar road ghaziabad against receipt no 66. Now they are asking for money for replacement of 40%. They never informed me on mail or written communication. This is quality problem & need to replace or repair free of cost
