I recently visited to woodland to check out some new fresh arrival so these gyuzz shows me some good shoes even in 70% discounted price.

After 1 month o[censored]sing the shoes it started tearing from bottom and pesting with sole is started removing.

When i visited there store they took my complaint but no revert given that when my shoes will be given when it gets repair nothing.

After calling & reminding them they just giving dates only
Even customer care also did not help

I m trying to following up the store guy since 1 week but no reply at all.

My woodland sandal insole was damaged into bits and pieces inside the upper sole. I have bought the sandals about 9 months back and within 3-4 months from the buying date, the insole cushion started shrinking inside and slowing broken into pieces.

I bought the sandals in Bangalore and i stay in my home town located in Andhra Pradesh. When i complained the same to the woodland showroom in my near by town, they informed me to take to Bangalore and complaint in the respective showroom.

I have never used the sandals roughly and used for any occasions. I am surprised about the quality of woodland that how within an year the sandal get damaged. I have not kept the bill and off-course there is no need of bill to understand the poor quality of the sandal insole.

Even 500 /- Rs sandals giving more life than a woodland sandal which was bought for 2300 /- Rs 'that made me to loose trust on woodland quality.

Your showroom people and respective service executives gave me reckless answers with out taking it as challenge when some of your customer challenging on woodland quality.

Till now i changed 4 to 5 times new lases. But now one of show lace button is removed by itself. I want to exchage it. Recently i bought. It is not comfort at all. Last year september i bought. But not even one year also. Please do it asap.
Immedialtely laces are removing within one week. Now the lace buttons are itself got removed. I hope atleast it vl come for 5 years. I trust woodland brand.
Please do asap. I want to exchange with ohter. Waiting for reply

3 months back i had purchased a sandle from woodland store as very rearly i use my sandles, its skin got cut from center from top i had been to store regarding this he told me to get bill for the same product
I told him its hardly been 3 months i have not kept it n now a days all the company take phone no.. To identify customer check in ur system he told i don't have it. So what my problem will be in solved
Even if we buy road side still we can wear it for 6 months
What is the use to buy such a costly item from store i spent nearly 2000+ for a waste product which i could not even use it for 3 months
Really in happy atlist i did not expect from this reputed bra

I purchased Shoes and Apparels from Aero Club, Chandigarh, Manimajra, State/code - Chandigarh/04 vide bill no. 201704N009C00021 dated 02.07.1917. Details of bill and products are attached herewith. The products are marked MRP including all taxes but the supplier has charged extra GST/taxes on the products. Ther is no adjustment of previous taxes in the bill.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

We purchased WOODLAND SHOE from showroom Sadar Bazar Main Road Jabalpur dated[protected]...it is completely impaired.

but now it's ankle is teared just with minimal use, within 2 years. And we're continually pursuing the 'dealer' for the repairment of the same.

Initially dealer promised it can be repaired in one month.

Last three days we are pursuing him but he(& his employees) are giving excuses for the same.

Please intervene & do the needful.

I am rahul anand from lucknow and i bought a pair of sleeper from bansal sons
Address janpath hazratganj lucknow on 30th of march and sleepers are torn of within 2 months. When i contacted the dealer he refused to change them he asked me to mail to woodland directly and tell them. Since i am a regular as well as loyal customer of woodland so i request you to please change my sleepers. I don't have bill of sleepers but i made the payment through my mother 's credit card so i have the statement of it which is showing a purchase of rs 250.

I had registered a complaint two days ago (19/06/2017) after that a message comes that company will reply it soon but there was no reply. I mentioned in that message that i had purchased woodland shoe from woodland shoe room sara city centre srinagar kashmir, after a week the colour of the shoe fades very poorly i went to the shoe room with shoe and asked them that i want to replace the shoe they tell me to keep it here ok, but after two thee weeks they gave me the shoe with same condition and they told me to do complaint him self and then come.

Hi, i am ganesh. I am completing about my new woodland shoe bought two months ago and returns about one month ago for manufacturing defects of occuring red dots on it. I am disappointed about your service because i always contact with your representative and always he argues with me and only tell me that my shoe has sent in company and when company replying me i will call you.

I had the worst ever shopping experience with woodland, the quality of the product is even more worst. The level of service which they provide is not at all satisfactory. They only make fool out of people. I bought the shoes on 19 feb since that i have used only 3 times and till now is in service center only. I m not at all satisfied with the company. At the time of purchase the salesman is very much interested with the client. But when we go with the problem they dont even pay attention although the company provides the warranty of 6 months. The people at red chief, metro, red tape are far more satisfactory. I request the concerned authority to take the action. And try and fix my problem. My pair of shoes is submitted in the showroom 2months and its the second time i m submitting the same pair of shoes for repairing. Since i purchased. Its very sad and i fell regretting after being the part of this company.

I bought woodland shoe from woodland shoe room sara city centre stinger, after one week only the colour of the shoe fades very poorly now i want to replace it if not i will go to the consumer court for the same. They (Shoe room stat) told me to do compliant himself i brought it on10th of may 2017. The colour of the shoe totally faded (Changed), now i want to replace it

I have purchased a pair of woodland shoes from woodland show room hisar haryana.
When i wear this show, left foot's smallest finger feel not comfortable.

Dealer send the shoes to company to repair.
Company return these shoes duly repaired but my problem was not solved.

I purchased a pair of shoes in the month of january '17 from your bhubaneswar show room at cost of rs.1497/= (Original price rs.2495/=). Unfortunately, that has gone out of order in the month of march '17. To my worst surprise, while i visited your show room at mani square, kol-700054 in the month of april '17,
My complaint was not attended to. On the other hand one of your sales boy had just laughed at me. It is unfortunate, not expected from a highly reputed
Shoe manufacturer like woodland. I am sure this is not a policy of woodland.
Once again, another season for discount has come to the store and got much attracted, but, i am afraid that i might be deceived. Plz advise me.

I bought a pair of shoes dark grey in colour.
Size 8 in this month. The cost of shoes is around 4000 rupee. The outlet of woodland is in esplanade, kolkata. I requested to the shopkeeper regarding size of shoes that would be 10 only as i purchased for my brother and i request the shopkeeper to give me the shoe and the size should be 10. The shopkeepr give the shoe and size of shoes will be 8-9 which is not in comfort for my brother as the shoes was required on urgent basis and the shoes has been used now from my end. Actually the shopkeeper want to increase there sale and for that they give me incorrect size of shoe. This is totally unfair. I request you to take the necessary action against this. Its my humble request.

Mai apko batana chata hu ki me ne haldwani se 2/june/2017 shoes kharida. 4 din bad shoes ka color uadd gaya hai. Mai apna shoes wapas karna chata hu. Mai abhi store ke malik se nhi mila hu. Muje nhi pata wo mera shoes waps karga bhi or nhi me ne apni vachat se rs. 3400 ka shoes kharida jo ab khrab ho chuka hai. Kripiya es pe gaur karne or meri help karne.

My self mukesh dixit, a loyal customer of your brand for the past 15 years because of your quality and service. But unfortunately this time around with deep regret i would like to express my disappointment about your brand by selling low quality products to your customers.
I made a purchase from woodland m/s aero club, ff-29, z-square mall, bada chauraha, kanpur ph:[protected]. Dated 22/04/2017 (Copy of bill attached) a pair of shoes (Article no: 1925115) worth rs.3595/- when i wore it a single day it was torn and opened up. I approached the store and they acknowledged my complaint by providing the service by replacement/repairing the damage (Ref: 35) dtd 10.06.2017 (Service receipt is attached).in spite of that shoe has other quality issues such as the soul is heating up while walking on road etc.
So i request you to kindly replace the item and allow me to choose a quality product of your brand or refund the amount as i am not at all satisfied with this product of woodland. I expect a favorable and brisk response on the same as soon as possible.

Hi i had purchased woodland sandals in feb 2017 and now the inner sole has wear out in just 2 months
I want a reason why a branded product like woodland have such issues in the product
This is just a complaint
If not solved i have to go to consumer court
The minimum warranty is 90 days and within 2 months i'm facing a problem

Please check the attached image of shoes... Now color difference is clearly showing on shoes. One is dark & one is light... Any blind person see & feel the difference. I have polished the shoes with original woodland polish..

Many of my friend & relative says... Ye dono shoes alag alag color k hain kya... These movement are very shameful & panic for me..

I have already intimate the company regarding color difference at the time of purchase the shoes, but company refuse the my opinion.

Woodland is the word biggest company, but at this time company not seeing & feel the customer genuine problem.

My humble request to you please arrange to replace my shoes... Its a genuine problem & please feel the customer pain, because at the time of purchase these shoes was in fresh stock (No discount) & i have pay the total money..

Please do the needful...

This is to inform you that, i had purchased one shoes from your outlet woodland store (M/s aero club) nh-1 ambala, haryana

Three month back i, e 17.2.17 after 3rd day of purchasing, i found pasting issue. I went your store and shared my concern, shop suggest “please leave your shoes here i will send company for re pasting then you can collect after 10-15 day.” i followed his suggestion.

Now again shoes pasting removing. I had visited you shop again and complaint the same and he reply same as first visit. This time as my understanding you should replace my shoes, because my shoes look completely changed after first pasting. After second time i don’t think i should be wear as woodland shoes.

Again shoe go for repairing but some day problem come again in right shoe in exactly same area.

Again i send shoe and it come in one month with same result.

On 1.6.17 i send the shoe 4th time for same right shoe pasting issue.

This time as my understanding you should replace my shoes, because my shoes look completely changed after first pasting. After 4th time i don’t think i should be wear as woodland shoes.

Now would request you suggest us, what action we need to take for this issue. Is i wrong to brought woodland shoes?? Or you are not interested to take care your customer.

This is humble request from our side please give your valuable time to me and think what action should be taken for this.

I hope you understand my concern and waiting your prompt response.

On fifth time i resend shoe with no return address and you keep shoe to you free of cost.
