I bought the Wood shoes from the Woodland stores, Jodhpur, Rajasthan. I am utter surprised that the sole of shoes cameout from top leather portion of the shoes (see pics of broken Shoes). Moreover the material of the sole became brittle. Thus the shoes are of no use.
I request you either refund money/replace the shoes, immediately.

I had purchased the woodland shoe from Jalandhar (MBD mall) on 23/12/16 and within two days its sole stopper got removed also I have noticed that the shoe texture was different. Then I called on 26/12/2016 on shop and he replied that just submit the shoe and we will replace or repair it. I went to pickup my shoe on 14/01/17 but the shoe was as it is. I recently purchase a brand new jacket form woodland showroom 158, kapil vihar, pitampura, new delhi, india. The jacket had a manufacturing defect on one side and was discovered after 15 days. When contacted the showroom they refused the defect and didn't even call the manager. I suppose the showroom is selling seconds products. As a regular customer i am quit upset with this quality and would never recommend woodland again to anyone....
