I bought a pair of gb 1276113 brown
Ize 44 in february from #14, 15 & 16, upper ground floor
West end mall
Ludhiana
It was perfect in size, color and fitting and i liked it very much.

But on 27th of april 2017
I asked my brother to buy a same size shoes in tan color and he did bought it for me {bill no. N050csh[protected]} {may be it is miss print} for 4595. But it does not fit in my foot i asked them for replace or refund. They are not giving me any justice. So, kindly give me response.

Dear sir,
I had purchased woodland sandals model no GD1153112Y15 (Blue) costing Rs3295/- about 2 years back and used it few times. A few days ago I used them again and the sole just started disintegrating away.
What am I supposed to do about this???

    I hv purchased woodland sneakers from woodland retailer, indore, ti mall. After wearing it a couple f times the laces f both shoes were torn due to manufacture defect in the metalic buckle/hooks of lace. Complaining to the retailer was in vain evn after givin 1yr warrenty as he told that its not his responsibility. So kindly do the needful to fix this up and making up to ur standards. I am attaching the bill and the relavnt pic herewith.

      I had purchased the shoes from woodland store at Westend MAll, Ferozepur Road Ludhiana on dated 31/12/2016. In April 2016 when i was on duty and was walking the sole of my shoes left the upper leather part. as i was on duty and my work suffer on that day as i have to leave my duty inbetween and come to home.
      I am sending my shoes to your store. you are requested to replace it at the earliest.

        You understand the customer pain and the value after my compliant. I had purchased woodland shoes before few year. And twice I face a problem of shoes bottom peel off.

        First I went to Market city kurla store, there gentlemen was very kind and good behavior. He took my shoes and stick in a few day return me.

        Let me tell one thing I always use woodland shoes for casual and lee Cooper for formal. But I never face such problem ever in my professional life.

        Still I thought it mabe some errors. I took it lightly. But very bad experience I feel when I visited to Auro club store parel. There I met Mr. Shohail, who was very arrogant and ruff person I never saw in such I value brand store.

        I visited to that store very nicely I said my shoes bottom got peeled off. I just need to stick it. He was with very bad expression started arguing that from where you purchased, do you have receipt etc. I said I don't have a receipt with me because it's a old shoes. And I also didi it from market city kurla store. They also don't asked for it. He said if you don't have receipt I will not do any free service for your shoes. And if you are getting service from market city store so must go there only. What does mean I am staying here in parel why should I go there. It mean he is stopping me for next purchases from his store as well as he is stopping to refer his store.

        If this kind of staff in store who will enter again in the store.

        Please kindly do the necessary action on it or else one day you need to close this store, because of staff misbehavior.

          Hello,

          I purchased the woodland shoes on 18th dec 2016 from woodland, Pacific Mall, Subhash Nagar, article number GB 1905115 Camel 42 Footwear (Leather) for Rs. 4995/-

          But after sometime the cover material start wrapping, it shows the leather used on both the left and right shoes are different.

          On 19th Apr 2017 gave my shoe for servicing but they told we are not able to change or solve your problem..

          I am enclosing pics for your reference. Please help me I want a replacement for the same & why not the matter be send to consumer Court

            In the month of november 2016 i brought a pair of sweat leather shoes along with 2 jacket from your jail road company showroom. To my utter surprise it got cracked in the month of december 2016. When i went to your company jailroad showroom along with my wife the manager of your showroom makes abuse language in front of my wife and says nothing will happen. Is this the workmanship of woodland company

              Hi Team - I bought these heels on the 14th Apr 2017 and its just been a week the front strap of the heels is crushed such that it has been used for months. I have been a regular woodlands customer for years, I only wear woodlands stuff however this time m let down by the produt quality.

                Hi I had purchased woodland sandals in feb 2017 and now the inner sole has wear out in just 2 months
                I want a reason why a branded product like woodland have such issues in the product
                This is just a complaint
                If not solved I have to go to consumer court
                the minimum warranty is 90 days and within 2 months I'm facing a problem
                I want a replacement for the same

                    I have bought woodland jacket with duck feathers. The colour of the chain started coming out out of the jacket nd destroyed the whole jacked. I just washed once nd evan hand wash not even in washing machine. It's just 2 months old. I tried to return the product but the shopkeeper denied. Now plz help me what should i do.                       I had purchased woodland men sandal GS4011YGREEN 42 from Aero Club shop no. 2 kashi palace new dak bunglow road patna on[protected]. The part of sandal where our toe lies has teared and when I approached to the shopkeeper he very rudely answered me that its waranty is over and we can do nothing in this regard. He told me that it is teared by more sweating in your leg. But I have no such problems. Hope my problem will be solved as soon as possible.

                          I bought a sandals GD[protected] M008 on four months back at karur, Tamil nadu, show woodlands showroom, its cut last week and i give it for repair they told its take 7 days time for repair, today the give the sandals repair locally, i ask for this you have a week, and i said i am not satisfied with the repairing work, and they ask 20 more day for re repairing we need to sent it to the company, they told me that last time it self we need to sent it to company for that only we need 7 days then i ask with rising voice you are doing very worst service i said one the person(staff) in the show scold me using bad words is it the woodland dealers behavior with customer ? and i need solution for this issue, and they ask me the parches bill but i miss that one i told to them check with system but they replied we format the system so we can"t take the bill copy i doubt the selling duplicates in the show room.

                                im a big fan of woodland i have an issue please listen to it and hope you solve it .
                                few months ago i bought woodland shoes at Nizambad woodland store when i purchased they said that woodland got lifetime warranty and also they said we cant generate bill right now so we will send bill by sms and i believed them and left the store without bill now im searching for service stores at hyderabad asking for bill what should i do plz help me my shoes are damaged and inner sole damaged and the upper layer are slightly damaged and color is waving off what should i do . i dont think this is the way woodland treats their customers please help me what should i do with my shoes now this is the first time i was facing this kind of issue with woodland shoes before i bought many shoes but i have no such issues

                                    I have bought sandals on 20th of Jan 2017. i used it hardly for a month and then my left leg started paining, when i rectified the i came to know that air in the leg sandal is leaked ant its giving pain in the fingers and feet. i ahve writtenn mail on 27th march(it was under warrenty period)l to the customer care, the response came like this,

                                    if this is the response why these people are saying that 90 days is the manufacturer warranty. without rectifying the sandals they straight away said its physical damage without having look at it even though it was not.

Then I took into showroom and I asked for replacement and they were like we can't do any replacement. They kept the shoes for 20 days and gave the shoes back by applying a glue. I need justice for this. Thank you 😊

                                        I am non residence of india. I am staying in singapore.

                                        This february i visited delhi, india. There i purchased woodland sandals as it is a trusted brand for me. I hardly used 4 times. After that stitches on the sandals has gone. I really felt bad about the quality. Is there any outlet where i can get replacement or can get this fixed in singapore?

                                        Even i throwed the bill when i came back to singapore cause i felt, woodland products wont get any issues. But now i am feeling very sad about the quality of the product.

                                        Otherwise i am going to visit vizag, india in may. Can i get the product to vizag outlets?
