My self anoop varghese, a loyal customer of your brand for the past 10 years because of your quality and service. But unfortunately this time around with deep regret i would like to express my disappointment about your brand by selling low quality products to your customers.
I made a purchase from aero club, woodland store, survey no.1779/4-3, suffis arcade, pattom, thiruvananthapuram – 695004, kerala, shop code – s007 ph:[protected] dated 16 february 2017 bill no:8124, a pair of shoes (Article no: gc 1925115) worth rs.3595/- when i wore it a single day it was torn. I approached the store and they acknowledged my complaint by providing the service by repairing the damage (Ref: cf 77) & after the service (It will take 20 days) once again i wore it for two three days it is torn again. Again i approached the store and they acknowledged my complaint (Ref: cf 89)
So i request you to kindly replace the item and allow me to choose a quality product of your brand or refund the amount. I expect a favorable and brisk response on the same as soon as earlier.

Updated by anoopvarghees Finally i got the brisk response from your side that you again repaired and back to shop. But I am not satisfied with the repaired item and yet not collected. I repeat I need a brand new item or refund the amount with immediate effect. How it possible to pay Rs.3595/- for the repair shoes.I can do such repair with the help of a cobbler know. Consider this as a priority issue and revert soon.
