Dear sir
I bought my woodland shoes from udaipur bapubazar outlet of your company the twopiece of which were dissimilar in colour as well one was worned out to which i went to the the very next day to enquire about the defect
The asked me to get another product the same design from the lakecity mall outlet in udaipur
When i went to lakecity mall woodland showroom udaipur amd talked to the incharge over there idk maybe person on counter and worker i was
Acknowledged about the fact that the former pair initially i was handed was company rejected defective ones
And bapu bazar udaipur woodland showroom contain only defected and factory rejected shoes of your company.
This is complete injustice to us, customers
With due regards i suggest to take strict actions please
As for now i am uncertain even about my new product which being provided to me at present.

I along with my brother bought a pair of Woodland shoe brown colour wherein the soul got cracked while the upper part of the shoe is quite fresh and new one.

It was quite surprising how the soul got cracked from the centre and this type of quality of shoe from a reputed brand like “ Woodland “ was not at all expected. Hope you understand the perception and the feelings we must be having for purchasing an expensive shoe of “ Woodland “ brand and getting ditched with the quality of shoe which is at our disposal.

We understand that Woodland maintain the best quality standards of material used in the product and how such a faux pas pass through the quality parameters of your Plant that the product reaches at the consumer end.

Hope you understand the concept of the consumer perception wherein a good shoe bought is now useless at the consumer end with a broken soul.

A line from your good self in addressing the dilemma to resolve shall be highly appreciated.

Being a regular user of woodland product last month first i have purchased shoes from one of woodland distributor name"hill me" owned by mr. Rasheed (Contact number - [protected]). His distributor for woodland is falcon, cochin. After purchase of shoe with in two days time its upper portion beside lase stitching incurred complaint which is certainly manufacturing defect.
I brought the same to the shop and they replied they will forward the same to the distributor and returned after rectification with in two days time. Now its almost one month passed and when inquired about its status, i didn't get any proper reply. As they said its an issue of woodland company and not them.

I m very sorry to say wood land such an international brand appointing such a poor vendors to reach public for selling their product will resulted in loss of their valuable customers,
I have a request to please understood my concern and do the needful for either return the good or replace it.
I already mentioned the concern owner of shop contact number in this mail.

And high quality but, now i don't like to buy

I went to woodland store elante mall chandighar with my mother. Just want to complaint about the staff . The very first thing they look very tired and no smile on face. I was asking for the shoe and he gave me wrong colour then he gone back inside the store and didnt come out for atleast 10 mins i asked to manager and suddenly voice come from inside that told them we dont have size in very casual way with reaction . Looks like they dont want to sell the product . Manager was bussy in his own work . Huge disapointment company like woodland. I hope i will get the reply . If need my no is [protected]

We buy woodland shoes almost one month ago. With in 1month condition of shoes z not good nd also the lases of this woodland shoes are of very bad material. We spend rs.5000/-on this woodland shoes. After so many calls to woodland customer care number now shopkeeper is providing us the shoes after16-17 days without lases. That means still my huaband (Mr. Lalit puri) is not able to wear these shoes. So that we faced alott of difficulties because of this issue. I hope u take some action against this complaint as soon as possible.

I had purchased the shoes from woodland store at woodland Aero club shop code -D68 ZB /487, Ground Floor 12, 13, 14 G.T.Road, Zulfe Bengal Industrial Area Dilshad Garden New Delhi- 110095 on dated 17/12/2016. In April 2017 when i was on duty and was walking the sole of my shoes left the upper leather part. as i was on duty and my work suffer on that day as i have to leave my duty in between and come to home.
I am sending my shoes to your store on 04/05/2017. you are requested to pasting, eyelets/buckles and refinishing my shoes and the store manger will submit my shoes and they will told me you will collect your shoes after 15 days. Your shoes will be in proper condition but after 15 days. after 15 days 21/05/2017 i am going into woodland store but they was told me your shoes will not repair and they was told me you will
collect your shoes without repairing.
and Plz help me to my shoes will be repair (pasting, eyelets/buckles and refinishing)

I have purchased the sandal before 2 months & now it was having manufacturing defect & the outlet is not taking the responsibilty to change & replace the sandals & they are not even checked the record for the same.

For what you are charging high rates if you are not able to provide customer satisfaction & warranty terms.

I have purchased the woodland cheppals and used for a week. I did soak in rain once for 10-15 min when i wear the same woodland cheppals. The cheppals lost its color entirely and looking ugly (Defaced).

I dont know what to do on this and how to return this product and get back my money.

I bought woodland latest shoe with 1year guarantee. in 2017 Jan month. Initially this shoe was good for 1week but afterwards it started becoming problem for me and my foot. Wearing This product now is painfull for my foot..
I have original bill of this product.
Its only 4 - 5 month for me with this shoe and I am not happy with it. I request woodland either to replace this shoe with another design shoe or to cash back.
Amount of this shoe was rs.3000.
Please solve my complain .

It was perfect in size, color and fitting and i liked it very much.

But on 27th of april 2017
I asked my brother to buy a same size shoes in tan color and he did bought it for me {bill no. N050csh[protected]} {may be it is miss print} for 4595. But it does not fit in my foot i asked them for replace or refund. They are not giving me any justice. So, kindly give me response.

I hv purchased woodland sneakers from woodland retailer, indore, ti mall. After wearing it a couple f times the laces f both shoes were torn due to manufacture defect in the metalic buckle/hooks of lace. Complaining to the retailer was in vain evn after givin 1yr warrenty as he told that its not his responsibility. So kindly do the needful to fix this up and making up to ur standards. I am attaching the bill and the relavnt pic herewith.

You understand the customer pain and the value after my compliant. I had purchased woodland shoes before few year. And twice I face a problem of shoes bottom peel off.

First I went to Market city kurla store, there gentlemen was very kind and good behavior. He took my shoes and stick in a few day return me.

Let me tell one thing I always use woodland shoes for casual and lee Cooper for formal. But I never face such problem ever in my professional life.

Still I thought it mabe some errors. I took it lightly. But very bad experience I feel when I visited to Auro club store parel. There I met Mr. Shohail, who was very arrogant and ruff person I never saw in such I value brand store.

I visited to that store very nicely I said my shoes bottom got peeled off. I just need to stick it. He was with very bad expression started arguing that from where you purchased, do you have receipt etc. I said I don't have a receipt with me because it's a old shoes. And I also didi it from market city kurla store. They also don't asked for it. He said if you don't have receipt I will not do any free service for your shoes. And if you are getting service from market city store so must go there only. What does mean I am staying here in parel why should I go there. It mean he is stopping me for next purchases from his store as well as he is stopping to refer his store.

If this kind of staff in store who will enter again in the store.

Please kindly do the necessary action on it or else one day you need to close this store, because of staff misbehavior.

I purchased the woodland shoes on 18th dec 2016 from woodland, Pacific Mall, Subhash Nagar, article number GB 1905115 Camel 42 Footwear (Leather) for Rs. 4995/-

But after sometime the cover material start wrapping, it shows the leather used on both the left and right shoes are different.

On 19th Apr 2017 gave my shoe for servicing but they told we are not able to change or solve your problem..

I am enclosing pics for your reference. Please help me I want a replacement for the same & why not the matter be send to consumer Court

In the month of november 2016 i brought a pair of sweat leather shoes along with 2 jacket from your jail road company showroom. To my utter surprise it got cracked in the month of december 2016. When i went to your company jailroad showroom along with my wife the manager of your showroom makes abuse language in front of my wife and says nothing will happen. Is this the workmanship of woodland company
I agreed should i go to consumer court and also advise other persons not to bought woodland apprasel

Hi Team - I bought these heels on the 14th Apr 2017 and its just been a week the front strap of the heels is crushed such that it has been used for months. I have been a regular woodlands customer for years, I only wear woodlands stuff however this time m let down by the produt quality.

Hi I had purchased woodland sandals in feb 2017 and now the inner sole has wear out in just 2 months
I want a reason why a branded product like woodland have such issues in the product
This is just a complaint
If not solved I have to go to consumer court
the minimum warranty is 90 days and within 2 months I'm facing a problem

I have brought a pair of swet leather shoes along with 2 jackets from your jail road outlet in the month of Nov.2016. to my utter surprise within a month the upper of the shoe got cracked while contacting the manager of your jail road outlet he misbehaved me along with my wife and said That nothing will happen. Buying the shoe at a high rate and got cracked within a month is this the policy of woodland outlet.kindly replace the shoe and why not the matter be send to consumer Court
