SHOP NAME ---- AERO CLUB, BSK 3rd STAGE, BANGALORE 560085.
I purchased this sandals in the month of March, 2011. Since then, I am having the problem in the back strap, when you walk wearing it, it just flips down. When I asked the Store Manager, I was told that it would get adjusted as I use it for couple of weeks. After almost 1 month, as there was no improvement, I had given the sandals to repair it, they had almost taken a month to return but " NOTHING WAS DONE, IT REMAINED THE SAME".
After using the same for almost 20days, again I gave it for the service - 2nd Service - NOTHING WAS DONE. IT REMAINED THE SAME.
I was told to use the same for one month and it would get adjusted, did the same as per their words. I am really disappointed to tell you that there was no proper service given and in the 3rd service - NO ACTION HAD TAKEN, IT WAS JUST THE SAME AS IT WAS BOUGHT.
As this process almost went for 10 to 11 months, I am being told that it cannot be replaced as it is 10months old. But I need an explanation on the below queries.
* Why was a faulty piece given at the start?
* Why didn't the store manager gave a replacement at the start rather convinced customer to use it with the just service, despite knowing that the service/repair was not done?
Now its almost since 7 months, I have been liaising with the customer care and the store where I bought it, and I have not got the sandals back.
I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED THE WAY THIS ISSUE IS BEEN HANDLED. I AM BEING A REGULAR CUSTOMER OF WOODLANDS AND NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS BEFORE.
PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS AS A PRIORITY AND DO THE NEEDFUL.

Scandal — Sandals given for repair lost
I have purchased a pair of sandals in April 2010 from Scandal store in Bandra West, Mumbai. After a week o[censored]se, there is wear and tear. I gave them for repair in May'2010. I called up thrice to confirm if my sandals are ready. As i did not get a proper response, i walked into the store twice to collect them but in vain. On my third visit to the store on June 18th 2010, i get a response that my sandals are in factory and they need to search for it. Today 1st July they call me to say they have misplaced my sandals.Are they going to pay me for the conveyance expenses i spend on doing up and down to the store thrice???? This is my 2nd worst experience with this store. The worst brand i have ever purchased. The first set i bought tore off in a day's use !!!!!!!
Request you to kindly lodge a complaint regarding the same. I am ready to revisit the shop and get my sandals replaced but i need them to pay all the conveyance i spent on this worthless stuff and store.
