I redeem 10% cashback coupon but got no cashback. And when I contact them, they said coupon is only for mobile users but its nowhere mention while availing it. Its a technical blunder from their end. Proper error message must be displayed if anyone tries to avail such coupon that meant for mobiles only. In my case, error message must come that this coupon is valid for app only or atleast not valid. Person while redeeming coupons think that they will actually get cashback but nothing happens. They are making people fool by making this complex system of cashback offer.

      I had downloaded dainik bhaskar app for windows mobile phone and gets a promo code of mobikwik of rs 50 but when i tried to reddem it a message appears invalid code . After that i get various types of messages from mobikwik providing different types of promo code but all are invalid. I don't know why these app developer trying to cheat people. Please help me to solve problem which help to protect other people from this kind of cheating.

            I have opened a wallet with mobikwik and added money to purchase items. But as soon as I had added money that have blocked my account. I have been following up with the team to unblock my account and transfer my balance back but there is no response from them. Now they have stopped answering calls as well. I think their intent is to forfeit my money.

              I have used mobikwik for recharging my bsnl prepaid no..The recharge was not successful and money went to mobikwik wallet..I tried several tmes and reported it using a ticket..But no reply from them..Later I found that it is a scam they use to cheat many people..Pleasse dont use this site for any transactions..They'll suck ur money..

                Sir, my name is Prashant Patel, On[protected] i shown ideas cellular gujarat plan on mobikwik which was "3GB 2G Data on Rs 299/-" when i select this plan from them then i Got "1GB 3G data from Rs.299/-" i complaints against them for this but they do nothing, they cheat me, please take legal steps against them.and refund my money back, support ticket no -3326849 please takes legal steps against them. thank you,

                  Mobikwik has deducted 445/- from my wallet for the transaction id DMBK[protected] (Vendor Name as per statement- Dominos). This transaction was not authorised by me and i never made this transaction. Mobikwik always send otp on registered phone number, I never received any Otp on my phone. i received message for deduction only at 9.54 PM on 9August 2015. I also raised complaint (Ticket No. 3290001) to these cheaters, first they replied me "We understand that you are expecting a refund from the Merchant’s end. Please be informed that Rs 349 have already been refunded in your MobiKwik wallet. Transcation Details: [protected] 35.0 [protected]:45:18.0 CashBackCron Credited Wallet For CashBack EBAY [protected] 314.0 [protected]:51:46.0 WALLETREFUNDSUCCESS refund wallet success " These cheaters giving reference for the transaction made in the month of July but i raised complaint for the transaction of 9 August 2015. I reopen the complaint ticket but these cheaters are not refunding Unauthorised deduction. These cheaters never send OTP for me to complete this transaction. otherwise whenever i made transactions online, i always receive OTP from Mobikwik. My Email id on mobikwik is- [protected]@gmail.com

                      Dear sir, My self raj shekhar Mobikwik id [protected]@gmail.com Mobile no [protected] I was purcaging a memory card cost of 332 on 04/08/2015 and i selected Mobikwik payment mode.but my mobi acount occurred 202 rs so got optiont for adding 130 and i added and paid. But trasanction failed.but 332 rs not come back in my Account yet.

                        On 14 august around 1am an amount 1040 automatically deduct from my mobikwik wallet..i added 3800 rs to the mobikwik wallet and did some transaction after that my mobikwik wallet balance was 2340 after sometime i checked my balance and my balance left only rs 1300 and i shocked to see it...i complaint regard this to mobikwik but nothing resolution given to me and i am waiting for my money ...my registered mobile no is [protected]

                            When opening my mobikwik wallet it says the account is locked. It says "your account is locked due to suspicious in the payment gateway". I have mailed at documents.mobikwik.com many times but no response from their end. I have rs 5000 in my account and i want to use that. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.                               I have done the payment by this company to tata indicom, As per mobiwik payment has been successful but tata denying the payment.they both are playing toss and not able to provide me the resolution. I am following with these companies since 22 july.none of them has not given me satisfactory reply. Amount of rs 980/- has been deducted from my online wallet with transaction id BILL[protected] to tata indicom photon.

But I'm getting an response that they are unable to trace any such transactions. "We are unable to trace the payment transaction with the provided details. Kindly Re-confirm the card number." Below are the SMS Details too: Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 622XX2092 for a purchase worth Rs5000 on POS [protected] at WWW MOBIKWIK COM txn# 195687. This incident involves transaction on the following websites at the same time - PayU, Mobikwik and PayTm. Further, this incident has been brought to the notice of Local Police Station, yet to get the copy of FIR. I'm also going to report this to Cyber Cell, Delhi but before that I need the transaction details/logs from Mobikwik. It is therefore requested to kindly help in sorting out this issue via immediate blocking of the transaction/ dispatch of the goods purchased. Sathish Kumar Mobile: [protected] Yesterday (10th august), I got call from no: [protected], they called “we are calling SBI Credit Card” you’re SBI card going expire and we give a new card with Photo and Chip enabled sure card. They informed my card information and details. After she said we are processing for new card, she given a new Custom ID 648201 for new card to communicate with his representative. Today (11th august), I got call from different no: [protected]. She called me and said “your reward points will be expire with your old card points. She take my OTP password with transfer points to new card “ask force fully use my OTP password over the phone”. After I check my SMS and statement, I got know the transaction made on fraudulent transaction with three transaction with amount RS. 8800. I have raised the complaint on SBI In Email: 1-[protected] (I share same details to SBI Card and dispute amount in with a 1hr raised the complaint) Phone: 1-[protected] (I asked phone to block my card and dispute).                                   He request my debit card details...ionce i search his number again its fradulent complaints.

                                  Kindly revert the transaction and i already raised the dispute through SBI card1-[protected]. Please kindly cancel and revert the transaction through my SBI credit card.

                                  I heard from the bank it went to merchandiser approval. Kindly cancel the transaction on all 11thaug through my SBI credit card no.

                                  I already blocked my card.

                                    Mobikwik payment gateway is totally fraud and theft. I used to purchase from ebay using mobikwik wallet, debit card, credit card and other options. I was totally satisfied with other payment channels except Mobikwik. They have barred my 2 mobikwik account, one which belongs to me and another one belongs to my brother. I have deposited 9000 through cash pay in ICICI bank to purchase on ebay so that I can avoid my banking transaction but mobikwik fraud guys blocked my payment. Now they are not releasing my 18000 and on call they always assusres me that they have initiated my refund but I have not received a singe penny back from them. Mobikwik are useless schemes, they just performing malpractices to get public finance in their bank account. Even ebay kind of site is also promoting them. Rediculous. I'll never suggest anyon to choose mobikwik for any kind of payment or transation. They are theives. They have unnecessarily blocked my two accounts.                                     I too have been a victim of Mobikwik fraud. I was duped of Rs 25, 400 from my bank account 3 years back. I was quite new to wallets payments at that time and didn't know much about OTP's or fraud calls. Mobikwik makes fraud calls and I was cheated of my hard earned money. A case was registered with the police and they didn't do anything except making excuses. Till date, I shudder when I recall a series of fraud calls pampering me one after the other and the customer care of Mobikwik then did the fraudulent act of sending OTP's and committing the heist.

                                        Mobikwik's is a fraud company On 2nd August, I made a transaction using Mobikwik Offers and it showed me that you'll get Rs 63 cashback on this transaction and later my money was not credited into account. I raised a ticket for getting details, They said the offer was removed on 1st August. But then when I made a transaction, clearly a message from MobiKwik is getting displayed. There even, they are not crediting the money. Its not my fault, its their system issue, that even after removing the offer. Its getting displayed while making the transaction. I would request all Online users to not to use these companies services, as they are frauds.
