This is in regards to my complaints to mobikwik regarding failed payment money back which has not been reverted to my account. for this i complained via their support ticket system. I was trying to book tickets on bookmyshow via mobikwik platform. transaction got failed but amount got deducted from my account for which i am asking for refund. however after that unsuccessful transaction, i tried again and got succesful, now whenever i am asking them about failed transaction money back status they are replying only about successful transaction and saying that payment was successful. i complained three times and called-34 time as also but they are not able to understand and no refunds has been initiated from them. Transaction id[protected] Amount- 1596.8 Date- 21Aug2015 also i am sending you their ticket numbers for reference. TICKET #3376610 TICKET #3428821 TICKET #3441986 For your ease o[censored]nderstanding I am sending you bank statement along with this which is clearly showing money deducted for mobikwik payment. They haven't refunded my money back inspite of complaining here on this forum,
also i sent bank transaction as required by them as per their response which i am forwarding it to you.

this is the reply i got from mobikwik and still havnt got my refund back,
i sent them my bank statement last week but no response from them.

      I'm regular user of mobikwik from last 2 yrs. Suddenly my account of mobikwik was not working since June 2015 and was showing logout from my mobile app. Its not accepted my login details and i'm not able to login it again. I did effort for reset it but unable to do. Please do activate my account again. I have been continuously efforts since June and sent several mails to its customer support. Generated tickets too #2857744 @18 June 2015. Still didn't get any reply from customer support. I had talked with customer care @ [protected] which told me that i have to sent my Documents for verification and after that it will be effective within 3 to 5 working days. I have sent my all documents as required from them on call. But still they didn't do any thing. I had 452 INR in this wallet. What should i do now? I want my balance back anyhow. Please suggest me..         Fashion And You - Online Shopping By FashionAndYou User Patel.deep85 on Sep 7, 2015 I tried to purchase on Fashionandyou.com and money has been deducted but order not placed. even tried to contact fashionandyou.com, they said Payment has done to Mobikwik. Transaction Date: 03 rd Aug 2015 Amount: Rs 237.20 I need my money back I raised the request but never received any money back.. the site is cheater and no one is there to stop them...My ticket is #3487932.

          I am not able to raise a ticket on help page. my concerns is I did one transaction of Rs 149 on 31 July and it failed so I did another transaction and it was successfully.             Dear sir i was paid Rs.1887.77 rupees to justdealshopping.com through my mobikwik account. now it is showing that the business is closed. i am not received any refund from mobikwik regarding this order. Mobikwik is working as a agent for fraud teams. they are allowing fraud companies to cheat customers by way of giving payment gateways without enquiring about the company's quality of genuineness i was paid only because of the payment gateway is from MOBIKWIK.COM, otherwise i never make this payment. so i need cash back of Rs. 1887.77 MY MOBIKWIK USER ID IS : [protected]@gmail.com payment was made on 11th august 2015 thank you...

              Yesterday 3/9/15 @ 11:00 pm, i received a sms regarding wallet debit for a recharge to Spice Digital for Rs. 1344/-, whcih i had not done, i checked my wallet balance it was 1344/- exact before and now the whole amount was gone, later i even received a cashback for that transaction for Rs 50/-. I live in chhattisgarh and there is no service of spice telecom, I immediately created a ticket 3474064 for my complain, please can somebody help to recover my balance.
              Exactly the same thing has happened with me. My balance of rs 646 got transferred to spice digital. I did not make this transaction. When I complained to mobikwik they said it is been done from your account only.
              Had I made this transaction I would have got an OTP on my mobile but this time I did not get any OTP. It means mobikwik is not secure and somebody from mobikwik only has transferred my money from my account.
              I am not going to use it anymore.
              Also I would request others to also stop using mobikwik.

                    On 30.08.15 I had made one transaction at about 1430 hrs of Rs 992.08 through Mobikwik account to make payment to Pizzahut for the order booked online. The payment was deducted from my Mobikwik account, an order id is generated but when I contacted Pizzahut they told that have not received any order. When I contacted Mobikwik they replied that they are only payment gateway and they are sent the money to Pizzahut and I must take up the matter with vendor. When I told them that how can I take up with them when they are not able to identify the transaction number that Mobikwik has given, then replied that they can not do anything. After that they closed my complaint ticket. When I raised the complaint on this site then they again contacted me and confirmed that I will get the payment in 24 hours. On this I closed the complaint here. But once I closed the complaint on this site they changed their stand and informed me that it is for vendor to refund the money so that they can give it back to me. But they have still not confirmed to my query that if Pizza Hut is not able to recognise the payment id that they have given, then how come they expect them to pay back the money. Since then, on this pretext they have closed my complaint on their site 3 times giving the same reply despite my request not to close the complaint till the site the problem is not resolved. It seems that instead of solving the problem they are more concerned about closing complaints. It seems that Mobikwik is not a safe place for a customer as they seems to be unable to do anything if a transaction goes wrong. I can not understand how 7-10 days will be taken to get back a refund on electronically misplaced transaction. It normally happen in max 24-48 hours. Something about Mobikwik is not right. For this reason I have consumed all the balance funds in the account and do not intend to use it again so as not to be duped again. As a customer I am a looser, as the agency who has taken payment from me and sent to Pizzahut has given me details that are not traceable in the system of Pizzahut. If possible I want you to take up the matter with them. Regards A Jain

                      Hi Team, I've booked 2 tickets on 2-9-15 from Bangalore-Hyderabad-Bangalore. But only one ticket is booked& amount is deducted for two tickets. When I filed a complaint they said that it is being sent to mail. But I've not received any mail regarding these. Here is the proof for that.                         I am Bishnu prasad Panigrahi from Odisha and my cell [protected]. I have a big trouble with Mobikwik. In my account I have Rs 456 on 31/08/2015 and suddenly when I check my wallet balance on 1/09/2015 it was zero balance. Then I check my transaction details it shows money was transferred to " [protected]@gmail.com" which was I didn't know. Some body hack my a/c and transfer my money to his a/c. And also change my primary mobile to his number and his number is [protected]. How is it Possible with out OTP can transfer money. Then I have complaint against to cancel this transaction to Mobikwik care but they replay me to didn't cancel it. Mobikwik is cheater company . I have also called mobikwiki customer care so my times but not connected to care only hold the line and my mobile balance deduced nearly Rs 40. This is cheating company.
                        Money deducted but not added in my wallet.

                        This company is a big fraud. I had a belief on MobiKwik but i am loosing it now.

                        I was paying a bill of my DTH Tata Sky worth 250 on 06/01/2015 which was unsuccessful, late on the money was not refunded into my balance. I raised a ticket #4152143 but no response.

                        Later on I tried adding rupees 240 to the MobiKwiki wallet which was again unsuccessful on 06/01/2015, that also did not revert in my wallet. I again raised a ticket #4157642 but as usual no response.

                        To make it more worst, the customer care number is always busy, they wanted us to wait for more then hours, neither they have any email to register complains.

                        Such a bad application it is.

                            I ([protected]@yahoo.com) have recharged my Videocon D2h 3 days back on 29/08/2015, Mobiwik deducted the amount of 241.00 but recharge has not yet done, then I register complaint thrice (Ticket # 3437621, 3431682) but still no follow up, Now I recharged it from the D2H website after waiting for 72 hours and want my money back, Please look into the matter and do the needful

                              I am holding Rs. 7000 on mobikwik wallet but I am not be able to use it as I can't access my mobikwik account. I registered complaints twice with mobikwik reference no. 3443046 & 3446853 but issue still not resolved. I am in need and I am not able to use my own money. Request you all to please help me on this.

                                  Hi, I bought microsoft lumia 640 mobile in may 2015 while buyying this product flipkart, microsoft and mobikwik gave an offer 1000 cash back.i bought product by seeing this offers which i was attracted but later in the 4th month mobikwik saying that the offer is expired.so this is my complaint why they offered and later why they are saying this.my question is when they gave a promise and why did they are not obeying that promise. so please take neccessary action on this. thankyou.

                                      Hi, I have made following transaction on 25 TH AUG 2015 on MobiKwik Merchant Name bookmyshow Transaction ID MOBAND[protected]-1 Debit Date Tue Aug 25 15:07:24 IST 2015 Debit Amount 257.0 In Mibikwike clearly mention on every transaction on Bookmyshow, 15% cashback will be credited on Account . But I have not got my cashback so I have rised my complained which ticket number #3405571 but mibikwike customer care said offer has changed now only one transaction per moth can get cashback. But that information on 'only one transaction per month on Bookmyshow' is no where mention on there app as well as website.                                         I did recharge of 170 rs and the recharge was unsuccessfull but money was deducted and then the refunded only 17 rs ... What is this ... I need ur attention to drive over this
