I am holding Rs. 7000 on mobikwik wallet but I am not be able to use it as I can't access my mobikwik account. I registered complaints twice with mobikwik reference no. 3443046 & 3446853 but issue still not resolved. I am in need and I am not able to use my own money. Request you all to please help me on this.

    sir on 31aug 2015 I tried to recharge or top up through your sight, , but the amt of rs 150/ has been debited from my a/c. Amt of rs 150/ has been toped up or recharged in my mob.[protected].pls do the needful at your end at your earliest.

      Hi, I bought microsoft lumia 640 mobile in may 2015 while buyying this product flipkart, microsoft and mobikwik gave an offer 1000 cash back.i bought product by seeing this offers which i was attracted but later in the 4th month mobikwik saying that the offer is expired.so this is my complaint why they offered and later why they are saying this.my question is when they gave a promise and why did they are not obeying that promise. so please take neccessary action on this. thankyou.

        Today on 30.08.15 I have made one transaction at about 1430 hrs of Rs 992.08 through Mobikwik account linked to email id [protected]@ymail.com to make payment to Pizzahut for the order booked online. The payment was deducted from my Mobikwik account, an order id is generated No DMBK[protected], but when I contacted Pizzahut they told that have not received any order. When I contacted Mobikwik they replied that they are only payment gateway and they are sent the money to Pizzahut and I must take up the matter with vendor. When I told them that how can I take up with them when they are not able to identify the transaction number that Mobikwik has given, then replied that they can not do anything. After that they closed my complaint ticket. This way as a customer I am a looser, as the agency who has taken payment from me and sent to Pizzahut has given me details that are not traceable in the system of Pizzahut. How can Mobikwik shirk their responsibility? I want you to take up the matter with them. Regards A Jain [protected]

          Hi, I have made following transaction on 25 TH AUG 2015 on MobiKwik Merchant Name bookmyshow Transaction ID MOBAND[protected]-1 Debit Date Tue Aug 25 15:07:24 IST 2015 Debit Amount 257.0 In Mibikwike clearly mention on every transaction on Bookmyshow, 15% cashback will be credited on Account . But I have not got my cashback so I have rised my complained which ticket number #3405571 but mibikwike customer care said offer has changed now only one transaction per moth can get cashback. But that information on 'only one transaction per month on Bookmyshow' is no where mention on there app as well as website.             I did recharge of 170 rs and the recharge was unsuccessfull but money was deducted and then the refunded only 17 rs ... What is this ... I need ur attention to drive over this

              I had a Rs 4000 in the mobikwik wallet and suddenly they have locked the wallet. And the support team is pathetic that they don't even respond to the queries. Request you to take the necessary actions to resolve the problem. Regards, Prashanth CN

                I have done a recharge and neither my recharge is successful nor got any cashback. I have raised a complaint then their member says that from our side it is ok and now it is your problem. we cant do anything check your operator. My question is that if i have to talk to the operator then why i do my recharge with mobikwik. This is really a fraud company lots of complaint already raised against it. Dont use mobikwik.

                        While trying to login into mobikwik account I got a message that my account has been blocked because of suspicious activities and was asked to send a mail to [protected]@mobikwik.com for reactivation. I sent mail 2 times but didn't get any response then I called the customer care and they said that I have to send photo copy of id card, address proof and bank statement for verification. I said that the money in my wallet is through transfer from one of my friends so he asked me to send the reference number . I sent all the details but still my account has not been activated. They have not sent any acknowledgement also.

                          After adding money into wallet...we can not allowed to transfer money to bank...they can not send otp and there is no option for entering otp...it's a kind of cheating. Wallet to wallet it is working but wallet to bank there is an issue with mobikwik app.kindly resolve this issue..as much as possible.

                            I am a user of Mobikwik Wallet for a long time now but Today when I tried logging into my wallet it says that its blocked as my wallet is suspicious by the payment gateway and it wouldn't let me log in. When contacted the Mobikwik customer care they are asking for all personal details like ID proof, Address Proof, Photo and Bank statement. Now is it okay to submit all those documents to a company which doesn't have a physical presence. Please look into this and confirm if MOBIKWIK is a fraud company or not.                                 Sir, Recently 2 month back purchased new microsoft lumia 640 at the time Mobikwik is offering Rs 200 cashback on adding Rs 200 to your mobikwik wallet, this offer valid only for Nokia Lumia 640 only and valid for 5 times each month 1 times for 5 months, how to get.?, just follow the steps below:- The code MOBILUMIA can be used once a month for 5 months with a max. of Rs. 200 cashback every month. its showing every month we can add.. But unable to utilised that code, I contacted mobikwik regarding this and rised a complaint ticket no. 3364024 They are not responding simply cheating people ..

                                        I have opened a wallet with mobikwik and added money to purchase items. But as soon as I had added money that have blocked my account without any information.
                                        I have been following up with the team to transfer my balance back but there is no response from them. Now they have stopped answering
                                        calls as well. I think their intent is to forfeit my money.
