Updated by mukulsingh1106 They haven't refunded my money back inspite of complaining here on this forum,
also i sent bank transaction as required by them as per their response which i am forwarding it to you.

He said I m calling from MOBIKWIK customer care, tell me your problem. I told everything he said i will refund your money right now, Give me your Debit Card No. I denied to give him my debit card no. And said i[censored] r genuine person then refund my money to my bank account.
I request MOBIKWIK to look after d issue and get back to me either to my mobile no. " [protected]"Or my email id " [protected]@gmail.com" and also take necessary action for refund of my amount.
