My wallet is locked please re activate of my account

I am Nagendra Reddy from Hyderabad.This is my pathetic experience with MOBIKWIK. My wallet is locked on 26th July while i making transaction by using MOBIKWIK Wallet, during this my wallet is locked.After that i searched for customer support number but any of these numbers not working always saying wait and wait, Numbers are [protected] (Noida),[protected]Delhi),[protected]Mumbai). I filed three tickets in their website with ticket numbers 3120577, 3133820, 3172324. I got reply only from my first ticket i.e., 3120577, they mailed me to send Id Proof and Bank Account Statement to [protected]@mobikwik.com, I do so on 26th.But from that time not even a single mail from MOBIKWIK. I try another method also "may be i forgot my password" I tried by clicking recover password, but it saying that "We do not have any account registered under the address ."What is this???? I filed complaint in consumer complaints website also.My wallet has ? 5141.00.So i am writing to you.Please help me in this regard which is useful to other members with this type of issue.
