My wallet is locked please re activate of my account Id: [protected]@gmail.com I am Nagendra Reddy from Hyderabad.This is my pathetic experience with MOBIKWIK. My wallet is locked on 26th July while i making transaction by using MOBIKWIK Wallet, during this my wallet is locked.After that i searched for customer support number but any of these numbers not working always saying wait and wait, Numbers are [protected] (Noida),[protected]Delhi),[protected]Mumbai). I filed three tickets in their website with ticket numbers 3120577, 3133820, 3172324. I got reply only from my first ticket i.e., 3120577, they mailed me to send Id Proof and Bank Account Statement to [protected]@mobikwik.com, I do so on 26th.But from that time not even a single mail from MOBIKWIK. I try another method also "may be i forgot my password" I tried by clicking recover password, but it saying that "We do not have any account registered under the address ."What is this???? I filed complaint in consumer complaints website also.My wallet has ? 5141.00.So i am writing to you.Please help me in this regard which is useful to other members with this type of issue.

    One fraud has called me from mobile no. [protected] on dated 20 - 07 - 15 at 11:30 am in the morning said himself as an atm inquiry officer deepak sarmah of new delhi. He said me that he will verify my atm. At first i refused to give my atm debit card no. But he said that i have to loose my money of my account and also my atm will be blocked. Fraud has debited rs 9, 990 to pos prch pos 45733 www mobikwik com new delh. My atm debit card no. Is[protected] and a / c no. [protected] ifsc code sbin0007390 of state bank of india of dadra branch. Please do justice for me returning my money then i will be grateful to u forever. Already flipkart internet has returned rs 34, 280 to my a / c on 23 - 07 - 15. Sir, kindly return my money.

The details of transactions is as under; - the person mobile no.: [protected] Sir, i hereby confirm that above transaction is not done by me and i have been betrayed by the fraudsters.         I tried to pay my reliance energy bill through mobikwik. however, the deducted the money and put it into their wallet but they didnt pay the bill to reliance energy. Due to this reliance energy cut my electricity connection. Mobikwik isnt refunding my money nor is it paying it to reliance energy.

          My registered email id on Mobikwik is hetu.[protected]@gmail.com, I saw an offer on Mobikwik app about 35% cashback for purchases made on Pepperfry of Rs. 383 on 21 July 2015 using mobikwik wallet. I used the link provided there and made the purchase, after which I was informed that the offer had expired on 11 July 2015 and hence I will not receive a cashback on the purchase made. There was no expiry date mentioned on the offer. Attached is the offer screenshot clicked from my mobile which displays all details of the offer except the date of expiry which is willing not displayed to just market the site and make money out of it by fooling customers. When I tried calling their customer support they hungup the call saying the have conditions mentioned on the website Mobikwik has a right to change any offers at anytime. The offer conditions also mention that the offer is valid for up to 3 transactions in a month.

              I got a fraud call from this number [protected] stating himself from accounts department of MOBIKWIK. He said as you have raised a complaint on CONSUMER FORUM we are refunding your money which was deducted before. So I assumed the call to be from mobikwik. The caller asked for my debit card details and said that I will receive a confirmation message and that message was OTP from my bank. I denied to give him my OTP so he said that without giving my password we cant send you th money. I called back to the mobikwik customer care to confirm whether the call was from their side and they denied that they had not done any call. How can MOBIKWIK leack my information regarding the issue I have with them.. In th name of mobikwik I was been cheated . I hope CONSUMER FORUM will take strict action on this matter and help me out to resolve my issue

                Deduction of money from my bank account

                I was adding money to my mobikwik account to pay my postpaid bill. I added 1000rs but the amount was deducted from my bank account and i didnot receive in my mobikwik wallet. I raised many complains to the MOBIKWIK COMPANY . I got response from the company that within 7-21 days the issue will be resolved. My complaint ticket no.on 27/05/15 is "Ticket #2712223". It has been 2months approx.till yet my money has not been refunded....

                I want your kind attention regarding the matter of fraud purchase which was done by the fraud person who call me at[protected] on 7:34 pm from number [protected] posing as Ravi Sharma from bank head office for activation of my debit card [protected] and ask all the details of both side of my card with OTP, at time i said i don't want to activate he said i should tell him or he will freeze my card and my account and transfer all money to income tax, and afterwards i got the massage of POS 70005454 at MOBIKWIK COM NEW DELHI IN txn#[protected] of Rs.9999.so, regarding this issue i want you to resolve my problem by crediting my money as i also filed a police complain against the matter .My E-mail ID is [protected]@YAHOO.COM, my no. is [protected] .being a citizen i want that these type of criminals must be punished and get a lesson so that in future they can't cheat anybody by taking over their life savings. i want your help and cooperation in resolving the matter.waiting for reply and action.

                    I have added money to my wallet from my mobile on m.mobikwik.com on 18-July-2015 after that when I going to recharge my number with then it says that "Recharge failed, Unauthorized access to the API". I contacted customer care but they not resolve my complaint also send emails to the support site but they also not solving the issue. Customer care person receives the call after 5 to 10 min or even more. please submit my complaint.

                      Fraudulant transaction from IDBI A/C I have a/c on IDBI bank Debit card, in the name of Shushant Pingale i received a call from Rohan Kumar mobile no. [protected] saying that he is speaking from Mirraw.com and told me that we are sending your refund money from mobikwik card number and as per his guidance i have given my otp card number. On 20/07/2015 the money is credited in my account (rs1100) next day on 21/07/2015 on next day 500&1099 has been debited. I have tried his number but it is switched off, i checcked his number in truecaller (ROHAN Kumar) same name displayed. his mobikwik id is [protected]@gmail.com & password is Ashish1991

                        Some person called my father and told him your card is about to expired so give me you details, and took the SBI account debit card detail and done transaction of 9900 /- rs dated on[protected]. The Bank transaction ID is[protected]. I have attached the FIR copy. Please help me to stop this fraud transaction. I waiting for some positive and quick response from your side.

                              Hello sir my self srinivas frm visakhapatnam i m using mobikwik since last 2 month on satuerday[protected] i make one new acount in mobikwik and loaded 9500 frist load with 8000 and second with 1500, i loaded bcz i think der is a option tht transfer to wellet to bank ac but when i try to transfer they said only 500 can transfer maximum and every month only 2 times maxmum can transfer so 1000 rs is transferd to my ac frm my wellet, and some 220 rs i recharge my friend no, after tht at afternoon aroubd 3. 30 when i want to make some shopping with my mobikwik wellet and try to open den its ask for login i login again with my registered email id and correct password, but they said ur account blocked mail us for re activation same day i mail them in [protected]@mobikwik.com but till now no response with them i m very much requesting u plz help me to get back tht money sir as they dnt response at all via phone also i try tht no also one of wey to make fool people and get money have to be in q more den 50 min but no response just say plz be on line our agents speaking to someone else plz plz i have a lot of hope with u... Or mail me regarding wht more u need me to provied

I have got a call from unknown person mobile no is [protected] from SBI Bank saying that he will close my account if i will not renew my debit card no and he asked me my 16 digit ATM no and came on my mobile same time. 4 to 5 time he asked me that no which came in massage as a one time password and he said me now your card will be renew soon. same day after 10min i checked my account 9990 Rs widraw done and he done online shopping in mobiwiki and got Txn#[protected] pls kindly help me in getting the amount of 9990. .For the details Priyam verma and my mobile no [protected], POS 70005454 at WWW MOBIKWIK COM New Delhi.As soon as possible pls refund my cash Rs9990/ in my account and confirm me.                                     I have mobikwik account with id [protected]@gmail.com. I have been using it for many months and it has 1500 balance. From June 24 I am not able to login and getting message my account has been blocked and asked me to write a mail to [protected]@mobikwik.com. I did that many times and even spoke to customer care but the account was not re activated.

                                      Dear sir, I Bidyadhar sahu, dist- mayurbhanj, state- odisha cheated by a cheater who called me from his mobile phone no- [protected] to my mob no- [protected] on 14/06/2015 at 7.00 p.m. That cheater introduced himself as a bank official and told that your debit card will be renewe. And asked my card no & pin no. I believed him and given the details he asked. Then he told that i am sending some messages there is some 6 digit number. Then he told me to read these messages to cross check these number. I believed him and read all those messages bearing some o.t.p. number. I had never done any online transaction. So i had no idea abuot o.t.p. number. Then he thieves Rs 24234.50 from my account-Bank of india a/c no- [protected]. And transfred Rs 9990.00 to his MOBIKWIK Account transaction no is[protected]/07/2015). Similarly he thieves Rs 4500.00 from my State Bank Of India a/c no- [protected] and transfered the amuont to his MOBIKWIK Account through 3 Transaction. The transaction details are No-1 14/07/15- pos 016032 - www.mobikwik.com (new del) - Rs 2500.00 No-2 14/07/15- pos 016375- www.mobikwik.com (new del) - Rs 1000.00 No-3 14/07/15- pos 016550- www.mobikwik.com (new del) - Rs 1000.00 Herewith i attached the photo copy of both SBI & BOI account statement. So i request you to kind enough to me. And kindly transfer the same total amount of Rs 14490.00 to the same account from where it was transfered and i wil be oblige. Thanking you.
