      Received a call from [protected] on the 8th of July 2015 saying he is calling from State Bank of India. The caller spoke in Hindi and said that my SBI ATM / Debit card will expire and told they would help me to renew the same. Thereafter, they took my card number and asked me to share the passwords that I received through SMS. I am over 70 years old and suffer from severe arthritis and my husband is an acute heart patient. Considering it will be helpful for us to get it done over the phone I co-operated with them.             Transaction Reference No :[protected]. Amount 5000 debited from bank account on 15th June while doing transfer to Mobikwik wallet but transaction was failed and money debited from bank but not credited to mobi wallet. Raised a complaint on same day and I was told that in such case amount debited will be credited back to bank in some working days...On 19th June when I tried to login I found that I was unable to login and when i called customer care they said my account is blocked, I clearly said to customer care that after such a bad experience am no longer interested in doing any further transaction through mobikwik . I again raised a complaint for my 5000 and on 25th July after more than a month I was told that amount will be transferred to bank account in few days and I have even posted image of official FB Page conversation/Resolution/Commitments...Now on 4th Aug when I called customer care they are again asking me to activate my account first by providing my bank documents etc...Now when am not at all interested in activating mobikwik why am I being forced to activaye it and add on to harrasment. Am simply kicked like football by Mobikwik customer care (Phone) and Mobikwik FB customer Care(Facebook) and none are sticking to their commitments...In image its clearly seen that Mobikwik Officially FB said that amount shall be credited in Bank account in few days on 25th July 2015 which is till now not credited and currently there is no clue where, when and how I shall be receiving my 5000...Really frustrating and horrifying experience through mobikwik.

            I have opened a wallet with mobikwik and added money to purchase items. But as soon as I had added money that have blocked my account without any information.
            I have been following up with the team to transfer my balance back but there is no response from them. Now they have stopped answering
            calls as well. I think their intent is to forfeit my money.

              On 19/07/2015, I used mobikwik wallet to purchase items from Myntra.com. The amount got deducted from my wallet, but Order didn't plcaed on Myntra.com. Later I asked for refund of amount over submitting support ticket in Mobikwik website and they are not yet solved that ticket and the amount is 1678Rs. Please help. Transaction Id : DMBK[protected]

                Hi All, I have the mobikwik Wallet account for past 1-2 years . For that time they donot have any restriction to create the more than one account on mobikwik wallet side. So i have multiple account in mobikwik side . They change the process there after to single account to a person . Now when i trying to access my account [protected]@gmail.com its blocked by mobikwik side stating that u r having multiple account. I will recommonded them to unlock my account but they are refuse to do that. Now please look into this matter and give some solution so that i can use my wallet again. Thanks, Snehasish

                As per the mail from mobikwik i have share my identification details like voter id card, pan card and bank statement to reactivate my account.

                But still i am not getting any update regarding reactivation of account mean while 15 days already gone .

                I request you to Please check and update me accordingly.

                        sir, i wish to bring your notice that a fraud transaction which took place today using my debit card.i got a call from the no.[protected].the person claimed that he was calling from S.B.I & my ATM card has been blocked he asked debit card no.and the one time password after that i got a sms from bank that transaction of rs.9999 was made from my debit card toward mobikwik.com i quicked block my card and also filed the F.I.R in my local police station.so i am sending a mail to the [protected]@mobikwik.com.so this is request that please help me in getting back my money.

                          today i have received a call with [protected] regarding refund money (399) from ask me shopping throw online mobikwik
                          he ask me Email id & generate the password than login on mobikwik and told me add 1000rs in this login account and remain 600rs refund to ask me .
                          money 1000rs. add two time due to bad server in this account but not any rs credit in my account 2000 rs debit.
                          after this call to [protected] found switched off also call to mobikwik customer care to block the account but they suggested to me FIR lunched & mail to fraud [protected]@mobikwick.com with transaction copy.

                                I transferred Rs. 1000/- (Rs. 500*2) from my Mobikwik wallet to Bank on 23/07/2015 and total amount Rs. 1040/- (Rs. 520*2) got debited to my account, but not credited to my Bank. The status is showing as "Pending" since 23/07/2015 against transaction ids - TRZODE3SRPYW and RKXBISZWY9NM. I have lodged complaint 4 times through their website and also talked to their customer care executive on [protected], but neither I got any satisfactory reply nor my amount was refunded back. Kindly help.

                                  I didn't order anything from dominos, I got the message as amount deducted for transaction id DMBK[protected], this site is not safe to fill your money into wallet.
                                  Government should stop this by not allowing wallet services. Mobiwkik should be banned specially.
