iam add rs 1000 to my wallet by sbi debit card.iam use the coupon GETCASH . the amount is debitted from my bank account but not creditted in mobikwik wallet. i have got a message from sbi that is, .. Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card for a purchase worth Rs1000 on POS[protected] at WWW MOBIKWIK COM txn# 70005453 please add my cash to my wallet immediatly with rs 100 cash back.[protected] my id [protected]@gmail.com

    I transferred Rs. 1000/- (Rs. 500*2) from my Mobikwik wallet to Bank on 23/07/2015 and total amount Rs. 1040/- (Rs. 520*2) got debited to my account, but not credited to my Bank. The status is showing as "Pending" since 23/07/2015 against transaction ids - TRZODE3SRPYW and RKXBISZWY9NM. I have lodged complaint 4 times through their website and also talked to their customer care executive on [protected], but neither I got any satisfactory reply nor my amount was refunded back. Kindly help.

      I didn't order anything from dominos, I got the message as amount deducted for transaction id DMBK[protected], this site is not safe to fill your money into wallet.
      Government should stop this by not allowing wallet services. Mobiwkik should be banned specially.

        Sir, I am a regular user of mobikwik.Suddenly my mobikwik wallet has been locked.I have a amount of 601 in my wallet.I submitted complaint a number of times but no answer was came.please reactivate my wallet.why are they harassing me.please resolve this issue.

              I wanted to buy some books from bookadda and paid for the order through mobikwik but the trasaction was failed. It has been 13 days since the failed transaction buy still i haven't got my money back. They are not even replying to me anymore. The amount was 2100.

                Recharged my Tata Sky with R's. 240 through mobikwik which was not successful. Got a message that my money will be refunded back to my wallet but neither got recharge nor got my money. It's happening constantly with me. Mobikwik is eating my wallet's money by false recharges.

                      I was trying to make a payment for Grofers using my mobikwik account. They charged my account 3 times however didnt pay to merchant. Didnt get any failure msg or success notification however in my bank statement there is charge of Rs 418x3times= 1254. kindly help me getting my money reverted .                           The worst service ever I had experienced. I had sent mails to fraudalerts, regarding the account got locked. They dont reply on the mail or give the proper details. Today I had called support and after a waiting and trying out for 30 times for 45 mins, I got the call connected. Atlast I had raised the issue, which they closed it stating we didnt receive any information.

                          Dear Worst Mobikwik Service Team,

                          Yesterday I spoke with a TL, he promised the issue will be solved in 2 hours.
                          Still the issue is not solved. He promised that I will get a call back on the issue, by today morning. Till no one reverted or have time to give a least reply to mails.

                          You people just make promises and do nothing on it.

                          I had mailed to your mail ids but no one ever responds to it.
                          You people better close the support desk.

My wife thought that he is from sbi and told him theotp of my sbi account. He had done transaction of 7000 rs on 27julyat 1715 hrs. And made a pos [protected] at www mobikwikcomthetxn#017877.Offraudulent.That time i am sending my adhar no photo identity and bank statementof myaccount.My mob no is [protected] and email id [protected]@gmail.Com.My first six digit and last four disit of atmcard which wasused is 622018xxxxxxx5085.Now pls find out what i think mobikwikcom is alien with fraud people because most of the fraud cases are related to this company .Same time my bank sbi is also at falt because the bank had not kept my privacy due to which my card no mob no and other details are with the fraudulent, so pls investigate my case and help me to get my hard ern money.

                                  There was a offer in which they were giving 25% cashback on bookmyshow.com. I have booked 5 times but got cashback only for 3 times. There was no limit in terms and conditions. I had submit complaint to customer care for 2 times, in reply they said i will get within 24 - 48 hours but didnt got it.

                                    Reliance electricity bill paid by using mobikwik quick pay option, amount of Rs.1510/- deducted from credit card but bills are not paid to reliance energy. Transaction reference no : 007003 Mobile Number : [protected] Date & Amount : 2nd June 2015 ( 6:09 PM) Rs. 1510 Find attached credit card statement where amount was deducted from my credit card. Please note I have been continuously followed with Mobikwik customer care representative (Customer care no. [protected]) with raising ticket (TICKET #2869619 & #2902885) since 21st June still also mailed the concern to [protected]@mobikwik.com with several reminder still issue is not resolved.

                                      One fraud has called me from mobile no. [protected] on dated 20 - 07 - 15 at 11:30 am said himself as an atm inquiry officer deepak sarmah, new delhi. He also said that he will verify my atm card otherwise i have to loose my money and my atm will be blocked. Then i gave him my atm no. And he debited rs 9990 to pos prch pos 45733 www mobikwik com new delh. I know this is my fault to believe others. Flipkart has returned me rs 34, 280 on 23 - 07 - 15. Please do justice like flipkart has shown to me. Please return my money then i will be grateful to u forever. My atm debit card no. Is[protected] and a / c no. Is [protected] state bank of india, dadara branch.
