Sir, It is to submit that i am a regular user of Mobikwik. But last 20 days i am not able to login my mobikwik wallet vide user id [protected] [protected]@gmail.com . Several time i registered my request on-line at mobikwik support desk but no positive response received. I have an amount of Rs.4500/- balance in my mobikwik wallet. I have an acute need of money but I am unable to get back that balance. your good self is requested to look into the matter why mobikwik is harassing me. this time you help me to login my mobikwik wallet and promise that i will never use mobikwik in future and also will suggest my friends who are using it to stop using mobikwik. what a worst company it is. I think this consumer forum is itself is fake and asking for our personal details like card number expiry date and cvv no. guys plz stay away...

    My mobikwik I'd [protected]@gmail.com. I am making payment at bookmyshow through mobikwick. I made payment but some error occurred. My bank account debited rs. 336.36but it is not added to my wallet. My transaction reference no.IG0BAHEIK1. It's been two hours. Still my money is missing. My bank name is state bank of India.

        Login ID- [protected]@yahoo.com.on 16/11/2015 get my Vodafone number recharged with 110 rs, first it showed recharge pending. After two days also neither my number was recharged nor I got balance back in my wallet. Generated the ticket also but no one resolved the issue. Will never recommend this app to anyone n will switch on to some other app like paytm

              1.Vodafone recharge of rs.147/- on 14.11.2015 is failed TWO TIMES for the mobile no.[protected]. 2.Airtel recharge of rs.99/- on 16.11.2015 is failed for the mobile no.[protected]. 3.Vodafone recharge of rs.10/- on 17.11.2015 is failed for the mobile no.[protected]. The above three transactions were failed, but amount is not added to wallet, and also not refunded to bank a/c.kindly solve the issue as early as possible.The transactions done with different banks debit cards and each was failed.

                Hi My name is Arpan Patel.my mobikwik account details is below: Email address: [protected]@yahoo.in In my wallet amount of R's.279 is available.I have email address but I can not use it because I forgot password and second thing is when I have talked with your customer care, first when I asked for recharge through SMS then they told me yes you can recharge mobile through SMS but when I have tried it there is no reply of any message. Second when I have asked about this issue, they told me that SMS service is closed. After that I have asked them about solution to us my money from wallet.they told me that you can change your password through mobile app but when I sm trying every day to change it through OTP, it does not work.error is like this-some error occurs while sending OTP.Even I can not buy from eBay using mobikwik.when I click on authenticate via sms, it shows error everytime.

                hi i mr ramakanta sahoo.my mobikwik account details is below: Email address [protected]@gmail.com. firsttime in mobikwik i add money rs 300 . the balnce is 600 but next time when i add money the promo code (coupon code is invalid) shown. i contact the customer care & booked a complain no 3984146. after 7days the complain was not solved . next time i cantact the customer care after long time the customer number is busy .uncessarry the huge amount of money deducted my balance but no result pls solve the matter

                  On 15th November i added Rs 500 to mobilewik wallet but money got deducted from my bank account and no money credited to my wallet. Neither they are refunding money. I have raised complaint 3 times but every time they are ignoring and not refunding.

                    I want to tell you all that first, there is more probability of transaction failure on mobikwik end, as I used it SBI net banking, second I am unable to find the customer care number of mobikwik, found one but unable to contact mobikwik, just you all do is text mail in help section of their app and web, third is recently I do a transaction of rupees 456.99 for book my show transaction but money deducted from bank but technical error on mobikwik end. No refund yet .please don't waste your money with mobikwik. I asked them two times for refund and give transaction details as Transaction Ref No IG0AZAPUT0 for Rs.456.99 on 10-NOV-15 12:25. But no satisfactory answer There first reply 1. Namaste! We understand that you have not received the Cashback for the BookmyShow transaction. We apologize for the inconvenience. We regret to inform you that you are not eligible for the Cashback, as per updated T&C of Bookmyshow. Cashback offer is valid only on Fridays and once per user per month.                         Hi i have made 5 transactions towards my MTNL Landline bill on 23/10/2015 as follows

                        One 26th Oct 2015 one of the transaction get updated with MTNL but rest 4 with Mobikwik it shows as successful but MTNL didn't get the Money. so on 29th Oct i raised a ticket using there support system Ticket Number # 3757987.

                        These payments haven't been done to MTNL yet as i still see is as pending payments with MTNL. Also every time i call to Mobikwik i been told that the money will be reverse within 24 hours but still no resolution.

                        I will advice everyone not to use the service as they give you only runaround.Please advice what to do and what legal action i can take regarding the same.

                          I urge grocer max to BREAK tie up with unethical wallet companies like MOBIKWIK, else customers like us will stop shopping from grocermax..

                              Yesterday at 12.30am i added a ammount of 200rs to my wallet bt it was nt been added to my wallet but the money has been deducted from my bank account. I want to know why still it is taking such a long time to add into wallet. Hoping a positive response

                              mobikwik doesnt care about customers once payment is given to them.
                              Yes! Same query! On the 31st of October and 6th of November added 200 INR repeatedly 3-4 times due to unsuccessful transactions. Money was deducted from the bank account and nothing has been updated to the mobikwik wallet. Almost 900- 1000 INR lost that way and the bank is ready to give a statement regarding the deduction! While mobikwik has asked me to wait for 15 days. It has been 19 days to be precise now!

                                    Dear SIR/MADAM. I have tried to book movie tickets in bookmyshow.com on October 1st 2015 and i made payment through mobikwik wallet since i have seen 15% cashback if transacted through mobikwik. When i was doing the transaction, after the money got debited from my bank account, the transaction got failed. I immediately wrote a mail to mobikwik and they said it will refunded within 3-15 days but till now i haven't received the money. I was writing mail daily but they are not providing correct solution instead they told me to contact my bank. I have also contacted my bank but they said its up-to the payment gateway problem since bank hasn't received any refund request. till date i was waiting for my money. I have attached all the document s and mails i sent to them for claiming my money. Kindly help me to get my money and extra charges for the delay in refunding. You can see from the attachments that they simply replying the same things and not refunded my money

                                      Myself chirag Shah from Pune registered number [protected] had made initial data recharge from mobiwik of 198 for which the amount got deducted from account but couldn't recharge my account nd same if Rs 30 talktime and 199 was also recharge the amount got debited from my account but the recharge is not done... Need the clearance on priority basis

                                        Dear admin, I recharged my mobikwik wallet registered with [protected]@gmail.com with Rs 297 through online recharge on 31/10/2015 at 21:31 hrs. My mobikwik wallet didn't get refilled but the amount of Rs 297 was deducted from my bank account. I have not recieved any refunds from mobikwik thereafter. Kindly, look into the same do the needful.
