      1) 05.03.22 I give my mobile for service (redmi note 10) with warrenty at Tambaram kadapari
      Mi authorised service centre for Mic Noise cancellation problem .
      2) Still now not solve that issue by service centre. 3 or 4 times I reached and 10 times call and speak and also speak with mi customer care also but issues not solve by service centre,
      3) service centre told He, s change sub charging board and also change Main mother board then also issue not solved by service centre.
      4)i think it's Manufacturing defect mobile, ..pls if not able to repair means I need a Replacement mobile ..
      Due to more than 14 days not solve my issue..

      Pls respond and recovery my issue ..

        Within 4 months of the purchase my laptop's motherboard got damaged. Since it was in the warranty period I gave it to the authorized service center, after 1 week they replaced the PCB. But during the repair technicians had damaged the keyboard and fingerprint sensor (since it was perfectly functional before I gave the laptop to them). Now it's been 18 days of now & they are still giving me lame excuses that they are still working on it. I don't understand why this is happening for a brand new system. It's my work laptop and I have been delayed in works due to this issues. Who will be responsible for this case? Pathetic experience with Xiaomi and its services.

            On 2 march 2022 i played spin game in mi credit application where spin offer show, where I win redmi note 10 pro mobile. And I found a message that coupan code will receive in 2 days but I did not receive any coupon code in 2 days. after which i raised the complaint in which I also attached winning list or winning screenshot. After complaining I found msg that my issue resolved on 10 March 2022, but nowadays issue is not resolved and asking for spin game URL and on March 12, I got a call in which it was told that they have not received any mail and attachment, and requested for the URL. Whereas I have played the spin game in mi credit application by going to the spin game . which has no URL.

            Sir So many Complaint with reference number: day by day, but issue is not resolved. some backhand team call me and conformation email already receive. your issue shortly solve.

            but next day some backhand team call me and again message your mail not received. sir many time email with attached files send . i send this email - Service.[protected]@xiaomi.com, [protected]@xiaomi.com.
            i have so many mail email list and Voice Conversation backhand team with proof.

            But Today my Problam Not Solve. *Please Resolve this solution*

                  I have purchased a television on 15 March 2020 model no. L55MS-AI (Mitv4 - 55 inches).
                  I was watching the TV suddenly there is a spark from the corner of the screen and suddenly a line appered on screen and there was smoke from screen as well.
                  The panel warranty is for 2 years however now Xiaomi customer service is not working in getting the issue resolved.

                    MY POCO X3 PRO-6GB+128GB was buy on 22/09/2021 & on 08/03/22 was completely dead so i submit this device to your service centre chand bagh, BHAJANPURA, DELHI .This service centre offer me to replace this device with lower specification device like REDMI NOTE PRO but this set has lower configuration compare to my recent pocox3 mobile so I didn't agree with this offer, Dear Sir please arrange my replace device with the same specification/configuration device or I am giving some other names of device which is near to my recent mobile device like Xiaomi Redmi K20 Pro or Xiaomi Mi 11X or Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro Max 6GB RAM, these device has same specification like my poco x3, because I invest my valuable money for your poco x3 during your offer so please take care to understand my need as I heavily use my mobile in my online business, for your confirmation I have attached here with service centre receipt & invoice of my pocox3 mobile

                      I have purchased Poco X2 on 13.02.2020 and due to a faulty system update version 12.5.6 from the company my phone's camera went dead.
                      I have submitted my poco x2 at the service center on 31.01.2022, and my job sheet no is - WXIN[protected], and I have also lodged a complaint no- WOIN[protected]. I had been told at the time of depositing the mobile at the service center that either company will give me new poco x3 Or repair my phone free of cost, but now they are telling me company will give me poco f1 Or u have to repair poco x2 ( charging money). This is highly unprofessional as poco f1 is outdated and the specs don't even match with poco x2. 
                      I have contacted the service center and customer care no of times and requested them to solve my issue, but the company is just delaying my case and not solving.poco is harassing it's customers and looting thier hard earned money through various means.
                      So I want to request (any one) 
                      1. Give me repaired poco x2 free of cost
                      2. Give upgraded higher version than poco x2
                      3. Give me the purchase amount of my poco x2 back.

                          I bought a Xiaomi 11T Pro phone about 5 months ago from the largest stores from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ... and these problems appeared: (The proximity sensor is not real and is not stable at all during calls or hear a voice message - the system is unstable in general and a bug occurs Permanent when using the phone - Unstable dark mode feature - The sound of the headphones during calls is very loud and if the volume is reduced, it is not heard well - Delayed notifications arrive - ... These problems after using less than 5 months even though I updated The phone is on the latest update system ... Please solve the problem and refund the money paid in a phone with all these defects or give me a new device

                            My name is Mohammed Kashif. I am writing this complaint to you about the poor service provided by your company. One year back I purchased Mi 10i 5G 6/128 from ABK mobile #MI Stores on cash Rs.22000/- I am your first customer from #Malegaon area bought this phone 2021 Year model number is MI 10I 5G, After 1year from buying this phone i had updated it but while updating it my phone touch is not working and when I went to MI service centre for this issue they told me "Need to replace attached part".
                            And the funniest part is, I purchased this mobile on cash Rs 22000/-
                            And your service centre asking for Rs 24000/- to solve this (according to #Mi service centre to change 2 parts of my mobile I have to pay 24 thousand if in case 2or 3 more parts has to be changed than I Had to sell my house to get mobile in proper condition)don't you think this was little messy.
                            Since I am working person and most of my work is done from home. I have raised the complaint for the same a lot of times by reaching out to your customer representative but there has been no resolution provided till yet.

                            I here by request YOU to please solve my issue as soon as possible or else i have to stop using your service with an unsatisfactory note.

                              Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                              I ordered Redmi Note 11 on Feb 11, 2022 through MI Store application vide order number [protected] and payment for the same was done through Net banking (pre-paid). I received the delivery on Feb 13, 2022 by Delhivery Courier. On opening the package, I found out instead of mobile I was delivered soaps. I immediately raised the complaint through chat (WOIN[protected]) and was told I would receive a call back within 4 hours from investigation team. I didn’t receive any calls yet but number of times I complained through email, I received standard reply from MI investigation team stating 2 reasons:
                              1.) They had investigated the incident from their end and found that the product was delivered in intact condition.
                              2.) As they delivered product in intact condition they can't go beyond Company's policies.

                              I’m astounded to see how MI investigation team concluded that the product was delivered in intact condition without even contacting the person taking the delivery. Also they aren't providing any details related to investigation they've taken but only final unilateral decision.

                              It seems MI's investigation officers are trying to escape their responsibility by simply turning down the customer's complaint in entirety without even giving a reason to customer as if there is no way such things can happen and it is always the customer who is trying to defraud the company. From this incident it seems MI doesn't have any after sale service and grievance redressal department which cause psychological and financial stress to the customer as they need to run between Police Station & Consumer Protection and Action Committee still they can't get the product for which they've paid their hard earned money. As I'm a student from middle class family Rs. 12, 499 is big amount which I paid to MI for the Phone but I didn't received the phone and need to wash hands from phone and hard earned money.

                              I'm writing to you in hope that you will take corrective action and help me bring out of this cheating/fraud and get back Redmi Note 11 as per my order.

                                Sir i had put my mobile phone redmi 9 power in service center on 12th February
                                2022.
                                Told that there is a motherboard problem, after that I left my mobile at the service center, after 3 days her call came that sir, take your phone with you. We went to pick up and we checked our phone, then we called our phone and damaged the display. Not accepting my mistake after three to four days my mobile is dead again now I am giving to main usage service center then it is not agreeing by telling screen issue.Rather he damaged my mobile
                                please solve my problem please otherwise I am not buy any xiome mobile.

                                  I have a mobile of company mi redmi note 10 pro, my mobile is automatically shutdown today and it didn't respond till now it just blackout, so i take my mobile of mi service center of nangloi to check my mobile, but the employer who work there didn't check it well, my mobile is in left of 4 month in warranty and he told me that he want money but the company said you have to give money if your mobile is physical damage, my mobile does not have any kind of scracth he just want to try to make money from me, and then when i said take a look properly to my mobile he just told me again and again come on wednesday then we will talk.i went there around 5pm and closing time is 6pm he just dont want to work and fool me and take out money from me.
                                  so please take any kind of action to that service center and i wabt my mobile phone will be fixed.

                                    Description of issue:
                                    I gave my K20 pro smartphone for repair on November 27 2021 to one of the genuine MI(Xiaomi) service center at Kottayam, Kerala, as its display got damaged. After almost one month( I had raised many complaints and reminders during this time for the delay ) they informed me that Xiaomi is not manufacturing any spare parts for this particular phone and informed me they'll give Mi note 10 pro( a low spec phone comparatively) .
                                    All my data and work related stuff are still in my k20 pro phone and I asked them its not fair to replace an almost one year old phone with a low spec note 10 phone. But when they confirmed they don't have any spare parts for k20 pro, I had to agree with then to accept Mi note 10 phone.
                                    But even when I was ok with this replacement they made me wait another 3 weeks and asked me if I'm ok with another k20 pro as replacement. I said I'm okay with a new k20 pro . Again after making me wait another one month ( I had raised many complaints and reminders during this time for the delay ) they are now telling me that they will only give MI note 9, which is a very old phone and with very low specifications and also I have to give them 9800 rupees to get it.

                                    First of all, Xiaomi is not manufacturing spare parts and not giving proper services to their recently released smart phones.
                                    Second, they made me wait almost 4 months and I still have not received any replacement and resolution yet.
                                    Third, they are forcing the customers with very old, very low spec mobiles and also customers have to pay extra money, effort and time to get any response from them .
                                    Fourth, even after creating so many complaint requests and reminders on this issue, customer hasn't receive any effective solution other than feeling cheated.

                                    Desirable resolution :
                                    Xiaomi to provide either Mi note 10 pro ( 6gb ram 128 Gb HDD )
                                    or K20 pro (6gb ram 128 Gb HDD) as soon as possible also a compensation of Rs. 50000 for making the customer wait for almost 4 months and for the loss of customer's very valuable, priceless and confidential data in my current K20 pro, just because Xiaomi is not manufacturing its spare parts. Also customer has lost connections with lots of clients and businesses, as all such details are in the damaged phone which is still in the service center.

                                      I had recently ordered laptop from Xiaomi India via mi store in online (xiaomi online store).

                                      Order was placed on[protected] and it was supposed to be delivered in 3-4 working days as promised i.e., it should have been delivered by[protected]. They have partnered with Ecom to deliver the product. I enquired Ecom regarding this on[protected] and they said that the shipment is held in hub because xiaomi has not released the airway or gst bill and they suggested to contact xiaomi and coordinate with them to resolve the issue. I conveyed this information to xiaomi and they said that there is no problem and at any cost the laptop will be delivered by 24th EOD. I waited till that time and the delivery did not happen and I asked Xiaomi and they said that they will look into the issue and give give resolution by[protected]. This is just resolution and not the exact delivery date.
