I have a mobile of company mi redmi note 10 pro, my mobile is automatically shutdown today and it didn't respond till now it just blackout, so i take my mobile of mi service center of nangloi to check my mobile, but the employer who work there didn't check it well, my mobile is in left of 4 month in warranty and he told me that he want money but the company said you have to give money if your mobile is physical damage, my mobile does not have any kind of scracth he just want to try to make money from me, and then when i said take a look properly to my mobile he just told me again and again come on wednesday then we will talk.i went there around 5pm and closing time is 6pm he just dont want to work and fool me and take out money from me.
so please take any kind of action to that service center and i wabt my mobile phone will be fixed.

    Description of issue:
    I gave my K20 pro smartphone for repair on November 27 2021 to one of the genuine MI(Xiaomi) service center at Kottayam, Kerala, as its display got damaged. After almost one month( I had raised many complaints and reminders during this time for the delay ) they informed me that Xiaomi is not manufacturing any spare parts for this particular phone and informed me they'll give Mi note 10 pro( a low spec phone comparatively) .
    All my data and work related stuff are still in my k20 pro phone and I asked them its not fair to replace an almost one year old phone with a low spec note 10 phone. But when they confirmed they don't have any spare parts for k20 pro, I had to agree with then to accept Mi note 10 phone.
    But even when I was ok with this replacement they made me wait another 3 weeks and asked me if I'm ok with another k20 pro as replacement. I said I'm okay with a new k20 pro . Again after making me wait another one month ( I had raised many complaints and reminders during this time for the delay ) they are now telling me that they will only give MI note 9, which is a very old phone and with very low specifications and also I have to give them 9800 rupees to get it.

    First of all, Xiaomi is not manufacturing spare parts and not giving proper services to their recently released smart phones.
    Second, they made me wait almost 4 months and I still have not received any replacement and resolution yet.
    Third, they are forcing the customers with very old, very low spec mobiles and also customers have to pay extra money, effort and time to get any response from them .
    Fourth, even after creating so many complaint requests and reminders on this issue, customer hasn't receive any effective solution other than feeling cheated.

    Desirable resolution :
    Xiaomi to provide either Mi note 10 pro ( 6gb ram 128 Gb HDD )
    or K20 pro (6gb ram 128 Gb HDD) as soon as possible also a compensation of Rs. 50000 for making the customer wait for almost 4 months and for the loss of customer's very valuable, priceless and confidential data in my current K20 pro, just because Xiaomi is not manufacturing its spare parts. Also customer has lost connections with lots of clients and businesses, as all such details are in the damaged phone which is still in the service center.

      I had recently ordered laptop from Xiaomi India via mi store in online (xiaomi online store).

      Sub Order Id :[protected]

      Order was placed on[protected] and it was supposed to be delivered in 3-4 working days as promised i.e., it should have been delivered by[protected]. They have partnered with Ecom to deliver the product. I enquired Ecom regarding this on[protected] and they said that the shipment is held in hub because xiaomi has not released the airway or gst bill and they suggested to contact xiaomi and coordinate with them to resolve the issue. I conveyed this information to xiaomi and they said that there is no problem and at any cost the laptop will be delivered by 24th EOD. I waited till that time and the delivery did not happen and I asked Xiaomi and they said that they will look into the issue and give give resolution by[protected]. This is just resolution and not the exact delivery date.

        Company have given me defected piece, I have purchased my phone on 21oct 2021 and i have to go every month service center for repairing I need new piece sir my imei number is [protected] phone is XiaOmi 11 lite ne 5g

            I purchased a new Redmi Note 10 from Tata Cliq and it is still under warranty...when ai took it to Service Centre in Sector 18 Noida (UP), they said it will take few hours and it has now been almost a week and no clear timeline or commitment is being offered by them. Highly Disappointed as it is fairly new phone and wasn't expecting this poor level of service from MI.

              I'm a Redmi fan basically, from the beginning I used redmi 2 and that was a time I used or suggest almost every segment of xiomi phone. Last I bought Redmi note 10 pro max 8gb 128GB, serial number is
              31786/D1UP03942
              From the day first it was detective I guess.

              1. Calling problem from my side everyones call is ended immediately until I "RESTART" the phone.
              2. Calling from other end, in the morning no one cannot connect me as well until I "UNLOCK" the phone. Yes, just unlock.
              3. When I saved a number then only the contact name is showing, no option to display contact number, is very annoying.
              4. Sometimes the phone is lagging insanely in the mean working time. I never saw that kind of lagging in any xiaomi phone ever. In this range I accept more.
              5. In the multi-tasking the phone goes black permanently, any switch doesn't wake it up, until I press power button 10sec, then it restart.
              6. Sometimes just the lock button doesn't work, until a incoming call comes in then it lights up and working.
              I mean what is this...? Is that phone or a horrible experience device. Sometimes I feel just through the the phone and break it.

                      The mobile had got a display error suddenly I went to omni service center ( mi service center) they said the fault is not applicable for warrenty and they are charging money for the natural damage . No physical damage was done to mobile . I am becoming hopeless

                        I had gone to buy the Redmi Note 10S 8GB RAM 128 ROM phone at the Narang Traders at Patiala, Punjab. The cost of the phone online was ₹17699 but the retailers at that shop sold the phone to me at a price of ₹18500, I have the receipt as well. You need to take strict action against them or else they could also fraud other people like me as well

                          Worst after sales service

                          My phone got an update and when i updated it, it asked to restart but never started again. Update was from Mi side only and on 28th jan 2022. I visited Mi service center and on that day 28th jan they told there is a problem in motherboard we will fix it in 2-3 days. I submitted my phone to them on 1st Feb 2022 and till today I haven't got my phone back and they keep delaying it and dont respond to my emails also. My phone is under warranty...

                          I submitted my mobile phone to an mi service centre in my city two weeks ago. its been so many days and whenever i visit or call for updates they keep saying that parts havent arrived yet and they have no idea how long it will take. if they dont know then who's supposed to know?? moreover their helpline is always busy it takes forever for the call to connect. this is very inconvenient and poor service from mi. im very disappointed. now im writing this hoping my grievances will be addressed.
                          I have the same issue with Pocco X3 pro. Gave the device on 8th of February. I have contacted their support three times and they said they arranged a callback and they never did, how can we escalate this issue with higher authority of pocco?

                            My MI K20 Pro mobile display is sometimes not work sometimes worked. When it not worked its goes to black screen for 15 min. So go to MI service center, Angul. But after two days the service center agent returned my mobile without solved my mobile problem and said that bound to pay money rs 450. And said that its is compulsory to paid the money. So i am dissatisfy for MI service center agent behavior and charges of money

                              My POCO X3 PRO display gone due to MIUI 12.5.5.0 update. But after going to service center in "Gazi Para(Atghara) Gulshan Tower P.O R. Gopalpur, Baguiati, Kolkata, West Bengal 700136" they have told me that I have checked the phone outside of service center but I have not checked it out. They are charging me for the motherboard replacement but my phone is under warranty. So please do needful for this.

                                  I have purchased mi notebook pro i5 on 2021-October in one month later laptop Touchpad not working properlay and done first service on 2021-November and again in one month later same problem done done second service on 2021-Feb and in 2days the same issue And the Service center tillink that tis maodal as sme issue so thay only do reper wont give replace or do anythis for the customer (call them self Xiaomi india No.1 Brand)..

                                    I've Redmi POCOX2 which I purchased on 1.3.2020 as my mobile works fine until my handset system update made available by company in November 2021 so customer can update their handset so I updated my device but after update my device unable switch on properly.
                                    So I went to authorised service centre I explained them what happened as I've have written above then service centre associate said that your device is out of warranty so I've to pay for the repair which is 11000 rs approximate that was a big amount for me and they said that you can repair your device in local market, so I went there for repair but in market nobody could repaired my because the system update corrupted my device motherboard .
                                    Then after few days I searched about POCOX2 system update solution there I found a large number of POCOX2 customer's device also corrupted by official system updated few of them were camera issue some had mobile unable to on issue. And few of customer's device is repaired free of cost after warranty expiration, So I also talked to customer support but they denied me. So now I want my device repaired because this is company's fault that they uploaded system update having virus which corrupted many devices, so in exchange company can take benefit customers hardly earned money. My mobile submitted at Redmi service center. Please help us

                                    Service centre denied to repair handset and they told it should be repaired on on payment basis .
                                    But this is company's fault they uploaded faulty update, then how can I pay for company's mistake that is not possible.
                                    However company also repaired other customer's handset then why not mine.
                                    If it is my fault so you can tell me and you can also check it whether I've updated my device or not my IMEI is [protected]

                                      I have purchased mobile within 8 month 2 time facing the problem first one 4 g network not connected it's resolved 6 days after screw missing and service sticker is missing and second time Background and calling speaker is not working. Then I have requested to service center replace the mobile is not supporting. Please dont buy the mi accessories.
