I woke up yesterday in the morning on 3/4/2020 . Looked at my phone to see it dead. I thought that charging was completely down so i kept it for charging even though i couldn't see the charging logo on the screen . After 20 minutes i tried turning it on but of no use. The phone wasnt even vibrating. No led light nothing. I tried forced reboot but still didn't turn on. I tried searching on the internet and youtube and came to know that i am not the only one who's same device is not turning on. There are hundreds of videos on the YouTube as well as on the web browser stating that there is some serious problems with the poco x3 pro especially after updating it to the latest miui . Look into the matter ASAP

    I have purchased Mi Android tv 4A pro five months back and now it's display is not working, I have registered a complain to Xiaomi support few days back they are only entertaining me on call and saying technician will visit to check but till date I am only waiting for technician.

      Purchased mi vaccum mop p in oct 21. Installed November 21 afterfollow up. booked for the service in nov. Dec jan and on feb have booked on 22nd token M3538128. engineer didn't turn booked once again on 25.02.22 M3557213.00038082and booked complaint once again on 23.03.22 vide token 3715439 . Month ononth problem with the machine. Called srrvice engineer Mr nazreth in his mobile no [protected] . He informed he cannot service month on month and asked me to complaint his HO and undergoiing mental agony as the machine is not working and service engineers are not servicing requesting replacement of the machine My product

            Given the laptop for service at the authorized service center for last 25 days. They have tried every possibility to resolve but they are unable to rectify the issue.
            Demanded a product exchange since they are no other way to solve this problem. But I feel ignored when asked for an exchange.
            No response regarding this from the technical backend.
            Feel insulted & frustrated that everyday I have to call them asking about the issues and not getting any fruitful response.
            No value for my time and money. Need urgent replacement.

              mera phn abhi warranty mai and from last 17 18 ddays se mera phn motherboard working nahi kar raha hai maine service center mai diya hai wo log ne replace kar k nahi diya due to stortage of motherboard abhi company per call karta hoo toh sahi jawab and help nahi karte
              mai ek chota admi hoo sir abhi kya karo 1 mahine se phn bandh hai pls help in this matter...

              Dear sir,

              I purchased a phone 2 months ago that is mi 11x from amazon and after some days started getting problems in phone, phone starts automatically on/off then i asked that to service centre and they told me wait for update and i did but still i faced problem then after that i visited mi service centre for the 3-4 times they always refused to repair it, they always told me that I can’t believe that it having any issue, i only trust when it will be off infront of me but how that is possible because i have no idea when phone will be off it will be randomly but still after 4 times i visited service centre for the 5th time and still they were arguing with me but that time between argue phone got off then i told him to see and after many arguments they accepted to repair phone and registered for auto off/on problem and told me to wait 5-7 days it will be repaired and informed to you but after that it’s been 1 month but phone not repaired.. before today they were telling me always that I ordered i dont have part that is motherboard when it will come your phone will be repaired and never told me exact date when will be repaired, i also complaint to Mi helpline 7-8 times but they also didn’t gave any resolution, and yesterday called me to service centre and they told me that phone is repaired but it was not repaired then i told him but got reply that ‘Jo karna tha kar liya humne hm to kr diye the ni ho rha to kya kare le jaao phone varna fir pade rahenge yha pe’ then after arguments he re registered phone and kept to repair again and told that now we won’t take time i have parts available but now told me to wait 10 days more your phone have another issue now i ordered another part then wait for some days more and also told me we can’t tell how time it’ll be take.. and said that we can also take for 6 month or more if needed.. he is satisfying his ego because he had to take phone after argument.. no one is giving any resolution.. where should we go now? I am a student i was doing online classes in that phone what to do now..?

                Poco X2 recently got a update and from then the phones got bugs like camera not working and touch dead. My phones is completely dead. I contacted to the customer service representative of poco X2 the assure me that my phone will be repaired free of cost if it has not have any physical damage even though my phone is out of warranty period. They asked me to submit my phone in the nearest service centre. I submitted my phone on 14th of March, 2022. But the service centre is denying to repair it for free.They are charging around 9000 to repair the mother board.The issue is not only with my phone, many people are facing the same problem. Phones are completely dead and after the software update mother board gets damaged and phones got bugs like camera not working and touch dead. I want my phone to be repaired free of cost because it's company's fault. My of the users are getting their phone repaired free of cost even though the are out of warranty. But the service centre is denying to repair my phone even though customer service representative is saying that my phone will be repaired free of cost if it has not any physical damage. My phone has not any physical damage. I have submitted my phone on 14th of March 2022, but yet they have provided any solution. Kindly look into the matter.

                  I recently purchased Mi Band 6 from Amazon on 22nd March 2022. 'App Notifications' are automatically turns off. Unable to get notified for the messages I receive. I bought it to get notified for call/messages while I'm riding my bike and to use it fitness features.

                    Phone doesn't work, , automatically shut down all apps ex.camera, gallery, file manager, fingerprints sensor etc.when I updated MIUI VERSION 12.5.10.0 then problem occurred in my phone..I visited 2 times xiaomi service center, , but didn't short out my problems..I tell everything about my phone problems..but they updated my phone software...but problems are still reamaings...now i updated miui version 13.0.1, , but, my phone problem still reaming..i think that is my phone hardware problems..plz, , help me sir, , after some days my phone OUT OF WARRENTY...

                      I buyed a xiaomi handset poco x3 pro from flipkart on[protected] and after 6 months phone board damaged with out my fault. that repaired on[protected] warranty and they changed mother board of the phone. then now my phone mother board again damaged[protected]. i need a fair compensation for this happening. this phone worth 18999

                              I cannot redeem the product according my coins.I always try at 10:00a.m. and 3:00p.m. also fill captcha code within 5 second and press ok then it shows out of stock.I comes daily to redeem product in getapps but result is same.Please solve this out of stock problem, increase your quantity of product & make it 24×7.

                                    1) 05.03.22 I give my mobile for service (redmi note 10) with warrenty at Tambaram kadapari
                                    Mi authorised service centre for Mic Noise cancellation problem .
                                    2) Still now not solve that issue by service centre. 3 or 4 times I reached and 10 times call and speak and also speak with mi customer care also but issues not solve by service centre,
                                    3) service centre told He, s change sub charging board and also change Main mother board then also issue not solved by service centre.
                                    4)i think it's Manufacturing defect mobile, ..pls if not able to repair means I need a Replacement mobile ..
                                    Due to more than 14 days not solve my issue..

                                      Within 4 months of the purchase my laptop's motherboard got damaged. Since it was in the warranty period I gave it to the authorized service center, after 1 week they replaced the PCB. But during the repair technicians had damaged the keyboard and fingerprint sensor (since it was perfectly functional before I gave the laptop to them). Now it's been 18 days of now & they are still giving me lame excuses that they are still working on it. I don't understand why this is happening for a brand new system. It's my work laptop and I have been delayed in works due to this issues. Who will be responsible for this case? Pathetic experience with Xiaomi and its services.
