Description of issue:
I gave my K20 pro smartphone for repair on November 27 2021 to one of the genuine MI(Xiaomi) service center at Kottayam, Kerala, as its display got damaged. I purchased a new Redmi Note 10 from Tata Cliq and it is still under warranty...when ai took it to Service Centre in Sector 18 Noida (UP), they said it will take few hours and it has now been almost a week and no clear timeline or commitment is being offered by them. Highly Disappointed as it is fairly new phone and wasn't expecting this poor level of service from MI.
