My poco X3 pro Max was dead on 8 March 2022 so I deposited this to service centre, Chand bagh wazirabad road Delhi -110053, from that time till now they repair this device 3 times, between this period they offer replacement with very old & lower configuration mobile REDMI NOTE 9 PRO, I request them to replace with same configuration or more with additional payment which will be paid by me, now I visited this service centre for 25 times but this service centre doesn't respond & wait for more days, my device is still deposited with this centre,
I afraid of ending my warranty in a few days & I could be possible to deny my replacement for this reason

    I have purchased two mobiles in mi online store. I booked one order on may 1st order ID:[protected] and another one I booked on may 2nd order ID:[protected].through using icici cardless emi payment method regarding these purchases which are mentioned above. I had cancelled both one. xiaomi service mailed me your refund is initiated, regarding these two mobiles, the refund amount is directly credit in your account.present June 3rd emi's is debited in my account regarding these two mobiles. And I contacted my bank I can say those matter to the bank. but bank says to contact customer care service. and again I contacted customer care service says these two mobiles loan accounts are active now that's why the emi's is debited, once you contact the xaiomi customer care service. And again I contact the xaiomi customer care service they says the refund is complete again and again.I don't know how to do know please help me.

      My poco x3 dead and the mi care replaced it by redmi note 10 pro.
      They didnt give me any bill charger box etc even the phone was booted. Very disgusting i want my phone back

        Last month 17th I submitted my mobile redmi note 11 in mi service centre Ambattur chennai in warranty period.my mobe was fully default Mobile the camera and not working properly.they can't soloved my problem .That's why iam asked replace my mobile but still now not got any information xiomi.I am calling lot of time to service centre but they can not atend any calls

          Sir/Madam,

          I regret to inform that I was purchased Poco X3 Pro mobile phone for my son on 22.11.2021 at flipkart.com and the same was not working from 03.06.2022. Further, I was approach authorized service center at Tondiarpet, Chennai 600 0021 on 04.06.2022. The service center personal/technician was verified my mobile and said that the motherboard was not functioning and they offer to replace a phone i.e, Redmi Note 10 Pro instead of POCO X3 PRO. But, I don't accept that offer because of my son wants the same POCO X3 PRO as Replacement and also the MRP of POCO X3 PRO is Rs. 23, 999/- and the MRP of Redmi Note 10 Pro is Rs. 19, 999/-. In this regard, I requested that replace the same POCO X3 PRO as replacement of damaged one for with in warranty period or refund full of Invoice amount of Rs. 18, 999/- immediately, otherwise I will approach consumer forum for suitable law full remedy.

          But, since they are no response to me.

          Hence, we are expecting your help in this matter regarding.

            Hi, I am sairanjan residing in Tamilnadu state of India . I have purchased a Poco M3 mobile from KGN mobiles in minjur at july 2021, but the mobile is not working properly, It was dead i can't able to turn it on.
            i sent it for service to the service center at GNT road Gummidipoondi- RADIANT . but they are not responding to me, They accepted my Device and said that there is no parts available for fixing my mobile, I request you to please look in to this issue and handover my device as soon as possible

                I bought a poco X3 pro mobile on April 2021
                Then after 6 months I had a problem with mobile update software issue and my mobile got motherboard complaint and then after 6 months after my waranthy over they give an update after update my mobile started reboot often and I cannot use it because of rebooting, they using some business tactics like after manufacture waranty they given an update and spoil our mobile, so we move for next mobile this is type of cheating, accept the complaint and take action

                  I bought one 65 inches MI TV in October 2019. I thought MI is a good company hence without much survey i decided to go with a 65 inches TV from MI.
                  to my surprise in a span of 13 to 14 months suddenly i could see the color of the screen was slowly turning black. I contacted the MI support team and they came to inspect it. Upon checking it thoroughly they said there is a backlight issue and since there was warranty it will get covered under warranty and then the TV got replaced in February 2021. A new TV was given as a replacement. Now again after 14 months after the replacement i found the same black screen slowly getting in the upper part of my TV screen. I contacted the customer care and they sent a technician on a chargeable visit of Rs 300 and after inspection he said the same issue which happened to my previous TV. The backlight is damaged. and this time since it's not under any warranty i will have to fix it on a chargeable basis and the amount would be Rs 46000 +.

                  Is it some kind of joke!?. what kind of electrical gadgets you guys make and sell in the market which runs for 1 year and conks off?. I bought this TV paying 52000 and in 2 years am i supposed to lose that money?. Why do you sell substandard gadgets and claim to be acquiring a larger market in the field of electronics?. What you think, 52000 is that easy for a customer to earn and lose over a period of 2 years just on a television.
                  Is it a joke that to fix the TV I have to spend 46000 for an old TV for which I paid 52000 when I bought it?. Are you guys not cheating and looting people? I am not going to settle down if I am not getting a solution to my problem. I can\t spend money on this TV and spend every year on this stupid electronics. I am sure, even if I fix it paying whatever is the amount, next year it will conk off again.

                  I am definitely going to take this to social media with all support and will make sure people will at least think twice before placing any order for MI TV..

                  Similar issue I am also facing. I have also taken Mi TV 4X 65 inch in Oct 2019 when it was launched with 1 year extended warranty but now I see the blacklight issue. I recommend to my friend and he also bought in 2020 and now his TV also same issue. Seems some issue with that model. I have also taken 2 more MI 55 inch for my sister and brother in 2021 Dec. If the TV don't sustain for 2 to 3 years then there is no value in recommending and spending that huge amount. I am ready to share the invoice details along with my friend's to take this forward.

                    My device name is POCO X3. I have updated my phone version(12.5.7.0). My speaker stops working I am unable to use my speaker. I am unable to use call or play any media app. I have to use earphone to use the multi-media apps. Sometimes the speaker make buzz sound and when sound become lager then the phone suddenly get switched off. I want to fix this bug which ce form the update (12.5.7.0). I will be very kind of you if you fix it as soon as possible.

                      Hi..I m Trilochan Sahu..I bought a poco x3 pro from flipkart in april 2021.. it got dead in Nov 2021 after latest firmware update.. as it was in warranty period ..they just fit another motherboard in it and gave it back to me... After that my phone started working slowly but however I bought it for a heavy 20000 rupees .. I had to use it anyhow.. and I was still using it till may 26 ..again it got dead as I downloaded the latest firmware update.. I went to xiaomi service centre nearby. They told me that It has a motherboard problem and I have to pay 12000 to use this mobile again.. please help I just bought this nearly a year and month ago.. I lost all my data, my photos, my videos my everything else that I kept stored in it..

                          I had a issue with my xiaomi tv and requested for a service engineer, who just walked in for the visitation without any tools to check the device.

                          Common sense- any service for a product is done by opening up the electronic device.

                          On the visit of service, the technician came and took photo and video of my tv and asked for a visitation charge of Rs. 250, where as the technician did not bring any tools just walked in and mentioned that motherboard of the tv needs to be changed and you will get a call from the team after they check the price of the spare. I mentioned okay and paid the price, however, the very next day i got a notification stating my appointment has been scheduled on the next day of the technician visit in which the information was mentioned that dont pay the technician and the charges will be collected after the service.

                          Even if it is visitation charges, for travelling from the service center to my place is hardly 5kms and the service center could have asked me to take a video and photo i could have done it rather than wasting the precious time of the technician know. SARCASM...

                          Also, they did mention if you are opting for service this Rs. 250 will be deducted from the spare price. Where as it is the right of the customer to make and looting in the name of visiting charges is not fair.

                          My question to xiaomi india was if this is what the technician is going to do i could have done it. For which the customer service is answering this is how the technician will do.

                          Is this how you treat a customer? Really disappointed with xiaomi.

                          Is xiaomi brand has such looting policies for indian consumers

                            Dear sir/mam,

                            This is mohd asif shaikh, i have purchased mi 11t pro 5g price 44000 on 1st march 2022.

                            After buying this product within a month i have started facing problems regarding playing pubg, games, back option and many more, and withing 1 months and 8 days i visited mi service centre in khar first time. They told me that they will do some software so that this problem wont come next time. But within a week still i was facing problem till today ( 26th may 2022) i have visited 5 times in service centre but still they didn't understand the problem coming in my mobile this time today they told me that they will order some parts of mobile and they will do hardware related work. I dont know when they will call me or they will be able to solve this problem or not.

                            Kindly help me to solve this issue otherwise please refund my money or replace they phone as i cant afford this problem as i purchased mobile of 44000.

                            Please look into this matter at the earliest.

                                Sir/Madam with due respect I want to say that I have purchased Poco X2 mobile last year. 1 month ago a MIUI system update has come in my mobile, after giving that I face little bit problem in my mobile. 2 week ago my mobile Touchpad is not working.. On 11/05/2022 I have taken the mobile in the service centre and the centre asked me to pay 8000 for repairing.. The service centre also checked the condition of mobile said that it is okay and give me assurance for free repairing. After all the main reason of that is upgrading the system software MIUI, why should we face the problem. Overall it is company fault. Not only me, many o[censored]s faceing the same problem. So, I request them to repairing my mobile with free of cost.

                                  We bought the 'Mi True Wireless Earphones 2C White' in Dec, 2022 and these stop working last month.
                                  We reach out to support team and they advised to submit it to near Service Center. Which we submitted on 14 May, 2022. Which are under gurantee period.
                                  Service Center team advised us to replace it with new headphone. But after 2 days we come to know, our model "Mi True Wireless Earphones 2C White" is discontinued and company is not offering any Service, Replacement, New Model or Refund of Balance.
                                  They are offering me only coupons of same amount 2500/- which i can buy MI product only. Here they don't have any avaible headphone for same segment and one model which is of same segment "Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 White" is at higher value (4000/-).

                                  Serivce Center taken/submitted the product on the note of replacement, but now they change the plot.

                                  There is big fraud company is doing with customers, selling faulty product and not offering any replacment, service or Refund of money. Traping customer to buy other MI product investing more money into it.
                                  I'm not interested in MI product at all. Atlease refund my money or replace my product.

                                    1. Top of the cardboard box is not stapled and taped
                                    2. TV inside the box do not have scratch resistance cover pasted
                                    3. Seems like 5 star label was pasted for an eyewash. I saw transparent tape pasted over 5 star label
                                    4. Cobweds were in the HDMI port
                                    5. YouTube history shouldn't be in the new TV
                                    6. Vertical line Display appearing like 40" TV

                                    Technicians and customer support are not friendly. They are just trying to close the calls. Bangalorians blaming Chennaities and vice versa, however ticket not resolved and it's 4 months now till the complaint is raised.
