I bought a MI Qled TV it is the 55 inches one.
The tv has connecting issues with WiFi and remote.I have been contacting the costumer care and technicians about it for more than six months now. No one seems to have a proper solution for it and they never respond or call back too.
The last time they told me the spare part that would fix the problem isn't available and said they would provide a MI voucher. I didn't receive a proper response for that too.
My waranty period is about to end in a week and no one has been able to help me for the past 6 months..

    I order 21st jan 2022 at late night 2, 22am from google pay at mi.Com for order of redmi11t 5g, amount deducted from banj and order was cancelled from mi. Com, i called and talked with customers support thet tild me wait for 3days youll get back your amount in same account, but i did not got back my amount yet from 21st of jan 2022, and now ite 3 feb 2022, so many complaints i gave bitno one is responding proper, and they are telling me you'll get back it soon, but Alreadt its 13 days left for refund, please help me regard this issue

      Hi this is Sunny Dixit I received a product called mi 11i5g with manufacturing defect order id: [protected]
      I told them to replace my product as I also shared clear images in which it is visible that the color fade is inside the product not outside physical damage. But still they are denying to replace my product.

        I had ordered for Air Purifier worth Rs. 8999-/ on the 29th of December via Mi.com. Since the product was not available I was promised a refund, The refund was initiated on the 12th of January and I was promised the same would be reflected 7-10 working days. However, on calling the service center again, they said the refund has been re-initiated on the 21st of Jan and the same would be reflected by 3-4 working days. Since I didnt receive it, I called again and it was informed that refund was initiated on 27th of Jan and the same would be reflected within 3 working days i.e. 31st of Jan. I am yet to get the refund please help me.

          With software update they mess up with camera and screen not responding with many consumer fro some they have repaired for free for some they have provide different handset but for me 1st they have told me that they will repaired it for free no they are denying and service center also denying I want them to repaired my phone even poco india have launched statement to repaired for free but now they denied kindly told them to repaired my hand set

            Sent me Band 5 for Order 6 and now ignoring my replacement / refund
            They have accepted the issue initially after making wait for 5days now telling that we sent right product. Buying the product would be great with AMAZON or Flipkart. MI started cheating people with wrong product inside the box and tell us simply that product is not damaged .

            Cheating people with wrong product delivery and intelligent guys removed refund / return policy in mi.com website. Fed up complaining about this from 5days to costumer care.

                On 13th Jan, I have submitted my redmi note 10 pro (6/128) to our nearby service centre . After 14 days later, they are not able to repair my phone . And not giving us a clear response. So, I want to get my device repaired or exchange it with new one .

                  I bought a new Redmi Note 10 lite mobile in which Google dialer is used to talk on the phone This dialer is not good for talking on the phone and there is a problem recording the call
                  Thus no matter how much highlight this phone has I am not fully satisfied
                  I look forward to a change or update on the phone dialer very soon
                  This dialer Redmi phone will cause the biggest setback

                    I ordered a phone( Redmi note 10s) from Mi.com on 15th January( during midnight it was republic day sale) and i paid the full amount that was applicable during discount. And at that time it was showing order will deliver within 3-4 days. But after 5-6 days I didn’t receive the phone. Then I did chat with their customer care and they told “due to huge volume demand order will get delayed and will be shipped after 27th January “ . Firstly i was disappointed with this delay delivery but today they automatically canceled my order without my concern. Though they refunded my money but the republic day sale is over. At that time i can buy the similar phone on other e-commerce sites like flipkart and amazon. Now price is high everywhere and i feel cheated from xiaomi. Please do take some action against them. Thank you!

                      Hi,

                      My name is Sahit Dagani and I live in Australia. I ordered 2 products on Xiaomi website for my family in India. They sent a package home and there was only 1 product in there. When I contacted the helpdesk they say the order is delivered and there are nothing else to be delivered. Luckily my parents took a video of it and even after showing all that they still say it is delivered and my complaint is rejected.

                      This is the second issue I'm having with them, and they think I'm false by sitting in front of monitors and assuming they know everything.

                      I don't care about how the package is Xiaomi. Care about if you sent the product or not.
                      I am showing you proof that my product didn't come and you talk about the stupid packaging? YOU HAVEN'T EVEN SENT THE PRODUCT TO ME!

                      Check it out Xiaomi you cheat!
                      You don't understand your customers problems and talk as if you know it all sitting in front of the computer.

                        Hello,
                        I wanted to clearly know that why redmi mobile mi security app needed all permissions including contacts? If it's just a junk cleaner and antivirus app why it needs contacts, call logs and other data? What to do with our contacts? And, the permissions can't able to disable by ourselves. We cannot disable the permissions. Suspicious activity looks like. Why I can't able to disable contacts permission and others?

                          I had ordered a soap dispenser with Order ID [protected]. It was ordered on 17 Jan 2022, on Mi India website. I received the product in next couple of days. The product received in fine packing. As soon as I opened the product, the foam machine was broken. It had 3 cells inside which were leaked and exploded. (The machine uses 4 cells). I immediately raised complaint to Xiaomi informing them about product and to be replaced. To my surprise they refuse to replace the product.

                          They send hazardous and poisonous material. Then they refuse to claim responsibility statiing the packet was fine. Even I mentioned that packet was fine and but there were cells inside the machine which had exploded.

                                    i am writing this complaint with great frustration
                                    this phone when used was found to have in call volume very high even when you lower the volume to the maximum . The opponent voice is clearly heard outside word by word . so no private conversation can happen.very very annoying and if you raise the volume little higher also the whole world will hear you! the sound system is ok for media, that is whilst watching movies and videos but why they have included this feature in calls???? what a bad idea. we have passwords to protect our private photos and videos in phone but what is the answer and solution to this???????? you really dont want people around you to hear your private conversations ..dont you?? I WANTED TO RETURN THIS PHONE AND WHEN I CALLED FLIPKART THEY SAID THAT A TECHNICIAN WOULD COME TO INSPECT TE PHONE AND WHEN FOUND FAULT THIS CAN BE RETURNED, THE TECHNICIAN CAME HOME AND HE SAID HE CAN UNDERSTAND THE CUSTOMER PROBLEM, HOWEVER THIS IS THE PHONE FEATURE AND THERE IS NO SOLUTION TO IT. THIS IS COMPLETELY INSANE. TECHINICIAN HIMSELF DOESN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH IT. THIS IS NOT A SUITABLE PHONE AT ALL FOR ME. I WANT TO RETURN THE PHONE .I REALLY WANT AS MANY PEOPLE TO SEE THIS COMPLAINT AND DONT GO FORWARD TO BUY THIS PHONE. PLEASE REFUND MY AMOUNT FOr RS 23, 499. ALSO I WANT TO HIGHLIGHT THAT THE 15% HYPER CHARGE ALSO IS A EYEWASH. IT DOESN'T GET CHARGED IN 15MINS . IT TAKE 40 MINUTES FOR THE FULL CHARGE TO HAPPEN. AND BATTERY DRAINS VERY FAST. THE TECHNICIAN WHO CAME HIOME IS A MERE WASTE AND COULDN'T OFFER ANY SOLUTION TO TEH PROBLEM. HE JUST SAID WE SHOULD HAVE NOT GOT THE PHONE IMMEDIATELY AT ONCE WHEN IT IS LAUNCHED .WE SHOULD HAVE WAITED FOR THE REVIEWS. I REGRET BUYING THIS MOBILE.                                       I had cancelled an order and raised a request for refund on Jan 17, 2022. They said they had refunded but amount is still not reflecting in my account. I called many times but got no solution. Please help.

                                        The product is under warranty and started having major issue. It freezes and automatically reboot itself. After giving to service centre they said it has mother board issue. Now they say it has scratches and won't accept the phone. They are totally cheating us as scratches cannot damage the mother board.
