Whenever I used my mobile then it's heated too much and battery is also drain quickly.

My Poco X3 Pro handset bricked almost a month ago. From what I have found out this is a fairly common issue but the concerned company has not bothered to recall the affected the devices and is in fact even denying warranty services. I have been going back and forth from the call centre to Service centre since then and finally submitted the phone last week only to be told that my phone is out of warranty because of a scratch in the corner??...
