Online ordered mi10i 5G with the exchange of my old redmi note 7 pro

I ordered Mi10i 5G on mi store and paid 16, 830 rs. cause i got 5, 170 discount on exchange, and i will added my 2 year old redmi note 7 pro. the bluedart delivery guy watched my phone and rejected cause of small 1-2 scratch and he goes. but i didn't get back money in my account. i need my money as soon as possible cause i m going to purchase my new mobile on shop. not a online again....

Camera update for #Redmi Note 10s

MI Notebook Pro Battery issue

Yesterday[protected] i've purchased this product, but in use of 1hrs 15min the battery decreased from 94% to 54%, average in 15min of continues use the battery is decreasing by 10% .

so i want to replace my product ....

MI smart TV 32" 4A

I raised a repair request in September for mi smart tv. Technician came to house and suggested to change the motherboard of TV. I paid him an advance of RS. 1500/- . He is gone with disconnecting all internal connections. After that, he never contacts me. Several times I complained to mi Customercare and their Back End Team . There is no further updation from their side. Finally I bought new motherboard from Hyderabad and connected to TV....

Didn't get refund for cancelled order

Order 5210829968001161 - MI Grey color running shoes.

Order was raised on 29th August, 2021 and delivery promised by 21st October. But was postponed to November 5th but failed again to dispatch with lots of sorries and stories and these postponements and failure of deliveries continued till 15th December. Even today I did not receive my order. So, I am completely disappointed with MI Store and it's worst planning and failures of execution to meet the committed timeliness of product delivery....

Motherboard dead

Yesterday my poco x3 pro was dead and service center denied to give warranty obviously how the company can replace so much x3 pro motherboard at their own cost they have to charge from their customers this is the high time you should give me the replacement for my device which is only 2.5 months old...

I purchase the phone on 24/008/2021. my product model is Mi10i-6GB-128GB. IMEI no. is [protected].Battery problem is coming again and again in this phone. I have appeared in service center earlier. My complaint is [protected] registered on this but my problem is not solved.

Automatic software got destroyed of Redmi Note 10S mobile

I purchased a redmi note10S in july21, after one week completion I observed that my mobile software got destroyed automatically, then I visited the service centre(Noida sec.18) for resolution, they resolved on temporary basis then I asked for replacement but they denied and told that they will rectify till they can.
After 2 months again same issue occurred, my mobile software again destroyed and now mobile is not working.
