I have ordered redmi note 11t 5g on 17 January but it has been cancelled due to stock unavailability as per told by customer care support so I asked for refund they told me you will get within 24 hours but as today is 21 u didn't get back my refund and now money is stuck . Please give me my return so I can order new phone during the sale which is ongoing . Please today itself as it was sale last day. Please give me back my return .I am requesting you

    i am writing this complaint with great frustration
    this phone when used was found to have in call volume very high even when you lower the volume to the maximum . The opponent voice is clearly heard outside word by word . so no private conversation can happen.very very annoying and if you raise the volume little higher also the whole world will hear you! the sound system is ok for media, that is whilst watching movies and videos but why they have included this feature in calls???? what a bad idea. we have passwords to protect our private photos and videos in phone but what is the answer and solution to this???????? you really dont want people around you to hear your private conversations ..dont you?? I WANTED TO RETURN THIS PHONE AND WHEN I CALLED FLIPKART THEY SAID THAT A TECHNICIAN WOULD COME TO INSPECT TE PHONE AND WHEN FOUND FAULT THIS CAN BE RETURNED, THE TECHNICIAN CAME HOME AND HE SAID HE CAN UNDERSTAND THE CUSTOMER PROBLEM, HOWEVER THIS IS THE PHONE FEATURE AND THERE IS NO SOLUTION TO IT. THIS IS COMPLETELY INSANE. TECHINICIAN HIMSELF DOESN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH IT. THIS IS NOT A SUITABLE PHONE AT ALL FOR ME. I WANT TO RETURN THE PHONE .I REALLY WANT AS MANY PEOPLE TO SEE THIS COMPLAINT AND DONT GO FORWARD TO BUY THIS PHONE. PLEASE REFUND MY AMOUNT FOr RS 23, 499. ALSO I WANT TO HIGHLIGHT THAT THE 15% HYPER CHARGE ALSO IS A EYEWASH. IT DOESN'T GET CHARGED IN 15MINS . IT TAKE 40 MINUTES FOR THE FULL CHARGE TO HAPPEN. AND BATTERY DRAINS VERY FAST. THE TECHNICIAN WHO CAME HIOME IS A MERE WASTE AND COULDN'T OFFER ANY SOLUTION TO TEH PROBLEM. HE JUST SAID WE SHOULD HAVE NOT GOT THE PHONE IMMEDIATELY AT ONCE WHEN IT IS LAUNCHED .WE SHOULD HAVE WAITED FOR THE REVIEWS. I REGRET BUYING THIS MOBILE.       I had cancelled an order and raised a request for refund on Jan 17, 2022. They said they had refunded but amount is still not reflecting in my account. I called many times but got no solution. Please help.

        The product is under warranty and started having major issue. It freezes and automatically reboot itself. After giving to service centre they said it has mother board issue. Now they say it has scratches and won't accept the phone. They are totally cheating us as scratches cannot damage the mother board.

          Money hasn't refunded yet.

          On 13th January 2022 I order a smart phone of rupees 10, 199 and after the money was initiated to mi. Store from my bank. But due to issue I have to cancel the product on the same day of 13th January 2022. Now when I called mi service for help they said they will refund it on 17-18 of January but I haven't received that when I called them on 18th January 2022 they said they are searching about the problem and they will call me on 19th of...

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I tried to book a Mi 11 Lite NE 5G phone on Mi.com on 28 December 2021 around 8.25 P.M, but the payment failed due to timeout. Order was not placed, but unfortunately, amount got debited vide transaction number CS[protected] for MI Order Number [protected]Â which was ultimately closed. But the transaction is showing successful in Bajaj Finance Records and they are claiming that the payment is successfully transferred to Xiaomi.

          Even after repeated complaints everyday for two weeks, the Xiaomi customer support have not been helpful. Compliant Number WOIN[protected]

          Am attaching screenshot of Failed/Closed Order of Mi.com and Transaction SMS received from Bajaj for your reference. Along with statement from Bajaj Finance stating the transaction is successful

          Please do the needful at the earliest and oblige.

              Hi Sir/Madam,
              I purchased Redmi Note 9 Pro Max 9 months ago. I read specifications, it was mentioned that it has 64 GB internal storage capacity. But I looked today careful when I was facing storage capacity issue, it's came to my knowledge that internal storage capacity is only 48GB.
              It's a serious concerns that I have paid for 64GB storage capacity phone and I got 48 GB capacity phone.
              I checked the storage which is also misrepresent. Please find the attached screenshot for reference. If you add total used space, it's around 43 GB but it showing me 58 GB.
              One more screenshots which exactly represent the correct available space and storage capacity of the phone. Please find the attachment.

                Bought laptop in September, within few days noticed there was a keyboard issue. struggled and got it replaced after a month. Now the replaced new laptop has various issues like refresh rate and display flickering a certain places.

                Service centre treating a hardware issue as software issue. More than two month passed and no one has fixed my issue and also no one cares about it as well, since I am the only one constantly being reaached out

                Currently the laptop is sitting idle in the service centre for the past two weeks and even when I visited the centre, those ppl are very laid and the laptop seems not touched. FYI they dont answer my calls nor msgs

                    I purchased mi 11i 5g on 12th jan from your mi store app. In the advertisement, it was showing that if you purchase mi 11i you will get 1500 newyear offer, 2000 sbi credit card offer and additional exchange offer with Redmi phones. I purchased the phone with exchange offer but I didn't get credit card offer and also newyear offer. This is like cheating the customers. You are giving mi band as new year offer from offline mi stores. So kindly look into the matter and resolve my issue. My no. is [protected]

                      I am writing this message in extreme disappointment and sadness after struggling a lot with Xiaomi Service center, Tambaram, Chennai.
                      I bought a MI 4X 65 inch ultra HD LED TV in August 2020. My tv got repaired in the first week of November. I called the MI customer care and booked for the service request. They said that the technician will visit my home within 48hrs but he had visited my home only after a week, that is on 15th of November. After analysing my TV, he said that the panel has to be replaced and it will be covered by warranty. He placed the order on the same day(15th November) and they said that the repair will be completed on or before 25th of this month. But no one turned up till 25th November.

                      Again I called the customer care and raised a complaint regarding the same with complaint number WO:ISIN[protected]-0F51. In customer care they said that the repair will be completed on or before 8th December by extending another 10 days. On December 8th the service team brought one replacement TV to my home. When they opened the new box they found that the TV had damages on the panel. So they took back the new TV which they brought and said that within another one week the TV will be replaced.

                      After three days Mr.Venkatesh Kulkarni( Mobile No: [protected]) from Xiaomi Service centre called me and said that MI voucher will be given to me instead of panel replacement. For the above process of providing the voucher, he said that my old TV has to be picked up from my home and it has to be transported to the Bangalore Service Center. He said that only after the above process voucher will be given to me. I accepted the offer and asked them to pick up the old TV unit. For picking up the TV unit they took another 1 week and finally they arrived on 17th of December. After Arriving to my home they asked for the box of my TV unit to safely pack the TV unit. Since it is a large box, I disposed it due to non availability of space in my home. The service center people returned back without picking up the TV due to non availability of the box. Again when I called the Tambaram service center and they said that they have ordered for the TV box and they will pick up the TV unit only after receiving the box.
                      On 25th December, they finally came and took my repaired TV unit. They said that the voucher will be credited within 3 days. But it has not been credited yet to my MI account. On 30th December (Today) a person from Xiaomi called me and said that the voucher will be credited to my account before January 2022 extending another one week. All the process have been completed but I really don’t know why they need another one week to credit the voucher to my account. Already I and my family members are suffering a lot for almost two months without the TV.

                      The people in the service center are very less responsive and not picking up the customer calls . I have been trying to call them to know the status but no one picked up my call. I have raised a complaint again in MI customer care stating the same reason with my complaint number Woin[protected]. I have also sent mail to Nodal officer ([protected]@xiaomi.com) and Grievance officer(grievance.[protected]@xiaomi.com) regarding the issue on December 18th, But there is no proper response. But no one contacted me till now to resolve the same. They are picking up the calls, only if I call from some other number. I have spent 55000 rupees for buying this TV and still I have not completed paying my EMIs. The Service Center people are not picking up my phone calls and not responding to my messages at all, avoiding me completely. I don’t t know to whom else i have to contact to repair my TV.

                        Hey!.
                        I am using Poco X3. I am facing a lot of network issues like slow speed and bad network, despite having a good connection at my place. Other mobiles in my home, work perfectly fine and provide good speed and network, using the same sims I have in my Poco X3.
                        I have tried all possible solutions like resetting the network, reinserting the sim followed by a reboot, factory reset. But the problem persists.

                                  I bought Redmi Note 10S (6 GB+ 64GB) Deep Sea Blue colour model from Croma Store -57 Sarat Bose Road, PS Residency Building, kolkata -700025 on 28th December 2021 .
                                  From day one it is showing problem like the phone is getting switched off by itself very often and again it's rebooting and switching on . Max of the time it's not opening and the screen is blank and not showing any response after clicking open also.after some time it's it is again responding. The battery is draining like anything.
                                  For last 5 years I am using MI Brand phone and I dint had any complain . That is the reason while choosing a new phone I have opt for Redmi Brand.
                                  Now from morning itself the customer care lady is convincing to take this defective phone.
                                  I need a a complete replacement of my phone. I dnt need this phone which is defective and it is not audible for the receiver also. Clearly this phone is defective and I need a brand new phone in place of this.
                                  Please replace the phone immediately as I require my phone urgently. I have uploaded video if the defect to the Croma team also. I have send 4 video of the phone where it is clearly showing its not getting on.
                                  I want my replacement of my new phone .hope you will solve this issue ASAP and get it resolved.i am attaching some of the videos as proof.

                                    I got a faulty product (in the name of "Polarized Sunglasses") and it is so-called a "Standard Size", unfortunately, three adults at my home are either unable to wear a standard size or the definition of "Standard" is not correct at your end OR the product is faulty.

                                    so far my experience with Mi says that the product is OKAY but it is me who has issues with Standard Size (this is what I have been told). Nonetheless, I booked an appointment for a Service Store that say that they don't have a way of dealing with Sunglasses. They are just saying live with the product or do whatever, they don't care about it. Customer care is saying if Service Center cant do much then we are helpless too.

                                    What do I do? Forget about my hard-earned money?

                                    Now what?

                                    forget that I bought Sunglasses from you and forget about my hard-earned money?

                                      I purchased a poco x2 on feb 2020
                                      first my display was broken and i replaced using price above 6k.
                                      Then after one year i lost my cameras and charging port.
                                      On service, they told me that camera disfunction due to mainboard issue and it will cost above 10k.
                                      Now after two months of charjing port change, my phone not turning on.
                                      Too much misery and money loss for me buying poco x2
