Hey!.
I am using Poco X3. I am facing a lot of network issues like slow speed and bad network, despite having a good connection at my place. Other mobiles in my home, work perfectly fine and provide good speed and network, using the same sims I have in my Poco X3.
I have tried all possible solutions like resetting the network, reinserting the sim followed by a reboot, factory reset. But the problem persists.

            I bought Redmi Note 10S (6 GB+ 64GB) Deep Sea Blue colour model from Croma Store -57 Sarat Bose Road, PS Residency Building, kolkata -700025 on 28th December 2021 .
            From day one it is showing problem like the phone is getting switched off by itself very often and again it's rebooting and switching on . Max of the time it's not opening and the screen is blank and not showing any response after clicking open also.after some time it's it is again responding. The battery is draining like anything.
            For last 5 years I am using MI Brand phone and I dint had any complain . That is the reason while choosing a new phone I have opt for Redmi Brand.
            Now from morning itself the customer care lady is convincing to take this defective phone.
            I need a a complete replacement of my phone. I dnt need this phone which is defective and it is not audible for the receiver also. Clearly this phone is defective and I need a brand new phone in place of this.
            Please replace the phone immediately as I require my phone urgently. I have uploaded video if the defect to the Croma team also. I have send 4 video of the phone where it is clearly showing its not getting on.
            I want my replacement of my new phone .hope you will solve this issue ASAP and get it resolved.i am attaching some of the videos as proof.

            Please do the needful ASAP.

              I got a faulty product (in the name of "Polarized Sunglasses") and it is so-called a "Standard Size", unfortunately, three adults at my home are either unable to wear a standard size or the definition of "Standard" is not correct at your end OR the product is faulty.

              so far my experience with Mi says that the product is OKAY but it is me who has issues with Standard Size (this is what I have been told). Nonetheless, I booked an appointment for a Service Store that say that they don't have a way of dealing with Sunglasses. They are just saying live with the product or do whatever, they don't care about it. Customer care is saying if Service Center cant do much then we are helpless too.

              What do I do? Forget about my hard-earned money?

              Now what?

              forget that I bought Sunglasses from you and forget about my hard-earned money?

                I purchased a poco x2 on feb 2020
                first my display was broken and i replaced using price above 6k.
                Then after one year i lost my cameras and charging port.
                On service, they told me that camera disfunction due to mainboard issue and it will cost above 10k.
                Now after two months of charjing port change, my phone not turning on.
                Too much misery and money loss for me buying poco x2

                  We had purchased LED TV 4A pro in March 2021.After 3 months o[censored]sing, it stopped working due to display issue. Customer service took 1 month to resolve the issue and the TV was replaced with new one .Now exactly after 3 months it is again facing same complaint and we are running after customer care for solution.it is already one week since the TV is not working.Customer care says it will take again 10 days to resolve the issue.
                  We want the TV to be taken back and reimburse our money. This is the worst product i have brought from Redmi. I am still using Redmi phones since 5 or 6 years and have never disappointed by it .

                      Dear sir,
                      using redmi phone from last 2 yrs, after up date version as above
                      phone work in slow/hangs many times and work struck, pls sort this problem early as many customer says new version is not so good as previous was in smooth working
                      solution waited for me and all which are in q with same problem
                      I have ordered mobile mi 11t 5g on 17th January but it has been cancelled due to unavailability as told by your customer care on 17 they told me your return will get within 24 hours but today is 21 I didn't get return till now and my money also got stuck and due to sale I have purchased it online but and today is last day of sale . Please give me my money back so I can order new phone

                        I had purchased redmi note 10 pro max phone on Oct 2021 and after using for 2 months.front camera not working and camera shows error while reconnecting.I submitted my phone to mi service center @ ambernath they informed me there is issue with the motherboard.after 7 days they reported me that part is not available.kindly give me replacement in this case.

                              I ordered Mi10i 5G on mi store and paid 16, 830 rs. cause i got 5, 170 discount on exchange, and i will added my 2 year old redmi note 7 pro. the bluedart delivery guy watched my phone and rejected cause of small 1-2 scratch and he goes. but i didn't get back money in my account. i need my money as soon as possible cause i m going to purchase my new mobile on shop. not a online again.

                                It's not looking like 64mp cam.
                                It's looking like 13mp cam.
                                By pushing camera update it's better for buyers to get satisfy.

                                  Yesterday[protected] i've purchased this product, but in use of 1hrs 15min the battery decreased from 94% to 54%, average in 15min of continues use the battery is decreasing by 10% .

                                  so i want to replace my product .

                                    I raised a repair request in September for mi smart tv. Technician came to house and suggested to change the motherboard of TV. I paid him an advance of RS. 1500/- . He is gone with disconnecting all internal connections. After that, he never contacts me. Several times I complained to mi Customercare and their Back End Team . There is no further updation from their side. Finally I bought new motherboard from Hyderabad and connected to TV. After connecting mother board, the Display not working properly because of not using for 2 months. So, Please take necessary action from your side and change the display of my TV.

                                      I raised a request for service in September, and technician came to house and suggested to change motherboard. I paid him an advance of Rs. 1500/-. He was gone with disconnecting all wires in inside. After that he never contacted me. Several times I complained to customer care and back end team. But there was no up dation
                                      from their side. Finally I bought new motherboard from Hyderabad on 21.12.2021 and connected to my tv. Now the display gets damaged because of not using tv for 2 months. Sir, why are you not considering the customer's complaint as serious? Because of your irresponsibility, I lose my tv's display.
                                      So, please take necessary action and please change the display of tv.

                                        I was facing the charging problem few days back so I went to the service center located near to chinsurah station. First they told me that my adapter is faulty so they suggest me to buy a new one which is cost 600 Rs. from the centre itself and I bought the combo pack of the adapter and the data cable and after returning home I found that my phone did not charge again. I lost my interest to visit there again after I got to know from a local service centre that my old adapter is completely fine and issues with the battery itself and I replace the battery from the local centre. And now my question is this the way to treat your customer by giving them false information like this and loot the money from them? Poor and pathetic service once again..
