    Sir i purchased mobile rendmi note 11 t 5 g on dated 08/12/2021 timing 5.28 pm order Id [protected] payment transaction number CS[protected] on dated 8/12/2021 timing 5.32 pm

    Amount will be deducted my Bajaj finserv loan ac/- Rs 17999/-But product order cancelled by default company and amount will be deducted in my account. I have complaint many times but no result and amount not refund to me . Company says refund payment with in a 2 days but they do not refund amount. So I requested to pls refund my amount I take action becoz company will mentally harassment to me only day by day timing to me example after 24 hours your amount will refund but 24 hours will not stop and 4 working hours higher authority call back or recently say me 1 hour call back but no one call me And amount will not refund So I take action against Xiaomi India company as soon as possible

      I have ordered and paid for xoami running shoes in the month of Sept 21 and till not getting delivery so far raised compla with xoami several times but all in vain . I request people not to do business with this Chinese company and is fooling people . They don't have business ethics and taking people of India for a ride. The details are as

        I have ordered mi 10 i phone worth 21999 on Nov 15, orde id #[protected]x due to delay in order, i cancelled it on nov 27, today is December 16 still I didn't receive my refund, every time I call mi customer care they are just telling to wait for another 3 days, and just send me some id which is useless, my money is stuck for more than one month, kindly help me on this

        Now they are telling they have transferred refund to bank on Friday dec 17 still it is not showing in my bank account, when I asked they are asking to contact my bank customer care, so I asked to provide any transaction id, they are not providing any information, just keeps telling please wait for another 3 days this is what they are informing for past one month

          Order was raised on 29th August, 2021 and delivery promised by 21st October. But was postponed to November 5th but failed again to dispatch with lots of sorries and stories and these postponements and failure of deliveries continued till 15th December. Even today I did not receive my order. So, I am completely disappointed with MI Store and it's worst planning and failures of execution to meet the committed timeliness of product delivery. Today they again promised to deliver by 17th December and within next 3 to 5 days I will receive my product. This is a useless company and I feel frustrated and pained by its poor management and dubious character. I advise the readers of this feedback to be warned to stay away from this company and save their time and money. I am not sure if I ever get my shoes. I am going to complain with consumer forum if they fail to honour their commitment

              Yesterday my poco x3 pro was dead and service center denied to give warranty obviously how the company can replace so much x3 pro motherboard at their own cost they have to charge from their customers this is the high time you should give me the replacement for my device which is only 2.5 months old

              Hi i have the same problem and was denied warranty also there are hundreds of people like us. Xiaomi this is very bad I got scammed out of my money. I will never buy from xiaomi again.

                  I purchase the phone on 24/008/2021. my product model is Mi10i-6GB-128GB. IMEI no. is [protected].Battery problem is coming again and again in this phone. I have appeared in service center earlier. My complaint is [protected] registered on this but my problem is not solved.

                  Now I have submitted the phone is PS telecom NIT-5 pin code-121001 but they have refused to change the battery. simran working in the Service centre says that she is not facing the problem so i will not change the battery. I filed complaint against of PS Telecom, NIT-5, Pincode-121001. Complain reference no is WOIN[protected].

                  I spent Rs. 22, 000/- for this handset, and that kind of two types of service, if you agree to pay money then without any problem any part can change, and when you are facing a problem then you have to be harassed. I feel cheated, very frustrated with Xiaomi service policy.

                  One thing is told Xiaomi to me" when take money for replace battery, then service center easily battery replaced without any issue in battery .

                  If Xiaomi really cares about our valuable customers then replace my battery in warranty without imposing any policy without delay.

                    Actually I have issue with my new POCO M3 which recently, Poco is switched off and unable to turn on mobile.

                    I brought new POCO M3 from Flipkart on 07th Oct’21.

                    Mobile Model: POCO M3 6GB + 64GB

                    Purchase date: 04th Oct’21

                    Source of Buy: FlipKart

                    First Usage Date: 07th Oct’21

                    IMEI: [protected]

                    It’s been one month from the date of purchase my mobile phone had issues and dead now.

                    I have given my mobile phone to MI Service center on 25th Nov’21 to Fone Care (RSI) Adyar for services. Service center person will check and give call back and im following up for last 5 days and they finally told its problem with MOTHER BOARD in POCO M3.

                    Im surprised, how the one month new mobile had MOTHER BOARD ISSUE, service center person finally told that there is no stock in hand it will another 10 days and they don’t know exact timing to get ready my mobile and it’s been already five days gone in service center without my mobile. I don’t want to wait for another 10 days.

                    HOW THE NEW MOBILE GOT MOTHER BOARD ISSUE?

                    ITS NEW DEVICE OR REFURBISHED?

                    HOW MANY DAYS I HAVE TO WAIT WITHOUT MOBILE DUE TO MOBILE ISSUE?

                    I DON’T WANT TO CHANGE TO ANY MOTHER BOARD TO MY MOBILE; I NEED REPLACEMENT NEW DEVICE FOR MY LOSS.

                    I’m expecting acknowledgment and replacement new device with warranty in shorter time.

                        I bought the poco f3 but I wasn’t happy so the day after I asked for a refund. I had to contact customer service support 3 times, because I am still waiting to receive the instructions by email plus the jiffy bag. Customer service is not great, they let me wait 25 mins just to complete the security check and opening my case every time. Then they all told me the same thing: to wait 1 day to receive the email. 3 days are gone now, where is the email? Also what is the point of waiting for the jiffy bag when I have everything nicely packed with the same box I received? I rather prefer spending £1000 for an Apple iphone but at least I get better customer service support plus better quality of any products. I am very disappointed. When do I get my refund?

                            I purchased a redmi note10S in july21, after one week completion I observed that my mobile software got destroyed automatically, then I visited the service centre(Noida sec.18) for resolution, they resolved on temporary basis then I asked for replacement but they denied and told that they will rectify till they can.
                            After 2 months again same issue occurred, my mobile software again destroyed and now mobile is not working.
                            Please do needful as earliest, because of this my daily routine activities got hampered many times.
                            My data also got lost.
                            Please give camera update to Redmi Note 10s.
                            Performance not satisfactory with the camera.
                            Please push the update.

                                Incident
                                I gave my mobile phone MI A1 for usb port change. They installed the usb port. I checked if the charging port is working correctly it was working and i was unable to check the headphone jack because i wasn't carrying a headphone.
                                Next day when i plugged the headphone in the headphone jack i was hearing only from the left side of my headphone.
                                Then i went to service center next day on. Date- 4/12/2021
                                Showed the service center my mobile. They checked the mobile said i did soldering from some other place. They accused me of doing soldering which i did not do. They installed a defective part on my phone.
                                Service Center told me that they will do one thing that they will not charge me for service charge but will charge for the part which i already paid for the part.

                                Desirable Resolution
                                Either refund or replace the part without charging me for the part

                                    I have bought a new phone a few months ago and the phone is now at a bad stage to use . Your MIUI is full of bugs and you are not providing the bug fixes to any smartphones.
                                    If you are selling smartphones you have the responsibility to provide bug fixes and updates for atleast 1 year

                                      Description - I have purchased POCO X2 in May 2020. Recently I did system update. then few days later suddenly touchscreen has stopped working. I went to MI Service Center and they are saying "Touchpad and Display" both are fine. But if you change "Motherboard" then only this issue can be solve.
                                      As I am facing this issue due to "System Update", then why should i pay for it ?
                                      Service Center is denying that this issue have caused due to System Update

                                        Respect sir, my redmi note 8 pro global version app get apps reward and coin task issue is 3 month I earn 35000coin but xioami notification 10am and 3pm stock available is reward but I am daily check not any stock available in same time.

                                        And coin task issue not solve 1 month .
