I purchase the phone on 24/008/2021. my product model is Mi10i-6GB-128GB. IMEI no. is [protected].Battery problem is coming again and again in this phone. I have appeared in service center earlier. My complaint is [protected] registered on this but my problem is not solved.
Now I have submitted the phone is PS telecom NIT-5 pin code-121001 but they have refused to change the battery. simran working in the Service centre says that she is not facing the problem so i will not change the battery. I filed complaint against of PS Telecom, NIT-5, Pincode-121001. Complain reference no is WOIN[protected].
I spent Rs. 22, 000/- for this handset, and that kind of two types of service, if you agree to pay money then without any problem any part can change, and when you are facing a problem then you have to be harassed. I feel cheated, very frustrated with Xiaomi service policy.
One thing is told Xiaomi to me" when take money for replace battery, then service center easily battery replaced without any issue in battery .
If Xiaomi really cares about our valuable customers then replace my battery in warranty without imposing any policy without delay.
