I've ordered a laptop (Mi notebook ultra) from mi store on 05/04/2022 and payed online. The order was to arrive before 14/04/2022 but still haven't arrived after 2 weeks. I've contacted the customer and they are simply apologizing. The order ID is[protected]. Please help me with this.

    On[protected], my POCO X3 pro device is showing a weird problem.
    When I tried to reduce the volume it reduces and then automatically increases. I tried so many times but it kept on increasing automatically. I switched off, restarted so many times but the problem is not solved. What should I do? This issue is irritating so badly.

      I submitted my POCO X3 PRO 8GB in the service center on 21 March and have yet not gotten it back, it's the 26th day. They offered me Redmi Note 10 pro, saying that the Poco x3 pro was not available. So I accepted that offer but after 18 days they said that Redmi note 10 pro 8GB was also not available. So they gave me another offer of Redmi note 10 pro 6GB and a mi band 4 and said that if I accept this offer I will get these in a week. I am still waiting. I am a student out of my home town living in a hostel. It's so hard to contact my parents as you can't always ask someone else for the phone. My father is scolding me that why they are not giving you the phone. What should I do?

            I purchased a brand new battery for poco F1 phone from a service center in vanasthalipuram Hyderabad for Rs.3960 /-on March 28th.. The battery they replaced was faulty. I sent them the daily report of the battery backup which is not coming even for 3 hours. For 3 days I took screenshot and shared it across to them. After that I visited the service center and asked them about the battery. They told they will order a new battery from Bangalore head office and will replace the same with a new one.. They told they will notify me once they get the new battery. I waited for their call for 2 weeks and today I visited their office again. Now they started giving me some lame excuses and replies saying that they need to format the phone then only the battery issue will get resolved and will work perfectly ... Before that their version was different and now they completed changed thier version. Is this the way the service center of Xiaomi works.?

                  I purchased Poco X3 Pro on May 6, 2021. On March 29, 2022, I got the update for MIUI 13. After update the phone wont turn on. I took it to the MI Service Center at Tambaram, Chennai. They said that its the motherboard issue and they can only replace the phone with Redmi Note 10 Pro. But I bought Poco X3 Pro for its SD860 processor and Redmi Note 10 Pro has only SD732 which is not satisfactory for my usage. I raised a complaint with Poco Customer Care and they told wait for 3 days, 7 days, 14 days and then go to service center, the issue is resolved, after 2 weeks (14days). When i went to service center they gave me Redmi Note 10 Pro claiming its a new mobile. Since I'm not having an alternate mobile to use, I reluctantly got it. But on the same day eve, I found out that there is a Screen Flickering issue with the device when watching videos or using floating windows in 120HZ refresh rate. I recorded the issue with screen recorder and went back to service center on Monday (April 11) but inspite of seeing it, they deliberately denied the issue saying they cant see the flickering. I showed the video recording and everything and demanded they replace the piece since it was claimed to be new. But they got the mobile and asked to wait until they fix it and it cant be replaced. Now until today no response from them. I have called them 100s of times and they never attend calls also, and I've travelled back and forth each time taking time off my work. Not only I'm suffering without a phone, but also from travelling and mental stress because of spending 20k and still not having a poper phone.

                  Please take action for
                  - Not replacing with Poco X3 Pro in accord to their own terms and conditions, breaching it
                  - Replacing with the defective Redmi Note 10 Pro
                  - Denying the fault
                  - Delays and neglect to respond the customer
                  - Physical and mental stress caused to me

                  Attaching the invoice of purchase and the form given at Xiomi service center

                    I gave my mobile to service centre in Madhapur, Hyderabad since it had a line on display which occurred due to manufacturing defect. They said they will repair and give it to me initially, and now they are saying that there is an issue with the motherboard and there are no spare parts available, and they will replace my mobile with another model. I gave them 8 GB ram, 128gb storage with Qualcomm Snapdragon 860 Processor. Now they are offering a mobile with 6gb ram, 128 GB storage with
                    Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G. I did not accept since ram and processor is very less when compared to the mobile I gave them. They are saying I can accept their offer or take the mobile, which I gave them. I brought that mobile 5 months back, which is under 1-year warranty.

                            My Poco X3 Pro handset bricked almost a month ago. From what I have found out this is a fairly common issue but the concerned company has not bothered to recall the affected the devices and is in fact even denying warranty services. I have been going back and forth from the call centre to Service centre since then and finally submitted the phone last week only to be told that my phone is out of warranty because of a scratch in the corner?? Isn't it common sense that a product will go through normal wear and tear over time? A scratch does not count as functional damage and comes under wear and tear as per Xiaomi's own warranty terms. And no where does it say that wear and tear voids the warranty. Also the replacement that the call centre was offering at first was Redmi note 10 pro 6gb ram despite my poco being 8gb ram and there is no compensation being provided for the difference. I had last visited their service centre on Saturday and was told this issue would be resolved by Monday after speaking to the call centre. It is wednesday today and despite repeated calls I have not gotten any response from them. Hence planning to take legal action against Xiaomi/Poco India for dishonouring warranty terms.

                                  I woke up yesterday in the morning on 3/4/2020 . Looked at my phone to see it dead. I thought that charging was completely down so i kept it for charging even though i couldn't see the charging logo on the screen . After 20 minutes i tried turning it on but of no use. The phone wasnt even vibrating. No led light nothing. I tried forced reboot but still didn't turn on. I tried searching on the internet and youtube and came to know that i am not the only one who's same device is not turning on. There are hundreds of videos on the YouTube as well as on the web browser stating that there is some serious problems with the poco x3 pro especially after updating it to the latest miui . Look into the matter ASAP

                                    I have purchased Mi Android tv 4A pro five months back and now it's display is not working, I have registered a complain to Xiaomi support few days back they are only entertaining me on call and saying technician will visit to check but till date I am only waiting for technician.
