I took new mobile at 13/08/20221 from mi online store but staring time on words this mobile problem i given complaint customer care service i visited
4 times mi service center near by in Hyderabad chandanager. but no use...

I found my poco x3 pro which was 8 months old under warranty dead this morning for no reason at all and service center denied warranty....

Given the laptop for service at the authorized service center for last 25 days. They have tried every possibility to resolve but they are unable to rectify the issue.
Demanded a product exchange since they are no other way to solve this problem. But I feel ignored when asked for an exchange.
No response regarding this from the technical backend.
Feel insulted & frustrated that everyday I have to call them asking about...
