I purchase the phone on 24/008/2021. my product model is Mi10i-6GB-128GB. IMEI no. is [protected].Battery problem is coming again and again in this phone. I have appeared in service center earlier. My complaint is [protected] registered on this but my problem is not solved.

Now I have submitted the phone is PS telecom NIT-5 pin code-121001 but they have refused to change the battery. simran working in the Service centre says that she is not facing the problem so i will not change the battery. I filed complaint against of PS Telecom, NIT-5, Pincode-121001. Complain reference no is WOIN[protected].

I spent Rs. 22, 000/- for this handset, and that kind of two types of service, if you agree to pay money then without any problem any part can change, and when you are facing a problem then you have to be harassed. I feel cheated, very frustrated with Xiaomi service policy.

One thing is told Xiaomi to me" when take money for replace battery, then service center easily battery replaced without any issue in battery .

If Xiaomi really cares about our valuable customers then replace my battery in warranty without imposing any policy without delay.

    Actually I have issue with my new POCO M3 which recently, Poco is switched off and unable to turn on mobile.

    I brought new POCO M3 from Flipkart on 07th Oct’21.

    Mobile Model: POCO M3 6GB + 64GB

    Purchase date: 04th Oct’21

    Source of Buy: FlipKart

    First Usage Date: 07th Oct’21

    IMEI: [protected]

    It’s been one month from the date of purchase my mobile phone had issues and dead now.

    I have given my mobile phone to MI Service center on 25th Nov’21 to Fone Care (RSI) Adyar for services. Service center person will check and give call back and im following up for last 5 days and they finally told its problem with MOTHER BOARD in POCO M3.

    Im surprised, how the one month new mobile had MOTHER BOARD ISSUE, service center person finally told that there is no stock in hand it will another 10 days and they don’t know exact timing to get ready my mobile and it’s been already five days gone in service center without my mobile. I don’t want to wait for another 10 days.

    HOW THE NEW MOBILE GOT MOTHER BOARD ISSUE?

    ITS NEW DEVICE OR REFURBISHED?

    HOW MANY DAYS I HAVE TO WAIT WITHOUT MOBILE DUE TO MOBILE ISSUE?

    I DON’T WANT TO CHANGE TO ANY MOTHER BOARD TO MY MOBILE; I NEED REPLACEMENT NEW DEVICE FOR MY LOSS.

    I’m expecting acknowledgment and replacement new device with warranty in shorter time.

    No reply till now anyone

        I bought the poco f3 but I wasn’t happy so the day after I asked for a refund. I had to contact customer service support 3 times, because I am still waiting to receive the instructions by email plus the jiffy bag. Customer service is not great, they let me wait 25 mins just to complete the security check and opening my case every time. Then they all told me the same thing: to wait 1 day to receive the email. 3 days are gone now, where is the email? Also what is the point of waiting for the jiffy bag when I have everything nicely packed with the same box I received? I rather prefer spending £1000 for an Apple iphone but at least I get better customer service support plus better quality of any products. I am very disappointed. When do I get my refund?

            I purchased a redmi note10S in july21, after one week completion I observed that my mobile software got destroyed automatically, then I visited the service centre(Noida sec.18) for resolution, they resolved on temporary basis then I asked for replacement but they denied and told that they will rectify till they can.
            After 2 months again same issue occurred, my mobile software again destroyed and now mobile is not working.
            Please do needful as earliest, because of this my daily routine activities got hampered many times.
            My data also got lost.
            Please give camera update to Redmi Note 10s.
            Performance not satisfactory with the camera.
            Please push the update.

                Incident
                I gave my mobile phone MI A1 for usb port change. They installed the usb port. I checked if the charging port is working correctly it was working and i was unable to check the headphone jack because i wasn't carrying a headphone.
                Next day when i plugged the headphone in the headphone jack i was hearing only from the left side of my headphone.
                Then i went to service center next day on. Date- 4/12/2021
                Showed the service center my mobile. They checked the mobile said i did soldering from some other place. They accused me of doing soldering which i did not do. They installed a defective part on my phone.
                Service Center told me that they will do one thing that they will not charge me for service charge but will charge for the part which i already paid for the part.

                Desirable Resolution
                Either refund or replace the part without charging me for the part

                    I have bought a new phone a few months ago and the phone is now at a bad stage to use . Your MIUI is full of bugs and you are not providing the bug fixes to any smartphones.
                    If you are selling smartphones you have the responsibility to provide bug fixes and updates for atleast 1 year

                      Description - I have purchased POCO X2 in May 2020. Recently I did system update. then few days later suddenly touchscreen has stopped working. I went to MI Service Center and they are saying "Touchpad and Display" both are fine. But if you change "Motherboard" then only this issue can be solve.
                      As I am facing this issue due to "System Update", then why should i pay for it ?
                      Service Center is denying that this issue have caused due to System Update

                        Respect sir, my redmi note 8 pro global version app get apps reward and coin task issue is 3 month I earn 35000coin but xioami notification 10am and 3pm stock available is reward but I am daily check not any stock available in same time.

                        And coin task issue not solve 1 month .
                        I am try connect xioami customer but I not responded 2month

                          I purchased xiaomi11 lite in july21, and within 3 months I faced problem with power button and finger print sensor . I submitted my phone at service center on 23 November21, without the part availability they submitted my phone and they asked for 1 week time, now 1 week is over . Service center said me that part will not be available for next 1 month . I called customer care they are making me fool saying that backend team is saying you have to wait . Being a working professional how it is possible to submit them phone for one month or so . If part is not available then its not customer fault, company should give me other substitute, either they should give me the refund.

                              My mobile Redmi Note 10 Pro Max screen not shown anything only green and Black dots shows when I contact to customer care they tell this is cover under warranty and advised to go service center.I went service center engineer tell me the screen is broken so this physical damage ant not cover under the warranty. My mobile screen is not broken physically it is internal damage I tell the service engineer. You pay for this service. I once again contact customer care he tell me he resolve my query. After some time I get call from Redmi customer care and they tell me I have to pay for service this problem is not covered under warranty. Xiaomi service center make people fool name of physical damage. My question how they determine physical damage, no scratch dent in phone.

                                I purchased a 43" Mi TV (Mi TV 4A PRO 108 cm (43 Inches) Full HD Android LED TV) through amazon on Nov 13, 2020 (Order Number:[protected], Invoice Number: IN-SCJB-94482) and in less than a year its display is gone. I registered the complaint on MI portal on November 12, 2021 (Token No: M2863624) and MI technician came to my home and checked it on Nov 15, 2021 and informed us that panel is gone and needed to be replaced and will be done in 10 days time. It's been 14 days since I registered my complaint and still, the issue is not resolved and the technicians/call centre members from MI at your Trivandrum office are behaving in a very rude way. There are certain rights the constitution of India provides to the citizens of this country and I hope you are aware of this at least on today Nov 26, National constitution day for India

                                If my replacement is getting further delayed, I will move to the consumer court and will proceed legally through my attorney

                                    Hi,

                                    I have purchased an MI horizon i7 laptop from the MI store, Phoenix Market City, Chennai on 3rd July. I bought it through the EMI cashback offer using my credit card. It is a 7.74% cashback offer. As mentioned in the receipt, the cashback will be processed and credited within 90 days by the Merchant/Manufacturer which means the cashback amount should be credited in October month itself. But the cashback amount has not yet been received by me.

                                    Regarding this issue, I have raised a complaint in MI India. But they said they can't help with store purchases. They said, the MI stores are offline, it is not their control. So they cannot do anything about this cashback issue. So I reached the store representative through phone and even I visited twice the same MI Store twice, Phoenix Market City, Chennai. But no resolution yet.

                                    1. I called the MI store executive, no response yet.
                                    2. I emailed them and even shared my credit card statements as requested by the real, DiliGanesh, but no responses yet
                                    3. I reached through WhatsApp, no responses yet.

                                    MI India is not the owner of the MI stores in India. Xiaomi, Phoenix Market City, Chennai is owned by someone else. MI India is helpless for this issue. Then why are they selling MI products in the name of "MI Store"?

                                    I want my cashback amount of INR 4914.75. It isn7.74% of the total product cost.

                                    Please help me to get my cashback amount as I mentioned above.

                                    MI Home and MI India are different Organisations. I bought the laptop from MI Home (MI store, Phoenix Market City, Chennai). You have forwarded the message to MI India. Since there is no relation between MI India and MI Home, the issue that you forwarded to MI India won't use and care about it. If you have influence, then you can talk with the director/head of MI Home.

                                      I have given my device to mi service centre and they promised me to return it back within 7 days it's been more than 15 days they haven't returned my device. Everytime they say the same reason parts not available every time . Due to this I am not able to do my office work and get delay and delay. It's been more than 15 days and they are giving me same reason even though they promised to return it in 7 days .please help me to get my device fast.
