After MIUI 12.5.1 update, I'm regularly facing apps crash/auto back/glitch problem. There is no new update, so I'm unable to do anything. Please help me as soon as possible.

      Purchased Xiaomi Mi 5X 50 on the launch. Invoice C[protected] through MI.com portal.

      Option for 1 Year Extended warranty was available and same was selected.

      Had I not selected this your installation Service Team would have offered comprehensive 2 Year Warranty. Why such discrimination in Online and Offline process of Extended Warranty

      And further to your unfair policy, you introduce 2 Year Extended warranty Online later and despite following up through several mediums Twitter, Emails etc and ready to pay addition Delta amount you guys are not reverting back

      Have been discussing this for last 2 weeks but response

      Early buyers have trust in MI and thus without waiting for proper reviews we buy the product and your unfair policies and discrimination make us feel cheated.

      My request is help me with the additional warranty as you would do for anyone who is buying now, refer screenshot

        I bought POCO M2 pro phone from flipkart. It's in warranty. I am facing rebooting issue during calls and it also disconnects while recharging.
        Rebooting issue mostly occurs during day time or in sunlight while talking on phone.

        I have been to MI service center and they just replaced the power button and assured that the problem is been resolved.
        But in few days still the rebooting issue started.
        I have been harrased due to this. Kindly solve this issue now.

          I ordered a Redmi Smart TV X50 125.7cm (50 inches) Black on 3rd Oct, but due to urgent need of money, I cancelled the order on the same day and for refund the customer care says to wait for 3 working days but after 3 days I didn't get refund after that they registered a complaint and said that they will resolve the issue by 11 oct they date ended and neither I recieve a call or email nor my problem is resolved and today they said to wait for a more day . On each and every day they say to wait but they don't solve the problem

            Hello recently my phone fell down in water. Then it was not working. Then I went to mi service centre Gudivada. They after half an hour they are saying that u r phone display was damaged. U need to get new display they said. Then after a day they collected me money 4500 . Then they did water servicing and gave me. When I asked for computer generated bill they gave me shop bill. Like this they looted my money

              My tv was replaced last month due to display problem.Now the replaced TV also having same problem.
              So I registered repair request on[protected] job sheet number TVIN[protected] and mi team promised me they will solve my issue within 7 to 10 days. 5 days before service team called and informed me they and coming on[protected] for repair. But till now till now they didn't come and I tried to contact them but unfortunately they are not answering my call

                  I have been using Poco m2 pro since February 2021. I have been facing earpiece issue since March first week. I took my phone to mi service center 4 times and didn't get solution from them. Actually I made much more queries in Twitter poco support, but I didn't get proper response from them. I have made mi query through query website and registered issue in service and feedback option in poco m2 pro. Even I didn't get any response from poco customer care or from technical team. I want solution for this issue. They wouldn't response for my issue. Poco company cheating customer by using the name of miui updates. Not only I have been facing Earpiece issue, facing lot of issues in poco m2 pro. Poco company is waiting for the expiry of warranty period. So that they will make money through service center by repairing phone. Even after the complaint, they are selling the defective poco m2 pro products in the market. So many people aren't aware of the problems in poco m2 pro. Poor people will face too much of problems by this mobile

                    I ordered MU 11 LITE NE 5G on 2nd October. And it show that they delivered the product in estimate 4-6 days after check my pin code. But after 8 days of product placed i can't get my product. And whenever i call in mi customer service they put my call in hold after getting the order detail. And they directly deny to registered a complaint in that case. A complete unhuman behavior they show

Which is working very fine..but the charging cabe is not working, I've asked for the replacement of the cable in the service center of Xiaomi but there is shortage of the cable since 3 months...my warranty period has been over due to this.. Kindly resolve my issue...

                          After the update I was facing issue with rear camera then came the ghost touch and finally the touch is not working .Iam really disappointed in the poco company I had such high expectations for this company now I can't own a mobile and my education is in line because of this problem because classes are now online .

                            I have purchased Redmi Note 8 Pro phone in Aug 2020 for my son's online studies, which has been over heating since then.
                            I visited service center multiple times & each time they used to just format the phone or do some quick stuff & return the phone in few hours saying it is sorted, but it was always the same.
                            During Aug 2021, I raised the concern with service center giving reference to multiple visits available in your system. They again changed some part & returned the phone, but the issue remains the same. on 3rd Oct 2021, the MI customercare representative even asked my son to keep the phone outside of house to avoid blast due to over heating.

                            Now, since warranty is over this month, they came up saying there is some major issue in phone & I need to pay INR 9600 to resolve, which is almost 60% of phone cost. It was never detected till warranty was over though I kept complaining entire year.
                            This is clearly malpractice by service center or may be incompetence of the technicians in Malad West (Mumbai) service center.

                            I feel I was given defective phone & it should be replaced, as I can't take risk of letting my son use such over heating phone which may blast anytime. I will need to raise my concern with relevant authorities if it is not resolved at earliest.

                            MI finally got convinced about this defect, but did not replace the phone. They just got the phone repaired by replacing the motherboard in October 2021.
                            However, the heating issue continued & got the issue remained & it again gave issue in 2 weeks. Getting into the same discussion again.

                            Not sure why they don't accept that the phone is faulty & consists risk of blast, which can be life threat for kids using phones for their online studies.

                            This issue needs to be raised to senior management of MI. Just like few phones banned due to risk of blasting, Redmi Note series also needs to be assessed & the users facing such issues needs to be refunded their money back.

                              After the latest MIUI update (12.5), sound of the device for multimedia is too low even when the volume level is kept at max. This issue is happening with bluetooth headphones.

                                On 26 Sep 2021, I had written a complaint whose token number is M2359219. and complaint no WOIN[protected]. Till now there has been no call or message from any technician. After Sales Services, There is no one to ask even if someone calls and asks whether your TV is fixed or not. For the last 10 days the TV is not working in my house, or the way I am facing the problem of services, then my trust is going to be lost from the Mi brand. The warranty of my product will expire in November. I hope, that you will help fix my TV. Now I want to claim my invoice amount. and want to take legal action. i have all chat and call recordings of service center guys.

                                  For the first time I have purchased from mi.store app. By paying full money for the product. Which I have borrowed from my frnd. The amount which I paid is Rs. 31, 999
                                  For mi tv 5x, 43".
                                  I have placed the order on 22 September. Yet the item is not shipped.
                                  And they still showing I can order and will reach within 5 days.
                                  Which clearly states that they have item in stock. Or they are cheating and looting money from poor.

                                  This is my second compliant. The response for the first one was, it will be delivered Yesterday. I have the telephonic conversation for that as recorded.

                                  I highly demand my product with compansation for my loss of time and mental stress.

                                      I have placed the order of tv from mi.com that is the website of Xiaomi and at that point of time the delivery was highlighted to be made within 7 days. However it is 10 days now and still the status of my order is that, it is not yet ready for shipment. I have paid one EMI to my lender banker who has already discharged the payment to Xiaomi. In this case, I want product to be delivered earliest and also, I want company to compensate me with interest payment in EMI as delay is on their end.

                                        I've bought this device on 8/7/2021 after three week ive got problems on the camera, while clicking the camera it went to home screen and while using macro lens it can't connect, so I went to service centre they format and do something on my phone but same issue I went back there they change the camera but same issue occur now they said to change the motherboard I feel like I'm buying a second hand phone
