Which is I have mi 4A 32inch smart TV had issue there is no power supply to tv and tv not working on 27th sep i called customer care they gave some trouble shoot I tried but there is no use and 28th sep I raised complaint in customer care they taken complaint next day technician person came and take video and went he called me and said that he sent mail to concern team once reply come will solve the issue and he said board issue and I am waiting so long there is no call back from the team and technician person and again I called customer care I raised complaint but no one technician person come for solve my issue simply tv is in my home after the lots of complaint today(29/Oct/21) one technician came and he also take photo he said no bord and wait 4days and he went but still we are waiting

Dear team,
I rise the complainant on October 21st 2021 ticket is M2591175. Oct 23rd Your service engg came screening on tv issues. Engg told this issue was panel complaint so will change this panel with warranty, do this another service team.
But till now not rectify this issue pls do needful

I have registered for a tv installation. I haven't received any token number, and since two days mi service people are contacting me but they are not appearing during tv installation time. While I am trying to talk with customer service people, they are showing u have poor network and middle of conversation they disconnected my call.

Myself Ashutosh Singh I bought Redmi K20 Pro in the month of December 2020 and recently my phone has stopped network and I went to service centre and I gave for observation and they have done something and telling it's have motherboard issues and I'm asking why motherboard my phone has only network problem. It's a brand new phone and from the date of purchase I had issues like hanging and I was using like that and suddenly a the phone network was struck and it got turned off. The worst service I have ever seen in my experience and I want Xiaomi India to provide me with the compensation and immediate resolution on this.

My poco x2 touch suddenly stopped working. Few days before I got some patch update and now my touch not working. I was watching utube suddenly it stopped working.

I was raised a complaint on 18 oct 2021 but till now no response from authorities

I ordered mi band 5 from amazon but it was not charging so i went to service center . They told me to replace my band . Then 10 days passed but i still got no replacement. Then i again went to service center ...they told me that now you contact costumer care . Then i called customer care they told your order is not able to deliver, so now you will get refund . From last 7 days i am regularly calling them and begging for my money even if its my own hard earned money.every time i call they refund will be given, we will call you ...but no one calls ...i call them every day . Then they xiaomi is a good company with lot of offers .i will never buy from them again ...give my money back.

I have raised multiple complaints against their installation service but still, no one came for resolution. I have purchased tv on 16th Oct 2021 Serial No:35329/C[protected]. It's already been 5 days but no one came for installation. worst service, its a harassment for the customer.

Bought a redmi note 10 pro a month ago but the overheating problem hasn't been fixed.

sir this is to inform you that before few days back i.e.7th October 2021 i have purchased a Mi Phone Model name was (Redmi 9 Power) from the Laxmi Mobile Shop,

Sir day after purchase, there was a problem of hitting in the phone, due to which i reported it to the mobile shop, then they told me to complain to the service center, after that i complained to the my nearest Mi service center and they checked the problem of my phone, and after checking they took my phone replacement (duo) request and i got new phone from service center after 2 days, but after getting the replacement phone i was not billed for the replacement phone and the service center said you will get you replacement bill within 2 days but after so many follow up & reminders still i haven't received my bill yet, so sir i request you kindly take my complaint & give me resolution on thus issue,

for your reference here i have attached the SRN which raised by my nearest Mi Services i.e.Bhumi Mobile Shop ( Mira Road),

Battery is not working properly from the day beginning... between 7 days it was repaired from your servicing center but the problem is still working...what to do

After the MIUI 12.5.1 update, I'm regularly facing the app crash/auto back/glitch in every app. Please help me and fix this problem as soon as possible.
