Please KINDLY pay attention to the complaint i registered. Nobody from the servive assistance contacted me yet.
I registered the complaints Many time, i already mailed the problem in your Customer Service. Nobody contacted from the technical side.
Is Mi quit there customer service...

    I have raised multiple complaints against their installation service but still, no one came for resolution. I have purchased tv on 16th Oct 2021 Serial No:35329/C[protected]. It's already been 5 days but no one came for installation. worst service, its a harassment for the customer.

          My product is under warranty, without my knowledge they changed the battery of my product which I already have insurance for my mobile.
          one the day while I was in MI store my mobile started problem. continuously I was visiting the store until 16/10 they never found my mobile mother get defect.

            This is Raviprakash Bharat Singh i am the existing customer of Mi

            sir this is to inform you that before few days back i.e.7th October 2021 i have purchased a Mi Phone Model name was (Redmi 9 Power) from the Laxmi Mobile Shop,

            The mobile shop address is;shop no 3, 4 A-63/64 Karan Shanti CHS Sector-1 Mira Road District-Thane Pincode-401107 State;Maharashtra;
            Sir day after purchase, there was a problem of hitting in the phone, due to which i reported it to the mobile shop, then they told me to complain to the service center, after that i complained to the my nearest Mi service center and they checked the problem of my phone, and after checking they took my phone replacement (duo) request and i got new phone from service center after 2 days, but after getting the replacement phone i was not billed for the replacement phone and the service center said you will get you replacement bill within 2 days but after so many follow up & reminders still i haven't received my bill yet, so sir i request you kindly take my complaint & give me resolution on thus issue,

            for your reference here i have attached the SRN which raised by my nearest Mi Services i.e.Bhumi Mobile Shop ( Mira Road),

                      Purchased Xiaomi Mi 5X 50 on the launch. Invoice C[protected] through MI.com portal.

                      Option for 1 Year Extended warranty was available and same was selected.

                      Had I not selected this your installation Service Team would have offered comprehensive 2 Year Warranty. Why such discrimination in Online and Offline process of Extended Warranty

                      And further to your unfair policy, you introduce 2 Year Extended warranty Online later and despite following up through several mediums Twitter, Emails etc and ready to pay addition Delta amount you guys are not reverting back

                      Have been discussing this for last 2 weeks but response

                      Early buyers have trust in MI and thus without waiting for proper reviews we buy the product and your unfair policies and discrimination make us feel cheated.

                      My request is help me with the additional warranty as you would do for anyone who is buying now, refer screenshot

                        I bought POCO M2 pro phone from flipkart. It's in warranty. I am facing rebooting issue during calls and it also disconnects while recharging.
                        Rebooting issue mostly occurs during day time or in sunlight while talking on phone.

                        I have been to MI service center and they just replaced the power button and assured that the problem is been resolved.
                        But in few days still the rebooting issue started.
                        I have been harrased due to this. Kindly solve this issue now.

                          I ordered a Redmi Smart TV X50 125.7cm (50 inches) Black on 3rd Oct, but due to urgent need of money, I cancelled the order on the same day and for refund the customer care says to wait for 3 working days but after 3 days I didn't get refund after that they registered a complaint and said that they will resolve the issue by 11 oct they date ended and neither I recieve a call or email nor my problem is resolved and today they said to wait for a more day . On each and every day they say to wait but they don't solve the problem

                            Hello recently my phone fell down in water. Then it was not working. Then I went to mi service centre Gudivada. They after half an hour they are saying that u r phone display was damaged. U need to get new display they said. Then after a day they collected me money 4500 . Then they did water servicing and gave me. When I asked for computer generated bill they gave me shop bill. Like this they looted my money

                              My tv was replaced last month due to display problem.Now the replaced TV also having same problem.
                              So I registered repair request on[protected] job sheet number TVIN[protected] and mi team promised me they will solve my issue within 7 to 10 days. 5 days before service team called and informed me they and coming on[protected] for repair. But till now till now they didn't come and I tried to contact them but unfortunately they are not answering my call

                                  I have been using Poco m2 pro since February 2021. I have been facing earpiece issue since March first week. I took my phone to mi service center 4 times and didn't get solution from them. Actually I made much more queries in Twitter poco support, but I didn't get proper response from them. I have made mi query through query website and registered issue in service and feedback option in poco m2 pro. Even I didn't get any response from poco customer care or from technical team. I want solution for this issue. They wouldn't response for my issue. Poco company cheating customer by using the name of miui updates. Not only I have been facing Earpiece issue, facing lot of issues in poco m2 pro. Poco company is waiting for the expiry of warranty period. So that they will make money through service center by repairing phone. Even after the complaint, they are selling the defective poco m2 pro products in the market. So many people aren't aware of the problems in poco m2 pro. Poor people will face too much of problems by this mobile

                                    I ordered MU 11 LITE NE 5G on 2nd October. And it show that they delivered the product in estimate 4-6 days after check my pin code. But after 8 days of product placed i can't get my product. And whenever i call in mi customer service they put my call in hold after getting the order detail. And they directly deny to registered a complaint in that case. A complete unhuman behavior they show

Which is working very fine..but the charging cabe is not working, I've asked for the replacement of the cable in the service center of Xiaomi but there is shortage of the cable since 3 months...my warranty period has been over due to this..
