    I have ordered mi tv, 5x 43". I ordered on 22nd September 2021. I have paid the full amount. And was waiting for delivery. But now today( 28th September 2021) it still says ready to dispatch. And yet no response from mi team. I tried contacting mi team. But they say it will take some time. Etc. While I ordered it showed delivery within 5 days. But unfortunately I am tired of waiting and the service is pathetic I should say. After many attempts I somehow able to order this tv. And the result is like this. I pray that no one else should suffer like me.

    Thanks mi team for such a poor performance and destroying the trust.

      सर मैंने अभी ४ महीने पहले एक रेडमी 10 मोबाइल खरीदा था जिसकी बैटरी बहुत ही खराब चल रही हैकई बार केयर पर भी दिखा चुके कोई समाधान नही हो सका है दिन भर चार्ज करना पड़ रहा है कंपनी ने 5000 MH की बैटरी बता कर ग्राहकों को ठगने का कार्य किया है जबकि फ़ोन की बैटरी 3000 MH के जैसा भी बैकअप नहीं दे पा रही है कंपनी ने मेरे साथ बहुत बड़ा धोखा किया है

            I have purchased the redmi band on 21st and it got delivered to me on 22nd September when i receive the product it wasn't getting switched on i immediately ask the help desk they suggested to me charge it as it wasn't be charged so i put it on charging but it wasn't charging as it was a gift for my husband i decided to pack it back after few days on Sunday when i met him i gifted the watch to him after opening again it wasn't getting on so he put it on charging as he removed the strap but it wasn't charging he tried many times after that it got charge after he removed it he noticed there is a crack on the charging point we called the customer care in the morning on 27th they suggested us to visit the nearest mi service center we visited there but they said we are not responsible for this product you have to talk to the mi store online now i want to replace the product or else i want a refund or fix the damaged i appreciate your help for the same.

              Company had promoted cashback of 3000 rupees on its portal for order placed on model MI10I between 18th june -23 rd june.I had placed order on 21st june after confirming details and even after placing the order with orderid [protected] on 21st june itself. Company after 90 days as per their promised timeperiod for cashback denies to provide the cashback and also the order details are being deleted from the portal . They keep on raising new request every other day and ask for 4-5 days for the resolution for each request and then come up saying the order does not exist

                  I have purchased this tv on 20th may 2020. The problem with this tv is that the screen turns into green when the video is playing, Audio comes normally. So I complaint it to xiaomi about 7 to 8 times but the problem is still there. I am completely exhausted and refund my money.

                      MI has a service center in Uttam Nagar East. There I showed my mobile in which there is a problem in the folder and they asked me for ₹4000, while my phone is still under guarantee.

                        I want to exchange my charger. My charger is in warrenty period, so I gone to Xiaomi service centre in Daltonganj to exchange it but the employes refuse to exchange it. They also doing bad behave with me and push out from there. I have call recording of there.

                            I had purchased a smartphone(Redmi Note 10T 5G) and one power bank from their official website on 14th Sept 2021 and the products was be delivered on 19th Sept 2021 but to date(22nd Sept 2021) I didn't get any confirmation about my product from them. They are just giving me excuses.
                            They are not delivering the product and not even refund my money. I'm feeling mental torture for calling them again and again for my product. Please help me to get my product or money and raise a legal complaint against them.

                              I recently bought MI 4A pro tv two months back.. That was my first mi purchase.. It stopped working now.. Whenever i ask the service desk or complaint desk of MI they just ignore and tell tomorrow will solve. Its now nore than 20days.. Its better to avoid purchasing MI products.. Please make a big complaint against this fraud company in india.. I dont know why consumer court is there?

                                  I got an update on my poco x2 miui version 12.5.2 on 18/09/2021, after updating phone rear camera stoped working. From next day morning also the touch screen not working. I went to xiaomi service centre they refused to repair for free they told me repair cost 8500 to change the motherboard. Beacuse my phone is out of warranty.

                                  and ask all user to fill a form for free repair but i talked to their custumer care and their service centre, they didnt even know about this and forcing me to pay. As this is a fault of company phone is damaged by their wrong software update.
                                  So my concern is why i am not geeting free repair their is no liquid damage or not even any scratches on my phone then why i am not
                                  elegible for free repair.
                                  I reported a feedback complaint by their feedback app feedback id[protected] but not
                                  getting any reply, i also want to ask why their
                                  customer care not taking any action of my complaint

                                  only have one option i will take legal action

                                    Placed order on September 7th, initially I waited for 3 days but the order status is not changed, I contacted the helpline chat, they told me to wait for 24 to 48 hours, after that also no change in the order status, I connected the helpline again they told me to due to technical issue it will be ship on September 18th. I waited till 18th also, still nothing happened, now again I connected the helpline, now they told wait for 24 to 48 hours again. Every time the helpline given false statement.

                                      First time we purchased so called famous brand MI tv and within 2 months of purchase this smart TV stopped working while watching it. After calling customer care and following the steps to reset the TV nothing worked out. Even after writing emails to grievance cell nothing improved. After numerous calls their technician called and without visiting concluded that display is gone and needs to be replaced and it will take 10 days. This is really very very disappointing that product in warranty period is taking such a long time and they simply dont have parts in stock. The WORST, PATHETIC service ever experienced. Please DONT BUY MI products.

                                        The Mi TV Stick and the Mi Smart Speaker that I ordered was delivered yesterday. I went through a painful setup process, then found that the TV stick does not at all work well. It is quite slow, and completely stops responding sometimes (I had to unplug it to reset the device as it wouldn't do anything whatever key I pressed on the remote). It also loses connection to the Smart Speaker. Restarting the TV Stick did not do anything, and the only way to get it to connect finally was to unpair and re-pair it. I want the sound through the speaker, which is why I purchased it, not through the TV.

                                        I called customer service and they said they would not ship a replacement even if I sent back the one I have, and that I need to take it in to a service center. I told them that I don't want to do given the COVID pandemic but they said there was no other option.

                                        I asked if I could send some feedback about the company given that my experience with the 55 inch TV I bough has also not been great, and apparently there is no way to submit feedback. They said to submit a product review, but there is no way to do that on either the web site or through their iPhone app.

                                        All in all, a terrible experience so far.
