I have given my phone to the service center from 10 to 11 days or I am calling him everyday or he is calling me everyday or if I am angry then he is saying that TUNE COMPANY NHI KHARIDI HAI PHONE KHARIDA HAI and his totally misbehaving with me the person name is RASHID ALI and his team he is saying yout not a collector of aurangabad i cant say what he is saying [protected] i request you to plz action against mi service center

    I had purchased a smartphone(Redmi Note 10T 5G) and one power bank from their official website on 14th Sept 2021 and the products was be delivered on 19th Sept 2021 but to date(22nd Sept 2021) I didn't get any confirmation about my product from them. They are just giving me excuses.
    They are not delivering the product and not even refund my money. I'm feeling mental torture for calling them again and again for my product. Please help me to get my product or money and raise a legal complaint against them.

      I recently bought MI 4A pro tv two months back.. That was my first mi purchase.. It stopped working now.. Whenever i ask the service desk or complaint desk of MI they just ignore and tell tomorrow will solve. Its now nore than 20days.. Its better to avoid purchasing MI products.. Please make a big complaint against this fraud company in india.. I dont know why consumer court is there?

          I got an update on my poco x2 miui version 12.5.2 on 18/09/2021, after updating phone rear camera stoped working. From next day morning also the touch screen not working. I went to xiaomi service centre they refused to repair for free they told me repair cost 8500 to change the motherboard. Beacuse my phone is out of warranty.

          and ask all user to fill a form for free repair but i talked to their custumer care and their service centre, they didnt even know about this and forcing me to pay. As this is a fault of company phone is damaged by their wrong software update.
          So my concern is why i am not geeting free repair their is no liquid damage or not even any scratches on my phone then why i am not
          elegible for free repair.
          I reported a feedback complaint by their feedback app feedback id[protected] but not
          getting any reply, i also want to ask why their
          customer care not taking any action of my complaint
          and i want free repair only if not provided then i
          only have one option i will take legal action

            After placing the product sti I didn't recive the product, every time I connected with help line members, they give false statement about the product.

            Placed order on September 7th, initially I waited for 3 days but the order status is not changed, I contacted the helpline chat, they told me to wait for 24 to 48 hours, after that also no change in the order status, I connected the helpline again they told me to due to technical issue it will be ship on September 18th. I waited till 18th also, still nothing happened, now again I connected the helpline, now they told wait for 24 to 48 hours again. Every time the helpline given false statement.

              First time we purchased so called famous brand MI tv and within 2 months of purchase this smart TV stopped working while watching it. After calling customer care and following the steps to reset the TV nothing worked out. Even after writing emails to grievance cell nothing improved. After numerous calls their technician called and without visiting concluded that display is gone and needs to be replaced and it will take 10 days. This is really very very disappointing that product in warranty period is taking such a long time and they simply dont have parts in stock. The WORST, PATHETIC service ever experienced. Please DONT BUY MI products.

                The Mi TV Stick and the Mi Smart Speaker that I ordered was delivered yesterday. I went through a painful setup process, then found that the TV stick does not at all work well. It is quite slow, and completely stops responding sometimes (I had to unplug it to reset the device as it wouldn't do anything whatever key I pressed on the remote). It also loses connection to the Smart Speaker. Restarting the TV Stick did not do anything, and the only way to get it to connect finally was to unpair and re-pair it. I want the sound through the speaker, which is why I purchased it, not through the TV.

                I called customer service and they said they would not ship a replacement even if I sent back the one I have, and that I need to take it in to a service center. I told them that I don't want to do given the COVID pandemic but they said there was no other option.

                I asked if I could send some feedback about the company given that my experience with the 55 inch TV I bough has also not been great, and apparently there is no way to submit feedback. They said to submit a product review, but there is no way to do that on either the web site or through their iPhone app.

                All in all, a terrible experience so far.

                    Hello,

                    Myself Surya I bought Redmi Note 10 Pro Max in the month of July 2021 and recently my phone has stopped working and I went to service centre and I gave for observation and they have done something and telling it's a water damaged and that moment I felt like hell when they blame on me. It's a brand new phone and from the date of purchase I had issues like hanging and I was using like that and suddenly a the phone was struck in a single screen and it got turned off. The worst service I have ever seen in my experience and I want Xiaomi India to provide me with the compensation and immediate resolution on this.

                          I raised a complaint regarding my robot on September 1st. Have been contacting the toll free number daily. I was told consistently that a technician would attend to the complaint. On 3rd I was given a token number M 2098314. Every day I was assured that somebody would attend to the robot on 4 th I received a confirmation SMS that somebody would visit at 13 PM.
                          Nobody came. Subsequently I was told that a service part is needed and that it would take 10 days. Since nobody visited my house., I'm unable to understand this procedure.
                          Today i contacted the number. I spoke to the person attending the call and she said she'd put me on line with her supervisor. But a similar ranking person spoke to me and after some time she told me that she was connecting me to her supervisor. Though I stayed online for 26 minutes, nobody attended. I contacted the number again and was told that since the information updated was that an investigation into my complaint has been made, no action could be taken till 14 of this month. I would like to know what relationship the investigation has to the problem in my robot. I would also request that action be taken to rectify it

                            Bought a MI 75'' TV a month ago and it is not working as appropriate, please see the below email sent to the grievance team explaining the real cause of the issue, but all the team are very stagnant in saying to pay 90, 000 for physical damage. Infact, truly speaking we haven't done any damage to the product and thus fighting for justice. I will accept if i do any mistake but if we don't do any mistake why we have to accept these charges. We need your help Sir and need your assistance to ask them and give me justice to the complaint.

                            *** Below is the email written to MI Grievance Team on 07 Sep 21 ***

                            I wanted to keep you informed in detail, thus my explanation is much elaborated so that your team can understand the cause, reason for continuously following-up on this issue, challenged faced during these time (including my hospitalization)

                            Once again, I am writing this grievance email letter with deep shame/regret/disappointment to let you know that I have recently bought a MI TV 75” QLED last month on 29Jul21 (Invoice Order Date) and have been used only for couple of days at home till (07Aug21).

                            Product Name: Mi TV Q1 189.34 cm (75)

                            Serial Number: 32308/C[protected]

                            We had to leave our hometown from 08Aug21 to visit Bengaluru for personal + official work to settle few things personally and also to look after my department who works at Electronic City & Bommanahalli, Bengaluru for 3-4 weeks. When we reached back to Chennai, we didn’t switch on the TV for a while as we were quite busy with other stuffs with our regular work at home. During mid-afternoon (29Aug21), we noticed that there was a bubble formation at the top right corner of the TV where it made us to feel as though it was a tempered cover which we use to stick in our mobile. In fact, we didn’t mind this and switched on the TV and was working fine.

                            Suddenly, while watching the TV there was a horizontal grid line which had passed through at the bottom of the screen for few seconds and stopped. Literally speaking this issue has again popped after few minutes and vanished at one specific point of time. Since this issue occurred, I had to switch off the TV and logged in again to see if it continues and could see that it has triggered from bottom to the top of the TV horizontally where the bubble formation was after 10 – 15mins. Then we recognized there is some issue which is prolonging and I had to call the customer care (MI Token: M2076733, WO:ISIN[protected]-C576 and WOIN[protected]) and give a formal feedback to check what is the issue. They had told us to reset the TV, change the cable wire from one plug pointer to the other and did/executed all the workarounds as they suggested, but there was no instant solution provided to this at that time.

                            I did followed-up concurrently and was checking with the service, technical and the customer care team apparently the decision made by the service team is that to change the TV panel altogether. In which they kept us informed that they have checked with the Technical Head stating that the panel has been physically damaged therefore the request is rejected/denied for further follow-ups.

                            When I had a joint call with Customer Care and Service Manager, my understanding was not at all taken into consideration and they were saying it is only because of physical damage and you must pay us 80 - 90K (including GST) to solve this issue. In particular, they were very stringent in communication which had led me to deliberately ask them about the escalation channel. When asked, they have informed me to go and give compliant wherever I like. This has really probed to write this and seek some help since am desperate to get a solution towards this issue.

                            Viswanath Sir, truly speaking there is no one understating our issue as we were not in our hometown for weeks (as I said in my above communication), even my kids weren’t present at home as we had to leave them in my niece place so that they can be taken care. There is no point doing damage at the top right corner of the TV, in fact there is nothing placed on the TV wall except the fixed LED light.

                            For your information, I have extended the warranty period till 2023 while buying, why do I have to get extended warranty by putting some extra money now itself? it’s all because we love the TV and brand especially (as denoted in all my earlier stated paragraph’s) and want the product to be safe enough and have some quality time spent.

                              stop working and same thing is happend to so
                              many custumer also and this issue is started
                              from june but i faced it on 20 aug 2021 most of
                              users warranty is expired right now in june they
                              relese a public notice by which they accepted
                              0.2 % user is affacted because of it and free
                              repair is done for this issue for this i went to
                              service center...

                              After software update my pocox2 phone touch and camera fully not working
                              I have been to service centre and they told me to change the motherboard and for this they will charge rs.8706
                              Its not our fault..so why we pay for this.. they provide software update.. and after software update touch and camera not working
