Hello,
I am loyal customer of Xiaomi and I have been using the products of Mi from the last 5-6 years and this time I faced an issue with the service
My mobile phones screen got damaged so I submitted my phone and they repaired, after almost 10-15 days my phone again faced an issue, the back cover starts opening on its own so I went and they charged me a huge amount of 2700 something and told me the battery is swollen and it needs to get replaced.
Again after 10-15 days thee upper panel of my phone starts opening so I went and this time the guy started to shout on me and denied to provide service. I have a proof of him as well. I already paid so much money and because of their bad behaviour I am not been able to work properly. It afffected my mental health and its sheer misbehavior.
Kindle take action or else I have to take legal actions against the company.

Mi 11x pro camera very much disappointed
Poor quality it is working like normal 8mp camera. Poor pixel quality. Sample i attached please provide necessary updates.

I brought mi note 9pro on 2020 sep 20.only 20 remaining for expiring warranty .about 3month before my phone get auto reboot while calling .there are about more than 10 time this problem repeated. another problem is when I press power button and swipe to unlock phone some times my phone screen get black out . again I press my power button and swipe to unlock phone the screen become black.after 15-20 time repeat this process only after that the phone will be act normal.

These are my problems .I contact to costumer center and they told me that its a bug.And they solve it..after some days the 2 same problem repeated.what I have to do ...

First I brought samsung mobile it also show many problems.so I sold it and brought this.
I believe with costumer satisfaction and product quality of mi .but your company disappointed me..I want a defect less product.. please do needful regards this problem.

Hello there...

Am using redmi note 10 mobile... After taking screenshot, in the screen display: "couldn't find the picture" dialogue appear when I open the picture..

So please fix this issue with an update..

Miui: 12.5.1 stable (Global)

I gave my phone at service centre for display damage for which they took Rs 3214.
I got it fixed with new display but the finger scanner stopped working after their service when brought to there notice immediately on the same day the employees informed to back up the data and they would fix it.
Later when I backed up the data and when to the store the mager and employee said that its not there fault I have to pay for the finger scanner to get it fixed.
The manager and the staff at the service centre are rude, unprofessional, irresponsible, bad behaviour, use of profanity and no one wears mask the at service centre.
I request you to please look for the reviews in Google about the service centre.
I have registered a complaint through customer support.

I had bought Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro Max few months ago through Amazon India website. My smartphone is now having issue that it is showing full strength of network but still the internet speed is really slow. On other smartphones with the same Sim card it is providing good speeds.
Please help me find out what the actual issue is.

A vertical line came on tv screen of my tv.

I bought this mobile on 20th Aug and after that i checked mobile features so, video and camera quality is very bad, also sometime mobile is hanging and not able to see clear picture so, I don't want this mobile I want my money back so request you to please return my money.

I was having some issues in my tv pannel so i complained at mi service centre to repair it but they replace my tv with another tv on 16 july at the time replacement tv was not getting connected to wifi but the technician told me it will be resolved after some time but now there is no option appearing in tv for wifi connection i think they replace my new tv with refurbished tv and they even dont provide me any reciept for that replacement

I purchased mi notebook horizon 14 i7 8GB 512 GB on[protected] by paying 60, 000 Rs by trusting the company as they claimed to provide good products in India or world. But let me highlights the inside story. After 10 month of purchase there was a problem in both USB 3.1 port, USB Type C and HDMI 1.4b. I went to Mi care then submit the laptop. If you do not believe me this is my laptop Job sheet number: WXIN[protected]. After testing they said your laptop motherboard is also damaged. I called on mi customer help care, tell them everything. I confirmed from them that if motherboard of any laptop is damaged, definitely it will affect others parts too. I told them it means my product is totally or partially damaged already. So, I ask why should I accept that damaged laptop. They said we will fix the laptop by changing the motherboard. I asked why are you changing only my motherboard, you should change all the parts of my laptop. Since motherboard connected to all important part of laptop. I told them that your company provided a damaged machine to me. If you change the motherboard how sure you are that it will not damaged in 10 months. And if fortunately, motherboard works well then what about the other parts which are already partially or fully damaged. I will have to pay for all that’s part if they fully damaged in future if products work. I also ask them what is the average life of your products, they said 1 year and we provide only warrant not guaranty. It means your product life would be 1 year only after that it would be fully damaged or you have to repair it by paying money.

I wasted my huge money. I will never trust your company.

Not able to setup seperate ringtones for sim1 and sim2 even if I select two different ringtones the second tone selected is added as default for both sims

Redmi Note 10 pro

- Microphone during video calls not working properly. Caller on the other side of the call cannot hear the conversation clearly.

- FM radio not working properly. Even after attaching the earphone and scanning for FM stations, the FM radio does not work either in speaker mode or earphone mode.

- I am feeling let down by Xiaomi, having spent money on Redmi Note 10 pro but getting a deficient product.

Pls help and resolve the problem on my Redmi note 10 pro purchased recently from mi store.

Either replace the mobile or if a software issue pls get the updates done.

Fm radio not working. No radio with speaker or earphone.
The microphone during video calls does not pick up sound properly. The caller on the other side of the call is not able to hear the conversation.
I am now feeling bad about purchasing the Redmi Note 10 pro.
Pls help to resolve these problems at the earliest.

Remote access not proper and Tv hang problem

Dear Sir,
I have ordered a Mobile Phone, REDMI 9I Nature Green 4GB RAM 64 GB ROM on 7th August, vide ORDER NO.[protected] and paid the cost.
It should be deliver by 12th, but surprisingly not yet received yet.

The worse courier service you used.

Kindly Update the status and why such delay for delivery.

I update latest MIUI version. It not work. My mi phone doesn't support many features. When i open application, then crash the application. Many features don't work. So fix it immediately.

My phone a REDMI 4 was not accessing the internet and I took it for repairs to the MI service centre at Margao, Goa. I then wrote to the Company MI complaining that "your need to market your new models does not condone the neglect of your existing customers".
The reply of MI only confirmed my allegation that the company was only interested in marketing their newer models:
“Hi Joseph,
Thank you for contacting Mi India Customer Support. I understand your concern that Mi staff refused to take your Redmi 4 as the life of the phone had expired.
Please do not worry. I will help you with that.
I would like to inform you that some products are not repairable if it was in warranty new piece is given to you after submitting that product
As it is out of warranty we can not do anything. However, you have to purchase a new one”.
I SHALL NEVER PURCHASE A MI PRODUCT
