I purchased mi notebook horizon 14 i7 8GB 512 GB on[protected] by paying 60, 000 Rs by trusting the company as they claimed to provide good products in India or world. But let me highlights the inside story. After 10 month of purchase there was a problem in both USB 3.1 port, USB Type C and HDMI 1.4b. I went to Mi care then submit the laptop. If you do not believe me this is my laptop Job sheet number: WXIN[protected]. After testing they said your laptop motherboard is also damaged. I called on mi customer help care, tell them everything. I confirmed from them that if motherboard of any laptop is damaged, definitely it will affect others parts too. I told them it means my product is totally or partially damaged already. So, I ask why should I accept that damaged laptop. They said we will fix the laptop by changing the motherboard. I asked why are you changing only my motherboard, you should change all the parts of my laptop. Since motherboard connected to all important part of laptop. I told them that your company provided a damaged machine to me. If you change the motherboard how sure you are that it will not damaged in 10 months. And if fortunately, motherboard works well then what about the other parts which are already partially or fully damaged. I will have to pay for all that’s part if they fully damaged in future if products work. I also ask them what is the average life of your products, they said 1 year and we provide only warrant not guaranty. It means your product life would be 1 year only after that it would be fully damaged or you have to repair it by paying money.
I wasted my huge money. I will never trust your company.
