I raised a complaint regarding my robot on September 1st. Have been contacting the toll free number daily. I was told consistently that a technician would attend to the complaint. On 3rd I was given a token number M 2098314. Every day I was assured that somebody would attend to the robot on 4 th I received a confirmation SMS that somebody would visit at 13 PM.
Nobody came. Subsequently I was told that a service part is needed and that it would take 10 days. Since nobody visited my house., I'm unable to understand this procedure.
Today i contacted the number. I spoke to the person attending the call and she said she'd put me on line with her supervisor. But a similar ranking person spoke to me and after some time she told me that she was connecting me to her supervisor. Though I stayed online for 26 minutes, nobody attended. I contacted the number again and was told that since the information updated was that an investigation into my complaint has been made, no action could be taken till 14 of this month. I would like to know what relationship the investigation has to the problem in my robot. I would also request that action be taken to rectify it

    Bought a MI 75'' TV a month ago and it is not working as appropriate, please see the below email sent to the grievance team explaining the real cause of the issue, but all the team are very stagnant in saying to pay 90, 000 for physical damage. Infact, truly speaking we haven't done any damage to the product and thus fighting for justice. I will accept if i do any mistake but if we don't do any mistake why we have to accept these charges. We need your help Sir and need your assistance to ask them and give me justice to the complaint.

    I wanted to keep you informed in detail, thus my explanation is much elaborated so that your team can understand the cause, reason for continuously following-up on this issue, challenged faced during these time (including my hospitalization)

    Once again, I am writing this grievance email letter with deep shame/regret/disappointment to let you know that I have recently bought a MI TV 75” QLED last month on 29Jul21 (Invoice Order Date) and have been used only for couple of days at home till (07Aug21).

    We had to leave our hometown from 08Aug21 to visit Bengaluru for personal + official work to settle few things personally and also to look after my department who works at Electronic City & Bommanahalli, Bengaluru for 3-4 weeks. When we reached back to Chennai, we didn’t switch on the TV for a while as we were quite busy with other stuffs with our regular work at home. During mid-afternoon (29Aug21), we noticed that there was a bubble formation at the top right corner of the TV where it made us to feel as though it was a tempered cover which we use to stick in our mobile. In fact, we didn’t mind this and switched on the TV and was working fine.

    Suddenly, while watching the TV there was a horizontal grid line which had passed through at the bottom of the screen for few seconds and stopped. Literally speaking this issue has again popped after few minutes and vanished at one specific point of time. Since this issue occurred, I had to switch off the TV and logged in again to see if it continues and could see that it has triggered from bottom to the top of the TV horizontally where the bubble formation was after 10 – 15mins. Then we recognized there is some issue which is prolonging and I had to call the customer care (MI Token: M2076733, WO:ISIN[protected]-C576 and WOIN[protected]) and give a formal feedback to check what is the issue. They had told us to reset the TV, change the cable wire from one plug pointer to the other and did/executed all the workarounds as they suggested, but there was no instant solution provided to this at that time.

    I did followed-up concurrently and was checking with the service, technical and the customer care team apparently the decision made by the service team is that to change the TV panel altogether. In which they kept us informed that they have checked with the Technical Head stating that the panel has been physically damaged therefore the request is rejected/denied for further follow-ups.

    When I had a joint call with Customer Care and Service Manager, my understanding was not at all taken into consideration and they were saying it is only because of physical damage and you must pay us 80 - 90K (including GST) to solve this issue. In particular, they were very stringent in communication which had led me to deliberately ask them about the escalation channel. When asked, they have informed me to go and give compliant wherever I like. This has really probed to write this and seek some help since am desperate to get a solution towards this issue.

    Viswanath Sir, truly speaking there is no one understating our issue as we were not in our hometown for weeks (as I said in my above communication), even my kids weren’t present at home as we had to leave them in my niece place so that they can be taken care. There is no point doing damage at the top right corner of the TV, in fact there is nothing placed on the TV wall except the fixed LED light.

    For your information, I have extended the warranty period till 2023 while buying, why do I have to get extended warranty by putting some extra money now itself? it’s all because we love the TV and brand especially (as denoted in all my earlier stated paragraph’s) and want the product to be safe enough and have some quality time spent.

      Sir after miui 12.5.1 update my back camera is
      stop working and same thing is happend to so
      many custumer also and this issue is started
      from june but i faced it on 20 aug 2021 most of
      users warranty is expired right now in june they
      relese a public notice by which they accepted
      0.2 % user is affacted because of it and free
      repair is done for this issue for this i went to
      service center...

      After software update my pocox2 phone touch and camera fully not working
      I have been to service centre and they told me to change the motherboard and for this they will charge rs.8706
      Its not our fault..so why we pay for this.. they provide software update.. and after software update touch and camera not working
      I request you to please fix this problem as soon as possible... with free of cost

                I purchased POCO M2 Pro having SL NO 28284/E0V701903 from the date of purchase its call waiting option has not been working.For that i suffered a lot.Due to that problem, i am unable to who are called me and how many times also.
                I already visited Bhubaneswar Xiomi care, they repaire it and told your software is now updated.Your problem has been resolved.In such time the mobile was working properly but after one days same problem started, when i show them they told, you have to change your network from airtel to other then only your problem will be solved.But as per them i changed the network from Airtel to Jio but the same problem has been persisiting.
                It is a defective product, i suffered a lot please change the product so that it will be helpful for me.
                I already make complaint but the authority has nit given proper answer.My problem still continuing.

                I AM A PERSON PURCHASE A MOBILE BY USING MY MOST IMPORTANT SAVING MONEY BUT AFTER THAT CALL WHICH IS THE IMPORTANT FOR ME IS THE BIG ISSUE. I AM REQUESTING TO CHANGE THE MOBILE EVEN IF IF COMAPNY WILL GIVE ME A SMALL PRICE MOBILE THEN ALSO I WILL BE THANK FULL
                1.That, I already make a complaint in the portal for resolution of my problem, but instead of proper solution, POCO company resolved the issue.
                2.That, My call waiting option had been on but after on also call waiting not showing in my mobile.
                3.That, I already went to the Bhubaneswar service center and they update my mobile software and call waiting was work properly for some hour. After some time same waiting had not shown.
                4.Again I went to the Authorises service center Bhubaneswar for solution of same problem but they advice to change the sim network. After considering that fact I chage sim but same problem was triggered.
                5.I again went to the service center, they told we are not found any issue. All is ok you update your update version.
                6.I consider and update but after update also same call waiting problem has been exist.
                7.That I also try to exchange that mobile but no option for exchange was showing.
                8.That after all complaint, I am not find any type of solution.
                It is a harassment to the consumer.
                Please solve the issue as soon as possible so that I am helpful.

                        I bought MI Note 10 Pro in Apr'21, Just at the first day I face issue in camera, it was showing zebra lines. I went to shop keeper and he format the phone, re install updates and problem was resolved, from next week lockdown started in Delhi. At the starting of May'21 I found that whenever I put my phone on speaker listeners were continuously complaining that my voice is breaking. Post lockdown in June, I visited the service center and they format my phone and install the updated after 1 week of this I am facing various issue on this MI note 10pro.

                        MI Note 10 Pro, new problems.

                        1. Overheating
                        2. Some time speaker doesn't support on call
                        3. Voice breaking complaint by listener still there
                        4. We Can't use another app while on whtsapp call.
                        5. Some time screen display so many lines on screen.
                        6. Battery drains in a single day without use of much apps.

                        Later on I came to know that these are common problems and many users have reposted same issues.

                        I am very much fed up from this phone.
                        I was planning to sale this phone but resale value is less than 50% just in 5 months.
                        If I visit service center they will again wipeout all the data and it will be again waste of huge time.

                        AFTER THIS PURCHASE IT HAS BECOME A NEW TASK OF DATA BACK UP, service center visit, Reinstallation, check for 2 weeks and repeat.

                        It was my last purchase from MI.
                        I WILL NOT BUY ANY NEW PRODUCT OF MI IN FUTURE AND WILL ADVICE OTHERS TOO FOR NOT TO BUY.

                          I brought MI wireless earphone 2 on 13 July 2021. A month ago there was a cracking noise in my right earphone, so I gave it to a service center for replacement. The complaint was booked on 28th August 2021. Today(31st August 2021), I received an SMS saying that your replacement product is ready to pickup please visit the service center. I went to the service center and took the product. I took some photos and sent it to my friend as he was not believing me that they will replace the earphones instead they would repair and give it back to you. I went near my bike outside the building and opened the product there was a pair of stapler pin boxes. As soon as I noticed that I rushed back to the service center but they were closed. I called them, they told me that they were at lunch break and they will open the store at 3:30. So I didn't go home and waited in front of the service center. I was there at the store from 1 pm to 5 30 pm and still, my issue was not solved. I called customer care they heard my issue and told me to wait as they were putting my call on hold and I waited for half an hour no one answered back the call. So I came home. I tried to verify the S/N of the product and I got, No Serial number found as a response. I requested customer care to solve the issue but they were constantly saying that we need video proof, The product was brought from MI authorized service center so I never imagined this kind of fraud would happen so I didn't even had any idea that I have to videotape the unboxing. I was not even suggested to open the product at a service center, so I took the product, went out sent some pics to my friend, and opened and there were staple pins in it.
                          I request you to provide a replacement for my product. If there is any way to track the original product I would suggest tracking the product and give me the same. I have spent a lot of money on earphones and this is not fair to get 2 boxes of 5rs stapler pins. Please solve my issue as soon as possible. I have attached the Invoice, Inspection sheet, Picture of the box before and after unboxing, all the barcodes present on the box(S/N, SKU no ( All the photos taken were from mi service center).

                            One morning I woke up and my Redmi note 6 pro was not switching on, I took to MI service center and they said that the motherboard is damaged and I need to pay 7000 for this. So, I opted for exchanging my mobile.
                            I submitted my mobile phone in the Dumka MI service center and they gave me a coupon of 3200.
                            I used this coupon on 13th August to buy Redmi note 10s and paid the rest money by card.
                            But due to unavoidable circumstances the order was returned. For 17 days Xiaomi didn't initiated the refund. I personally emailed and called Bluedart to take back the mobile to hub.. the Xiaomi customer care didn't responded any single time.
                            Finally after so much harassment I got the money back which I paid through my credit card, but the exchange coupon was not refunded back. They are saying that the coupons are not refundable but the gift coupons are not refundable, it is an exchange coupon which I got after giving my mobile phone.
                            No one is helping me, though it is totally wrong. No where it is mentioned that the exchange coupon will not be returned. I have paid my mobile phone for this.
                            Please help me with the return of exchange coupon or the mobile phone because it is a fraud. Please help me out I need to order a new mobile as I am facing issue with my office work because of this.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              I was overcharged for the back panel of my mobile redmi note 9 pro max, which was accidentally fell down and back panel got cracked. I went to get the reciever fixed as I was unable to listen the other side voice, initially when I enquired I was told Rs. 1600/- is the back panel cost, when I went to the service center i was told the cost is Rs. 1900/- and when I submitted the mobile, they have added glue charges Rs. 165/- and service charges Rs. 413/- also. That means they dont even have the glue with them and when it is under warranty then also I was charged service charges.
                              I was forced to pay the whole amount otherwise they were not giving my mobile back

                              Kindly take the strict action against them as they are looting the public with unnecessary cost and please find attached the invoice I received

                                I am loyal customer of Xiaomi and I have been using the products of Mi from the last 5-6 years and this time I faced an issue with the service
                                My mobile phones screen got damaged so I submitted my phone and they repaired, after almost 10-15 days my phone again faced an issue, the back cover starts opening on its own so I went and they charged me a huge amount of 2700 something and told me the battery is swollen and it needs to get replaced.
                                Again after 10-15 days thee upper panel of my phone starts opening so I went and this time the guy started to shout on me and denied to provide service. I have a proof of him as well. I already paid so much money and because of their bad behaviour I am not been able to work properly. It afffected my mental health and its sheer misbehavior.
                                Kindle take action or else I have to take legal actions against the company.

                                    I brought mi note 9pro on 2020 sep 20.only 20 remaining for expiring warranty .about 3month before my phone get auto reboot while calling .there are about more than 10 time this problem repeated. another problem is when I press power button and swipe to unlock phone some times my phone screen get black out . again I press my power button and swipe to unlock phone the screen become black.after 15-20 time repeat this process only after that the phone will be act normal.

                                    These are my problems .I contact to costumer center and they told me that its a bug.And they solve it..after some days the 2 same problem repeated.what I have to do ...

                                    First I brought samsung mobile it also show many problems.so I sold it and brought this.
                                    I believe with costumer satisfaction and product quality of mi .but your company disappointed me..I want a defect less product.. please do needful regards this problem.
