I ordered redmi note 10s on 07/07/2021 from mistore with order id: [protected] and after one day i changed my plan.customer care of miindia told me not to accept the delivery and once the product reach the warehouse my refund will get initiated. Accordingly on 19/07/21 i received message and mail from mi regarding initiation of refund. But refund never came to my account.so i contacted mi team and at first they acknowledged the delay and promised me that it will resolved soon. But from last 3-4 days they started telling me that we haven't received the payment so you should raise chargeup request with your bank. And when i give them details of my transactions than they change their statements and say we have refunded from our side you should meet your bank. But for that i need an email from miindia, explicitly mentioning the details of refund transactions through which i can go to bank and raise dispute, but again Xiaomi is not providing me UTR or any details.kindly help me in this.
