Raised complaint that HDR functionality is not working. They closed the complaint without resolving the issue. No repair or replacement done for Mi 4x 50 inch tv even after doing so many calls on their customer. Company is not keeping commitment of repair or replacement during warranty period.

14.08.2021 I had repaired my MI note 7 pro at MI care Baripada 757001 around time 7PM costing Rs1200.00. They didn't gave me a receipt of that and after that my fingerprint censor is not working. Also the top scroll is not working.
I suspect they have stolen my private data after tempering with my fingerprint censor.
Waiting for your reply on this.

I have by mobile in last month it is not working properly after that I have gone to service center they summit the phone after 3 days they return and said now it will work but when I came to my home. The condition of the phone still same

I am a Xiaomi customer with worst experience with their service.My Mi 10 i device has severe camera freezing problem.The problem occurs not all the time.I visited the service center 3 times which is 54 km away ie, to and fro distance 108 kms.They changed the software but the issue persists.I again visited the service center with stuck videos but they couldn't find the fault when they check the camera as it doesn't take place all the time.Last time they didn't enter the complaint as they couldn't find out the reason for the issue.They told that I should keep the phone in the service center and they didn't give me an open job sheet even though I called the mi customer care and they also told the same to the service center.As I have no other option I kept my phone there without any job sheet.I have called the toll free number many times and they have no role except saying sorry for everything happened.I haven't been able to attend my online classes for past week and still the same.I called the customer care so many times and they told that they will start enquiry and I may get a replacement.But the decision is being changed from day to day as different persons attending the call.My exams are going to take place on 24 th of this month and I have to travel behind the service centre (service centre id:XMIN2854).Sir you can imagine the struggle of travelling this much kms in the midst of covid pandemic in public transport not only once or twice.Expecting a reply and action from you.-By a student(14August2021)

Hlo there... It's been a month that I m facing this issue.. My mobile redmi note 5 pro whenever I turn on hotspot it gets connected successfully to other devices but it is not working. When i try the same thing for laptop again i faced the same issue. Laptop shows that internet is there n wifi is connected successfully but when i open chrome n search something it shows error secure connection failed PR_END_OF_THE_FILE_ERROR.I have watched lots of videos on YouTube about this error and wasted lots of time.. I have mi tv 4a 32 inch and from 7-8 days i m facing sound problem in my mi tv and yesterday technician comes from mi and change the motherboard. The sound problem is solved now but software shows patwall 1.0.2(stable) instead of android version …please update this. I m facing issues because of this

I ordered redmi note 10s on 07/07/2021 from mistore with order id: [protected] and after one day i changed my plan.customer care of miindia told me not to accept the delivery and once the product reach the warehouse my refund will get initiated. Accordingly on 19/07/21 i received message and mail from mi regarding initiation of refund. But refund never came to my account.so i contacted mi team and at first they acknowledged the delay and promised me that it will resolved soon. But from last 3-4 days they started telling me that we haven't received the payment so you should raise chargeup request with your bank. And when i give them details of my transactions than they change their statements and say we have refunded from our side you should meet your bank. But for that i need an email from miindia, explicitly mentioning the details of refund transactions through which i can go to bank and raise dispute, but again Xiaomi is not providing me UTR or any details.kindly help me in this.

Remote problem

I had placed an order at Mi Store through online on 08/07/2021 with order id [protected] which is Mi 11 Ultra 5g Ceramic Black 12GB+256GB which I paid Rs.68, 000 from Gpay with transaction ID[protected]. Due to delay in delivery, I canceled the order on 16/07/2021 and waited till the given timeline for the refund to be reflected to my source account but I did not get any refund amount till now. I had already contacted your customer care with complaint id WOIN[protected] for delaying the refund and later re-initiated the refund by your end team on 02/08/2021 and told me to wait for 3 days but I still do not get any email or message regarding the refund and it still shows "Processing Return" instead of "Refund succeed" in mi store. Today is 7th August, I still do not get my refund. The given timeline is far exceeded and failed for 2 times as you promised. This is making me mental stress. Please, resolve asap.
