Remote problem

I had placed an order at Mi Store through online on 08/07/2021 with order id [protected] which is Mi 11 Ultra 5g Ceramic Black 12GB+256GB which I paid Rs.68, 000 from Gpay with transaction ID[protected]. Due to delay in delivery, I canceled the order on 16/07/2021 and waited till the given timeline for the refund to be reflected to my source account but I did not get any refund amount till now. I had already contacted your customer care with complaint id WOIN[protected] for delaying the refund and later re-initiated the refund by your end team on 02/08/2021 and told me to wait for 3 days but I still do not get any email or message regarding the refund and it still shows "Processing Return" instead of "Refund succeed" in mi store. Today is 7th August, I still do not get my refund. The given timeline is far exceeded and failed for 2 times as you promised. This is making me mental stress. Please, resolve asap.

I am using redmi note 10 pro.. And I am feeling that my phone is always overheating if I use 5 minutes also.. There is one reason which I support is the weather.. The weather is too hot.. I have cleaned my phone also and there is no virus or malware.. Pls contact me as possible as you can.. I cannot use my phone always I have to use it maximum 20 mins and I keep it then..

I have product Poco f3gt and the miui12.5 have the issue RGB Lighting, some bugs are there .which take the RGB settings the got will hang and few more on light colour

I have purchased a new mobile Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite in the month of 13'July'2021, and within a couple of 3-4days Screen started Flickering at right side corner, Even i have visited Service Centre they were unable to resolve my issue, the same i have visited one more service center they were also saying same words,
Am'i the only one got such a issue/problem with this gadget. I just want a call from Xiaomi Service center and even want a replacement of my gadget ant cost.

I have complaint on 31st july and today is 4th august and i have called to customer about 6 times but there was no solution form their end and in feature i will not suggest anyone from my contact to buy 'MI' products and very poor service by mi company

Phone service is so pathetic even under warranty you have to pay agency, just to have a look at the phone, 118 rs and after that if theres a small chipped screen on the screen, your entire warranty is void i didnt get my power button repaired under warrany... pure cheating indian customers

I had purchased poco x3 4 months ago...since then I am suffering with lot of issues with this phone and not getting any permanent solution..So I am here to draw your attention about my matter..please look into my matter and give me solution..

I went to AD enterprises date 02 August 2021 which is located in kankarbag road Patna (bihar) which is registered mi service centre there a customer executive name Neha asked me to show a token (appointment) I said i don't have any type of appointment so she said we will not provide you any type of service I waited there i found a lot of person came without token and she was dealing with that customer and I asked her to provide me service she become rude so I found worst service ever
