    Sir with reference complaint id WOIN[protected], token number M-1029813, I had complaint for mi water purifeier service under warranty on 26 April 2021, but that time there was lock down, so waited till today and called customer care several times but not response just saying problem will be resolved shortly but still prblm unsolved, so called number company unable to solve single problem of customer u r unfit to be number one very worst service, I think this time u will take my complaint and solve our problem

      I purchased a 32 inch TV from MI retailer. I am not able to register for a door step appointment. I am unable to fill the boxes and select dates. Also to every pincode, its saying covid restriction, eventhough currently there is no restrictions at our place.Please look into the matter, else i have to return your product...

        but un service center walo ne combo to change kr diya but...mere charging socket ko change krne ki jagah repair kiya...

        or charging socket galat repair krne ki vajah se mere mobile ka main mother board ki ic kharab kr di...

        jis vajah se mera mobile aapke un service center walo ki vajah se kharab ho gya.

        ab mai un service center walo ke khilaf legal karyawahi krunga

        mere paas unke khilaf sare proof h ...

        ab ya to aap unke khilaf 2 din me means 26 june 2021 tk karyavahi kre nhi to mai legal complaint krunga.

          your company Engineer not done my install of 43 inch led.whole time he saying I am coming, I am coming but he is not come.so I don't want mi tv. please do something and area manager using also using abusing language.very bad service through mi.

                    My name is Nitesh Kumar Shukla. I had purchased an android tv from Xiaomi and now it was having issues. The technician came but after 2-3 attempts he said that the motherboard is faulty. As my tv is under warranty the company is supposed to repair it for free. But now they are delaying and giving a reason that they do not have the motherboard. It has already been 8 days since I raised a ticket in their support portal. They also did not update me the reason for delay, I had to call them several times. Please help.

                        I purchased my mi tv on jan2nd through Flipkart. After 4months it was not working. Power button not blinking. So I was supposed to request a service through Flipkart customer protection plan and also mi service.it was about 50days no one yt to come for fixing this issue. I had called so many time but nt yt respnd. I'm hardly depressed. They made so may fake updates. I'm stressed to the core. I invested around 18k for this tv. I recommend u not go for mi products. If it is working, no issues. Once I need their service, u felt depression to the core. Avoid mi product forever.

                        The very first from theirs.[Xiaomi Aftersales] Dear MI Fan, your Repair request is confirmed and our Engineer is on his way as per your appointment schedule (07/05/2021 10:00 AM), Please note that Xiaomi will NOT ask you to pay for related Services before the Service is rendered. Payments to the Service Engineer should only be made after the Service is completed.

                          Product purchased on 5th May 2021. Installation happened only on 10th May. Product stopped working on 20th May. The online complaint portal did not allow me to request any door step service due to lockdown. No response from company. Finally Mi India took the complaint on 5th June and technician visited on 10th June. He checked and said there was some issue with the panel and motherboard. He wanted us to wait for a week to get the spare part. Today (21st June 2021), the complaint is still not addressed.

                            Apps available in mi apps store are not latest and unable to use apps.
                            Apps latest version are not maintained on regular basis. Due to which we need to visit everytime at Google Play. But I do not want to visit Google Play.

                            In phone updates do not get notifications for apps update due to which facing issue in financial transaction

                                I am having problems regarding my wifi. When the phone gets locked the wifi gets disconnected. As i try to reconnect my wifi it connects disconnect very quickly. The wifi connection signal flickers. To connect to the wifi i need to restart my phone.

                                  On 13/06/2021 I made a payment of Rs3999 for purchasing Redmi gps watch. Money has been debited from my account and credited to mi account.After that the oder was cancelled by them and then they are not returning my money.

                                  In the earlier mail they told me that I’ll get my money back in 3 days. It’s been 5 days I did not receive the refund, and I’m trying to reach them via mail and phone call. Sometimes they are ignoring everything and sometimes providing some vague response. Really not happy with this. Now they are telling that they haven't received the amount.
                                  I checked with bank and they are telling that it has been credited to Mi account.

                                    I purchased mi air purifier 3 last montha and due to cocid situations they told they cannot deliever it ans purchaae was cancelled and status says purchase refunded. But it did not get added ro my account still though it was process 8 days back. I raised numerous complaints but they only close the issue without resolving it. Am i being cheated?
