On 12 June 2021 I'm ordering a mobile which is redmi note 9 shadow black 4-64 by mi store & payment is done through mi pay but due to order closed my order does not get place ' but amount is deducted from my sbi account, and yet I did not receive any refund from their side!

    I (Wajid) bought Mi Qled Tv in flipkart on 30/05/2021 got it installed on 31/05/2021. But the tv stopped working and screen went black on 14/06/2021 i.e with in 15 days after installation of Brand New Tv.. I was really disappointed with Mi company product quality and was looking forward for the better solution from Your Company.. Hope U will solve this and satisfy me as early as possible.. Thanks

      Sir/Madam
      I ordered an earphone from mi store order I'd:- [protected]. When I got this product it was damage product. After that I filed a complaint in Mi complain no. WOIN[protected]. They gave me 3 days time and it was told that you will get your refund in 3 days. So I waited for 3 days but after 3 days the refund did not come. Then I complained again complaint no. WOIN[protected] and I also send the bank statement. Then he was asked to wait for 3 days. I wait for 3 days even after that I did not get my refund and the complaint was closed without informing. After that i complained again complain no. WOIN[protected]. And then was told to wait for 3 more days.
      what should i do now i am worried. Please help me.

        Everytime my charger is getting spoiled and my mobile getting hanged. Slow mobile. Every month I am buying mi charger it's getting spoiled after every 2months . Worst mi product

          I have Mi tv 43 inch 4A running on patch wall bought in 2018. Mi released many update of android for this tv but till date company can not provide update for my tv. It still running initial patch wall. Complained 100 times, mailed and called but no solution.

            ▪️charging issue:
            I am using the original power charger which i received with my poco M2 pro, after 1 month use the process automatically turn on amd off which makes the process time consuming (for 2 % gain it takes 15 min)
            ▪️Receiving speaker issue:
            Unfortunately some calls i made end up in one way conversation some time the speaker go off before call some time in middle of the call and it is unpredictable and frustrating.
            IAM SO FRUSTRATED AND ANNOYED WITH THIS PRODUCT. CHARGING PROBLEM DIDN'T GOT SOLVED FROM SERVICE.

              Xiaomi has released android pie update for old Mi Tv 4A which were running on patchwall.
              I have not received this update till now.
              As a result I am unable to use any OTT feature on my TV.
              Its been 1.5 years now and they keep giving same replies that Update will be released in batches. But how long can this be. By the time update would come there would be new versions already in market.
              please resolve this issue.
              Same problem with me...did you get any update

                    I submitted my mobile phone Model name M1906F9SI, MODEL AND HARDWARE Mi A3 Build number 11RKQ1.200903.002 V12.0.9.0.RFQMIXM,
                    for repair in your centre at Sector 16 Marketing complex, Faridabad -121002.
                    The phone was switching off periodically. They kept the phone for three days and asked me to collect it thrice. Every time I reached the centre they said the phone was not repaired. On my fourth visit they returned the phone claiming it had been repaired. Now I discover that it is exactly in the same condition.

                      The service center has received my phone for one week and now they aren't receiving any calls or describing things on what's app too as they had described while submitting my phone I had my receipt too But they ain't responding and the service center is closed too

                        I purchased redmi note 8 pro on 22/05/2020, before that warranty im facing battery problem, , , it gets switchoffed on 18/5/21, due to lockdown and covid i was not able to reach my nearest dealer

                              I odered a mi earphones basic on 11/12/2020 which having six months warranty.
                              The earphone is not working properly . So, i visited to mi service centre to replace it but the staffs of mi service centre didn"t replace it, they said that the earophone is damage.
                              But in actual the earphone is not damage at all, only the upermost layer of the wire of the earphone at the neck is little deform (Which is not considered as to be damage, in actual)
                              They said me to contact with mi customer care.
                              I have contacted with mi costumer care several times but they don't take my issue seriously

                              Please replace my earphone.

                                We have recently purchased Mi TV 4X 108 cm 43 Black on 28th January 2021. However, recently the TV video output is not working. We have made a formal complaint on 3rd June 2021 regarding the issue, the customer representative informed us that due to lockdown technical person can not do service at our doorstep, however, he promised that he will send us a text or email for the steps we can troubleshoot ourself on the TV.

                                On 5th June we have called the customer service and they have promised that the technician will call us and come down to the doorstep for troubleshooting. Till today no proper response.

                                    The issue that I have experienced was: I purchased redmi note 10 pro from mi store on 5/5/21 vis cash on delivery, later got issues with it (overheating) so requested replacement on 11/5/21 and it was delayed but eventually got accepted and my phone was picked up from me on 24/5/21, I didn't know this the day i will see my phone for the last time!
                                    later on 2/5/21 replacement delivery got cancelled automatically and refund initiated.
                                    STILL HASN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND YET!!!

                                    My struggle started on 24/05/2021and going on to this day... All i your customer support does is to ask me to wait wait WAIT!!!

                                    All i ask is if you can give me my replacement device if that's easy for you to process or GIVE MY MONEY BACK,
                                    And for your information the device hasn't even dispatched yet when it got cancled but they still saying "return in processing", i mean it's in your warehouse only!!!

                                    Please give back my refund I'm pleading you!!

                                    I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                                      I purchased a POCO M3 from Flipkart and was delivered to me on 3rd March 2021. But after 1 month o[censored]se the phone started showing abnormal behaviour and on visiting the service centre I was informed that the phone's folder is damaged and needs to be replaced and i was asked to submit the phone. Accordingly I submitted it but unfortunately my phone has not been repaired till today.
                                      Highly disappointed with Xiaomi as SAMSUNG replaces any phone in warranty period if any issues takes place whereas Xiaomi don't even repair the products in proper time
