    I am having problems regarding my wifi. When the phone gets locked the wifi gets disconnected. As i try to reconnect my wifi it connects disconnect very quickly. The wifi connection signal flickers. To connect to the wifi i need to restart my phone.

      On 13/06/2021 I made a payment of Rs3999 for purchasing Redmi gps watch. Money has been debited from my account and credited to mi account.After that the oder was cancelled by them and then they are not returning my money.

      In the earlier mail they told me that I’ll get my money back in 3 days. It’s been 5 days I did not receive the refund, and I’m trying to reach them via mail and phone call. Sometimes they are ignoring everything and sometimes providing some vague response. Really not happy with this. Now they are telling that they haven't received the amount.
      I checked with bank and they are telling that it has been credited to Mi account.

        I purchased mi air purifier 3 last montha and due to cocid situations they told they cannot deliever it ans purchaae was cancelled and status says purchase refunded. But it did not get added ro my account still though it was process 8 days back. I raised numerous complaints but they only close the issue without resolving it. Am i being cheated?

              TV installation engg visits after 40 days, on 12th June 2021
              Issue with TV display noticed on 15th June 2021.

              Have been calling up customer care since 2 days, the team only said that they will get back but no response.

                    This phone is a garbage, i am fed up with this, i just bought a week before and it start hang and also it is very slow, previously i was using 6a and it was very good but this one is worst, i dont want this phone i want my money back or another phone, otherwise i will complaint about it in consumer court.

                    Pls do not ignore my request, pls exchange my mobile phone, i am frustrated with this one. Pls dont make me to go in consumer court.

                      I tushar, from village mohana District Sonipat Haryana, bought a new mobile phone redmi 9 (4/64) from Gopala Mobile Shop Sonipat on 30th April 2021 but after few days it did not work well . It hangs and not working. I went to service center three times in a month but problem stills exist. Please resolve my problem.

                        I am using this mobile after 1 month faced mobile hanging issue and touch not working properly. So many times raised feed back no one can didn't solve my issue. So much irritated to use this mobile. Any application or any one using continuosly 1/2 hr then mobile hanging and touch not working and Wifi detected very alow speed At least please provide replacement to other mobile or solve my issue as soon as early.

                          On 12 June 2021 I'm ordering a mobile which is redmi note 9 shadow black 4-64 by mi store & payment is done through mi pay but due to order closed my order does not get place ' but amount is deducted from my sbi account, and yet I did not receive any refund from their side!

                            I (Wajid) bought Mi Qled Tv in flipkart on 30/05/2021 got it installed on 31/05/2021. But the tv stopped working and screen went black on 14/06/2021 i.e with in 15 days after installation of Brand New Tv.. I was really disappointed with Mi company product quality and was looking forward for the better solution from Your Company.. Hope U will solve this and satisfy me as early as possible.. Thanks

                              I ordered an earphone from mi store order I'd:- [protected]. When I got this product it was damage product. After that I filed a complaint in Mi complain no. WOIN[protected]. They gave me 3 days time and it was told that you will get your refund in 3 days. So I waited for 3 days but after 3 days the refund did not come. Then I complained again complaint no. WOIN[protected] and I also send the bank statement. Then he was asked to wait for 3 days. I wait for 3 days even after that I did not get my refund and the complaint was closed without informing. After that i complained again complain no. WOIN[protected]. And then was told to wait for 3 more days.
                              what should i do now i am worried. Please help me.

                                Everytime my charger is getting spoiled and my mobile getting hanged. Slow mobile. Every month I am buying mi charger it's getting spoiled after every 2months . Worst mi product

                                  I have Mi tv 43 inch 4A running on patch wall bought in 2018. Mi released many update of android for this tv but till date company can not provide update for my tv. It still running initial patch wall. Complained 100 times, mailed and called but no solution.

                                    ▪️charging issue:
                                    I am using the original power charger which i received with my poco M2 pro, after 1 month use the process automatically turn on amd off which makes the process time consuming (for 2 % gain it takes 15 min)
                                    ▪️Receiving speaker issue:
                                    Unfortunately some calls i made end up in one way conversation some time the speaker go off before call some time in middle of the call and it is unpredictable and frustrating.
                                    IAM SO FRUSTRATED AND ANNOYED WITH THIS PRODUCT. CHARGING PROBLEM DIDN'T GOT SOLVED FROM SERVICE.

                                      Xiaomi has released android pie update for old Mi Tv 4A which were running on patchwall.
                                      I have not received this update till now.
                                      As a result I am unable to use any OTT feature on my TV.
                                      Its been 1.5 years now and they keep giving same replies that Update will be released in batches. But how long can this be. By the time update would come there would be new versions already in market.
                                      please resolve this issue.
