      If you have shortage in supply chain than think before you release a product in market redmi is making himself a false brand now a days having a fake price

      I was eagerly waiting for redmi note 10 pro to purchase but this price hike is just breaking my bond with mi.

      I want the original honest price of the phone when launched.

        I have Poco X2 device and suddenly camera stopped working. this is fault of poco company. i submitted my device to service center on 12 july but after 10 days still not got any update from service center. I called CC and saying to wait for another 10 days. worst experience with poco.

              Phone had serverl issues over the time, no options to extend warranty requested for replacement several times had to visit service center,
              mother board replaced in 11th month worked for 6 months and again is dead, now the cost of mother board replacement .repair is 20000,
              for a phone bought for 23500 and 20000 repair cost with no warranty in just in 18 months or less is too much. very bad customer service though hd to complain continuously for 1 month to get a call back from them saying nothing can be done rude behavior by the customer support on the phone.

              need a replacement of the phone as resolution.

                Wall Mount & installation - Poor & risky for 75 inch MI QLED TV - MI has not yet manufactured wall mount for 75" TV. They have supplied wall mount at Rs.500 which is actually meant for MI TVs having size up to 65 and have installed this small wall mount for this huge & heavy 75" TV. A Premium and Heavy 75" QLED TV is Wall mounted by MI Technician on MI's lighter Wall mount meant for 55"/65" TV.

                As per the specifications on MI Store, the maximum weight bearing capacity of this MI wall mount is 30 kgs whereas the weight of TV is 31.10 kg. What if TV falls in due course? Who should be held responsible? I have taken the matter with MI's Xiaomi Customer Service several times but every time they respond with something else that your TV is covered under warranty, do not worry, we are not responsible for physical damages, etc. You coordinate with the technician & lodge a request for reinstallation and that you need to pay the charges for the same.

                My question is that when incompatible & incapacitated wallmount has been supplied by MI and also installation has been done by their technician only, then they only should change the wall mount and reinstall at their cost. On this aspect, If the TV falls off and gets damaged physically, even warranty would be of no use.

                MI 75" prospective buyers should take care of this wallmount installation aspect as once installation is done, the company does not address this issue; i.e. they have not yet manufactured wallmount for 75" TV and are supplying those available in stock i.e. which are for TV size up to 55"/65".

                MI, ARE YOU READING THIS & WILL CORRECT FOR EXISTING & NEW BUYERS AT YOUR COST?

                      I ordered for the Redmi Note 9 on 7th July and made the payment but received the product on 11th and open the box in front of the delivery boy and found there wasn't Redmin Note 9 but a local Chinese phone. I raised the complaint but they are not giving me the resolution. Saying paking was intact but the issue is wrong product delivery not packing. Courier partner and delivery boy confirmed this to investigation team but they're are not taking it seriously.

                        I bought mi bluetooth headset and it was less used about 9 months.The ear pad of that headset got damaged when i went to the service center at trivandrum to buy a new ear puff the reply from the service exective was quite intresting he told that company doesnt provide separate ear puff to buy so i have to buy new headphone for another 1799 rs. It means if mi product get any damages customer cant change the damage part instead we need to buy new one is it.Shame on you xiaomi...!

                          I ordered Redmi Not 9 from mi application and paid 11000 (Order Delivered: We have successfully delivered your Order No.:[protected]/AWB:SF[protected]XIA) IMEI no. Ending with #1315 but a local Chinese phone was delivered to me and I unpacked it in front of delivery boy. I file a complaint and they gave me 7 days for investigation but now they are saying they deliver the product in intact condition. It's not about the packing but the wrong product. They are running me around and and not giving me resolution. Courier partner also confirmed that product was packed properly but product was different. They (Mi India) want to do a SCAM with me and I'm feeling like squeezed now. Kindly help. I have no place to go.

                            I am using getspps since a long time.
                            I am holding 85, 000+ coins.
                            I am unable to redeem it. I tried with 10AM, 3AM, submitting captcha in 2-3sec. Either I am getting server error message from you end or out of stock.
                            I this a new way to fraud customers. Since last 2-3momths I am trying out daily, but no use. I tried with my 50MBPS wifi also. Still its the same.
                            Kindly redeem my points amd share me the coupon of mi true wireless earphone 2.
                            I am a great fan of Mi may be the trust getting lower day by day due to such malicious activities of you.

                                  I was purchased mi TV last week, at time of buying All the HDMI ports are working. But day by day all the 3 HDMI ports are not working. I registered the complainant via online. But yet to visit the doorstep engineer. They are calling but no one is visit till the date.

                                      I ordered Redmi note 10 shadow black on on 9th june Order ID : S[protected] which i must get till 14th june, but i didn't get, then i spoke to customer care gave me 24 hours then they passed my case to backend team but even after 24 hours my problem was not solved..

                                      Then again i complained on 16th june again i got 48 working hours even though my product was not delivered
                                      Then i Recomplained on 20th june its thats deadline on 22nd june even after that my product was not delivered on that the i got out for delivery from shadow fax when i called him he was not on duty and he was out of mumbai and even product was not with him..
                                      Then again i complained and i got time till 24th june

                                      Today is 24th june even today i did not get my product

                                      I tried my best to contact shadowfax but neither i got any sms nor any call from shadofax
                                      And shadow is completely unprofessional and its impossible to contact with shadofax i got a shadowfax number from your team ( [protected]) but nobody recives call on this number..
                                      Today i got a call from delivery boy he called me on some other location when i went there he was not there.. Then i called him total 57 time and he put me on black list and he did not recive any single call

                                      I shared all these information with your team but i did not get any resolution peple whom i contacted ther name are Jeevan, shudanshu, durgesh, komal, anmol ram patel, mohsin, priyanka and i also spoke with Senior executive mr.rahul the are more 6 to 7 people

                                      Today is 33th days but not recive product or refund

                                        On June 21, 2021 I called at 011- Xiaomi Service Centre located at Kalkaji, New Delhi 110019 to inquire about my Redmi 7 touch screen not working properly. Both Mahesh and Raju spoke to me over the phone, they said that I need to visit their service Centre with the mobile & in the meantime asked me to watsapp them the details of my Redmi 7 Moblie like; IMEI no, RAM, storage and so on, so that they can place order for the touch screen from Xiaomi warehouse. I sent them all the details as required by them on watsapp on June 22, 2021.

                                        On June 25, 2021 I visited around 4pm to Xiaomi Service Centre, H-11 B, 1st Floor, Kalkaji market, New Delhi-110019. They did not make any entry on the visitor's notebook nor did they prepare a service order for my Mobile instead. Mahesh asked me to give him my mobile, he told me that they have not ordered any touch screen from the Xiaomi warehouse as they have one in the service center, so I handed over my mobile REDMI 7, Black color, Ram 2GB, + 32 GB STORAGE to Mahesh. I was asked by Raju to sit and wait. After 30 minutes, Raju told me that the touch display screen of my mobile is working; its mother board needs to be changed. I replied to him that I receive calls & messages but the only problem is that the touch screen does not function properly; it has some vertical lines.

                                        In the meantime Mahesh joined Raju & told me that its mother board needs to be changed. I replied to Mahesh that if the motherboard is damaged or faulty then how come I receive calls & messages. After that another man came out from the inside room at the customer counter & told me that its board needed to be changed, I asked for it Raju told me Rs 4000.00. I told both Raju & Mahesh pls return my phone back, after 5 minutes Raju handed over the phone. I did not check the phone if they fixed the back cover & other things properly as it was a blind trust on Xiaomi. I just kept my mobile in my bag & left the MI service center.
                                        On July 7, 2021 I visited the Xiaomi authorized Service Centre, Qdigi, R-42, First Floor, Opposite Metro Pillar No. 46, Main Vikas Marg, Shakarpur, New Delhi 110092. Mr. Mehendra Pal Singh checked my Redmi 7 mobile, he asked me if I have shown the mobile somewhere at outside because he showed me that the back cover of my mobile phone was open from 3 corners and inside in mobile 10 screws were missing & touch censor jack was curved/ damaged which he has noted on the service order also (Attached service order below).

                                        I told him the whole story about what happened at Xiaomi service center, Kalkaji, New Delhi and told him that I did not check my phone as I trusted Xiaomi service Centre. I told him now I understood why they did not prepare a job sheet which Mr. Mehendra Pal Singh also agreed.

                                        Mr. Mehendra Pal Singh told that he don’t care where I have shown the mobile earlier, now he must have spoken to Mahesh and Raju of Xiaomi Service centre, H-11 B, 1st Floor, Kalkaji market, Near Mc Donald, New Delhi-110019 about their fraudulent and cheating done with me as a result which reflected on watsapp message by Raju/Mahesh on July 8, 2021.

                                        Please find below the screen shots of exchanged watsapp messages between myself and Raju & Mahesh on their watsapp of Xiaomi Service Centre, Kalkaji, New Delhi to July 8, 2021. Firstly they removed the watsapp DP of Raju and then blocked me on watsapp as below: - (Please find attached the pdf file).

                                        I would like you to pay me compensation for cheating and false practices and for damaging my mobile phone, plus my mentally and physical agony by your authorized service centre at Kalkaji, New Delhi, India

                                        I recently visited mi authorised service centre for my poco f3 gt as the back glass was coming out .. they have reglue the back glass but Im damm shure they replaced my camera by a local camera because the details and clearity is not the same as before i can easily see pixilations in the pic even the 64mp mode is useless now ... I trusted mi service center and the betrayed me 😭😭😭
