On June 21, 2021 I called at 011- Xiaomi Service Centre located at Kalkaji, New Delhi 110019 to inquire about my Redmi 7 touch screen not working properly. Both Mahesh and Raju spoke to me over the phone, they said that I need to visit their service Centre with the mobile & in the meantime asked me to watsapp them the details of my Redmi 7 Moblie like; IMEI no, RAM, storage and so on, so that they can place order for the touch screen from Xiaomi warehouse. I sent them all the details as required by them on watsapp on June 22, 2021.
On June 25, 2021 I visited around 4pm to Xiaomi Service Centre, H-11 B, 1st Floor, Kalkaji market, New Delhi-110019. They did not make any entry on the visitor's notebook nor did they prepare a service order for my Mobile instead. Mahesh asked me to give him my mobile, he told me that they have not ordered any touch screen from the Xiaomi warehouse as they have one in the service center, so I handed over my mobile REDMI 7, Black color, Ram 2GB, + 32 GB STORAGE to Mahesh. I was asked by Raju to sit and wait. After 30 minutes, Raju told me that the touch display screen of my mobile is working; its mother board needs to be changed. I replied to him that I receive calls & messages but the only problem is that the touch screen does not function properly; it has some vertical lines.
In the meantime Mahesh joined Raju & told me that its mother board needs to be changed. I replied to Mahesh that if the motherboard is damaged or faulty then how come I receive calls & messages. After that another man came out from the inside room at the customer counter & told me that its board needed to be changed, I asked for it Raju told me Rs 4000.00. I told both Raju & Mahesh pls return my phone back, after 5 minutes Raju handed over the phone. I did not check the phone if they fixed the back cover & other things properly as it was a blind trust on Xiaomi. I just kept my mobile in my bag & left the MI service center.
On July 7, 2021 I visited the Xiaomi authorized Service Centre, Qdigi, R-42, First Floor, Opposite Metro Pillar No. 46, Main Vikas Marg, Shakarpur, New Delhi 110092. Mr. Mehendra Pal Singh checked my Redmi 7 mobile, he asked me if I have shown the mobile somewhere at outside because he showed me that the back cover of my mobile phone was open from 3 corners and inside in mobile 10 screws were missing & touch censor jack was curved/ damaged which he has noted on the service order also (Attached service order below).
I told him the whole story about what happened at Xiaomi service center, Kalkaji, New Delhi and told him that I did not check my phone as I trusted Xiaomi service Centre. I told him now I understood why they did not prepare a job sheet which Mr. Mehendra Pal Singh also agreed.
Mr. Mehendra Pal Singh told that he don’t care where I have shown the mobile earlier, now he must have spoken to Mahesh and Raju of Xiaomi Service centre, H-11 B, 1st Floor, Kalkaji market, Near Mc Donald, New Delhi-110019 about their fraudulent and cheating done with me as a result which reflected on watsapp message by Raju/Mahesh on July 8, 2021.

Firstly they removed the watsapp DP of Raju and then blocked me on watsapp as below: - (Please find attached the pdf file).
I would like you to pay me compensation for cheating and false practices and for damaging my mobile phone, plus my mentally and physical agony by your authorized service centre at Kalkaji, New Delhi, India
