I have 57000 plus coins in get apps application but don't able to buy a product from app. Bcoz mi india doesn't provide enough quantity of products for customer.
If products are available in mi store app,
why not available for get apps customers???
I'm Very Disappointed from mi india these type of activities who make fools his own customer...

    I have raised a complain( token no. M1320153) about repair my TV which is with in warranty period. Already 1.5 months over. But xiaomi team didn’t resolve the problem yet. And day on day they are making the excuses !
    Even I hav taken multiple followup. But no resolution is given by xiaomi team.
    Kindly look into this matter !
    Xiaomi company is looking like a fraud company.
    I am seriously really sad for xiaomi services !

      Please fix your way to redeem Mi coins in your Get Apps app back to normal and easy to use. Remove waiting time and time boundations of 10am/3pm, also remove the captcha option. Make it basic just click and redeem that's it as simple as that. Currently it is frustrating and causing hatred towards your company Mi, if I now shifted towards any other brand and left Mi forever this arrogance done by Mi which is hindering us and not letting us redeem will be no.1 reason. You have freaking annoyed me to the max. I've tried not to write any slangs in this complaints, it's getting very difficult to contain anger your company is building within us by your tricks. Please fix the Mi coins redeem back like it was in 2019.

                    I purchased Mi Qled on this 8 June month. After checking all details and information about it's functionality, I came to know that it's having remote issues.
                    Later on within 5 days I made a complaint about it and no one came to my house till 6 days passed. Executive came on 28th June and said it's having remote issues . Then three days later he came again with remote and it doesn't works. He said your TV is having hardware issues and it must be replaced. Since then I am still waiting for someone to update me about my issues but no response.
                    I want my refund back now.

                      Hi, I was purchased Mi 14 notebook from mi store online application and they promise delivery within 4 days in chat. But till now they didn't shipped product. No I get order cancelled info from delivery website. I was contacted mi customer service in last 2 days they didn't give a proper solution. And now on agent told refund can't initiate product is dispatched. What can I do ?

                            Request no WXIN[protected]
                            No response from the company and service staff for the status of mobile given for repair 15 days before. staff told me to take your mobile back one I expressed my disappointed in their services. None attend the phone calls none reply for mails. Now I'm confused in which condition they would return it to me
                            Anyway I have no other option than taking my mobile back and get it repaired from any local shops around even if it has warranty and bought only 2 months before.
                            This is the best customer service can be provided to a customer who has unstable financial condition due to pandemic.

                                    Last Week I had purchased a Redmi Note 10 (6GB Ram+128 GB) but It was defective peice. There was charging problem. I visited service center but now they are saying that parts are not available and will take at least 1 week. How do I manage work from home without phone ? I had ordered new phone so that my work could not be hampered. But MI Product was faulty and service center was unable to help. They are waiting to get shipment. I do not know when they will receive the parts & fix it.
