I have purchased Redmi note 10 s colour shadow black, which IMEI no [protected], purchased date 12/06/2021, Bhopal Madhya Pradesh, which front camera video recording has not clearly imaged, recording has disturbance. I rushed to MI Service Station, Adress- Microworld, msd gf 7 Mansarovar Complex near Habibganj Railway Station, Bhopal MP. to resolve the issue but service station employees was not able to resolve this problem till date. Please solve the issue or change the new handset. Contact number [protected]

    Pathetic service
    Request no WXIN[protected]
    No response from the company and service staff for the status of mobile given for repair 15 days before. staff told me to take your mobile back one I expressed my disappointed in their services. None attend the phone calls none reply for mails. Now I'm confused in which condition they would return it to me
    Anyway I have no other option than taking my mobile back and get it repaired from any local shops around even if it has warranty and bought only 2 months before.
    This is the best customer service can be provided to a customer who has unstable financial condition due to pandemic.

          I have purchased a xiaomi water purifier 10 months ago, now we need to change the RO candles so we already purchased them, we have been calling the customer care for fixing the new candles. from 4 days, they are saying that they are on the way and also not answering the calls properly.

            Last Week I had purchased a Redmi Note 10 (6GB Ram+128 GB) but It was defective peice. There was charging problem. I visited service center but now they are saying that parts are not available and will take at least 1 week. How do I manage work from home without phone ? I had ordered new phone so that my work could not be hampered. But MI Product was faulty and service center was unable to help. They are waiting to get shipment. I do not know when they will receive the parts & fix it.

                I had bought a MI wireless trimmer in the month of May and after a month when I press the power on button, it does not work. I am not able to contact or match the queries provided my MI toll free service. I need a quick solution for my problem.

                  The split screen is not working in the redmi note nine pro phone of mine while I use it in gesture mode. when apps are held on for a while, the screen should usually split however now the app information is shown instead of splitting. it is highly inconvenient.

                    Kingsway camp Delhi service center

                    Kingsway camp service center staff is totally incompetent and totally fraud people. When I went there for issue in my newly purchased phone, they just keep it without giving any receiving to me. When I asked them to issue receiving or job sheet then they were returned my phone and asked me to leave.

                      Actually I was changed my custom rom and trying change one more but it goes in edl mode, I ran for service center but told that ecl wire is damaged and they charged me Rs/-647 to repair that, and after that when they gave my device back mine camera was not working properly, I ask them but they blamed me that i am who damaged the and they are not responsible but before my device goes into edl mode its working properly .                           Sir with reference complaint id WOIN[protected], token number M-1029813, I had complaint for mi water purifeier service under warranty on 26 April 2021, but that time there was lock down, so waited till today and called customer care several times but not response just saying problem will be resolved shortly but still prblm unsolved, so called number company unable to solve single problem of customer u r unfit to be number one very worst service, I think this time u will take my complaint and solve our problem

                            I purchased a 32 inch TV from MI retailer. I am not able to register for a door step appointment. I am unable to fill the boxes and select dates. Also to every pincode, its saying covid restriction, eventhough currently there is no restrictions at our place.Please look into the matter, else i have to return your product...
