I lost my mobile on[protected], and I missed the bill.. i have to make police complaint and i need mobile bill to attach for proof... so I want dublicate mobile bill for giving compalint.     After using 5 days my poco m2 pro, the charger started faulting all time it disconnected time to time I then pull out the cable of your charger and put it on my mi power bank, here it works so the problem is in your charger, check the quality of your product, don't always rush in selling phones, , , same on you mi...

    So what I want is to replace this charger as fast as you can...

      I was ordering earphones from MI official site. I filled out everything. Then I chose to pay using UPI through Freecharge, since they were offering cash back. The amount has been deducted from my account but the order was not placed. I have the cyber receipt as well. I send an email to MI and got no response. I called at the toll free number and they asked me order details. How am I supposed to give order details when order was never placed. They are saying to contact Freecharge.I contacted Freecharge and they are telling me that payment was successful from their side. I should check with merchant.

      Till now I was using Amazon for shopping and was very satisfied. I don't know why I chose Flipkart this time. I am cursing myself. I am using MI phone from 4 years and never expected this. I am also attaching a cyber receipt of the transaction.

        I ordered redmi note 10 pro make payment via mobikwik wallet payment is successful but mi store showed payment pending and after that order get closed i contacted Xiaomi team uncountable times but they are saying they don't have received the amount i need my amount please refund it to me Xiaomi please be order id [protected] and my transaction id of mobkwik wallet is 200110005210602175002957 please refund my amount please i have also contacted mobikwik they are saying the amount is received by xiaomi please refund my money

          I have visited mi service centre on 02/06/2021 for claiming Warranty of my mi band which is under warranty but they deny to claim on company policies as my product is damaged or hard scratched but it is not so this is really harassing please take action against company the reason for rejection is also not mention in warranty policies of company no senior authority is responsive neither customer care number reachable

              Poco c3 was new phone and it is delivered on 19th of may 2021 by flipkart and its exchanged date was 26.On 28th of may after the exchange date the phone was suddenly off and after that i have tried a lot the phone was open but it doesn't support charging. I am complaining continuously the customer centre but they didn't respond and anything. They have said only go to the service centre but at this time no service centre is opened.

                    I purchase a mi soundbar on 5th may 2021 through mi. Com. In my soundbar package is opened there is no adapter in this box. I am complained customer care about this issue. No one is responsible for that issue. Simply said your soundbar delivered perfectly and then you contact my service centres. Still this issue is pending. Ian. Iam not able to use this soundbar till now. Pls I need your support my issue.

                          When Wi-Fi is turned on it doesn't shows name of available Wi-Fi networks. It's shows on other mobile devices but not on mi TV. We have reset the TV still it doesn't shows name of Wi-Fi available. Ethernet also doesn't work sometimes.

                            So far till now i had no complaints from the TV, but few daysback my tv has suddenly stopped functioning, i am trying to connect Flipkart consumer care nobody responding and also tried to calling Xiaomi customer care toll free no[protected] not able to connect executive also tried to write mail to Xiaomi but their complaint page is not accepting it, i am just asking for is to get my TV repaired or at least call me to take this forward

                              Sir, I have purchased a Redmi Poco C3 (Mattle Black, 3 GB RAM/32 Storage)/ B08KTMFV8R(SK348) through amazon.in and the item was delivered to me on 08/04/2021. Yesterday (17/05/2021) while I was speaking to my friend, the phone automatically switched off and from then there was no display. Sir, kindly take back the product and replace it with new one.

                                  After updating my android phone to 12.0.5 stable version, battery drain is getting fast and charging time also it is taking more.
