Hi,
Good Day! ordered 2 mi phones( Order ID #[protected]). Delivered on 9th April. Started using Redmi Note 10 Aqua Green 6GB+128GB. Day by day touch panel is not working. i called customer care representative, they are asking me to book the appointment and visit the service center. None of them are able to help.

Its the faulty product and touch panel test as failed. Even after failing how can MI as a brand deliver the faulty product.

Appreciate to resolve the issue.

    This is for everyones knowledge. please do not buy mi camera unless you are willing to upload video clips of your most intimate moments to some third party.

    the Xiaomi mi Home Security camera 360 is a trojan horse that uploads data online without giving the customer an option. it hides this information before the sale, and as it to be expected, mi will not refund the money if the customer doesnt want to share the data after the purchase.

    the Xiaomi mi Home Security camera 360 is sold by hiding the fact that it WILL NOT WORK without an active internet connection.

    the Xiaomi mi Home Security camera 360 is sold by hiding the fact that it WILL TRANSMIT DATA to sites like amazonaws, alibaba, Zhejiang Taobao Network etc.

    the Xiaomi mi Home Security camera 360 is sold by hiding the fact that it WILL NOT WORK unless the customer creates a mi.com account for which you need to share your email id or facebook data.

    the only way the customer finds about all this is after spending the money and buying the product.

    this is also a matter of national security as it is possible that mi camera installed in homes near critical installations will be uploading video clips of sensitive areas to servers online for whoever is interested to watch.

      I have purchased TV from Flipkart & added extended warranty for further 2 years.But now we have issues with TV when TV display not worked very well.we bring issue to Jeeves and send a lot of emails & phone calls.And they even give slote for service engineer visit.But till now no response it seems they are cheating by us just replying emails.I there any was to recover warranty service.We strongly suggest no one use this service for any of your purchase.

        Hello sir/madam
        This is vishal i am using mi tv 43inch from last 2 years.now i am shifting my house so i wanna refix my tv wall mount stand to my new house. 2days before i called our customer complaint care and asked about fare details they said 299 only after that i fixed the appointment for refixing stand. Today morning call came from 3rdparty for confirmation of appointment that time i asked abt fare they said 500rps. After that i called again to our customer care why they asking too much fare instead of 299 they said put them in conference i tired 2 times that 3rd party didn't respond itself.then our customer executive said while they come for service call me and give i did same as they told but now our customer executive telling they may be asking 500 for refixing the wall mounting stand that time i got disappointed that why they telling like this!!! After that 3rd party knows all this she asked 588 .what the hell am i mad to you 😡 please give you service well and honest that's it.this time i got pissed with mi service

              On 4th April, 2021
              I bought redmi note 10, there is a lot of problems like not connecting screen share, audio disability, YouTube error, not connecting with Bluetooth speaker. In 10 days they give a lot of problems and we updated software from mi store, they give a bad service..
              Please find a best solution or change a piece..

                I have redeemed 50 ruppes through 2500 mi coins in getapps sale at 10 am from 2nd april 2021 to 6th april 2021 for five times that means total 250 rupees is not deposited in bank account. I raise complaint three times but the customer care employees told to wait for 3 and 7 days but after that time also the money is not deposited in bank

                  Respected Sir/Ma'am,
                  My MI Id is: [protected].
                  After 8th April of MI 1 rupee flash sale, I asked and confirmed that whether I am in the list of winners or not (as it was showing 539XXXX550 on the winners list) then that time after taking all my details to check the status, your agent said that yes you are in winners list of that day(i.e. 8th of April), a few days later when I asked again about the reward then your agents told me to not worry rewards will given soon and now today I asked that when I will get reward then your agents are saying that you didn't won anything. What that actually means?
                  Now all I want is the prize for which I was told that you have won (i.e. MI 10i), as you guys were playing with my emotions/feelings and kept me assuring that I will get the prize.
                  At that time, after taking my details and id, if they said that "yes, you have won, you are on the winner's list" then I should have that prize, if not then what was that? Was that REAL OR MAY BE whole 1 rupee flash SALE WAS FRAUD!!!
                  Secondly I have already told everyone that I have won MI 10 i, it will be so shameful if I didn't get anything.

                    Am using Redmi k20 pro from past 8 months no issues till april 3rd 2021.
                    On april 3rd when am using the phone suddenly display went off. I visited Gupthas square ongole-B2X mi authorized service center, They checked my phone and said it is physical damage, but my phone never fallen on floor. No cracks on it.
                    I tried to call customer service number But no response.
                    My phone has scratches only on display, How come we use mobile with out small scratches on display. These scractches happend when kept phone in my pocket may be due to bike keys .

                    This is really disappointing after sales suport from mi, Hot line number does not work, authorized service centers does not suport even device in warranty. Am adding photos of the phone.

                          Sometime my screen got hang up and I am unable to swip up, down, left, or right.
                          I also face problem while typing on keyboard also as I have to press multiple times to type a number on screen.

                              Unable to redeem mi coins in get apps due to out of stock

                              I cannot redeem the product according my coins.I always try at 10:00a.m. and 3:00p.m. also fill captcha code within 5 second and press ok then it shows out of stock.I comes daily to redeem product in getapps but result is same.Please solve this out of stock problem, increase your quantity of product & make it 24×7.Also add new product like earphone powerbank.

                                Respected sir,
                                First of all, i am requesting you to please read the complete email,
                                From the very starting, i have always been a big fan of mi (Xiaomi). Till now, i have purchased 2 mi mobiles and 1 mi band. But now 1st time, when i needed to install software on my MI Note 7 mobile, this is bug which is encountered earlier by many of mi customers but when i argues with service center it is not from our fault.He is arguing and fighting with me. i realized that there is lot of fraud and dishonesty in mi service centers. I realized that after purchasing the mi products there is no service we should except from these because everything is fraud from MI. Mi 's after - sale service is worst. And now i am thinking that i had made a big mistake by buying the mi products and i should not have asked the others to buy the same.
                                I hope that you will solve my problem after reading this mail. And restore the good image of xiaomi (Mi) in my mind.
                                Problem :- on 20th march 2021, suddenly my phone (Mi note 7 4 gb ram, 64 gb) started rebooting. This happened 2 times. And after that phone was not turning on. When i pressed power button for about 4 minutes, it turned on but was showing the black / blank screen., therefore i quickly rushed to the mi service center (Xiaomi Mi Service Centre contact detail

                                The owner of that service center confirmed that there is no problem from my side without looking or checking the phone t took 10-15 minutes just to satisfy him that mi has encountered a bug which is not fixed yet. There are many terms and conditions in mi, better go to the local shop" after that i asked him to just check the phone and don't say nonsense words. But then he became angry and shouted on me and said that he will not give any warranty claim to me. He asked me to go to any local mobile repairing shop and get my phone repaired.
                                I was helpless so i literally begged infront of him to check my phone. I said sorry and request him to please just check my phone (After that he started checking my phone and asked me to wait. After 5 hours of wait, he handed me the phone and said that my phone is checked and it can not be repaired.There was just a silly graphics display problem in my phone, but he didn't gave me the receipt, on requesting a lot he provided me the service number.
                                After that i searched in ' youtube ' also, according to that my phone can be repaired in just 5 rupees (Just to sort a register) And now the service by the service center sucks.
                                I don't know about all the service center of mi but the service center i went to was totally fraud and cheater. The owner of that service center thinks that he is the owner of mi (Xiaomi) and all the mi users are his servent. He never gives respect to customers. He treats all customers as his servent and he wish that customers should beg infront of him for the services. He works for only money. He repairs only those mobiles which are ' out of warranty ', and demands huge charges from the customers. If the customer have warranty claim than he treats them so badly that they will never wish to come again. He even made their phone in such a condition that they can not claim warranty. He is spoiling the name of ' mi '. He is not only cheating the mi customers but the mi company also. The boy who repairs the mobile their is also very unprofessional he just made my phone condition worse than earlier. Mi (Xiaomi) should do a secret check on that service center. Mi should check their service records. Definitely there would be something wrong.

                                I am already very much dissapointed and unsatisfied with your (Xiaomi mi india) services
                                Please reply and guide me for the next step. I am attaching the photos of the phone and bill.
