My MI 11 ultra has the later version of MIUI available. The messages app in particular drains the battery out extremely fast. The battery went from 100% to 50% in 3 hours in the night while I wasn't using the phone. The battery performance shows 98% usage by messages app

    Respected Sir, I want to redeem a mi charger from get apps but I can't because it always show me out of stock. I wait at 10 am at morning and 3pm afternoon, but then also it does let me redeem. It shows out of stock. I have 14690 coins now that is enough to redeem the charger. Please look into it because it is very urgent for me to get the charger, please understand. I am trying from 3 months but it still shows me out of stock. You can deduct my coins in exchange of that give me mi charger please.

        Bad service कुछ दिन पहले मैंने महसूस किया मेरे MIphone की चार्जिंग लेट हो रही है कस्टमर केयर पर दिखाया उन्होंने कहा कि चार्जिंग पॉइंट बदलना है जब मैंने उनके पास अपना फोन छोड़ा तो नेक्स्ट डे फोन आया क्या आप का मदरबोर्ड खराब है मैं स्तंभ रह गया और वापस ले आया फिर उसके कुछ दिन बाद मैंने हिम्मत करके मदरबोर्ड बदलवाने की सोची मैंने सोचा कि महंगा पार्ट है कस्टमर केयर से ही बदलवाया जाए customer customer केयर वालों ने ₹6000 का खर्चा बता कर फोन छोड़ जाने को कहा उसके ठीक 4 दिन बाद कस्टमर केयर से फोन आया कि आपका मदरबोर्ड डाल दिया है परंतु आपका कैमरा खराब है जो 22 सो रुपए का है जबकि जब मैंने फोन दिया था तो इस तरह की कोई खराबी नहीं बताई गई और ना ही जब तक मैं इस्तेमाल कर रहा था कोई कैमरा खराब नहीं था आज मजबूरी में मुझे खराब कैमरे के साथ फोन को कस्टमर केयर से उठाना पड़ रहा है

              Dear MI,

              I brought MI 11 ultra on fan sale and I am a big fan of MI.

              Issue: whenever I am talking to someone over the call, the call gets disconnected, and the signal drops, and the signal coming back and this is happening within seconds.

              Regarding this issue, I called the customer case multiple times and asked for a replacement even I have a replacement right within 10 days. but they told me to reach the service center, then I went to the service center, in service center they told me that "we do not have mi11 ultra service", "denied to check my phone"

              "very bad experience here"

              Then I called customer care again, they took a new request, but that is not helpful, they need 10+ days of time to check the issue and raise the replacement of my phone.

              It's very hard to use my phone in this condition.

              Please help me with this.

              I am losing trust and hope in MI

                I have purchased a Mi Smart TV from Amazon and received it on 21.07.2021. I have raised an installation request on MI on 21st July itself. But I haven't received any proper response from them. Everyone from the support team who have called me have assured of installation within 24 hours every day but nothing has been done. And people from service center who are supposed to do the installation are directly rejecting services and giving different false excuses all the time. Mi claims itself to be the No. 1 smartphone brand but I am bound to say it is the worst in providing customer satisfaction.

                  MI Band 5 ...

                  Poor service...

                  I am highly disappointed with the customer service MI have provided to me. I have order a MI band 5 and received it on 24-July which was a faulty product.                     After update my pocox2 camera fully dead.
                    I have been to service centre and they told me to change the mother board..and for this they will charge 8000 to 10000 rs
                    Its not our fault..so why we pay for this.. they provide update.. and after update.. camera dead or not working
                    I request you to please fix this problem as soon as possible... with free of cost

                      I had ordered a redmi note 10 pro max 128/8 variant on 22nd july. Along with that i was given a free soap dispenser as well.(which i never asked for)

                      mode of payment was cc and the money was deducted immediately on my card.

                      Today when i am checking the details, the order id for the phone shows as under process however the soap dispenser has been dispatched.

                      I have made the payment for a redmi phone not a soap dispenser.

                      When i called the support helpline number i was informed that there is some issue with the deliveries for the phone that i ordered and that the phone will be dispatched on 30th july 2021 which is 8 days after the payment date.

                      It is mi.Com's commitment to fulfill my order on 26th which they have sent via a text message. Today after 2 days of collecting payment they are denying the same delivery commitment and are asking me to wait for 8 days. Where is this justified when they have collected the payment immediately and i have been charged for the emi already by my bank?

                      i spoke to 2 support members(anurag, an agent and birendra, a team leader/supervisor) of their team today who bluntly deny assisting further with the issue and want me to wait for another 8 days.Even if i want to cancel the order and want a refund i have to wait till the delivery has arrived at my doorstep, deny it and then claim refund for it. They have been smart and dispatched the soap dispenser which i received so that i cannot even cancel my order now. I am left with no option but to wait for !) days and get the order which i can then return and claim a refund. That will take another 10 working days so basically mi/ xiomi uses my money for 20-22 days and i chase them for a fraud that they have committed.

                      This is a clear case of fraud and cheating when a company like mi takes money from you and then tells you to wait till the time they have a specific product in stock. Your company is using my money for 8 days and not fulfilling it's commitment.

                      Ideally if this product was not in stock, they should not have collected the money neither should have committed a delivery date (26th) for the same. They should have posted this product as out of stock on their website in the first place so customers don't get cheated.

                      I have been writing to them for the past 2 days but their customer support, grievance cell all are ignorant about the issue and have a standard reply asking to wait. Even tried sending a mail to mr.Manu jain on his email id ([protected]@xiomi.Com) stating the issue but there is no response.

                      1) why should i wait and get the product at their convenience despite of making a payment immediately after placing an order ?
                      2) will mi compensate for the delay and pay me a penalty for the delay ?

                        Hi,
                        I had purchased a tv and payment was successful. After one day when I checked for status of delivery I could see amount is refunded. And order is cancelled. Loosing trust in the brand. This is my 3rd mi tv. Did go with mi even when there was display complaint just after warrenty. Please ensure the tv is delivered

                          I had ordered a mi tv horizon edition 40 inch and it was delivered at 11 July and installed on the same by the mi engineer. The worked properly for two days and from 3rd day there were lining on screen and no display. I informed it to mi service and register a complaint on 13 July after the engineer verified the problem of screen panel and it your tv will be replaced i and told the head of mi service bokaro Baban Prasad to replace my tv as it was on replacement period .
                          And he assured me that your tv will be replaced in 1 week .
                          And tomorrow he called and said your spare parts has arrived i told him what i told you again again to replace my tv becz it in replacement period and you gave your words and assured me that he will definitely replaced not you are saying this . Today again i called him and him and said i have returned the parts that has arrived and requested for replacement . I don't how bad is their service for how i have to wait now already waiting for 10 days now

                                    If you have shortage in supply chain than think before you release a product in market redmi is making himself a false brand now a days having a fake price

                                    I was eagerly waiting for redmi note 10 pro to purchase but this price hike is just breaking my bond with mi.

                                    I want the original honest price of the phone when launched.

                                      I have Poco X2 device and suddenly camera stopped working. this is fault of poco company. i submitted my device to service center on 12 july but after 10 days still not got any update from service center. I called CC and saying to wait for another 10 days. worst experience with poco.
