Respected sir,
First of all, i am requesting you to please read the complete email,
From the very starting, i have always been a big fan of mi (Xiaomi). Till now, i have purchased 2 mi mobiles and 1 mi band. But now 1st time, when i needed to install software on my MI Note 7 mobile, this is bug which is encountered earlier by many of mi customers but when i argues with service center it is not from our fault.He is arguing and fighting with me. i realized that there is lot of fraud and dishonesty in mi service centers. I realized that after purchasing the mi products there is no service we should except from these because everything is fraud from MI. Mi 's after - sale service is worst. And now i am thinking that i had made a big mistake by buying the mi products and i should not have asked the others to buy the same.
I hope that you will solve my problem after reading this mail. And restore the good image of xiaomi (Mi) in my mind.
Problem :- on 20th march 2021, suddenly my phone (Mi note 7 4 gb ram, 64 gb) started rebooting. This happened 2 times. And after that phone was not turning on. When i pressed power button for about 4 minutes, it turned on but was showing the black / blank screen., therefore i quickly rushed to the mi service center (Xiaomi Mi Service Centre contact detail

The owner of that service center confirmed that there is no problem from my side without looking or checking the phone t took 10-15 minutes just to satisfy him that mi has encountered a bug which is not fixed yet. There are many terms and conditions in mi, better go to the local shop" after that i asked him to just check the phone and don't say nonsense words. But then he became angry and shouted on me and said that he will not give any warranty claim to me. He asked me to go to any local mobile repairing shop and get my phone repaired.
I was helpless so i literally begged infront of him to check my phone. I said sorry and request him to please just check my phone (After that he started checking my phone and asked me to wait. After 5 hours of wait, he handed me the phone and said that my phone is checked and it can not be repaired.There was just a silly graphics display problem in my phone, but he didn't gave me the receipt, on requesting a lot he provided me the service number.
After that i searched in ' youtube ' also, according to that my phone can be repaired in just 5 rupees (Just to sort a register) And now the service by the service center sucks.
I don't know about all the service center of mi but the service center i went to was totally fraud and cheater. The owner of that service center thinks that he is the owner of mi (Xiaomi) and all the mi users are his servent. He never gives respect to customers. He treats all customers as his servent and he wish that customers should beg infront of him for the services. He works for only money. He repairs only those mobiles which are ' out of warranty ', and demands huge charges from the customers. If the customer have warranty claim than he treats them so badly that they will never wish to come again. He even made their phone in such a condition that they can not claim warranty. He is spoiling the name of ' mi '. He is not only cheating the mi customers but the mi company also. The boy who repairs the mobile their is also very unprofessional he just made my phone condition worse than earlier. Mi (Xiaomi) should do a secret check on that service center. Mi should check their service records. Definitely there would be something wrong.

I am already very much dissapointed and unsatisfied with your (Xiaomi mi india) services
Please reply and guide me for the next step. I am attaching the photos of the phone and bill.

I am a customer of Redmi's 20. Your "Ravinder Kumar" employee of your company's Customer Service Center Dhanbad(redmi service centre, city centre) who provides bad service. He do not provide good service. So, please get it done properly.

I buy redmi note 10 on 16 march after that i suffered lot. I go to mi service center but they refuse to change my phone or refund. This is the worst phone ever I purchased this phone have hang problem many website not open camera issue and many other I completely dissatisfied with this

*FULL DESCRIPTION - Few months ago i bought a smartphone Redmi note 9 pro. A few days later, smartphone was not working well. his camera was busted with dust .it was not working proper. i sent him to the service center to recover. the item was recovered but service center was not fixed proper. after that the same problem started coming again. Similarly, the problem is many times and i sent four to five times to mi service center but still did not recover. I am frustrated. this phone spoils my mind a lot.

*DESIRABLE RESOLUTION OF YOUR COMPLAINT - I don't want a phone either. i have my money back / or else! please please please... exchange my phone.

IF THIS PROBLEM WILL NOT BE A SOLUTION THEN I REPORT F.I.R AGAINST THE SERVICE CENTER AND THEN THE SERVICE CENTER WILL CLOSE FOREVER. SO PLEASE AND PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM.

I ordered Mi Portable Electric Air Compressor on[protected] on crowdfunding. Product shipped on[protected]. The product is used for 10-15 times only. Now the product is fail to pump air outside. I went to Mi Service Center Davangere for repair. They told that product covers only warranty and we are not repairing the Mi Portable Electric Air Compressor and spares also not available for this product. If so, why Mi introducing such products to market when service not available for this type of products.

I am really frustrating with Xiaomi's Get Apps because it never updates it's Prizes Listed whether it's 10 AM or 3 PM. By the way Xiaomi always say that Prizes listening updates daily at 10AM and 3PM. But it's still not, it's really frustrating me each and every morning as well as Afternoon.

As I have taken MI note pro on 17.03.2021 at Indira Nagar branch, Bangalore. The person by name salman told me that we are sending the bill by mail. Almost one week over till now I have not receive the GST bill/Normal bill even after regular follow up with the person.
Please take necessary action and do the needful.

I have recently purchased Redmi 8A dual phone from Amazon India. Within 15 days of purchase, my phone started giving me a problem. The touch is giving a problem and it never stops. Automatically it starts blinking. I have been to my nearest service centre but after giving it 3 times, there is still the same problem. They are saying nothing can't be done. I would request Xiaomi India to please refund me and take the phone with them.

Had ordered Redmi 9 from the Mi store app on 9th March and the product delivered to me on 10th March was a stone. There was no box of the phone in it. Even the invoice doesn't has IEMI number

I have purchased 40 inch mi tv from offline mi store m/s. Mobile mart (Parimal), bhavnagar, gujarat on 27/10/2019 vide invoice no. Gst-p-01608 and arrange the payment through HDFC debit card.
As per the scheme Rs. 1800/- requires to refund though payment made through HDFC. More than one and half year passed, but refund of Rs. 1800/- yet to received.
you are requested to please check your data and arrange the payment at the earliest.

3. I'm unable to set the custom wallpaper and I'm getting the error as file format is not supported eventhough it is a .jpg format.

This is vikram ganesh verma, m using redmi note 9 pro max, on my phone there is a blue patch on the display, i already raised a complaint regarding this to the service center which is located in ghatkopar east they are not giving any response what should I do ?
