I purchased your handset on 24th November 2020. However on 2nd March 2021 it became so hot and non-working. I approached your authorised service centre. However failed to rectify the issue. Now it became non working and useless. Hence retake the same and provide me a new one as per your warranty policy.

      Hi, I went to redmi customer care where they did primary inspection and asked me to bring xerox of the bill. After I returned they handed me only the sim card. After multiple attempts of mine they did not returned my memory card which was only 4gb card but with some old pics which is why it was important for me. I got the display repaired but lost my card. Lost faith in the customer care employees.

        Phone is not working properly, new phone delivered on 5th Feb 2021 and unable to use it.
        I had visited 2 times to service center and they are unable to correct the problem as it is new phone & Google drived & don't have authority
        1) always got hang in every application.
        2)while using message app. Unable to select recipient or it will take 15-20 seconds for each selection seperately
        Mean to select 2 recipient it took 30 seconds
        3) auto call recording option is not available.
        So, please replace my hand set with new phone.

        the worst phone ever hanging and screen not sliding we showed the phone to service center they are telling to install old version update its totally waste of money we want replacement but they are not giving.

          Dear Sir / Mam
          I purchased my new mobile on 03 March 2021. Mi note 9 Pro max. I charged in my office but it was frquent disconnect of charge happened. Then I waited for next to happen below 30â„… Then I charged 04 March 2021 by midnight. I could see after sometime the carge got frequently disconnected and took video evidence of the same. 05 March I reached nearest Mi care centre in 100 feet road velacherry and raised this issue around 11 Am with evidence I recorded. But the service center reception Mr. Prashant told that he needs to check can't take my evidence as it was connected I'm junction box. I told him I want to show the reality. And then he gave to engineer Mr. Raja and there was job card created. For almost 2 Hours went I was there still and they never told about any update. Whenever I ask Mr prashant he replied it's on check. But by 13:30 I started to ask about my mobile status. After that Mr. Raja came out and told that there is no issue and he has updates the Software also. But never they request for the software updation. And Mr. Raja told that if problem comes again you bring I will initiate the replacement. The same problem happen to my wife mobile MI A2. But they told 7 days completed so we could only change the mother board and give back.Â
          I started to ask about the service report with all information they did for more than 2:30 hrs but then only service job sheet made by 13:44 saying cannot charge. But iw rote in their paper about some input what I raised . Such as reconnect charge and loose bottom mobile board connector.Â

          I connect Tollfree customer care and reported about the issue. And also they spoke with Mr. Prashant. Then I started to ask about my report but Mr. Raja and Mr. Prashant refused to give report and they asked my mobile again. I asked you had my mobile for 2:30 hrs now why u ask again. Please provide the report whatever you checked and did for that mobile, I requested. But they strongly disagree If at all I gave my mobile only they will give my report they demanded but insecure I came back and raised the same on Tollfree Mi care. Today morning 06 March 2021 by 7 Am I checked the problem came as connect nd disconnect of charge. I took evidence of the same.Â

          I need my money back because of the rude behaviour and poor customer support.Â

          I own Mi product of mobile already1. Note pro 5, Â 2. Mi A2, Â 3. Mi 8 - 2 nos4.Mi 9Â

          And Mi TV - 49 inches.Â
          Being an reputed customer and reputed brand I was with Mi but now I am totally disagree. My wife already told me she never want MI after A2 issue.Â

          Yesterday not even 1 glass water I had. Water can was there but not refilled. I am a patient not clearly defined about the timing also. Almost 3 Hrs I spent without any proper care. Yesterday night also no proper sleep.

            My note 9 pro is under wareenty and it has many problems like henging, automatic close all apps, and getting home screen and screen off during using
            I visited mi care service centre many time but they cant solved my problem
            At this time my phone phone is in mi care service centre
            And the mi care agent dont give me the original job card that i gave them the mobile phone to solve my problem
            What can i do
            Because no one gave me a satisfied answer
            "Kya mera mobile kabhi repair nahi ho payega"

              I ordered a mobile on 27 Feb from online MI store. Due to my mistake, I mentioned wrong mobile no in my delivery address.
              Then, I contact customer care they suggest me to cancel the order and reorder the same with correct details.
              I cancelled the order as suggested by your rep on the same day i.e. 27 Feb 21.
              But till now I did not get the refund till date.
              I contact your customer care regarding the refund they are just simply saying that payment is initiated at their side and contact the bank.
              Then I contact the bank regarding the same bank rep is simply saying that contact the merchant where you pay the amount.

              Sir, please don't treat me as a passing ball.
              It is my humble request kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                  I bought the mi tv in 2018 and the display is not working in just 2 years of its use.
                  I called Mi customer care they are telling me to pay 36, 000 for the repair in just 2 years of purchase. The new tv cost rs 54, 999 who will pay 36, 000 in just 2 years.

                      I have bought your product poco m2 pro from day 15 it is getting problems and i have submitted to service center many times they have changed motherboard and sub-board as well but no use i am getting issues again and again yesterday again i have submitted to service center and asked for replacement and they raised a complaint and informed that they will contact me but without my concern they have closed the case and pressuring me to take my handset.

                        Software problem bol rhe the service center wale 21 January ko software kiya tha mob or uske bad se display problem bta rha jo bhi application ham open karte h wo display ke back me show krta h date 1 March 2021 aj bhi Sawantwadi ke service center me gye the wo log bole software issue ho skta h to unhone software kiye but probably not solve abhi bhi wahi problem show ho rhi .                           I have purchased mobile on 6th feb 2021 and within 20 days I have visited service centre 4 times and no resolution is being provided by them. Its only 20-22 days purchased mobile and it is defective. Please help to refund my money else replace my mobile with new one.

                                  I have collected more than 47000 coins in my Getapps or (mi account) but till now can't able to buy Mi band 4 through my getapps coins after a long patience and time I collect these coins but now I can't able to buy Mi band 4 through my Getapps coins due to this issue irritated.

                                  I 'm trying for a long time to buy product
                                  from Getapps with coins but always unsuccessful to buy product always showing out-of-stock I visit every consecutive days to collect coins and to buy product for buying product I'll come before 10am and 3pm every day but again unsuccessful due to again and again unsuccessful from a long time a to buy product.                                       Purchased mi note 9 pro max through snapmint on[protected]. The speakers not working since day 2, made a complaint through snapmint for return or replacement of new device but no1 is helping out. Please cancel snapmint agreement and take the device back and cancel the emi for me.

                                        It's 6gb ram and 64gb storage device.
