I have placed order on 5th February and received the order on 8th February, the box inside the wrapper is sealed pack but the product is missing inside the box, I am a very old user of mi store and ordering products from many years, but this is happening for the first time that the product is missing inside the box, Luckily I have made the unboxing video and also send to the Xiaomi team but nothing happened. This is what Xiaomi gave in return to their loyal customers. They are even not giving any perfect explaination about the unboxing video I have sent, Worst Customer Service.
