I have bought Redmi nine pro max on Sept, and file a complaint within 7days of purchase for the defect I encountered, the problem with the newly bought cell phone is it took 7hours to fully charged. At the time the service centre was in the process of shifting it's centre to a different location, I have waited n the phone took more time to charge than battery drain. On the day they open the service center at a new location I took the phone, they check and returned it even though the phone was not fixed. The second I took it they took almost a month and when I got it back, I got it back with the same problem. The third time I tooked it, n almost 3weeks and when I went and asked about it only then they said oh battery is not working and, have to get change it. Mark it that only after we reached and asked bout it that they start to open n find the problem. And the funny part is everytime they gave and excuses and the manager won't even talked by himself and face the music. I clearly buy a new phone for me to used, but what happened most of the time when it was with me, while i am waiting for the service center to be open up again it went to charging and to the service center which clearly didn't do anything the first two time I send it, the second they never called for updates nor the state clearly bout the problem. And just today 11/12/2020 they called and said that the phone hasn't reached due to some delay when clearly yesterday 10/12/2020 I called and he said let me make sure if there was a problem, I mean I'm amazed how they checked a phone who hasn't reached yet. I clearly make a mistake on purchasing this phone. I am regretting my decision on buying this phone. If I can get my money would have take the money and give the phone back. Worst experience!
