Ce Wrong information
Grievance Details In get apps of xiaomi phones, i cannot able to get coins, when I'm checking the error message 'someone went wrong with your account, please change your password'. I had changed my password lots of time but not solved. They told that, my account was disabled & to keep it idle for somedays to solve. But it's been 10 days i had kept idle but not enabled my account. In FAQs they mentioned as "change your account password to eliminate the threat, " they had given wrong info in the faq section. They are misleading. Even i had linked only 1 account in my phone. They are not enabling my account. They are just telling some wrong suggestions instead of correct solution.

I attached the proof.

        Redmi note 5 pro with imei number [protected] is used by my mother. The phone was in charging and it caught fire, the battery blasted and room was filled with noxious fumes. Redmi has put at risk my family and small kids.

          Last night software update notification has beeen arrived i downloaded it and mobile started installation and started restarting during that time it power offed i connected to charger and mobile not responding ( It have already 80% battery ) What was the problem sir ?             Have purchased redmi note 8 pro recently.
            I had A issue with it that during call the call gets muted automatically after few minutes, initially I thought that it might be a network issue but the problem started occuring frequently I also changed my sim to other phone and cheked but there was no such issue with the sim card.
            I visited your service centre on 25/11/2020 at prakhar enterprises, shop no 4 raja ram kumar plaza hazratganj lucknow uttar Pradesh, got submitted my phone and received back say after 2 hours, I was shocked when I called to check whether issue was resolved Or not there was a new problem that of voice echo which was not there when I Submitted my phone. I asked the service centre that what have done so they said there might be a network issue around here do check it afterwards, I went home a checked still the voice echo problem was there and also the initial problem for which I had given my phone was not resolved. So I visited again on 18/12/2020 at same service centre mentioned above, after few hours they called on my alternate number and said pick up your phone I went and inserted the sim card but still voice echo problem was there, again they took my phone and said will call you after few hours they again called me but still the problem was not solved.
            It's been really sad on xiaomi's part that a customer needs to visit service centre so many times and still problem not solved and also the problem which was not there at all occurred after submitting the phone to service centre.
            This is a great deficiency of service on yours part, kindly have a look into it and do the needful.
            After complaining to xiaomi they said to submit phone one final time so i did this was 3rd time but once again my issue was not resolved.

              My phone screen use to go blank and i have to reboot it for making it normal again. My web browser(except chrome)not use to do function correctly.

                Though new update is nice but one thing that bother is when we view photos in galary, the photos automatically scroll up or down as the scroller is given a little big and not given on the edge of screen so it frequently get touched by thumb and photos scroll up and down. Hope you resolve this issue in your next update or in this update maybe.

                    My mobile poco 2 i hv brought in month nearly 1 month going on. But its screen had not working so i went to m2m cellular hut, garali near canara bank, jorhat. But staff had danmaged by itself n told dere is not warranty. So its request service shop should closed.

                              I was trying to order redmi 9 prime on 9th October 2020 from lightning sale on mi.com but due to payment time-out my order didn't get placed but money got deducted 9999Rs. I reached out to mi costumer support, 1st they told me they didn't received the money but then I contacted my bank and check there, they said that money has been received by them, so, I mailed mi the proof of payment, then they changed their statement that, we are trying to refund your money but it's not going through you should contact your bank, then again I contacted my bank and they said your account is functioning normally their is no problem with transactions. So now it's been almost 2 months, I am trying to explain mi India about this but the keep repeating contact your bank and they are not refunding my money

                                I am not able to hear other persons voice while calling but only hear if I put in loudspeaker or use ear phone. I have approached mi service center near by twice but problem not solved, if I reboot my phone it works fine some days but again same problem..

                                      I have placed a order on 7, Dec, 2020 at 6:10 PM the expected delivery of the order is 12th Dec, 2020, but still I didn't get my package, today I am getting a message that it got delayed by three more days.

                                      I really don't know what kind of ethics is this?

                                      My package got recieved my nearest hub at 11th Dec, 2020 and still it is not been delivered.

                                      I have bought Redmi nine pro max on Sept, and file a complaint within 7days of purchase for the defect I encountered, the problem with the newly bought cell phone is it took 7hours to fully charged. At the time the service centre was in the process of shifting it's centre to a different location, I have waited n the phone took more time to charge than battery drain. On the day they open the service center at a new location I took the phone, they check and returned it even though the phone was not fixed. The second I took it they took almost a month and when I got it back, I got it back with the same problem. The third time I tooked it, n almost 3weeks and when I went and asked about it only then they said oh battery is not working and, have to get change it. Mark it that only after we reached and asked bout it that they start to open n find the problem. And the funny part is everytime they gave and excuses and the manager won't even talked by himself and face the music. I clearly buy a new phone for me to used, but what happened most of the time when it was with me, while i am waiting for the service center to be open up again it went to charging and to the service center which clearly didn't do anything the first two time I send it, the second they never called for updates nor the state clearly bout the problem. And just today 11/12/2020 they called and said that the phone hasn't reached due to some delay when clearly yesterday 10/12/2020 I called and he said let me make sure if there was a problem, I mean I'm amazed how they checked a phone who hasn't reached yet. I clearly make a mistake on purchasing this phone. I am regretting my decision on buying this phone. If I can get my money would have take the money and give the phone back. Worst experience!
