Sir,
I had bought an mi notebook 14 from flipkart on 26 january . But on 31st of january. I observed an annoying sound from backwards in this MI laptop. I am not having any problem with the working but the sound is very annoying sound(sparkling sound) in the laptop. next 3 months are ver impotant in my life(12th boards) and dont want any loss of time so please do needfull

      I have ordered a smartphone through MI store. It is in transit since three days. What is the problem in here? Customer executive are not giving proper solution. My order is required urgently but for such pathetic service of Ecom express I can't get it.

        Hello..
        I am abdulla from payroll Kozhikode DT Kerala,
        I bought one MI 4X TV (163.9 cm) ULTRA HD 4K Led Television from flipkart on 14th June-2020.
        I paid Rs 54999/- (INR) for the product.

        the tv got delivered within 5 days, The service engineer who came for the installation of the TV in my Home requested me To take a 'extended warranty policy' for an additional 2 years

        Thinking that the TV is 55k worthy taking an extended warranty is good '
        so I also took extended warranty by paying RS 4000/- to the service guy who came for the tv installation.

        The TV worked without any issue for 5 months then after I noticed some white patches started appearing on the TV day bye day it became large and can visible on tv screen while watching channels.

        I was not worried at all because
        The fault occurred within the base warranty period itself "Xiaomi will take care of it"

        I contacted your customer care for support on[protected] firstly they told me that I need to register a complaint on Xiaomi website for all kinds of service related issues.

        I tried to register the complaint by entering all Nessesery information like invoice Number etc, but the site is giving some kind of error like that I have entered the wrong bill/invoice number.

        Again contacted customer care, explained that the website is not accepting my complaint.
        the executive person who spoke with me this time told that he himself will register the complaint for me'
        He registered my complaint and also gave a ticket Number ( M87759) as reference.
        He assured me that someone will call from Xiaomi service department within 48 working hours

        Nobody contacted me till the next week I again contacted customer care.
        the executive told me that the complaint has been escalated and you will surely get a response this time.

        Then the very next day someone called me introducing himself that he is calling from Xiaomi service and asked for the bill copy to be shared with him via whatapp
        I asked him why do you ask for the bill since you didn't come to check the Tv to understand what is the problem exactly..
        He replied that My TV model 4x is outdated Xiaomi is not Producing the TV and the company Will only provide service spare parts to the concerned service centre if the bill is produced
        I again insisted him to visit my place at least once to address my complaint and collect the bill copy directly by hand
        He told me that he can do something only the bill copy is received

        I sent the flip kart purchase bill to him via WhatsApp and waited

        Two weeks passed meanwhile my phone ( bad luck it is also a Xioami product) got fallen down and the touchpad stopped working, I tried master resting. The phone got repaired the next day but I lost the back up and data in my phone
        I also lost the Xiaomi service guy's phone number.
        I again contacted Xiaomi customer care for help and spoke with senior executives every time when I call them they are giving the same reply ' your complaint has been forwarded to the concerned team..

        I also contacted flikart regarding this they are telling that the return period is over contact Might service centre

        This is my experience.. I spent Rs 58000/- for the TV

          I wanted 10T pro. I was cheated as the sales incharge concentrated on republic offer by saying that that

          that 10T was the highest end model and republic offer 3000 less. I am upset. This phone is available for 34999 on Amazon also. Request you to take this phone back.

                  My phone is redmi go and I just bought it a year ago and facing some serious issues with it. In that year it gets trun off 4 times without any problem and won't open so i have to reset the phone i dont know what the hell was going on with my phone.                       3 months completed my cancel order refund not issued by MI

                      Placed order on 2nd Nov 2020 but order is not received finally order cancelled but refund not yet issued.. many time i have chatted and created 10+ tickets and closed with out solving issue.for this issue i have paid penalty of my cc bill.

                            #Mi India sale defective product on online selling platform like Flipkart, Amazon, Mi.com etc. And the important thing that they do not give any replacement of the product under replacement Policy. I have share my experience below : I had purchased Redmi Note 9 pro from Mi.com and the smartphone is defective as the dust is easily enter in the camera module.                                 I switch on it on 14th April 2020
                                Morning its not being on, & their is line is showing in the corner of
                                screen, but due to LOCKDOWN, I couldn't drop a complaint on MI portal
                                because all the services was barred due to lockdown, & when I was drop
                                a complaint mail in June, Their was an Engineer has come Inspect the
                                issue, made a video & send it to MI Services, but they called after 2
                                days of that service boy came, & told that we have to pay 22, 000/-
                                for screen for breakage issue. But the point is when last year MI
                                service engineer installed the screen on the wall & we haven't moved
                                it any where, only hanging on a wall under 1 year how it damaged ? Its
                                a quality issue & now they are harassingly pressurize for changing
                                screen while we are under warranty period, they must replace itself,
                                We are your regular customer & using many home appliances &
                                accessories of MI in our daily uses, but by this issue we are so
                                DISAPPOINT & Mentally harassed, You are Kindly requested to please
                                consider my complain heartily.

                                  Given Mi A3 mobile for display issue and charged about 6000Rs and immediately we observed Ring issue and again given but till date no response from that service center and all the people in that Mi service center are lazy, impotent and irresponsible, Pls take action against them otherwise have to go consumer forum against your brand and that service center which cause your brand image .                                       Hi,
                                      After updating Mi A3 Andhroid 11 my mobile phone got crashed.
                                      At MI service center, came to know that mother board is damaged and i need to pay Rs. 6800/- for the same.

                                      We have lost all the data also. :(

                                      For the buggy software launched by Xiaomi, why should we suffer / pay. It's the mistake of company and they should bear the cost. replace the phone with new ones or get service at free of cost (with or without warranty)

                                        I am using redmi 9. It has miui 12. I have noticed that I can't use split screen mode. I thought it will be fixed in an update but it doesn't. Also I can't find the option "Floating window". and when I use dark mode some apps are having inverted color eg: black appears to be white and white appears to be black. Does every redmi 9 users face this ? Or only me ?
