I switch on it on 14th April 2020
Morning its not being on, & their is line is showing in the corner of
screen, but due to LOCKDOWN, I couldn't drop a complaint on MI portal
because all the services was barred due to lockdown, & when I was drop
a complaint mail in June, Their was an Engineer has come Inspect the
issue, made a video & send it to MI Services, but they called after 2
days of that service boy came, & told that we have to pay 22, 000/-
for screen for breakage issue. But the point is when last year MI
service engineer installed the screen on the wall & we haven't moved
it any where, only hanging on a wall under 1 year how it damaged ? Its
a quality issue & now they are harassingly pressurize for changing
screen while we are under warranty period, they must replace itself,
We are your regular customer & using many home appliances &
accessories of MI in our daily uses, but by this issue we are so
DISAPPOINT & Mentally harassed, You are Kindly requested to please
consider my complain heartily.
