My phone is redmi go and I just bought it a year ago and facing some serious issues with it. In that year it gets trun off 4 times without any problem and won't open so i have to reset the phone i dont know what the hell was going on with my phone. I take it to the service center and they said we have to reset it what do i do now?

    And I cancelled this product on[protected]. Today[protected] but amount not credit in my bank acount.I called xiomi customer care and customer care say I transferred your amount to your bank.

      3 months completed my cancel order refund not issued by MI

      Placed order on 2nd Nov 2020 but order is not received finally order cancelled but refund not yet issued.. many time i have chatted and created 10+ tickets and closed with out solving issue.for this issue i have paid penalty of my cc bill.

            #Mi India sale defective product on online selling platform like Flipkart, Amazon, Mi.com etc. And the important thing that they do not give any replacement of the product under replacement Policy. I have share my experience below : I had purchased Redmi Note 9 pro from Mi.com and the smartphone is defective as the dust is easily enter in the camera module.                 Varanasi - 221001.
                I switch on it on 14th April 2020
                Morning its not being on, & their is line is showing in the corner of
                screen, but due to LOCKDOWN, I couldn't drop a complaint on MI portal
                because all the services was barred due to lockdown, & when I was drop
                a complaint mail in June, Their was an Engineer has come Inspect the
                issue, made a video & send it to MI Services, but they called after 2
                days of that service boy came, & told that we have to pay 22, 000/-
                for screen for breakage issue. But the point is when last year MI
                service engineer installed the screen on the wall & we haven't moved
                it any where, only hanging on a wall under 1 year how it damaged ? Its
                a quality issue & now they are harassingly pressurize for changing
                screen while we are under warranty period, they must replace itself,
                We are your regular customer & using many home appliances &
                accessories of MI in our daily uses, but by this issue we are so
                DISAPPOINT & Mentally harassed, You are Kindly requested to please
                consider my complain heartily.

                  Given Mi A3 mobile for display issue and charged about 6000Rs and immediately we observed Ring issue and again given but till date no response from that service center and all the people in that Mi service center are lazy, impotent and irresponsible, Pls take action against them otherwise have to go consumer forum against your brand and that service center which cause your brand image .                       Hi,
                      After updating Mi A3 Andhroid 11 my mobile phone got crashed.
                      At MI service center, came to know that mother board is damaged and i need to pay Rs. 6800/- for the same.

                      We have lost all the data also. :(

                      For the buggy software launched by Xiaomi, why should we suffer / pay. It's the mistake of company and they should bear the cost. replace the phone with new ones or get service at free of cost (with or without warranty)

                        I am using redmi 9. It has miui 12. I have noticed that I can't use split screen mode. I thought it will be fixed in an update but it doesn't. Also I can't find the option "Floating window". and when I use dark mode some apps are having inverted color eg: black appears to be white and white appears to be black. Does every redmi 9 users face this ? Or only me ?

                            I'm using The Phone And it Suddenly Get Switch Off And Not Getting On So I visit Nearest Service Center (Vasai-w) To Solve The Issue Service Center Told me That We Have To Diagnose The Device To Check The Issue And I said Ok Do that After Diagnosting They Say That You Make To Change The Battery So I said Ok Chnage The Battery So After Changing Battery Service Executives Give Me Phone For 1 minutes to Use And Check so I use Device Define And it was Perfectly Working Fine Then Executive had Take The Mobile From me And Gone To Repair room for Further work After 5 minutes He Came And Said That You Display is Not Work You Have to Change Display Also So I Tell Him Previously it was work fine How Display Get Damage He Tell We Don't Know Sir But You Have To Pay 5, 000 rs To Get Repair from Ous So I Tell I don't want to Repair kindly Return the Phone Then Taken 118 rs as Service charge for Phone didn't Repair the Phone

                            I want Xiaomi to Pay the cost Or Rapair my Device Display which was Damage By Your Service Center And They had Done Fraud from me

                              This is bring to your kind notice that, i have bad experience in BRD waddakanchery branch for service of my car No. KL48-H-6253 own to Mrs Rajani. The brd people collect cash with without any bill amt Rs. 6800/- in threaten the way for repaired this car, and also claim insurance, i repeatedly follow up with service manger FOR THE PAST COUPLE OF WEEK I DO NOT GET ANY ANSWER FROM THEIR SIDE. ( Mob:-[protected]) asking for BRD BILL, there is no response from him. I do not recommended any body to BRD Quality service.

                              I REQUEST TO GET THE SERVICE BILL FROM [BRD service bill [parts & labour charges] SERVICE PROVIDER.
                              Hope i get reply from this issue.

                                I purchased Mi Filter on 19 may 2020. It was working nicely but on the month of october filter runs for few minutes and it stops . So I filed online complaint for the service on 27.10.2020(october month). After that technician came repaired it. But after 10 days the same problem arised filter runs for few minutes and then stops. Then I filed again online complaint on 10.11.2020 I I received message from company that technician schedule but no technician came. After that I went to local mi service center (Address of service center is- Mi Service center Junglighat, Port Blair, Pin no. 744102, Andaman and Nicobar islands), the receptionist told me that they will order the product which has to replace but it will take one month to receive that product.I waited for one month, after one month when I went to the service center the receptionist told me that she was not able to order our product. Very disappointing, no proper updates getting from service center. They just told me to put online complaint once again. So I did the same I filed again online complaint on 24.12.2020 but till date no action has been taken. Company send me the technician schedule message. But no technician came from the service center till date. The receptionistis very rude while talking. Feeling very disappointed I could have opted some other company rather than mi filter.. very disappointing.. if possible take action against service center.

                                  On 2nd January 2021 I submitted my phone due to brick problem after android 11 update . After that on 5 th January 2021 I had got a call from service center that my phone has been repaired they did all documentation and took my signature and showed my phone and they from there side told me that is your back panel broken, I said no but they told me that this is not their fault this may be my fault. I showed them that in the job sheet there completely written that cosmetic good appearance but when I told them that may be the backplane exchanged they completely denied . Then I have complained online but no response from their side. Again raise a complaint against the service center . But additionally I complaint here . Please shut out the problem as soon as possible.

                                      Dear Team,

                                      I had submitted my mobile phone on dated 04/01/2020 in touch auto working issue in uper area i had visited at CIPL Technology which was located at RajkumarGanj Darbhanga.He firstly took my phone and created the job number andafter onday tell me the warranty consider rules he found some minor scratches on my phone touch panel but from my view there is a minor scratche here.which is negligible to view. less than 4 mm

                                      As per company he provided gorila glass protection and i used to protective glass from day 1 but 2 days ago when i visited service center i remove the protection glass and the minor scratche came.Now service center treating my phone in out of warranty please check with below snaps and suggest how this phone is in out of warranty state.

                                      Please solve this issue asap. I am mi user from last 8 year. And this is first time i feel bad .
