THe vacuum cleaner was promised to be delivered on Sep 15, but it got delayed due to export restrictions on chinese goods.
So, the revised date was given on Dec -1, but it is not delivered yet even by Dec-10.
Customer support is keeping on repeating that product would be delivered, but no sign of it and no update on the Mi.com My Account page as well.

Updated by gramak85 Now, the status is changed to Refund initiated when I told them about raising complaint in consumer forum. This is even worse.

    I am Prashant Khairnar from Pune, I was purchase mi mobile 5 months back but my mobile yesterday display not working.i was go near service center but service not support mi, service center people told this mobile physical damage .but I am not agree for this resign .my question prove my mobile physical damage that time my complaint reserve . nether I go to coumser court.

      I went to Mi service center {Cell World, At-Mathasahi, Near Bank Of Baroda, Rajghat Chack, City, Bhadrak, Odisha 756100} to repair my Redmi note 4. Instead of repair they misplaced parts inside the phone and gave to me and said it will cost ₹6000 for repair.

            My phone is in warranty right now and charging point do not work properly and I'm goes to MI service center and check phone. That time agent said that "phone is in warranty so, do not expense any penny to solve the problem. But when I'm going back to service center to pick my phone back they ask me 820 rupees including 118 rupees service charge. Very disappointed from the service.

              It's been 15days approximately I have been facing trouble in checking in get apps. Every time when I go for it there is a popup arrived "something wrong with your account please change your password" .
              Recently I have taking chats support regarding the same, but it seems like they don't have any Authorization on this.
              It's already taking longer than I expected.

                I am see every Xiaomi model new phone working smoothly. And when company gives me update every 3-4-5-7 gap month, and when am updating my phone, Phone gives me problem like hanging, battery draining, slow charge etc.
                Like -- am buy new redmi note 7 and my phone working perfectly and when company gives me update my phone Start problem. And I have 4 Xiaomi phone and it's same problems.
                Why company gives me problem update firmware????
