This is regarding the new mi redmi note 8 pro (Mi order id [protected]) which has been purchased by the undersigned on dated 21/10/2019.
In the view of the above mentioned subject i have received the same on dated 23/10/2019 at around 14:00hrs. It has been observed that the above mentioned phone consisting factory defects near earphones area. (Photographs are enclosed for your kind reference)

The issue has been raised by the undersigned through mi chat centre and they have accused that the same is factory defect.

Further as you aware the undersigned has participated in the mi sales been a mi die heart fan it is impossible to get the product mi in next sale.

Therefore it is requested you to please exchange the defected product as earliest.

This is for you kind information and necessary action

An earlier action in this regard will bi highly appreciated.

    Hello,
    A defective Xiaomi product
    Redmi Note7s mobile has been dlivered to me by Flipkart, and No one is listening to me or taking care of my Issues. I've been complaining from the 4th or 5th day after the product delivered. And knowingly Flipkart delayed my issues and is just behaving like HELL.

    Need help from FORUM/Consumer Forum/Redmi/Xiaomi

      I have ordered mitv with order no[protected] and cable with order no[protected] on 16th october... I have received the cable on 19th has intimated at the time of booking but tv i did not received... It was mentioned that by 19th i will get deliver but i did not receive... The shipment for the same is [protected].. When i call on 20th regarding the same your customer executive did not even take the complaint upon forcing they have taken the complaint but still now they did not take any action.. The compliant no for the same is wion[protected]... No proper action has taken and saying will take 3 working days

I asked to transfer to concern higher official to discuss the issue she just transfered the call which was unattendend by them after waiting more than 30 mins... I have conference the same call with ur customer executive which was attended by your executive revathi... And explained her the issue.. Also how swathi kept me so long for connecting the manager.. Later intimated by revathi that manager is not avaialable she will arrange a call back.. I asked her to take the complaint agaist the swathi which was rejected by her.. Request you atleast to take proper action against these people

        I am facing Network issues like not detecting sim card.. Net is not giving 4G services like that... even Two Sims not detecting. Only sometimes it will detect. After that again it will move to network not available state...

        Ordered my redmi 6 pro from amazon on june and it is hanging a lot and its touch is also not working properly

          I brought k20 pro but due to non acceptability of exchange product my order got automatically cancelled but when i approached the mi customer care, they informed that the refund will be processed once the product reach warehouse which would take approx. 5 working days.

          The product was cancelled on 6th oct., 2019 and today its 22nd oct. 2019. They adviced me to wait till 21st oct. Max to max but today after trying to contact them for more than 3 hour i got to know that my refund proceedure has not yet started.

          Each time i am trying to reach them through there customer service, they ask me to wait for their escalation team to reach you. But i have tried 6 times and waited for 4 days, i haven't received any update or followups from their esteemed customer service team.

          Till now in my order status its showing delivery pending but actually the same was cancelled from the companys side.

          I am tried of reaching them, thats why i am writing to you.
          Kindly help me with this regards.

          I am facing some problem in my phone, I went to service center after coming from there a new problem is start my phone is in warranty. When I watch YouTube it's automatically comes out from the site, I called to customer care, give me a solution is it a software problem or others,
          Dear sir I had changed the battery of my mobile but I have been given a duplicate battery in the service center

            I bought a new redmi note 7pro on july7 in flipkart, imei no-[protected]&[protected]
            While i call to any person are i atten the call the display is blank,
            Fro. The second month onwards i face the problem
            I gave it to service center in karur two times but again again i am facing the problem totally i am feed up with the quality of the mobile, and the servicing quality,
            After my purchase within two weeks i recommend my friends and they buy two mobile,
            I am expecting positive response from your side

            We have been calling the MI installation team as well as the customer care, they keep on telling us different times for their arrival. None of them came at any time. It can be considered as fraudulent as per me. DO SOMETHING
            To install the TV. Please send your man.
            The IR blaster is not working for none of the appliances.
            The previous phone Redmi 4 was working for the same appliance.

              I bought mi a3, on 2nd september, 2019, it was working quite properly for the first week, however after the first week the mobile was getting quite heated while using it, to which i thought that it's a normal thing (Which was by biggest mistake) as most of the devices today get heated fast.

              One fine day (20th october) i was watching a movie on my mi a3 device and suddenly there was a black out on the display screen, followed by a white line on the display, which frightened my out.

              I went to the nearest service centre on 22nd of october, hoping that they will redresss my complaint and will fix by device, however they clearly denied to replace or fix it, stating that there was some pressure on my screen, to which i defended that if there was a pressure there has to be a small scratch on the display or some where and tear, however there wasn't a single scratch on my device, after arguing for almost an hour, they deneid there fault and sticked on the thing that there was some pressure and that i won't come under the warranty.

              I have been a loyal xiaomi customer for years, my previous mobile was also an xiaomi device, i also use a xiaomi fit bit and recently also purchased an mi tv, however i have never been this my unsatisfied with the customer service.

              What's the point of taking a 16000 mobile device if it's not enough durable???

                Sir thats not fair. No great action has been taken. Company should resolve customers problem they should make us trust on them. Mi has been abhorrent experience to us. We had a tv of lg brand. It is working since last 14 years without any restriction but just your mi tv didnt even work for a year it doesn't mean that if warranty period has gone then product must stop working thats simply breaking trust of your constumer. If it would have been 4-5 years we would have accepted that its fine but just 1 year. If it would had an external fault we wouldn't have asked for any resolution because that would have been because o[censored]s but its an internal fault thats something not our fault then how can company deny for resolution for internal parts i hope u will understand

                  Hi purchased this phone last month, no used it much, but it dropped once and the screen is cracked, it works but still with just one drop i was not expecting this, i have used oppo a3s and it dropped many time still the screen has no scratch at all... I called support team but they asked me to pay 5k for repair. I have no used this phone for a month as well. At-least if not replacement you can repair the unit, i wanted to escalate the case further with tech support akshay but he said nothing can be done.

                    I have ordered one (Redmi note 7 pro) mobile online through mi.com on dt 30.09.2019 and received the delivery on dt-04.10.2019. But quality of this set is very poor you have delivered me a crack screen set (Crack is very minor on screen not visible easily) and also i am facing lot of problem on this set i. E network issue, hanging problem like this. My order i'd no is[protected] also i have attached the invoice for your reference.

                    I had also sent 2 mails (First on dt-18.10.2019 & reminder mail on dt-20.10.2019) to service.[protected]@xiomi.com regarding the same matter but still i have not received any response. This is not a good things.

                    Kindly replaced my mobile phone on urgent basis.
                    Sir I buy Redmi note 7 pro with price of 14000 but now price is 12000 I lost 2000 please register the issue and refund the amount of 2000 asap.

                      Bought mi earphones basic on 16/10/2019
                      Opened and tried it its left speaker sounds horrible after 75% volume. Showed it to the shop owner they said to go to the service center. Service center people say that the song has some noise in it (Low knowledge about sound) then they say that its because of some dust, dont understand how dust goes into a sealed pack product. Even after full volume the right ear has no issue but the left ear is sounding horrible, sounds like a blown speaker. Spent rs600 for defective piece.

                      Just visited another service centre much better than before one. They had the required skills and resolved my problem and gave me a replacement for my earphones..
                      I bought a mi 4a smart tv. So thay have screen problem may be. So I complent mi service center they come changed panel because it have under warranty. But after two day same problem facing so please remove or solve this concern.

                        I purchased k20 27 july 2019. After some time screen get green automatically.
                        I gave to for servicing they formate it and givr it to me, then after some time problem get repete, then i gave again they update some software and return it to me, then problem repete again, then i visit again on service center they change some part bu ti want replacement i not givee them permetion of replace any part. I want replace my phone because it was an manufacturing problem.

                          I am mr. Ganga chari and i am using your mi products from past 4 years booking through flipkart/amazon.

                          But for the first time booked from mi.com with the details of order number :- [protected] dt.04.1019, tracking id :[protected]. This has to be deliver on 08.10.19 till i am not received the product. From past 4 days chatting with your team and they are saying to wait for 3-5 working days. Today morning in tele-con with your team they said we will share the contact details of the same. Till those are not received. So tried to get it from my end from delihvery partner but the contact number of them is not working.

                          So i am not able to get my product details till. I thought the mi.com os failed to deliver my product and i am not able to get it. If you are unable to deliver my product by today evening requesting to cancel my order immediately from your end which you are unable to deliver.

                            Really disappointed by mi. Had purchased the tv on august 2018. And started facing issues from the first. Like is this a joke. Complained to the mi customer care but no help. I was unable to connect hdmi device and raised complaint against this issue as i was unable to connect my ps4 to it and my set top box was hanging on this tv. The customer care just made me call them again and again but no help. And they finally told me that ps4 is not compatible with this tv. What a joke hdmi devices are not compatible with this tv. And now i am facing this issue. My whole display is gone. Only a year and this is their product. Never purchasing mi products.

                              I have purchased 6 to 7 mi led and 10 to 15 mi mobile phone within 2 Years ( i can show all the bills for the reference ) and also recommended many of my friends and relatives but this time I am very disappointed, I purchased mi 4a pro led before two months it's remote not working properly I have to change remote battery after 3 or 4 days, yesterday someone came at my home and told me that he can not change the remote, I don't know why. so, please help me to replace this otherwise I have to take legal action.

                                Service provider is telling i have no time to complete your installation and now he is not taking my phone.
                                As amazon is always building a trust but this i am not satisfied

                                  My name is G.kiran i ordered mi headset on October 1st in mi store ...They said it will deliver within 3 to 7 days ..I was waiting for my order but i did get within 7days also again i called them to know when my delivery will come they said on 12th but it did came again i raised a complaint to them delivery me immediately ..They answered it will with 4 working days (october 16th) but again it was delayed ...On 17th october i called again they said they need time to deliver the product for 5days ..They have no responsibility to deliver the product on time ..Sir plz take action on this

                                    The company is not at all professional and do not expect to get any customer support. Don't ever buy anything online from them.

                                    The customer support numbers would not be seen on their website.
                                    Order placed can't be cancelled as they confirm with order number which can't be tracked. Once paid, you can't do anything. Better to avoid chinese companies like these.

                                    The company's attitude is same like their chinese product

                                    I bough MI tv online on MI.com. Tv received at 06.10.2019. Then placed request for installation. Installation date is 10.10.2019 time slot 06:00 pm to 08:00 pm. But no one yet come for installation & they give me service Engineers contact number but he is also not reachable from last 2 hours . Very bad service. They disappoint me.
                                    Starting problem' when switched on TV red light glows and immediately it is offed itself and that is why I am not getting display. Even when it is on snd when you put full sound then proper sound will not come
                                    I was see my phone mi store sale I click on TV it was price 4799/- and I paid payment by bank but the payment gone to Kamal Cigarette shop by Paytm.
                                    ARMAN app not installed due to debugging problem.

                                    I has requested installation date, the scheduled installation was on 09th Oct.But the installation engineer does not report on 09th oct . Till 12 Oct there is no any response from MI team .

                                      I'm a k20 pro user and is using from last 40 day, no satisfactory output phone is bizarre disaster, performance is lacking, camera focus is lacking, and call recorder is flipping hence recorder app is not opening, not value for money. User experience is zero publicity base product performance vice zero, no complain reactions, first and last time using mi device no for future.
                                      I am Omkarsingh Pardeshi. I ordered Mi earphone basic and car charger. 29sep and and its istimated delivery date is 2nd Oct but it's showing delivered to customer. But actually is not delivered or product payment is fully paid.

                                        Hi Have registered complain to repair my TV on 21st September. Tv is in warranty period. technician came to my home & confirmed the issue & told me that one part of TV is not working so he need to place an order into their system. Once that part arrives Mi technician will come & repair the TV. Its been a month now no one come to my place to repair the TV. Customer care is also not supporting. They are just raising the concerns to different different team.
