I have a redmi note 3 which is around 3 years old. I visited the service center and they we can't repair this phone because we don't have the components and they gave me a number of a local mobile phone repairing shop and said he will repair your phone. That local shop guy charged me 3 times the repairing charges. The service center employees and that shopkeeper are working together and sharing the profit and looting people. Please take some action on this. And they did the same with one other customer who had a redmi 5 device, i saw this happening on my own

    It's been not even a month.. Mobile is not in working condition due to hardware and software issue.. Mi service center is very worst in bangalore location. On 6th nov 2019 i visited service center in marthahalli and informed the issues.. Later they told need to update the os and they didn't fix the issue with in 24 hrs... And 7th nov 2019 around 6 pm i visted to service center then they started working to identify the issue... Later around 7 pm they given the handset but again facing the same issue then they are telling now it's motherboard issue.. And they don't have specific date to fix the issue..

    It's very worst experience of purchasing mi product.
    I am facing mic problem I am anable here on mice on call and there r problem of headset attach to solve this call problem then I anbale attach headset also

      Redmi pro 7 is unable to make video call on WhatsApp and there is some problem in camera too please resolve my problem as my handset is new and comes under warranty period.
      Wps button option is not visible after update system,

        I am mani gupta from bathinda i visit 4-5 times on mi service center regarding my issue i.e. my mobile shows cross sign and mobile tower become disabled. I show this problem many time to service center they every time apply their software and till the problem is not resolved this happened 5-6 times. Now i am totally unsatisfied regarding the mi service and my phone gives problem every time.. You are requested to resolve problem otherwise change my mobile.

          I ordered Redmi 6 Pro Black (4GB+64GB) on 2018/10/19 at 18:29 from mi app and paid the money through my Gpay (Google Pay) and my order id is:[protected], but because of long delay in the delivery of the product I cancelled it on 10/12/2018.
          After that I called to to mi care so many times

          they kept telling me that the refund is successful even I shared my bank statement to show that the refund is not deposited in my account.

            Sir, mi trimmer has shown fake ad to buy its product and gave wrong instructions about its product.
            Actually the trimmer has not trimming a beard with clipper except 0.5mm trimming without clips.
            So i need to return this product through amazon. It gave 10 days replacement but i tried my return policy has not accepted by amazon. I bought on 23.10.19
            In mi Tv 4a pro32 pictures gets blur in HD quality
            Whenever I try to update any app it shows downloading and doesn't download.
            Even I m unable to download any app that I want to download from playstore.
            Bought my MI TV 2 months before. Its not working well it's sound not working, suddenly screen become black & get restart itself.. I registered a complaint

              Sir My name is Sunil Balasaheb Telange. I purchase MI TV4A on 17oct2019. Product deliver me on 19oct2019. And TV install on 22oc2019t at 3:00pm. 4-6days later TV is Automatic on or off. On 28oct2019 my TV is Automatic Off No indication or any Light is there. On dated 28oct2019 I Complaint MI customer care They says fill From and take appoiment On dated 28 I fill form and take appoiment on 29 Oct2019 12:00-3:00pm. But no engineer will come. I tried to call back MI customer care they says our engineer meet you. I take oppoiment on 29oct2019 but engineer will come on 2 Nov 2019. Engineer says TV MOTHER BOARD PROBKEM IS THERE. To change mother board request they given me no to his Office. I am contact but they says MI TV MOTHER BOARD not available More time taken as 1 months. I am shocked My new product in 6days Mother board problem is there. The engineer says you return TV on flipkart. Your problem not solved. Sir I face more more issue.I request MI customer or engineer replace TV but they refuse me. You purchase TV form flipkart then you request to flipkart. Sir I request you Plz refund me my amount 18000. Take my complaint against MI care. Sir plz resolve my problem as possible as.

                I have purchase mi 4k 4xpro 55" led alongwith mi soundbar from mi store modi nagar (Up). When i see channel through airtel dth, then i felt big difference between audio from mi soundbar connected through bluetooth and vedio of led tv. I complaint and mi authorized engineer came to my home, but he could not resolve this problem. Therefore you are requested to kindly look into the matter and provide the solution of lipsing problem between audio and vedio.

                  Hi, I have ordered a RedmiNote7 Pro phone form MI on 24th September and returned it since I ordered some other MI phone. Order ID for the same is [protected] and it's been confirmed from there agents thrice that product is returned back to the warehouse and according to there policy refund will be granted once product reaches to warehouse. I bought the same phone on EMI and paying EMI from last 2 months for the same but didn't get any refund. When I spoke to the customer care they says that they have raised the refund request but no one is bothered to refund.

                    I had purchased mi tv on 14th july 2019. On 18th october 2019 i had complaint about mi 49 inch tv sound crackling issue. The engineer visited and registered for the replacement of the part which will be fixed in 2-3 days. It had been 12 days but no call from the engineer or the mi staff service so i called mi engineer he said your part isnt yet come, call mi customare care. I called mi customare care they said your part isnt come yet, it will be received to us by 31st october 2019. Then on 1st novemeber mi engineer called and said your part is received it will be fixed today. O said ok. 2-3 days passed no one come nor any calls. On 4th november again i called mi engineer he refused that he called me for the part. So i called mi customare care service again and they said your part isnt received yet. So i said why your engineer called and lied, customare care team also lied about the part to be received on 31st oct.

                    Its been 15 days and still they are telling to wait for the part and they dont even know when the replacemnt part will be received. If the part comes after 1 year so i have to wait a year for it. They are not even replacing the tv which is just 2 months old. Whats the use of the warranty when part to be replaced takes 15-20 days to be replaced. They are fooling customers,.

                    I want the replacemnt part or the tv replacement if part is not available or the refund.

                    Hope you will take strict action against mi brand which offers false promises.

                      सर आपको अवगत कराना है कि मैं 28.10.2019 को रेडमी नोट 7s का मोबाइल खरीदा। इस मोबाइल में प्रॉब्लम यह है कि यदि कोई दूसरा व्यक्ति मोबाइल पर फोन करता है तो उसको डबल आवाज सुनाई दे रही है जिसमें हर प्रकार से देख लेने पर भी कहीं से सही नहीं हो रहा है। तो मैंने इसे रिप्लेस करने के लिए सर्विस सेंटर (1 हफ्ते के अंदर अर्थात 02.11.2019) को गया तो पता चला कि आपका मोबाइल 08.10.2019 को ही एक्टिवेट हो चुका है अतः कंपनी आपको रिप्लेसमेंट की अनुमति नहीं देती है क्योंकि मोबाइल खरीदे हुए 1 सप्ताह बीत गया है जबकि मैंने मोबाइल 28.10.2019 को खरीदा है किसका बिल मेरे पास है
                      अतः मुझे यह मोबाइल रिप्लेस करना है।

                        pathetic experience with mi tv customer care executive and service

                        For last 3 days i have been waiting for technician to come to my home. I have raised compliant on 30th october and got time slot for 3 to 6 pm for 31st october with token no. R244466 (See attached screen shot) but technician did not come on 31st october. From that day onward everyday i have been calling to customer care and renu enterprises (Vendor) and they are giving me false commitment every time and i did not get...

                        I have received faulty phone of xiaomi and i went to service centre 2 times in a month i its been only one month and this is the 2nd time i went to service centre. I asked for a exchange had word with so many customer care people no one provided solution to me. Service centre people said they can't exchange a phone. I want to replace my phone. Please look in to the issue

                          I am sorry to say, i have purchased 40 inch mi tv from offline mi store m/s. Mobile mart (Parimal), bhavnagar, gujarat on 27/10/2019 vide invoice no. Gst-p-01608. At that time installation request had been registered for october31 (09:00 am - 12:00 pm) vide token - 074291 and job sheet no. Tvin[protected] and also advised to reach out on [protected]. But your company failed to do so. So, i have called your service centre no. [protected] while talked with representative, no proper fruitful response received and advised that installation will be done upto 08:00 pm. Again failed, so i chat on your mi store app. On dated 01/01/2019, more than 4-5 times, everybody were helpless. At the last but not least, one representative convinces, and he tried his level best and assured that tomorrow i. E. On dated 02/11/2019, installation will be done. Accordingly, again msg received from your company again installation request has been registered for november 2 (9:00 am – 12:00 pm) vide token – p11209. After 12:00 am, no any call or service engineer come for installation, i again chat with your representative 2-3 times, but they again failed and advised me that they have launch my complained and wait for 24 hours (One representative has advised that tomorrow will be sunday, so monday will do something!!??) i also chat on internet through your site, he has told me that your complain has been registered vide id no. Woin[protected] on 02/11/2019 and also divert chat into call with representative, she talked with me and i requested her, but she told that i have to wait for 24 hours, i told her that after 24 hours it will be sunday, then she continued on same word for waiting 24 hours. I have clearcut told her that i will go to consumer forum if my problem not resolved still 6:00 pm. I several times requested all the representative to give the contact of higher authority whom handle my case and resolve my problem immediately. But everybody denied and used the typical line fixed for them.

                          This type of harassment is not at all tolerably to any respectful person.

                          So you are once again requested that if your tv not installed upto 06:00 pm, i have decided to launch complain against the company in consumer forum for non cooperation after getting the valuable money of customer and also approached to court for mentally harassment. As last 2-3 days i feel mentally harassment and also worried that just to install the tv this attitude from your company then if any problem crop up in future under warranty what will happen with the customer.

                          I have records all the conversion as well as screenshots of all the chats with your representatives upto just before 5-10 minutes.

                          I once again requested to please resolve my problem for installation of mi tv before 06:00 pm to avoid further complications.

                            As there is an update of new miui11 yesterday i got to know that an update is there on my phone poco f1 and i started downloading it but after 30per of download i paused it and when at night i started updating the rest as my data comes back
                            There is no updates it is showing that there is no updates required it remains with miui10 so plz solve my problem i want to download new miui11 update.

                              Hello there

                              I odered a mi earphones basic on 07-05-19 which having six months warranty.
                              The earphone mic is not working. So, i visited to mi service centre to replace it but the staffs of mi service centre didn"t replace it, they said that the earophone is damage.
                              But in actual the earphone is not damage at all, only the upermost layer of the wire of the earphone at the neck is little deform (Which is not considered as to be damage, in actual)
                              The mi service centre provided me a 'inspection sheet' having a serial no. Hhin[protected] and said me to contact with mi customer care.
                              I have contacted with mi costumer care several times but they don't take my issue seriously

                              Please replace my earphone.

                              The company didn't took any action at all Even the company didn't mail or phone me. I contacted the customer care on phone three times everytime they registered my complain but they didn't answer me. One of the last complain number is WOIN2019103100620

                                After purchase of redmi note 7 pro it bends itself slighlty and the service centre is telling that they can't replace the device, the device has also gps and network issue and i ilwant to replace it but they don't want to replace it and even they are telling that your device is bend it may not cover warranty. Please replace my handset no one wants to use a damaged handset.

                                  My phone has stop working from last 9 days. As per warranty phone should be repaired or replaced, service center has refused to repair it in free. This problem is from the purchase of mobile, but we ignored it as it was not that big issue at that time. Now the mobile has stop working totally. The service center is giving the excuse that we had done something mobile. So kindly please do repair or replace my mobile as i have warranty of 1 year.
                                  I ask for my refund ... i ordered a mi a3 from www.mi.in and they refuse to exchange and i already pay for this since 2 oct i m trying to reach them but no satisfactory answer from their side and still i have pending refund after almost a month

                                    Yellow spot on redmi y2 mi service centre is not doing replacement screen so please take a complaint illegal action to mi company clear all phones spot and good quality display provide is the better option of xamio company this way is correct in mi as ll phone same issue that poor quality of display manufacturers diefets hfkjh srgj jvk redmi phone is low quality phones
