I have ordered Redmi Note 7S 3GB ROM Ruby Red on 30th Sep 2019, money deducted from my debit card but order was not placed.

When I contacted mi customer service first they said that money has not been received and transaction was failed due to time out error.
Then I contacted bank they investigated and provide me proof for transaction being successful and merchant has received at their end.

Again I contacted mi customer support this time they told me that refund has been initiated from their end and action item is on bank.

When I conveyed the same message to HDFC Bank they are claiming that action item is on merchant and asked receipt for refund initiated, on other hand merchant is not ready to provide any proof.

I am become sandwich between merchant and bank and suffering from last 2 months.Both are blaming each other for action items.No one providing proper resolution to the issue.

Kindly help me in this regard.

    Today i went to mi service centre to replace my resmi note 3 battery. It cost 1350 but they only took 950 and didn't give the bill and they just took out the old battery casually which destroyed my phones display and now they are not accepting their mistake.
    Now it has totally faded my display and also the mic of the phone during on calls are not working.
    They did this repairing in front of me and they are not accepting me to pay the charges for the bill.

      I purchase MI Note 7s Mobile from flipkart. order 25th May & Delivered 27th May 2019.

      I facing a problem in Fingerprint sensor, Its not working. So i visit the nearest Service centre at Malda Town, West Bengal, 732101, India.

      But they refuse to repair this mobile, they reply that they will be repair this but no guaranty if mobile will dead.

      I want to service about this matter.

        I have purchased redmi note 8 pro from Amazon on November 6th delivered on November 9th, this is my secondary phone so I didn't used a lot and didn't noticed first that incoming call voice is not hearing everytime am only calling back to people from this redmi note 8 pro.i raised this issue to customer care twice they told me to go to service center as i did, in service centre they said uninstall truecaller and i did, again same problem continues, again i went to service centre they took my mobile inside without any jobsheet(Velachery mi service centre 100ft road Chennai) ..then one day is fine.. again the problem is started today... Just disappointed with these phone..and Xiaomi cheating every redmi note 8 pro customers or just me...i dont want a repaired phone...i need a replacement..

          I had made one transaction of amount rs 5029 via gpay on 27th november, 2019 to mi company on mi.com. The money got deducted from my account successfully. My bank icici has shared the rrn/transaction number, mi's bank account number in which the money got credited and their ifsc code. I have shared the received information to mi company but still they are saying that they have not received the money.

            Dear sir,
            I have bought redmi note 7 pro mobile on 16th may, 2019 from flipkart. I am facing network problem since one month. Automatically mobile network gets disable. Thats why i went to prism enterprises nigdi, pune - authorised service center on 05th december, 2019. After checking mobile, your representative said that mobile could not repair under warranty. Because mobile phone doesn't have sticker having imei number on it and one cable is already broken.
            What can i do now? I have never opened my mobile phone till date.
            I have also complained this issue. My complaint number is woin[protected].
            Please give me solution what to do.

            Bought this phone 3 months ago from amazon and the phone is in very poor condition, not working properly, often hanging, very difficult to use.                 Purchased tv through flipkart on 3rd mar 2018 for rs. 3999. On 29 sep 2019 it stopped working. I raised a complaint with mi service centre via toll free number. They said that display panel is not working and display oanel is not available for this model hence entire tv will be replaced.. Despite display panel being in warranty issue is not resolved yet. It has been more than 2 months now... Pathetic services from mi. Customer care has no update on resolution.. They only say that backend team with respond... Since two months i m being harrassed by mi service centre people. Even after 2 months.. I have no update when and how my issue will be resolved.. If cant give services on time.. Then kindly refund my amount.
                From last two TV repair to TV swap. Every time new date has been given but not fulfilled. I don't know why. Its like judicial procedure like everytime you get new date no work.

                Really its annoying.

                  When i tried to update my phone it got stuck in installing the september 2019 security update. And didnt start after it. After it i went to service center they reinstalled the os. After some days the pocophone got stusk in the bootloop and suddenly after 1 month phone is dead. With issues of motherboard i went to service center they says u have to change motherboard which is very costly after the expired warrenty. I need help with it.
                  I purchased a Mi LED smart tv 4x 108cm and unboxing the tv by technician and display is already broken.I am request to resolve this issued in flipkart and they says seller not approved this product long time. It has been more than 30 day.issued this problem fast.if issued doesn't resolve i take a serious action on seller.

                    Hi,
                    I have purchased a mi (32") from flipkart for gifting to some of my relatives on her wedding ceremony due to which it was not installed at that time nor checked by us.
                    The issue is that they are trying to start it but they can't, as it's not getting started now.

                    So, i would like to request to kindly depute a service person to attend the problem as soon as possible because it's creating a bad impression.

                      I have an issue related to my phone redmi note 7 pro that its headphone jack is not working properly i went to that xiaomi india service centre noida sector 18 branch they told me first you have to change your display bcoz its damaged... My display is not damaged and i have issue on my headphone jack not in my display. They say u have to change its our policy... I purchased my phone in may 2019 its in warranty... And then they also say whole motherboard has to be changed and i have to give the cost to the service centre they say that phonr is damaged...

                          I work in gurgaon near ambience mall. I went to store for purchasing mi tv and i asked staff about delivery from the store and he said yes. All billing has been done i did payment through card and later on i got to know dat they can't deliver the tv from store as there contract has expired wid courier partner as it was lasted for only one year. It cud possible staff has no idea but store manager mr. Mukesh he was totally not interested to resolve this. And was saying they can't deliver it on their behalf i have to be on my own. If that was a thing i cud have gone to noida mi store. There was urgency dats why i chose ambience mall but the store manager was cunning. I told them to refund my money but they were saying dats not possible. After my continuous persuasion they took a step. I want to ask is this a way to entertain customer. Totally negligence from store manager. Request to take this formally and provide solution for your staff as they don't take any consideration and their behavior is totally disgraceful. We put our money on your products and i[censored]r people will behave like this way then we have to rethink before going to mi store

                            With reference to the above subject, I am Prashantreddy purchased Mi-A1 mobile on date[protected] in Flipkart. sold by Sarvadika retail private Ltd. No 42/1, Kacherakanahalli village Jadigenahalli Hobli, Hoskote taluka, Banglore Karanataka.above mentioned mobile was blasted while charging on date[protected] at early morning 3.20 am. after blasting of mobile the entire room smoke for an hour. No dought the warranty of the product is over, from the consumer safety and protection point of view we need justice from your Grahak Suraksha, interestingly at the time of mobile blast, the charge percentage was only 65-70%.with this incident I lost Rs.12999/- along with Simcard and most important data in the mobile, therefore. I kindly request you to give me justice by providing a new handset and also warning to the above mention to the company. Thank You

                              Hi Team,

                              Couple of weeks back I noticed my MI TV remote was not working hence called customer care team to assist me with the same. I told them I had extended warranty I guess but iam not sure since it was more than a year that I purchased the TV. The person on the other side confirmed me stating that yes I do have warranty hence no need of paying any charges for the repair and if the problem is beyond repair we will replace the remote
                              Around 20th Nov or 21st Nov 2019 an MI Engineer came to my place for fixing the issue, he realized that the warranty that I had with was JEEVES and straight away told me the charges will be applicable whilst checking my TV remote.
                              I was surprised as well as shocked. The engineer continued his diagnosis and later told me that I need to purchase a new remote because the current one was out of order. I had a good 1hr arguments with the customer care team as well as the engineer for not paying the service charges of RS580 because I was promised free replacement without any charges.
                              Finally after an hour or so the engineer and I had compromised on RS 160 as I was tired of this pathetic customer service.
                              Later as I was told by the engineer that the remote was out of order so I order a new on 24th Nov and got it on 25 Nov 2019 which later on I realised was also not working and find out the problem was within the TV. So my question is how MI work with such #Ignorant customer support executive and so #ignorant engineer as none of them understands my value of money as well as time.

                              Today as I am writing down this concern I am on hold for last 30 min as I was told by the executive that a call is being transferred to her manager.

                              Very disturbing after sales service. The worst of all. It simply disgusts me. And also I am not done here. I am taking this to all platform and social sites

                                I purchased the xiaomi redmi note 8 from amazon. Theitem came sealed packed but after opening it, i found the sim ejection tool missing in the box. I contacted amazon customer care and they confirmed me they will replace the item for me.7 days went by i contacted them again, they said they can find a return pickup request booked but they cannot do it coz they need some time for investigation and told me they will contact within a couple of days. My first question how xiaomi india is exclusively selling a new launch only through amazon and then accessories in box are missing? Amazon even told me they have packed the item themselves i didn't get what they mean actually now are they doing the retail box packaging as well on behalf of xiaomi. I request xiaomi india to provide me the original sim tray ejection tool at the earliest else i have to take this issue further more of cheating innocent customers like us. Hope to get my problem resolved as soon as possible. I don't think xiaomi will want negative remarks for their brand name for such a small issue. Amaxon was even suggesting me to get a local copied tool from market how shameless they can be selling brand new item at 9999/- and then asking to get local accessories against missi ng accessories in original company packaging.

                                  I order my product on mi.com on 21th Nov2019 but Till date I have not received my product. my order id is [protected]. i complained about this matter on 26th Nov They told that my order is dispatched through Ekart with Tracking ID XMIP[protected] and they told that it will take 48 hrs to delivered but not received my order till date. now I want to cancel my order but customer care told me that it will take another 4 working days and they are not canceling my order and not refunding my amount.
                                  I book note pro 7 on 13/11/19 by online payment 11488 rupees smart pickup failed in exchange offer but my online payment not return me till today 23/11/19.                                     Xiaomi team are now cheating customers. I ordered mi led tv 4a pro 80cm but 4c pro was delivered. After complaining, they say that your complaint has been taken and they asked 8-10 times for 4-5 days, after 2 months, they denied for replacement/refund. This is a big fraud with customers by xiaomi.
