I have purchased mobile "Mi A3 Not just Blue 6GB+128GB" on 30th Sep 2019 and returned it by not accepting the delivery as per customer case instructed.
Later on they have said the refund will be credited to original payment source within 8-10 days.

But till today 25th Nov 2019 I have not received my refund amount.
They got my complain and called 2 -3 times but not able to provide refund.

They have provided the return ref number, ARN number[protected]. I have checked with bank and checking the statement regularly and no payment is received.

Its almost 2 months and a mi.com india is not able to provide me refund.

    On 20 nov 2019 due to power on fault for my redmi note 7 mobile purchased on 13 march 2019 and with in warranty period of mi india company i go to mi centre divine galaxy e services sec 3 rohini delhi110085 code xmin1379 at 10:45am for repair where the executive told me if phone has not get water in it or open outside it will be repaired free under warranty to which i agree but on check they surprising told me that ur phone looked not balance and looking slightly bent and will be repaired under charges and since i have not seen any such problem and i oppose but after arguments they refuse to attend my phone without charging money and having no option i asked them to repair for which they asked me to sit for hours and return phone at 6:30 pm after charing rs1200 cash vide cash memo no 19/mi/r11118 of 20/11/2019 now it looks that warranty is just an eyewash for customer when mi has to refuse warranty for useless excuses for charging money really very sad experience from mi i have tried to contact mi india and raised this matter also on facebook page of mi india on 23 nov 2019 but they bluntly replied not to entertain with single arguments that phone is out of warranty without listesing or any enqiry hence it looks that warranty is just an eyewash for mi redmi customers and mi service centres wish to charge for anything for making baseless excuses

      In kolkata, there is a mi official service center at barasat. The most worst service center every visited. I had a problem of bad quality voice recoding. They tried to fix that by making the mic hole bigger, how funny 😂😂😂!! It maked my phone ugly. They didn't even pay us the damage charge. At last they said, the mother board needed to be changed to fix a tiny mic with ₹6000!!

        I have bought brand new mi a3 on 02/09/19.
        Few days back i have experienced trouble with my touch screen so just visited nearby service centre to checkout this problem.
        Initially they have tested my device and informed that there is software issue.
        I have asked them to go ahead to solve the issue but later they have informed that issue is with the display.
        And suggested me to replace it, i have asked them to claim the display with the warranty replacement as i have seen noticed warranty for display malfunction for 1 year.
        There is no external damages on my display.

        But they refused and compled me to replace under payment.
        Why should i pay when my device is at warranty.
        Such a non professional answers from your guys.

        I need a proper reason for replacement under payment or else replace under warranty. I never expect such a poor quality with the product and customer service.
        And this is my 5th mobile with xiomi each and every from my family are a customer of xiaomi.
        Because we had trust with the brand

          My mobile mi note 7 pro is dead from 1 month because of rain. Service center tells that motherboard is damaged they want 12000. What is this? Because the loan of the mobile is not cleared and they want 12000 for the motherboard i want the mobile in replacement or change the mobile because i taken the mi note 7 pro of 6 gb ram 128 gb internal storage. And now the mobile is not in warrenty because the service center guy has cleared all the seals.
          I have given my not 6 pro for repair for 4 g sim support, when I received my phone 4 g sim problem is ok then my power button is not working well when I submitted my phone all button are in excellent working condition but after recving my phone it not working properly.. What is this...

            My complaint is about the excessive charges in the mi service center.
            I had taken my phone to the mi service
            Center in Rajajinagar on[protected].
            And as they took the phone without checking the phone correctly they informed it might be liquid damage. And they informed there will be inspection charges of ₹118 and then made me sign the document for charges. Then after 2 hrs of inspection they informed me that i had to pay ₹12623.64 for the repair. And when i informed them that the phone was under warranty. They responded that liquid damages are not covered under warranty. So as the charges were unbearable i declined the charges and they made me pay ₹118 and rudely told me that who told you service is free. Also insensitively suggested on getting a new phone. Also when i asked is there any alternative rudely gestured no.
            I feel very displeased as the cost of a new redmi note 7 pro phone in market is ₹11999 for the 4+64gb and after bank offer we can get it for 10, 800.
            And they are trying to excessively charge more charges for a service than a new phone itself. :(.

                I had brought mi tv from flipkart on 10th october, which was working fine until 15th november when suddenly there is a white line in middle of the screen. We informed mi service portal online, they appointed a service engineer who visited us on 17th nov. He checked and said there is damage in liquid panel. The very next day, they called and blamed that the damage is done at our end, while there is no impact mark or damage detected on the screen. Now they are refusing to replace it inspite of 2 year warranty on panel, instead they are charging rs.18000 (Including service charge which they are supposed to serve for free within warranty period) for the same. I brought this to notice of mi customer care, they promised to resolve, yet there is no action on their end.

                  Dear sir

                  I do not want your goodwill gesture after murder of my phone. How the repair cost is set more than the purchase price. Who begged for discounts? No where it is written in the repair quotation submitted by your authorised service centre.
                  Firstly they verbally offered 15 percent and again after discussion enhanced to 25 percent.
                  It clearly states that your assessment was fake and misleading to the customer.
                  I want 90 percent discount to repair my phone due to liquid damage under warranty.
                  Your reply in this regard is required urgently as i am going to file a case in consumer forum.
                  I took experts opinion and the set required hardly rs 3000 to put it in normal service.
                  That quotation also will be put up to the forum authority.

                  Dear sir,
                  I purchased rermi note 7 pro 6gb/64gb on 26.08.2019 from r. G. Cellulars pvt. Ltd. Kolkata vice invoice no pb/mb/19-20/3077 for rs 13839.29 + gst ie total rs 15500/- with gst.
                  The got water contact and as per advise of r. G cellular i visited qdigi services ltd. P-186 cit scheme vii (M), kolkata-700067 today ie on 15.10.19 at about 17.30 hrs.
                  After inspection they have furnished the repair cost of rs 15716/- which is more than the cost of the set.
                  Also they offer a discount initially for 15% and when i did not agree they enhanced it to 25%.
                  My humble request
                  1. Please get my phone repairs by minimum possible cost as it is within warranty period and damaged incidentally.
                  2. How authorized service centre could charge more than the original price?
                  3. How they have offered discount on damaged but within warranty services.?
                  I am sharing the invoice copy and the job card for your reference please.
                  Requested to do the needful at the earliest.

                    After purchasing mi a3 smartphone, i found following basic features are lacking in it. It should be fixed by the company as these features can be seen in any basic phone also. Why should i pay rs. 12, 999/- for this phone where basic features are not there.

                    1. No charging indication in percentage while charing
                    2. Message ringtone customization is not there
                    3. No call recording facility
                    4. Unable to fetch already dialed number from dialed history.

                    I need to inform you that I bought a new phone from A.P telecom/lakhtokia, i.e. Redmi note 8 on dated 13th October, 2019. Its only been 3days and my display is not working properly. I'm not at all happy with your product.
                    Please find the attached picture.
                    Kindly fix the problem as soon as possible.

                      I am use k20 pro, for 2 months, 1 morning the display, was blank and i went to service center, but the rude customer service, was very much interested in getting the money rather than giving service or resolving the problem which is under warenty. The warenty word to them is just a jumla, they are least botered to give any kind of service the movement you say this is under warenty..

                      The reason they rejected to provide warenty, photo shown plz check...

                      I recoment all the customers of mi, not to buy any products of mi and forward this to all your friends and known once...

                        Hello.

                        My name is dinesh verma and i am from meerut. I have been using a mi band 3 for last 8 monthes. Now i am facing some low battery backup issue with it. So i visited to the service canter, but thay just denied to repair it, saying that it has some very minor scratches, which is quiet normal thing after using a product for a long time.
                        This is a very difficult to use a product for one year without having a single scratche. The company is using these terms and conditions like a trap to catch the customers in that. This is totally unexpactable

                          I ordered a xiaomi phone in exchange with my other xiaomi phone from mi.com. But when the delivery boy came he didn't accept the exchange saying the phone i was looking to exhange has scratches and took the product back and told me i the money will be refunded and then i cam buy a new product.
                          It's been 15 days since that day and there has been no refund processed so far. The company keeps spinning fairy tales about the refund - first they told me that it will be processed once the product reaches back the warehouse whoch takes 24-48 hours.. Then they changed that to 3-5 days, then they told me 10 days. Then after pressing further they finally accepted there is some issue and that's why refund could not be processed and i was given a complaint number.

                          Today i got a call saying they are processing my refund and i will get a refund tracking number but nothing happened.

                          It's been 15 days, my credit card payments will start for the product and without the refund tracking id the bank will not accept the fact that the money is going to be refunded. Plus, i need to buy a new phone which i can't do without getting my money back.

                          It has been a stressful amd very torturous experience. Please help me get my money back from this thief organization.

                            We are regular customer of mi products, we have been using mi phones since a long time (Purchased during flash sale on flipkart and amazon). Seeing the great quality of products, we had purchased a mi 55 inch led hd tv in june 2018.
                            We were very happy with the product, its affordable price, and amazing features. I am aware of mi brand before it was launched in india.
                            We had lodged a complaint for our tv on 2nd nov. My token number is r248320 and repair happy code 743283. The display of my tv was not working.
                            Being in warranty for display panel, a new panel was brought by the service man yesterday. The new panel was also found to defective. It is almost 15 days now, since our tv is not working. I thereby request you to please replace the complete set as per your convenience.

                              This is Sureshbabu purchased MI TV Pro 49 inches last Jan 2019.
                              A month ago i am unable to share the mobile screen to the TV and lodged the complaint to the customer care centre at my location. But still the issue is not resolved and no proper response from the technical team. This is the worst experience i have ever got before.

                              I recommended my friends and collegues to purchase MI products.
                              But i am not getting the proper response from the MI technical team and still my issue is not resolved.

                              Hope this message will reach the escalation team to fix my issue as soon as possible.

                                My name is ravi kumar. My no. [protected].
                                Mobile - redmi k20 pro.
                                I bought my new phone on[protected].
                                When i gave the mobile phone to service care (Bhagalpur, bihar) on[protected] to resolve the problem of my blinking display, your technician told me that we submit the mobile phone without the screen guard. So your technician take out my newly phone screen guard and submit my phone and told me that it will resolve in 4 to 5 days. At that time my screen was in excellent condition. And after that when technician return my mobile phone on[protected], no problem was resolved and your technician told me that it is out of warranty and you need to pay rs 24895 to resolve it. And also when they return my mobile phone i found many scratch on the mobile screen and also back side of the camera, rubber like material is coming out of it. But in paper delivery date mentioned is on[protected] but i got my newly phone on[protected] by your technician.
                                So, i request you kindly replace my newly mobile phone or change the scratch display and back side of the camera from which rubber like material is coming out of it. And also take necessary and needful action against your technician because of mishandling of my newly mobile phone it screen got scratch and rubber like materials is coming out from the side of the camera.

                                Very bad mi service.Till date my problem is not yet solved.And at MI service center they declared my mobile phone out of warranty.And also scratches done in the display by the technician of Xiaomi.Till date my k20 pro problem not resolved

                                  I bought mi tv from flipkart 6 month before my tv get slow and display problem i complaint to mi and also flipkart both are are escape from their responsibilities

                                  Two days before i also requested registed complaint to mi their sent one service executive he will reboot but problem till continue i totally upset mi products he very cheaper from market in price some way he very cheaper his service also i need replacement even not complete 6month their try to convince my warranty period after that i will affect worst experience from mi products also flipkart

                                    While am traveling on my bike i gone wet by heavy rain and my phone was in my pocket. When i reach home and take it from my pocket it was gone to power off mode. I tried to switch it on, it made on but suddenly swiched off, and it started restarting again and again. I rushed towards near famous mobile shop called image (Nilamboor branch) it seemed that it was filled by water, inside the camera also (Nb:it is splash proof and water proof (Company says such). I realised that it is not good to not cleaning it. After cleaning it they said that there is a shot circuit on battery and we need to change it but they haven't have battery of k20 model. I rushed to mi autherised servise center kozhikode flex, yamuna arcade, 13/507 2nd floor, kallai rd, kozhikode, kerala 673001. They behaved me as a begger, even though i reached with a complaint of premium series phone of mi. They said they wont allow warranty and they said we can solve the problem by self finance. After agreeing it and after two days they called me and said that it is not in battery, complaint is on its board!. What shall i do. I spended 24000 rupees for this premium phone. Iam going to move leagaly on this problem. I dont think that a water damage can bring problem on its board. And also image service adviser is not a fool, he said that it is only a problem of its battery. I want to hear a clear responce for this. And officialy, i cant talk in hindi or english fluently. Please provide a malayalam speaker if you are going to call me. Am giving my phone number under this [protected], [protected]

                                      I recently purchased a redmi k20 and there is abnormal sound comming from inside the pop up camera. Two weeks earlier i bought this phone, but don't know why such sound is coming from the pop up camera. A 'brr brr' sound is heard when it opens and closes. Generally a sound of motor is heard but this is bigger than that. Cannot understand what the sound. Please give some fast assistance.

                                        Hi, the recent miui update which implements face recognition is not adhering the privacy laws. I have never provided my face recognition information to the mobile and yet it was able to recognize my info with me even granting any permission. This is an infringement on my privacy and my property. I wanna know how you too permission from me to data mine my information i was explicitly cautious not to provide any such info to the comapny
