I odered a mi earphones basic on 07-05-19 which having six months warranty.
The earphone mic is not working. So, i visited to mi service centre to replace it but the staffs of mi service centre didn"t replace it, they said that the earophone is damage.
But in actual the earphone is not damage at all, only the upermost layer of the wire of the earphone at the neck is little deform (Which is not considered...

After purchase of redmi note 7 pro it bends itself slighlty and the service centre is telling that they can't replace the device, the device has also gps and network issue and i ilwant to replace it but they don't want to replace it and even they are telling that your device is bend it may not cover warranty. My phone has stop working from last 9 days. As per warranty phone should be repaired or replaced, service center has refused to repair it in free. I was excited about my new phone as i was buy it after 3 years mi a3 i bought a month back. But the finger print sensor doesn't recognize my fingerprint and is really slow and the camera clicks very slow and takes blur pictures. Very disappointed. I purchased it because of the camera and it's total disappointment the older phones are faster than this...

I bought my mi tv 2 months before. Its not working well it's screen get a patch, unable to connect mirror casting, working very slowly, suddenly screen become black & get restart itself.. I was very anxious when i came to know that redmi is going to announce a brand new mobile phone 8 pro. I was waiting for it first sale with great enthusiasm. The subject order was placed on a exchange basis. The delivery person didn't accept the old phone. I didn't have a problem with that. It happened on 12th oct. I thought that the refund would initiate. But mi store has very pathetic process. After calling the customer ceners more than 5 to 6 times and many email communications, i was told that refund i'd has been generated., refund would be expected before nov 02. My money...

The charger with redmi 7a delivered on 19 oct 2019 by amazon is not charging since was delivered pl arrange me an alternate one
Because i am charging with another charger local which is taking long time that is 4 hrs to charge fully which is more inconvenient for me and also it may damage my handset as well as battery
Then i have to put one more complaint against handset for repair or replacement i am a working executive working...
